To begin assembly, push a SAUDER TWIST-LOCK®
FASTENER (7F) into the large holes in the MODESTY
PANEL (S) and PURSE SHELF (R). Repeat this step for
the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C), LOWER UPRIGHT (I),

Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (40MC) from the EXTENSION RAILS (40MA) as
shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy.

Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (40MA) to the RIGHT END (A) and LOWER
UPRIGHT (I). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S).

NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the
enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL in to fi nd
the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END. Turn a SCREW into this hole.

Before fastening the DOOR (P) to your unit, be sure the mounting
screw is against the stops as shown in the right diagram. If it isn't,
loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops. Then tighten
the mounting screw.

Fasten the DOOR (P) to the LOWER UPRIGHT (I) as shown in the
lower diagram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You should start each
SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them.

Fasten the KNOB (24K) to the DOOR (P) with a short screwdriver. Use
the BLACK 1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (21S).

Peel a bumper from the BUMPER CARD (29M) and stick one on each
corner of the DOOR (P) where it comes in contact with the SHELF (O)
and BOTTOM (N) when closed.

To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), turn the
adjusting screw in or out.

To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both
vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the
desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.

Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL
PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of
your choice in the UPRIGHT (C) and LOWER UPRIGHT (I).
Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELF (J) onto the METAL PINS.

To insert the small drawer into your unit, tip the front
of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer
behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer
up and slide it into the unit.
å
To insert the fi le drawer into your unit, line up the
EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION
RAILS on the unit and push the drawer into the unit until
the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard
until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier.
Place the roller on the SLIDE
behind the roller on the RAIL.

To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #4
in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or
counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as
you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole,
the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the
lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it
will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed.
Tighten the SCREW when fi nished with adjustments.
å
NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction
booklet for important safety information.

This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture
polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.
Cam
The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the
higher your drawer front will be. The lower
the screw, the lower the drawer front.
Loosen screw #4 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn
maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise
directions to make adjustments, and then tighten screw #4.

Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et le MONTANT (C) à la
TABLETTE (O). Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
Utilisation de la FIXATION TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER
1. Insérer l'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION dans le trou de la
pièce attenante.
REMARQUE : L'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION doit rester
complètement insérée dans le trou de la pièce attenante lorsque
l'on bloque la FIXATION.
2. Bien serrer la FIXATION à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips.
ÉTAPE 9
Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT DROITE (40CA) sur l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A)
et l'ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE (40CB) sur le MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (I).
Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les
trous nº 1 et nº 3.
ÉTAPE 8
Séparer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (40MC) des GLISSIÈRES
D'EXTENSION (40MA) comme l'indique le schéma du haut ci-
dessous. Faire attention car les pièces sont graissées.
Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (40MA) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ
DROITE (A) et au MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (I). Utiliser quatre VIS
TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S).
REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION, faire tourner
une VIS dans le trou indiqué dans le schéma agrandi. Ensuite,
enfi ler la cartouche interne de la GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION vers
l'intérieur pour trouver l'autre trou qui est aligné sur le trou dans
l’EXTRÉMITÉ. Faire tourner une VIS dans ce trou.
REMARQUE : Les COULISSES D'EXTENSION seront utilisées
ultérieurement pour les CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR.
ÉTAPE 7
Insérer une CHEVILLE EN BOIS (15F) dans de chaque PIED (D et E).
Fixer le MONTANT (C) au PIED AVANT GAUCHE (E) comme il l’est
indiqué sur la droite. Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) au PIED AVANT DROIT/ARRIÈRE
GAUCHE (D) comme il l’est indiqué ci-dessous. Serrer trois
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer la CHEVILLE EN BOIS dans
l'EXTRÉMITÉ et le MONTANT.
ÉTAPE 4
Faire tourner deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 14 mm NOIRES (32S) dans
l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement des VIS
repose sur les surfaces de l'EXTRÉMITÉ.
REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les VIS.
Fixer la MOULURE D'EXTRÉMITÉ (K) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).
Aligner les rainures des MOULURES sur les têtes des VIS
dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ.
REMARQUE : S'assurer que la MOULURE sont à fl eur des deux
chants des EXTRÉMITÉS.
REMARQUE : Si la MOULURE soulève au-dessus les VIS, l'enlever
et l'enfi ler de nouveau.
ÉTAPE 5
Insérer deux CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans les PIEDS (D et E).
Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) aux PIEDS (D et E). Serrer six
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS dans
l'EXTRÉMITÉ.
ÉTAPE 6
Insérer deux CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans les PIEDS (F et G).
Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (Q) aux PIEDS (F et G). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES
ESCAMOTABLES.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS
dans l'ARRIÈRE.
ÉTAPE 3
Faire tourner vingt-deux VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans les
PIEDS (D, E, F et G).
ÉTAPE 2
Enfoncer vingt-deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans
les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le MONTANT (C) et l'ARRIÈRE (Q).
ÉTAPE 1
Ne pas serrer les FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® à cette étape.
Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.
Pour commencer l'assemblage, enfoncer une FIXATION TWIST-LOCK®
SAUDER (7F) dans les gros trous dans le VOILE DE FOND (S) et la
TABLETTE POUR SACS (R). Répéter cette étape pour les
EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le MONTANT (C), le MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (I), la
TABLETTE (O) et l'ARRIÈRE (Q).

ÉTAPE 20
Placer les BLOCS D'ECARTEMENT DE CHARNIÈRE (22H) sur les gros
trous dans la PORTE (P).
Fixer les CHARNIÈRES (14H) à la PORTE (P). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE
PLATE 16 mm ARGENTÉES (23S).
ÉTAPE 21
REMARQUE : Il faudra peut-être utiliser un tournevis court pour cette étape.
Avant de fi xer la PORTE (P) à l’unité, s’assurer que la vis de montage se
trouve contre les butées comme l’indique le schéma de droite. Si ce n’est
pas le cas, desserrer la vis de montage pour la faire glisser contre les
butées. Serrer ensuite la vis de montage.
Fixer la PORTE (P) au MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (I) comme l'indique le
schéma inférieur. Utiliser les vis fournies avec les CHARNIÈRES. Il est
préférable de donner quelques tours de tournevis à chaque VIS avant de
les serrer toutes à bloc.
Fixer le BOUTON (24K) à la PORTE (P) avec un tournevis court. Utiliser la
VIS À MÉTAUX 28 mm NOIRE (21S).
Décoller un tampon de la FICHE AVEC TAMPONS (29M) et le coller sur
le coin de la PORTE (P) là où elle entre en contact avec la TABLETTE (O)
et le DESSOUS (N) une fois fermée.
Voir l'étape suivante pour réglages des PORTES.
ÉTAPE 22
Consulter le schéma agrandi pour identifi er les pièces des CHARNIÈRES.
Il faut peut-être ajuster les PORTES. Suivre les indications ci-
dessous pour ajuster.
RÉGLAGES DES PORTES :
Pour ajuster les PORTES latéralement (horizontalement), tourner
la vis de réglage vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur.
ÉTAPE 19
À l'aide de une autre personne, avec précaution, placer l'élément dans sa
position verticale.
Placer deux DEMI-PASSE-CÂBLES (67P) dans le chant incurvé de
l'ARRIÈRE (Q) et du VOILE DE FOND (S).
Insérer deux GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans le MONTANT SUPÉRIEUR (H).
Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, fi xer le DESSUS (T) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B),
au MONTANT (C), au MONTANT SUPÉRIEUR (H), à l'ARRIÈRE (Q) et au VOILE
DE FOND (S). Serrer dix FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL dans
les trous dans le DESSUS.
ÉTAPE 18 (SUITE)
Fixer le VOILE DE FOND (S) au MONTANT (C) avec un tournevis court.
Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 49 mm NOIRES (113S).
ÉTAPE 14
Faire tourner quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 14 mm NOIRES (32S) dans
l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et le MONTANT (C) jusqu'à ce que
l'épaulement des VIS repose sur les surfaces des EXTRÉMITÉS.
REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les VIS.
Fixer les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (K) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A)
et au MONTANT (C). Aligner les rainures des MOULURES sur les têtes des
VIS dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ et MONTANT.
REMARQUE : S'assurer que les MOULURES sont à fl eur des chants
supérieurs de l'EXTRÉMITÉ et MONTANT.
REMARQUE : Si la MOULURE soulève au-dessus les VIS, l'enlever et
l'enfi ler de nouveau.
ÉTAPE 15
Insérer deux CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans les PIEDS (F et G).
Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et le MONTANT (C) aux PIEDS (F et G). Serrer
six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
Fixer le MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (I) à l'ARRIÈRE (Q). Serrer deux
FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS dans
l'EXTRÉMITÉ et le MONTANT.
ÉTAPE 16
Fixer la TABLETTE POUR SACS (R) au VOILE DE FOND (S). Serrer deux
FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
ÉTAPE 17
Fixer la TABLETTE POUR SACS (R) et le VOILE DE FOND (S) à
l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

ÉTAPE 29
Enfoncer les MANCHONS EN CAOUTCHOUC (2R) sur les GOUPILLES
EN MÉTAL (1R). Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL dans les trous choisis
du MONTANT (C) et du MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (I). Poser la TABLETTE
RÉGLABLE (J) sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL.
Pour insérer le petit tiroir dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du tiroir et
faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière les roulettes situées
sur l'élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et l'enfi ler dans l'élément.
Pour insérer le tiroir pour dossiers dans l'élément, aligner les COULISSES
D'EXTENSION du tiroir sur les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION de l'élément et
enfoncer le tiroir dans l'élément jusqu'à ce que le tiroir soit complètement
inséré. Le tiroir o rira une certaine résistance jusqu'à ce qu'il soit
complètement inséré dans l'élément, il glissera ensuite sans di culté.
ÉTAPE 30
Pour ajuster les tiroirs, desserrer la VIS nº 4 dans les COULISSES un
quart de tour et tourner ensuite la CAME dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre ou dans le sens contraire. Noter que le tiroir monte ou descend
lorsque l'on tourne la CAME. Plus la vis dans le trou oblong est haute, plus
le devant de tiroir sera haut. Plus la vis est basse, plus le devant de tiroir
sera bas. Ajuster le tiroir de cette manière permet au DEVANT DE TIROIR
d'être mieux aligné une fois fermé. Resserrer la VIS après d'avoir ajusté.
REMARQUE : Prière de lire les informations importantes sur la sécurité
fi gurant sur les pages arrière du manuel d’instructions.
Ceci complète l'assemblage. Nettoyer à l’aide d’une encaustique pour
meubles ou d’un chi on humide. Essuyer.
ÉTAPE 28
Insérer un PASSE-CÂBLES (10P) et un COUVERCLE DE PASSE-CÂBLES (1P)
dans le gros trou du DESSUS (T).
Insérer un PASSE-CÂBLES (10P) dans le gros trou du MONTANT (C).
À l'aide d'un marteau, enfoncer un COUVERCLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (12P)
sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.
ÉTAPE 27
Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans les CÔTÉS DE
PETIT TIROIR (D107 et D108).
Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (40CC) au CÔTÉ DROIT DE PETIT TIROIR (D107) et
le TIROIR GAUCHE (40CD) au CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE PETIT TIROIR (D108).
Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les
trous nº 1 et nº 4.
Fixer une POIGNÉE (7K) sur le DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (M). Utiliser
deux VIS À MÉTAUX 19 mm ARGENTÉES (20S).
ÉTAPE 24
Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans chaque CÔTÉ DE
GRAND TIROIR (D28 et D29).
Fixer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (40MC) aux CÔTÉS DE GRAND
TIROIR (D28 et D29). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES
(3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 4.
REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l'EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible à
travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.
ÉTAPE 25
Enfoncer les ARMATURES POUR DOSSIERS (15B) sur chaque CÔTÉ DE
GRAND TIROIR (D28 et D29) comme il l’est indiqué.
Fixer une POIGNÉE (7K) sur le DEVANT DE GRAND TIROIR (L). Utiliser
deux VIS À MÉTAUX 19 mm ARGENTÉES (20S).
ÉTAPE 26
1. Insérer les CÔTÉS DE PETIT TIROIR (D107 et D108) en biseau dans la
fente dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (M).
2. Enfi ler le FOND DE TIROIR (D707) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE PETIT
TIROIR (D107 et D108) et du DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (M).
3. Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE PETIT TIROIR (D109) aux CÔTÉS DE PETIT TIROIR
(D107 et D108). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR (D707) s'encastre dans
la rainure de l'ARRIÈRE DE PETIT TIROIR (D109)

1. Insérer les CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (D28 et D29) en biseau dans la fente

deux vis de réglage. Déplacer les PORTES verticalement à l'emplacement
désiré. Serrer les vis après avoir ajusté.
Pour ajuster les PORTES vers l'intérieur où vers l'extérieur (profondeur),
desserrer la vis de montage un tour et déplacer les PORTES vers
l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur. Serrer la vis de montage après avoir ajusté.

PASO 8
Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (40MC) de los RIELES DE
EXTENSIÓN (40MA) como se muestra en el diagrama superior mas
abajo. Prepárese, las piezas son grasientas.
Fije los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (40MA) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A) y al
PARAL INFERIOR (I). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA
PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S).
NOTA: Para cada RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN, atornille un TORNILLO dentro
del agujero indicado en el diagrama ampliado. A continuación deslice el
cartucho interno del RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN hacia el interior para encontrar
el otro agujero que se alinea con el agujero del EXTREMO. Atornille un
TORNILLO dentro de este agujero.
NOTA: Las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN se utilizarán más tarde para
los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE.
PASO 10
Fije el EXTREMO DERECHO (A) y el PARAL (C) al ESTANTE (O). Apriete
cuatro SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
Cómo utilizar el SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER
1. Inserte el extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR en el agujero de la parte adjunta.
NOTA: El extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR debe quedarse
completamente insertado en el agujero de la parte adjunta cuando se
enclava el SUJETADOR.
2. Apriete el SUJETADOR lo más apretado posible con un destornillador
Phillips (cruz).
PASO 11
Fije el PARAL SUPERIOR (H) al ESTANTE (O). Utilice dos TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).
PASO 9
Fije el GABINETE DERECHO (40CA) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A)
y el GABINETE IZQUIERDO (40CB) al PARAL INFERIOR (I). Utilice
cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S)
a través de los agujeros No. 1 y No. 3.
PASO 7
Inserte un PASADOR DE MADERA (15F) en cada de las PATAS (D y E).
Fije el PARAL (C) a la PATA IZQUIERDA DELANTERA (E) tal como se
muestra a la derecha. Apriete tres EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
Fije el EXTREMO DERECHO (A) a la PATA DERECHA DELANTERA /
IZQUIERDA POSTERIOR (D) tal como se muestra a continuación. Apriete
tres EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
NOTA: Asegúrese de que el PASADOR DE MADERA se inserten en el
EXTREMO y el PARAL.
PASO 4
Atornille dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 14 mm (32S)
dentro del EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) hasta que el resalto de los TORNILLOS
repose sobre las superfi cies del EXTREMO.
NOTA: No apriete los TORNILLOS en exceso.
Fije la MOLDURA DE EXTREMO (K) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Alinee las
ranuras de las MOLDURAS sobre las cabezas de los TORNILLOS del EXTREMO.
NOTA: La MOLDURA debe ser nivelada con los dos bordes de los
EXTREMOS.
NOTA: Si la MOLDURA se levanta de los TORNILLOS, retírela y deslícela
sobre la parte otra vez.
PASO 5
Inserte dos PASADORES DE MADERA (15F) en las PATAS (D y E).
Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) a las PATAS (D y E). Apriete seis
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
NOTA: Asegúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA se inserten en el

Inserte dos PASADORES DE MADERA (15F) en las PATAS (F y G).

Atornille veintidós BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO (8F) dentro de las

Coloque los ESPACIADORES DE BISAGRA (22H) sobre los
agujeros grandes de la PUERTA (P).
Fije las BISAGRAS (14H) a la PUERTA (P). Utilice cuatro
TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 16 mm (23S).
PASO 19
Con la ayuda de otra persona, cuidadosamente ponga la unidad
en posición vertical.
Coloque dos MEDIO OJALES (67P) en el borde curvado del
DORSO (Q) y del VELO DE FONDO (S).
Inserte dos ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) en el PARAL SUPERIOR (H).
Con la ayuda de alguien, fi je el PANEL SUPERIOR (T) a
los EXTREMOS (A y B), al PARAL (C), al PARAL
SUPERIOR (H), al DORSO (Q) y al VELO DE FONDO (S). Apriete
diez SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
NOTA: Asegúrese de que las ESPIGAS DE METAL se inserten en
los agujeros en el PANEL SUPERIOR.
PASO 18
NOTA: Usted puede necesitar la utilización un destornillador corto
para este paso.
Fije el ESTANTE PARA BOLSAS (R) al PARAL (C). Apriete el

Fije el ESTANTE PARA BOLSAS (R) y el VELO DE FONDO (S) al
EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Apriete cuatro SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
PASO 14
Atornille cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de
14 mm (32S) en el EXTREMO DERECHO (A) y el PARAL (C) hasta que
el resalto de los TORNILLOS repose sobre las superfi cies del EXTREMO.
NOTA: No apriete los TORNILLOS en exceso.
Deslice las MOLDURAS DE EXTREMO DERECHO (K) al
EXTREMO DERECHO (A) y al PARAL (C). Alinee las ranuras de las

y PARAL.
NOTA: Las MOLDURAS deben estar niveladas con los bordes

Inserte dos PASADORES DE MADERA (15F) en las PATAS (F y G).

Inserte un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (10A) dentro de los
LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D28 y D29).
Fije las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (40MC) a los LADOS
DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D28 y D29). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS
DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a través de los
agujeros No. 1 y No. 4.
NOTA: La cabeza de tornillo del EXCÉNTRICO debe ser visible a
través del agujero alargado de la CORREDERA.
PASO 25
Fije los CORRIMIENTOS DE ARCHIVERO (15B) sobre cada LADO
DEL CAJÓN GRANDE (D28 y D29) como se muestra.
Fije un TIRADOR (7K) a la CARA DE CAJÓN GRANDE (L). Utilice
dos TORNILLOS PLATEADOS PARA METAL de 19 mm (20S).
PASO 26
1. Inserte los LADOS DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D107 y D108) en
ángulo en el encaje en cada extremo de la CARA DE CAJÓN
PEQUEÑO (M).
2. Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D707) dentro de las ranuras de
los LADOS DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D107 y D108) y de la CARA
DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (M).
3. Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D109) a los LADOS
DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D107 y D108). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S).
NOTA: Asegúrese de que el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D707) ajuste en
la ranura del DORSO DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D109).
PASO 27
Inserte un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (10A) dentro de los
LADOS DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D107 y D108).
Fije el CAJÓN DERECHO (40CC) al LADO DERECHO DE
CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D107) y el CAJÓN IZQUIERDO (40CD) al
LADO IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (D108). Utilice cuatro
TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a
través de los agujeros No. 1 y No. 4.
Fije un TIRADOR (7K) a la CARA DE CAJÓN PEQUEÑO (M). Utilice
dos TORNILLOS PLATEADOS PARA METAL de 19 mm (20S).
PASO 22
Consulte el diagrama ampliado para identifi car las piezas
de las BISAGRAS.
Las PUERTAS pueden requerir de ajustes. Siga el texto abajo para
hacer los ajustes necesarios.
AJUSTE DE LA PUERTA:
Para ajustar las PUERTAS de un lado al otro (horizontalmente), y
gire el tornillo de ajuste hacia el interior o hacia el exterior.
Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo (vertical),
afl oje los dos tornillos de ajuste. Mueva las PUERTAS hacia arriba
o hacia abajo a la ubicación deseada. Apriete los tornillos después
de hacer los ajustes.
Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia atrás o hacia adelante
(profundidad), afl oje el tornillo de montaje una vuelta y mueva las
PUERTAS hacia el interior o hacia el exterior según sea necesario.
Apriete el tornillo de montaje después de hacer los ajustes.
PASO 23
1. Inserte los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D28 y D29) en ángulo
dentro del encaje en cada extremo de la CARA DE CAJÓN
GRANDE (L).
2. Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D707) dentro de las ranuras de
los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D28 y D29) y de la CARA DE
CAJÓN GRANDE (L).
3. Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D78) a los LADOS
DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D28 y D29). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S).
NOTA: Asegúrese que el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D707) ajuste dentro
de la ranura del DORSO DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D78).
PASO 21
NOTA: Usted puede necesitar la utilización un destornillador corto para
este paso.
Antes de ajustar la PUERTA (P) a su unidad, asegúrese de que el tornillo
de montaje se encuentre contra los topes como se muestra en el
diagrama derecho. Si no lo está, afl oje el tornillo de montaje para que se
deslice contra los topes. Luego, apriete el tornillo de montaje.
Fije la PUERTA (P) al PARAL INFERIOR (I) como se muestra en el diagrama
inferior. Utilice los tornillos provistos de las BISAGRAS. Debe apretar cada
TORNILLO unas vueltas antes de apretar cualquier tornillo fi rmemente.
Fije el POMO (24K) a la PUERTA (P) con un destornillador corto. Utilice el
TORNILLO NEGRO PARA METAL de 28 mm (21S).
Despegue un tope de la TARJETA CON TOPES (29M) y péguelo en cada
esquina de la PUERTA (P), donde entra en contacto con el ESTANTE (O) y
el FONDO (N) cuando esté cerrada.
Consulte el próximo paso para ajustar la PUERTA.

PASO 30
Para ajustar el cajón, afl oje el TORNILLO No. 4 de las
CORREDERAS una cuarta vuelta y después gire la LEVA hacia la
derecha o hacia la izquierda. Observe que el cajón sube o baja al
girar la LEVA. Entre más alto esté el tornillo en el agujero oblongo,
más alto estará el frente del cajón. Entre más bajo esté el tornillo,
el frente del cajón estará más bajo. Al ajustar el cajón de esta
manera, mejorará la alineación de la CARA DE CAJÓN una vez
cerrada. Apriete los TORNILLOS después de hacer los ajustes.
NOTA: Por favor, lea las páginas de atrás del folleto de
instrucciones en cuanto a importante información de seguridad.
Esto completa el ensamblaje. Limpie con su pulimento para
muebles preferido o un paño húmedo. Seque con un paño.
PASO 29
Empuje los MANGUITOS DE GOMA (2R) sobre las ESPIGAS DE
METAL (1R). Inserte las ESPIGAS DE METAL dentro de los agujeros
al nivel preferido del PARAL (C) y del PARAL INFERIOR (I). Coloque
el ESTANTE AJUSTABLE (J) sobre las ESPIGAS DE METAL.
Para insertar el cajón pequeño dentro de la unidad, incline la
parte delantera del cajón hacia abajo y deje que los rodillos del
cajón caigan detrás de los rodillos de la unidad. Levante la parte
delantera del cajón y deslícelo dentro de la unidad.
Para insertar un cajón del archivero dentro de la unidad, alinee
las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN sujetadas al cajón con los
RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN sujetados a la unidad y empuje el cajón
dentro de la unidad hasta que el cajón esté completamente
insertado. El cajón mueven con difi cultad hasta que se inserten
completamente dentro de la unidad, después deslizarán
fácilmente hacia adentro y hacia afuera.
PASO 28
Inserte un OJAL (10P) y la CUBIERTA DE OJAL (1P) dentro del
agujero grande del PANEL SUPERIOR (T).
Inserte un OJAL (10P) dentro del agujero grande del PARAL (C).
Con un martillo, empuje una CUBIERTA DE EXCÉNTRICO (12P)
sobre cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.

the instructions.
• Work from bottom to top when loading
shelves and drawers. Place the heavier
items on the lower shelves or in lower
drawers.
• Improperly moving furniture that is not
designed and equipped with casters.
• Furniture can tip over or break if
improperly moved.
• Physical injury. Furniture can be very
heavy.
• Breakage of tops - particularly with
double pedestal furniture (drawers at both
ends).
• Unload shelves and drawers from top to
bottom before moving the unit.
• Do not push furniture, especially on a
carpeted fl oor. Have a friend help you lift
the item and set it in place.
• Provide support to the center section of
the top when lifting the furniture.
• Placing TVs on furniture items that are
not designed to support a television is
hazardous.
• Risk of injury or death. TVs can be very
heavy. Plus the weight and location of the
picture tube tends to make TVs unbalanced
and prone to tipping forward.

against defects in materials or workmanship of Sauder furniture components.
As used in this Warranty, “defect” means imperfections in components which
substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty gives you specifi c legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure
to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse,
intentional damage, fi re, fl ood, alteration or modifi cation of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no
warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at
a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair,
replace or refund the value of any defective furniture component. Sauder may require
independent confi rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement
parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OF ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such
as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near
the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that fi rst arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law,
whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
