To insert a drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION
SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the
unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is
fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the
way in, then it will slide in and out easier. See the next step
for drawer adjustments.

To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #4 in the SLIDES a 1/4
turn, then turn the cam clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer
raises or lowers as you turn the cam. By adjustin the drawers this way, it will
help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tihten the SCREWS
when fi nished with adjustments.

directions to make adjustments, and then tihten screw #4.
The hiher the screw in the oblon hole,

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES à cette étape.
Assembler l’élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour
éviter d’endommaer l’élément ou le sol.
Enfoncer dix EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A
et B), le DESSOUS (D) et l'ENTRETOISES DE TIROIR (M63). Ensuite, insérer une
CHEVILLE D’EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.
ÉTAPE 2
Insérer les ACTIONNEURS D’ÉLÉMENT (29G) dans les trous indiqués
dans l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A).
Séparer les COULISSES D’EXTENSION (O) des GLISSIÈRES
D’EXTENSION (N) comme l’indique le schéma du haut. Faire attention car
les pièces sont raissées. Utilisera la Glissière (N) dans l’ÉTAPE 4.
ÉTAPE 5
Attention : Ne pas relever l’élément dans sa position verticale avant d’avoir
fi xé l’ARRIÈRE. L’élément risque de s’e ondrer.
Fixer l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) au DESSUS (C). Serrer deux
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
Attention: Risque des déâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques
Escamotables doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables
que ne sont pas serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent
séparer. Pour serrer à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable
de 210 derés.
ÉTAPE 6
Fixer la MOULURE DE DESSUS (M) au DESSUS (C). Utiliser trois VIS
ARGENTÉES TÊTE PLATE 28 mm (10S).
Insérer quatre
GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R)
dans
l’ARRIÈRE INFÉRIEUR
(F).
Enfoncer l’ARRIÈRE INFÉRIEUR (F) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).
ÉTAPE 3
Schéma 1. Découper et utiliser "l’entretoise" en haut de cette pae pour
mesurer 76 mm d’une extrémité du
RAIL DE VERROUILLAGE
(22G).
Positionner le RAIL DE VERROUILLAGE comme il l’est indiqué.
FIXATION ACTIONNEUR/RAIL :
Schéma 2. Incliner le premier chant du RAIL DE VERROUILLAGE (22G)
dans l’ACTIONNEUR D’ÉLÉMENT (29G).
Schéma 3. Faire pivoter le RAIL DE VERROUILLAGE et forcer pour
enclencher le deuxième chant dans l’ACTIONNEUR D’ÉLÉMENT.
Schéma 4. Répéter l’étape FIXATION ACTIONNEUR/RAIL pour
l’ACTIONNEUR D’ÉLÉMENT suivant tout en maintenant l’ACTIONNEUR
D’ÉLÉMENT préalablement terminé dans son trou d’emplacement.
Répéter ces étapes jusqu’à ce que tous les ACTIONNEURS soient fi xés.
Vérifi er visuellement que tous les chants du RAIL DE VERROUILLAGE
sont bien enclenchés dans les ACTIONNEURS D’ÉLÉMENT comme
l’indique le schéma 3. Retirer ensuite l’ensemble de RAIL DE
VERROUILLAGE de l’EXTRÉMITÉ. Utiliser ces pièces à
l’étape suivante.
ÉTAPE 7
Fixer le DESSOUS (D) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Serrer deux
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
ÉTAPE 4
Insérer le RAIL DE VERROUILLAGE (22G) avec les ACTIONNEURS
D’ÉLÉMENT (29G) dans la rainure de l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A)
exactement comme l’indique le schéma.
Fixer deux GLISSIÈRES D’EXTENSION (N) à chaque EXTRÉMITÉ (A
et B). Utiliser huit VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (3S).
REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D’EXTENSION, faire tourner
une VISdans le trou indiqué dans le schéma arandi. Ensuite, enfi ler la

Fixer l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) au DESSUS (C), au
DESSOUS (D) et à l’ARRIÈRE INFÉRIEUR (F). Serrer quatre
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
ÉTAPE 9
Fixer cinq CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et au
DESSOUS (D). Utiliser cinq VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).
Fixer le SOCLE (L) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et au DESSOUS (D). Utiliser
cinq VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).

ÉTAPE 10
Attention : Ne pas relever l’élément dans sa position verticale avant d’avoir
fi xé l’ARRIÈRE. L’élément risque de s’e ondrer.
Avec précaution, retourner l’élément sur ses chants avant et placer
l’ARRIÈRE (E) sur l’élément.
Veiller à avoir des mares éales le lon des quatre chants de
l’ARRIÈRE (E). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de
l’élément pour s’assurer d’être "d’équerre".
Fixer l’ARRIÈRE (E) à l’élément à l’aide des quatre VIS MARRON TÊTE
LARGE 11 mm (6S) le lon du chant inférieur et dix CLOUS (1N) le lon
des
chants supérieur et latéraux.
ÉTAPE 11
1. Insérer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D429 et D430) en biseau dans la fente
dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE TIROIR (G).
2. Enfi ler le FOND DE TIROIR (D729) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE
TIROIR (D429 et D430) et du DEVANT DE TIROIR (G).
3 Fixer l’ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR (M63) au DEVANT DE TIROIR (G).
Serrer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.
4. Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D61) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D429
et D430) et l’ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR (M63). Utiliser cinq VIS NOIRES
TÊTE PLATE 40 mm (30S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR (D729) s'encastre dans
la rainure de l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D61).
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 12
Placer l’un des tiroirs dans sa position verticale sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE
DE TIROIR (D429).
Insérer un EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans le ros trou dans le
CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR (D430).
Insérer les pattes sur l’une des ACTIONNEURS DE TIROIR (20G) dans les
fentes une COULISSE D’EXTENSION (O).
Fixer cette COULISSE D’EXTENSION (O) au CÔTÉ DROIT DE
TIROIR (D430). Utiliser deux VISDORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (3S).
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 15
Enfi ler les GUIDES POUR DOSSIERS (9B) à travers une TRINGLE POUR
DOSSIERS (1B), à travers les trous dans les CONSOLES POUR
DOSSIERS (12B), à travers autre TRINGLE POUR DOSSIERS (1B) et dans le
GUIDE POUR DOSSIERS (6B) située sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR (D430).
Enfi ler une autre ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS (6B) sur l’autre extrémité
des GUIDES POUR DOSSIERS (9B) et appuyer l’ARMATURE POUR
DOSSIERS sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE TIROIR (D429).
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 16
Fixer deux POIGNÉES (114K) et quatre MONTURES DE POIGNÉE (115K)
au DEVANT DE TIROIR (G). Utiliser quatre VIS GRISES À
MÉTAUX 15 mm (15S).
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 13
Maintenant, retourner le tiroir sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR (D430).
Insérer un EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans le ros trou dans le
CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE TIROIR (D429).
Fixer l’une des COULISSES D’EXTENSION (O) au CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE
TIROIR (D429). Utiliser deux VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (3S).
REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l’EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible à
travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 17
Relever, avec précaution, l’élément dans sa position verticale.
Pour insérer un tiroir dans l’élément, aliner les COULISSES
D’EXTENSION du tiroir sur les GLISSIÈRES D’EXTENSION de l’élément et
enfoncer le tiroir dans l’élément jusqu’à ce que le tiroir soit complètement
inséré. Le tiroir o rira une certaine résistance jusqu’à ce qu’il soit
complètement inséré dans l’élément, il lissera ensuite sans di culté.
Consulter l’étape suivante pour ajuster les tiroirs.
ÉTAPE 14
Appuyer l’une des ARMATURES POUR DOSSIERS (6B) sur le CÔTÉ
DROIT DE TIROIR (D430) de l’un des tiroirs. Les ARMATURES POUR
DOSSIERS sont indispensables pour suspendre les dossiers.
Fixer une CONSOLE POUR DOSSIERS (12B) au DEVANT DE TIROIR (G).
Utiliser deux VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 14 mm (1S).
Fixer une CONSOLE POUR DOSSIERS (12B) à l’ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D61).
Utiliser deux VIS MARRON TÊTE LARGE 11 mm (6S).
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 18
Pour ajuster les tiroirs, desserrer la VIS nº 4 des COULISSES un quart de
tour et tourner ensuite la came dans le sens des aiuilles d’une montre ou
dans le sens contraire. Noter que le tiroir monte ou descend lorsque l’on
tourne la came. Ajuster les tiroirs de cette manière permet au DEVANT
DE TIROIR d’être mieux aliné une fois fermé. Resserrer les VIS après
d’avoir ajusté.
REMARQUE : Prière de lire attentivement les importantes
informations concernant la sécurité qui fi urent sur les paes
arrière du manuel d’instructions.
Ceci complète l'assemblae. Nettoyer à l’aide d’une encaustique pour

PASO 1
No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso.
Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío
para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Empuje diez EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A
y B), del FONDO (D), y de los RIOSTRAS DE CAJÓN (M63). A continuación,
inserte un PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO (2F) dentro de cada
EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.
PASO 2
Inserte los ACTUADORES DE GABINETE (29G) dentro de los aujeros
indicados del EXTREMO DERECHO (A).
Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (O) de los RIELES DE
EXTENSIÓN (N) como se muestra en el diarama superior. Prepárese, las
piezas son rasientas. Utilizará el Riel (N) en el PASO 4.
PASO 5
Precaución : No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se fi je el
DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) al PANEL SUPERIOR (C). Apriete dos
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
Precaución: Rieso de daños o heridas. Los Excéntricos Escondidos deben
apretarse completamente. Los Excéntricos Escondidos que no se aprieten
completamente se afl ojarán y las partes pueden separarse. Para apretar
completamente, atornille el excéntrico escondido 210 rados.
PASO 6
Fije la MOLDURA DE PANEL SUPERIOR (M) al PANEL SUPERIOR (C).
Utilice tres TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA
de 28 mm (10S).
Inserte cuatro ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) dentro del
DORSO INFERIOR (F).
Empuje el DORSO INFERIOR (F) sobre EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B).
PASO 3
Gráfi co 1. Recorte el "espaciador" que se encuentra en la parte superior
de la páina y utilícelo para medir 76 mm de un extremo del CARRIL DE
UNIÓN (22G). Coloque el CARRIL DE UNIÓN como se muestra.
SUJECIÓN DE ACTUADOR / CARRIL:
Gráfi co 2. Incline el primer borde del CARRIL DE UNIÓN (22G) en el
ACTUADOR DE GABINETE (29G).
Gráfi co 3. Gire el CARRIL DE UNIÓN y presione para introducir el
seundo borde en el ACTUADOR DE GABINETE.
Gráfi co 4. Repita la SUJECIÓN DE ACTUADOR / CARRIL para el próximo
ACTUADOR DE GABINETE mientras sostiene el ACTUADOR DE
GABINETE previamente completado en su aujero de ubicación. Repita
estos pasos hasta que todos los ACTUADORES hayan sido fi jados.
Compruebe visualmente que todos los bordes de los CARRILES DE
UNIÓN hayan sido introducidos en los ACTUADORES DE GABINETE
como se muestra en el ráfi co 3. Lueo, retire el ensamble de CARRILES
DE UNIÓN del EXTREMO. Usted utilizará estas piezas en el próximo paso.
PASO 7
Fije el FONDO (D) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Apriete dos
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 4
Inserte el CARRIL DE UNIÓN (22G) con ACTUADORES DE GABINETE (29G)
dentro de la ranura del EXTREMO DERECHO (A) exactamente como
se muestra.
Fije dos RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (N) a cada EXTREMO (A y B). Utilice
ocho TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S).
NOTA: Para cada RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN, atornille un TORNILLO dentro
del aujero indicado en el diarama ampliado. A continuación deslice el
cartucho interno del RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN hacia el exterior para encontrar
el otro aujero que se alinea con el aujero del EXTREMO. Atornille un
TORNILLO dentro de este aujero.
PASO 8
Fije el EXTREMO DERECHO (A) al PANEL SUPERIOR (C), al FONDO (D)
y al DORSO INFERIOR (F). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 9
Fije cinco SOPORTES ANGULARES (5G) a los EXTREMOS (A y B) y al
FONDO (D). Utilice cinco TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE
de 14 mm (1S).
Fije la BASE (L) a los EXTREMOS (A y B) y al FONDO (D). Utilice cinco
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).

PASO 10
Precaución : No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se fi je el
DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Cuidadosamente vuelva la unidad al revés para que repose sobre los
bordes delanteros y coloque el DORSO (E) sobre la unidad.
Los márenes a lo laro de los cuatro bordes del DORSO (E) deben
estar uniformes. Empuje sobre las esquinas opuestas de la unidad si es
requerido para hacerla "cuadrada."
Fije el DORSO (E) a la unidad utilizando cuatro TORNILLOS MARRONES
DE CABEZA GRANDE de 11 mm (6S) a lo laro del borde inferior y diez
CLAVOS (1N) a lo laro de los bordes superior y laterales.
PASO 11
1. Inserte los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D429 y D430) en ánulo dentro del
encaje en cada extremo de la CARA DE CAJÓN (G).
2. Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D729) dentro de las ranuras de los
LADOS DE CAJÓN (D429 y D430) y de la CARA DE CAJÓN (G).
3 Fije la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN (M63) a la CARA DE CAJÓN (G). Apriete
un EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.
4. Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN (D61) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D429
y D430) y de la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN (M63). Utilice cinco TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S).
NOTA: Aseúrese que el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D729) ajuste dentro de la
ranura del DORSO DE CAJÓN (D61).
Repita este paso para el otro cajón.
PASO 12
Coloque uno de los cajones en posición vertical sobre el LADO
IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN (D429).
Inserte un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (10A) dentro del aujero
rande del LADO DERECHO DE CAJÓN (D430).
Inserte las lenüetas de uno de los ACTUADORES DE CAJÓN (20G)
dentro de los encajes de una CORREDERA DE EXTENSIÓN (O).
Fije esta CORREDERA DE EXTENSIÓN (O) al LADO DERECHO DE
CAJÓN (D430). Utilice dos TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA
PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S).
Repita este paso para el otro cajón.
PASO 15
Deslice las VARILLAS DE ARCHIVERO (9B) a través de una BARRA
DE ARCHIVERO (1B), a través de los aujeros de las MÉNSULAS DE
ARCHIVERO (12B), a través de otra BARRA DE ARCHIVERO (1B) y dentro
del CORRIMIENTO DE ARCHIVERO (6B) sujetada al LADO DERECHO
DE CAJÓN (D430).
Deslice un otro CORRIMIENTO DE ARCHIVERO (6B) sobre el otro extremo
de las VARILLAS DE ARCHIVERO (9B) y presione este CORRIMIENTO DE
ARCHIVERO sobre el LADO IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN (D429).
Repita este paso para el otro cajón.
PASO 16
Fije dos TIRADORES (114K) y cuatro MONTAJES DE TIRADOR (115K) a la
CARA DE CAJÓN (G). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS GRISES PARA METAL
de 15 mm (15S).
Repita este paso para los otro cajone.
PASO 13
Ahora vuelva el cajón al revés sobre el LADO DERECHO DE CAJÓN (D430).
Coloque uno de los cajones en posición vertical sobre el LADO
IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN (D429).
Inserte un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (10A) dentro del aujero
rande del LADO IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN (D429).
Fija una de las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (O) al LADO IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN (D429).
Utilice dos TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S).
NOTA: La cabeza de tornillo del EXCÉNTRICO debe ser visible a través
del aujero alarado de la CORREDERA.
Repita este paso para el otro cajón.
PASO 17
Cuidadosamente pona la unidad en posición vertical.
Para insertar un cajón dentro de la unidad, alinee las CORREDERAS DE
EXTENSIÓN sujetadas al cajón con los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN sujetados
a la unidad y empuje el cajón dentro de la unidad hasta que el cajón esté
completamente insertado. El cajón mueve con difi cultad hasta que se
inserte completamente dentro de la unidad, después deslizará fácilmente
hacia adentro y hacia afuera. Consulte el próximo paso para ajustar
los cajones.
PASO 14
Presione uno de los CORRIMIENTOS DE ARCHIVERO (6B) sobre
el LADO DERECHO DE CAJÓN (D430) de uno de los cajones. Los
CORRIMIENTOS DE ARCHIVERO son necesarios para colar los archivos.
Fije una MÉNSULA DE ARCHIVERO (12B) a la CARA DE CAJÓN (G).
Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
Fije una MÉNSULA DE ARCHIVERO (12B) al DORSO DE CAJÓN (D61).
Utilice dos TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA GRANDE de 11 mm (6S).
Repita este paso para el otro cajón.
PASO 18
Para ajustar los cajónes, afl oje el TORNILLO No. 4 de las CORREDERAS
una cuarta vuelta y después ire la leva hacia la derecha o hacia la
izquierda. Observe que el cajón sube o baja al irar la leva. Al ajustar los
cajones de esta manera, mejorará la alineación de la CARA DE CAJÓN
una vez cerrada. Apriete los TORNILLOS después de hacer los ajustes.
NOTA: Por favor lea las páinas fi nales del folleto de instrucciones para
información importante sobre la seuridad.
Esto completa el ensamblaje. Limpie con su pulimento para muebles

1. Sauder Woodworkin Co. (Sauder®) provee cobertura de arantía limitada al
comprador oriinal de este producto por un período de cinco años, a partir de la fecha
de compra, contra defectos en los materiales o de mano de obra en los componentes
de muebles Sauder. Como es utilizado en esta Garantía, “defecto” sinifi ca
imperfecciones en los componentes que de manera fundamental afecta la utilidad del
producto. Esta Garantía le permite a usted ciertos derechos leales, y usted también
podría poseer otros derechos adicionales, los cuales varían de estado a estado.
2. No hay cobertura de arantía para defectos o estados que resulten del
incumplimiento en seuir las instrucciones, la información o las advertencias sobre el
ensamblaje del producto; del uso incorrecto o maltrato, del daño intencional, incendio,
inundación, cambio o modifi cación del producto; o de la utilización del producto de
manera contradictoria con el uso para el cual fue fabricado, ni por ninún estado que

3. Como un recurso exclusivo bajo esta Garantía, Sauder (sólo a su opción)
reparará o reemplazará cualquier componente defectuoso de mueble. Sauder
puede requerir una confi rmación independiente de un defecto reclamado y una
prueba de compra. Las piezas de repuesto serán arantizadas solamente por
el período de tiempo que queda de la Garantía oriinal. SAUDER NO TENDRÁ
RESPONSABILIDAD por NINGÚN DAÑO INCIDENTAL O CONSECUENTE DE
NINGÚN TIPO y todos dichos daños SE EXCLUYEN DE ESTA GARANTÍA, tales
como pérdida de uso, desensamblaje, transportación, trabajo o daño a la propiedad

substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty ives you specifi c leal
rihts, and you may also have other rihts which vary from state to state.
2. There is no warranty coverae for defects or conditions that result from the failure
to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnins, misuse or abuse,
intentional damae, fi re, fl ood, alteration or modifi cation of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resultin
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleanin, or care. There is also no
warranty coverae for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at
a distress or oin-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair
or replace any defective furniture component. Sauder may require independent
confi rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be
warranted for only the remainin period of the oriinal Warranty. SAUDER SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF
ANY KIND and all such damaes are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such
as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damae to property on or near
the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damaes, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that fi rst arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverae period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the oriinal purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law,
whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how lon an implied
Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
