death. A TV that is too large for the available space might be accidentally pushed or bumped o the furniture, or subject to tip-over.
• Check the size and weight of your TV. Compare it to the diagram below – before you begin assembly!
• This Sauder unit is designed for use with televisions weighing less than 135 pounds. Never use with a TV that weighs more.
• The size of the television, front-to-back and side-to-side, must fi t within the space defi ned in the diagram.
• Never place the front edge of the TV past the front edge of the TV support shelf (or stop molding – if equipped)
• Never allow the sides of the TV to extend past the side edges of the TV support surface.
• If the TV has a CRT picture tube, the picture tube cone may extend past the rear of the support shelf.
• Be sure to apply the warning label as instructed in the last assembly step. The label provides important safety related information.

1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the

To insert the drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind
the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit.

Insert the GROMMET (II) and GROMMET CAP (JJ) into the TOP (D).

Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (TT) over the METAL PINS (SS). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of
your choice in the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C), and BACKS (I and J). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (K and L)
onto the METAL PINS.

Apply the WARNING LABEL (UU) to the TOP (D). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed
from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel o the backing and apply the label as shown
in the diagram.

To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the cam clockwise or
counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the cam. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will
help the DRAWER FRONT line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREWS when fi nished with adjustments.

The higher the screw in the oblong hole,
the higher your drawer front will be. The
lower the screw, the lower the drawer front.
Loosen screw #3 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn
maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise
directions to make adjustments, and then tighten screw #3.

Fixer douze CONSOLES EN MÉTAL (KK) au DESSOUS (F) et
aux ARRIÈRES (I et J). Utiliser douze VIS NOIRES TETE
LARGE 14 mm (XX).
REMARQUE : S’assurer que les chants des CONSOLES EN MÉTAL
sont à fl eur des chants du DESSOUS et des ARRIÈRES.
ÉTAPE 7
Fixer le DESSUS (D) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et au
MONTANT (C). Serrer six FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
ÉTAPE 8
Fixer la MOULURE DE TABLETTE (S) aux TABLETTES (E). Serrer
quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
ÉTAPE 9
Fixer les MOULURES (X et Y) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B).
Utiliser huit VIS NOIRES TETE LARGE 14 mm (XX) à travers les
CONSOLES et dans les MOULURES.

Fixer les MOULURES D’ARRIÈRE (W) aux ARRIÈRES (I et J).
Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES TETE LARGE 14 mm (XX) à travers les
CONSOLES et dans les MOULURES.
REMARQUE : Les MOULURES D’ARRIÈRE ne comportent pas de
trous pré-percés. Serrer les VIS dans les rainures.
ÉTAPE 5
Attention : Ne pas relever l’élément dans sa position verticale
avant d’avoir fi xé l’ARRIÈRE. L’élément risque de s’e ondrer.
Utilisation de la FIXATION TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER
1. Insérer l'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION dans le trou de la pièce
attenante.
REMARQUE : L'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION doit rester
complètement insérée dans le trou de la pièce attenante lorsque
l'on bloque la FIXATION.
2. Bien serrer la FIXATION à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips.
Fixer les TABLETTES (E) au MONTANT (C). Serrer quatre
FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
AVERTISSEMENT
Cet élément Sauder est conçu pour être utilisé avec des
téléviseurs ne pesant pas plus de 61 kg. L’utilisation d’un téléviseur
trop large ou trop lourd est dangereuse. Cette combinaison
téléviseur et meuble instable risque de provoquer des blessures
graves, voire mortelles, et de se renverser.
Vérifi er la taille et le poids du téléviseur. La comparer au
diagramme de tailles ci-dessous avant de commencer
l’assemblage.
S’assurer que la base du téléviseur soit bien installée sur la
tablette de téléviseur. La base du téléviseur ne doit jamais
dépasser le bord de la tablette de téléviseur. (Le cône du tube
cathodique peut dépasser la tablette.)
Ne jamais utiliser un téléviseur qui soit trop lourd ou trop large.
Veiller à installer l’étiquette de mise en garde comme il l’est
indiqué à la dernière étape. L’étiquette fournit d’importants
consignes de sécurité concernant le poids des téléviseurs.
ÉTAPE 1
Ne pas serrer les FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® à cette étape.
Assembler l’élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d’endommager l’élément ou le sol.
Pour commencer l’assemblage, enfoncer une FIXATION
TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER (FF) dans les gros trous de
l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).
Répéter cette étape pour le MONTANT (C) et les
deux TABLETTES (E).
ÉTAPE 10
Fixer les CONSOLES DE GLISSIÈRE (NN) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A
et B). Utiliser huit VIS NOIRES TETE LARGE 14 mm (XX).
ÉTAPE 11
Fixer les ÉLÉMENTS DROITES (35DA) et les ÉLÉMENTS
GAUCHES (35DB) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et au MONTANT (C).
Utiliser huit VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (YY).
ÉTAPE 15
Fixer les MOULURES (Z) aux ARRIÈRES (I et J). Utiliser quatre VIS
NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (XX) à travers les CONSOLES et
dans les MOULURES.
Fixer les SOCLES (U et V) au DESSOUS (F). Utiliser quatre VIS
NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (XX) à travers les CONSOLES et
dans les SOCLES.

Fixer le DESSOUS (F) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et au
MONTANT (C). Utiliser six VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (VV).

Fixer les CHARNIÈRES (MM) aux ENTRETOISES (G). Utiliser
quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (XX).

Fixer le SOCLE (T) au DESSOUS (F). Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES

Fixer six CONSOLES EN MÉTAL (KK) aux ENTRETOISES (G).

Avec précaution, retourner l’élément sur son dessus.
Insérer quatre GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (SS) dans
les ARRIÈRES (I et J).
Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (SS) situées dans une
extrémité des ARRIÈRES (I et J) dans les trous dans
le DESSUS (D).
Fixer les ARRIÈRES (I et J) au DESSOUS (F). Utiliser quatre VIS
NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (VV).
ÉTAPE 18
Fixer les MOULURES (Z) aux ENTRETOISES (G). Utiliser deux VIS
NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (XX) à travers les CONSOLES et
dans les MOULURES.
Maintenant, fi xer les PLAQUES DE LIAISON (OO) aux SOCLE (T)
et aux MOULURES (Z). Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE
14 mm (XX).

ÉTAPE 19
Attention : Ne pas relever l’élément dans sa position verticale
avant d’avoir fi xé l’ARRIÈRE. L’élément risque de s’e ondrer.
Avec précaution, retourner l’élément sur ses chants avant. Déplier
l’ARRIÈRE (H) et le placer sur l’élément.
Veiller à avoir des marges égales le long des quatre chants de
l’ARRIÈRE (H). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de
l’élément pour s’assurer d’être « d’équerre ».
Fixer les chants supérieur et latéraux de l’ARRIÈRE (H) à l’élément
en utilisant dix-huit VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (XX). Utiliser
vingt-quatre CLOUS (ZZ) dans les trous derniers situés
dans l’ARRIÈRE.
REMARQUE : S’assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les
trous qui sont alignés au-dessus le MONTANT (C).
REMARQUE : Des lignes perforées ont été prévues pour
accéder facilement à l’ARRIÈRE. Découper avec précaution les
trous nécessaires.
Enfoncer le PIED (GG) dans le trou du DESSOUS (F).
ÉTAPE 21
Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (RR) dans chaque
CÔTÉ DE TIROIR (D107 et D108).
Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (35DC) et le TIROIR GAUCHE (35DD) aux
CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D107 et D108). Utiliser quatre VIS DORÉES
TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (YY).
REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l’EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible
à travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.
Fixer la POIGNÉE (PP) et les MONTURES DE POIGNÉE (QQ) au
DEVANT GAUCHE DE TIROIR (N). Utiliser deux VIS GRISES À
MÉTAUX 16 mm (15S).
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 20
1. Insérer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D107 et D108) en biseau dans la
fente dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE TIROIR (N).
2. Enfi ler le FOND DE TIROIR (D962) dans les rainures des
CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D107 et D108) et du DEVANT DE TIROIR (N).
3. Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D65) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D107
et D108). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR (D962)
s'encastre dans la rainure des ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D65).
Répéter cette étape pour l’autre tiroir.
ÉTAPE 22
Relever, avec précaution, l’élément dans sa position verticale.
Pour insérer les tiroirs dans l’élément, abaisser le devant du
tiroir et faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière
les roulettes situées sur l’élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et
l’enfi ler dans l’élément.
Insérer le PASSE-CÂBLÉS (II) et le COUVERCLE DE
PASSE-CÂBLÉS (JJ) dans le DESSUS (D).
Enfoncer les MANCHONS EN CAOUTCHOUC (TT) sur les
GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (SS). Insérer les GOUPILLES EN
MÉTAL dans les trous choisis dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le
MONTANT (C) et les ARRIÈRES (I et J). Poser les TABLETTES
RÉGLABLES (K et L) sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL.
Apposer l’ÉTIQUETTE DE MISE EN GARDE (UU) au
DESSUS (D). Cette étiquette doit pouvoir être lisible lorsque le
téléviseur est enlevé de l’élément. Lorsque le téléviseur est en
place, il doit la dissimuler. Décoller le fi lm protecteur et apposer
l’étiquette comme l’indique le schéma.
REMARQUE : Cette étiquette permanente est prévue pour durer
pendant toute la vie du produit. Une fois apposée ne pas essayer
de la retirer.
ÉTAPE 23
Pour ajuster les tiroirs, desserrer la VIS nº 3 des COULISSES un
quart de tour et tourner ensuite la came dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre ou dans le sens contraire. Noter que le tiroir monte
ou descend lorsque l’on tourne la came. Ajuster les tiroirs de cette
manière permet au DEVANT DE TIROIR d’être mieux aligné une
fois fermé. Resserrer les VIS après d’avoir ajusté.
REMARQUE : Prière de lire attentivement les importantes
informations concernant la sécurité qui fi gurent sur les pages
arrière du manuel d’instructions.
Ceci complète l’assemblage. Pour nettoyer, utiliser l’encaustique
pour meubles préférée ou un chi on humide. Essuyer.

ADVERTENCIA
Esta unidad Sauder está diseñada para el uso con televisores que
pesan 61 kg o menos. El uso de un televisor demasiado grande
o demasiado pesado es peligroso. Existe un riesgo de lesiones
graves o la muerte por la inestabilidad de la combinación de
televisor y mobiliario que pueda inclinar y caerse.
Verifi que el tamaño y el peso del televisor. Compárelo al diagrama
de tamaño abajo antes de comenzar el ensamblaje.
Asegúrese que la base del televisor puede colocarse
completamente sobre el estante televisor. La base del televisor
nunca debe extenderse sobre el borde del estante televisor. (El
cono del tubo de imagen puede extenderse sobre el estante.)
Nunca use un televisor que es demasiado pesado o
demasiado grande.
Asegúrese de instalar la Etiqueta de Advertencia tal como se
instruye en el último paso. La etiqueta proporciona información
importante de seguridad en cuanto al peso del televisor.
PASO 2
Fije doce SOPORTES ANGULARES (LL) a los EXTREMOS (A y B)
y al FONDO (F). Utilice doce TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
GRANDE de 14 mm (XX).
NOTA: Asegúrese que los bordes de los SOPORTES ANGULARES
estén nivelados con los bordes de los EXTREMOS y del FONDO.
PASO 4
Fije las MOLDURAS DE DORSO (W) a los DORSOS (I y J). Utilice
cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de
14 mm (XX) a través de los SOPORTES y en las MOLDURAS.
NOTA: No hay agujeros perforados en las MOLDURAS DE
DORSO. Los TORNILLOS apretarán dentro de las ranuras.
PASO 6
Fije los EXTREMOS (A y B) a los ESTANTES (E). Apriete cuatro
SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
PASO 3
Fije doce SOPORTES DE METAL (KK) al FONDO (F) y a los
DORSOS (I y J). Utilice doce TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
GRANDE de 14 mm (XX).
NOTA: Asegúrese que los bordes de los SOPORTES DE METAL

Fije las MOLDURAS (X y Y) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Utilice ocho
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (XX) a
través de los SOPORTES y en las MOLDURAS.

PASO 5
Precaución : No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que
se fi je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Cómo utilizar el SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER
1. Inserte el extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR dentro del
agujero de la parte adjunta.
NOTA: El extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR debe quedarse
completamente insertado en el agujero de la parte adjunta
cuando se enclava el SUJETADOR.
2. Apriete el SUJETADOR lo más apretado posible con un
destornillador Phillips (cruz).
Fije los ESTANTES (E) al PARAL (C). Apriete cuatro
SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
PASO 1
No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK® en este paso.
Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón
vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Para comenzar el ensamblaje, empuje un SUJETADOR
TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER (FF) dentro de los agujeros grandes del
EXTREMO DERECHO (A) y del EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B).
Repita este paso para el PARAL (C) y los dos ESTANTES (E).
PASO 10
Fije las MÉNSULAS DE RIEL (NN) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Utilice
ocho TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (XX).
PASO 11
Fije los GABINETES DERECHOS (35DA) y los GABINETES
IZQUIERDOS (35DB) a los EXTREMOS (A y B) y al PARAL (C).
Utilice ocho TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA
DE 8 mm (YY).
PASO 15
Fije las MOLDURAS (Z) a los DORSOS (I y J). Utilice cuatro

Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre el
panel superior.
Inserte cuatro ESPIGAS DE METAL (SS) dentro de
los DORSOS (I y J).
Inserte las ESPIGAS DE METAL (SS) sujetadas a un extremo de
los DORSOS (I y J) dentro de los agujeros del
PANEL SUPERIOR (D).
Fije los DORSOS (I y J) al FONDO (F). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 48 mm (VV).
PASO 18
Fije las MOLDURAS (Z) a las RIOSTRAS (G). Utilice dos
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (XX) a
través de los SOPORTES y en las MOLDURAS.
Ahora, fi je las PLACAS DE CONEXIÓN (OO) a las BASE (T) y a las
MOLDURAS (Z). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
GRANDE de 14 mm (XX).

PASO 19
Precaución : No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que
se fi je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre los
bordes delanteros. Desdoble el DORSO (H) y colóquelo sobre
la unidad.
Fije el DORSO (H) de manera que los márgenes son iguales a lo
largo de los cuatro bordes. Empuje sobre las esquinas opuestas
de la unidad si es requerido para hacerla “cuadrada.”
Fije los bordes superior y laterales del DORSO (H) a la unidad
utilizando dieciocho TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE
de 14 mm (XX). Utilice veinticuatro CLAVOS (ZZ) a través de los
agujeros que quedan del DORSO.
NOTA: Asegúrese de clavar ligeramente los CLAVOS dentro de
los agujeros que se alinean sobre el PARAL (C).
NOTA: Hay perforaciones provistas para el acceso a través del
DORSO. Cuidadosamente corte los agujeros requeridos.
Empuje la PATA (GG) dentro del agujero del FONDO (F).
PASO 21
Inserte un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (RR) dentro de cada
LADO DE CAJÓN (D107 y D108).
Fije el CAJÓN DERECHO (35DC) y el CAJÓN
IZQUIERDO (35DD) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D107 y D108).
Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA
de 8 mm (YY).
NOTA: La cabeza de tornillo del EXCÉNTRICO debe ser visible a
través del agujero alargado de la CORREDERA.
Fije el TIRADOR (PP) y los MONTAJES DE TIRADOR (QQ) a
la CARA IZQUIERDA DE CAJÓN (N). Utilice dos TORNILLOS
GRISES PARA METAL de 16 mm (15S).
Repita este paso para el otro cajón.
PASO 20
1. Inserte los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D107 y D108) en ángulo dentro
del encaje en cada extremo de la CARA DE CAJÓN (N).
2. Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D962) en las ranuras de los
LADOS DE CAJÓN (D107 y D108) y de la CARA DE CAJÓN (N).
3. Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN (D65) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D107
y D108). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA
de 40 mm (30S).
NOTA: Asegúrese de que los FONDOS DE CAJÓN (D962) ajuste
dentro de las ranuras de la DORSO DE CAJÓN (D65).
Repita este paso para el otro cajón.
PASO 22
Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical.
Para insertar los cajones dentro de la unidad, incline la parte
delantera del cajón y deje que los rodillos del cajón caigan detrás
de los rodillos de la unidad. Levante la parte delantera del cajón y
deslícelo dentro de la unidad.
Inserte el OJAL (II) y la CUBIERTA DE OJAL (JJ) dentro del
PANEL SUPERIOR (D).
Empuje los MANGUITOS DE GOMA (TT) sobre las ESPIGAS
DE METAL (SS). Inserte las ESPIGAS DE METAL dentro de
los agujeros al nivel preferido de los EXTREMOS (A y B), del
PARAL (C) y de los DORSOS (I y J). Coloque los ESTANTES
AJUSTABLES (K y L) sobre las ESPIGAS DE METAL.
Aplique la ETIQUETA DE ADVERTENCIA (UU) al PANEL
SUPERIOR (D). La etiqueta debe ser legible cuando el televisor
está retirado de la unidad. Con el televisor ya instalado, debe
esconder la etiqueta. Quite el material protector y aplique la
etiqueta tal como se muestra en el diagrama.
NOTA: Esta etiqueta es permanente e intencionada a durar por la
vida del producto. Una vez aplicada, no intente quitarla.
PASO 23
Para ajustar los cajónes, afl oje el TORNILLO No. 3 de las
CORREDERAS una cuarta vuelta y después gire la leva hacia la
derecha o hacia la izquierda. Observe que el cajón sube o baja al
girar la leva. Al ajustar los cajones de esta manera, mejorará la
alineación de la CARA DE CAJÓN una vez cerrada. Apriete los
TORNILLOS después de hacer los ajustes.
NOTA: Por favor lea las páginas fi nales del folleto de instrucciones
para información importante sobre la seguridad.
Esto completa el ensamblaje. Para la limpieza, utilice el pulimento

Place the heavier items on lower shelves as far back from the front as possible.
Load the bottom surfaces fi rst to avoid top-heavy furniture.
Moving furniture that is not designed to be moved or equipped with casters may result in injury or damage to furnishings or

ALWAYS unload shelves and drawers, starting with the top surfaces, before moving.
NEVER push or pull furniture on carpet. Have a friend help lift properly to move and/or reposition it.

2. There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure
to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse,
intentional damage, fi re, fl ood, alteration or modifi cation of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no
warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at
a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair,
replace or refund the value of any defective furniture component. Sauder may require
independent confi rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement
parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OF ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such
as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near
the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that fi rst arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED
