Locate the 425616 TOP (B) and lay it on packing foam or magazines flat on the floor. å With a drill and 1/4" drill bit, finish drilling through the four holes shown. å NOTE: Do not drill into the floor. CAUTION Drill through these four holes. Use four BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (7S). å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. We recommend using the SAFETY STRAP for added stability. å INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Insert the SAFETY DRYWALL ANCHOR through the WASHER and the end of the SAFETY STRAP. 2. Using a Phillips screwdriver or a hand drill, press the screw slightly onto the drywall just below the top surface of your unit so the SAFETY STRAP will not be visible. 3. Apply pressure; turn the screw until a pilot hole is made and the nylon sheath slips through. 4. Turn the screw until it is flush against the wall and you feel a firm resistance. 5. Continue to turn until the screw starts spinning freely. å NOTE: Before moving your unit to a different location, unscrew the SAFETY DRYWALL ANCHOR from your wall. The nylon sheath will remain behind your wall. NOTE: Do not turn the SAFETY DRYWALL ANCHOR into a wall stud. If you prefer to fasten the SAFETY STRAP to a wall stud, go to your local hardware store for proper hardware. ÉTAPE 2 ÉTAPE 5 Enfiler les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ* (L) sur les bords crantés des TABLETTES (A, B et C). Insérer douze CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans les PLINTHES LATÉRALES (H et J). REMARQUE : Les MOULURES devraient être centrées sur les TABLETTES. Enfoncer douze CHEVILLES EN FORME DE CROIX (24F) dans les PLINTHES LATÉRALES (H et J) comme l'indique le schéma. * Brevet État Unis n° 5,499,886 REMARQUE : Les filets dans la CHEVILLE doivent être dirigées vers le trou dans le bord de la PLINTHE LATÉRALE. ÉTAPE 6 Fixer les PIEDS (D, E, F et G) aux PLINTHES LATÉRALES (H et J) exactement comme l'indique le schéma. Utiliser douze BOULONS TÊTE PLATE 70 mm NOIRES (143S). REMARQUE : Les boulons seront visser dans les CHEVILLES dans les PLINTHES LATERALES. Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer les PLINTHES LATÉRALES (H et J) sur les PIEDS (D et E) aux TABLETTES (A, B et C). Serrer cinq EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 8 Ouvrir le KIT DE RETENUE ANTI-BASCULEMENT POUR MOBILIER (97) et fixer la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ sur l’ARRIÈRE (K). Utiliser la VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRE fourni. Fixer la TABLETTE INFÉRIEURE (C) à la PLINTHE LATÉRALE INFÉRIEURE (H) sur les PIEDS (F et G). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 9 Fixer l’ARRIÈRE (K) au PIED (G). Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Apposer l'ÉTIQUETTE (17L) sur l’ARRIÈRE (K). Décoller le film protecteur et apposer l'étiquette comme l'indique le schéma. REMARQUE : Cette étiquette permanente est prévue pour durer pendant toute la vie du produit. Une fois apposée, ne pas essayer de la retirer. Fixer le PIED (E) sur l’ARRIÈRE (K). Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. REMARQUE : Placer la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ exactement comme l'indique le schéma. Fixer l’ARRIÈRE (K) aux TABLETTES (A, B et C). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 49 mm NOIRES (113S). ÉTAPE 11 Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Centrer un COUVERCLE DE VIS (20P) sur la tête de chaque VIS dans l’ARRIÈRE (K) et taper délicatement à l'aide d'un marteau. À l'aide d'un marteau, enfoncer un COUVERCLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (12P) sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE visible dans les TABLETTES (A et B) et l’ARRIÈRE (K). Enfoncer deux BOUCHONS (11P) dans les trous vides dans deux des PLINTHES LATÉRALES SUPÉRIEURES (J). Fixer les TAPIS EN CAOUTCHOUC (M, N et O) aux TABLETTES (A, B et C). ÉTAPE 12 REMARQUE : Faire très attention à l'emplacement des deux PLINTHES LATÉRALES SUPÉRIEURES (J) à cette étape. Faire tourner seize VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans les trous exacts illustrés dans les PIEDS (E et G) et les PLINTHES LATÉRALES (H et J). Placer l'élément dans son emplacement final. Il est recommandé d'utiliser la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ pour renforcer la stabilité. Centrer un COUVERCLE DE VIS (20P) sur la tête de chaque VIS dans l’ARRIÈRE (K) et taper délicatement à l'aide d'un marteau. À l'aide d'un marteau, enfoncer un COUVERCLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (12P) sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE visible dans les TABLETTES (A et B) et l’ARRIÈRE (K). Enfoncer deux BOUCHONS (11P) dans les trous vides dans deux des PLINTHES LATÉRALES SUPÉRIEURES (J). Fixer les TAPIS EN CAOUTCHOUC (M, N et O) aux TABLETTES (A, B et C). ÉTAPE 20 Ouvrir la boite du Meuble de rangement 425616. Poser le DESSUS 425616 (B) plat sur le sol sur mousse d'emballage ou magazines. 2. À l’aide d’un tournevis cruciforme ou d’une perceuse à main, enfoncer la vis légèrement dans le Placoplatre juste en-dessous de la surface supérieure de l’unité de sorte que la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ ne soit pas visible. 5. Continuer de tourner jusqu’à ce que la vis commence à pivoter librement.
