Tremco TremSEAL S is a high solids non-shrinking moisture cure silicone sealant intended for sealing and repairing roofs, roof
seams & fasteners. TremSEAL S has minimal odor and contains no solvents. Use to seal penetrations and terminations prior to
application of Tremco AlphaGuard Si 100 silcicone roof coating. Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, polyurethane foam,
EPDM, aged PVC, aged acrylic coatings, granular cap sheet, wood, metals, Kynar ® and most other common building materials.
May be applied to wet and underwater surfaces. Silicone Sealant is an oxime, neutral pH cure rather than acetoxy, acetic acid
cure silicone and will bond extremely well to a wide variety of surfaces and will not cause corrosion in metals.
DIRECTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface to be sealed must be clean but may be damp. This one-component, moisture-curing, silicone
sealant is used on smooth built-up, smooth modified bitumen, granulated modified bitumen, single-ply roofing, existing
spray polyurethane foam, and metal roof seams, flashings, fasteners, and drains. Reinforce repairs using TremSEAL S with
Tremco PERMAFAB polyester reinforcing fabric.
APPLICATION: Maximum recommended joint width and depth is 1 inch. Apply with a trowel or 4 inch chip brush at a minimum
of ¼ inch thick and taper the edges of the application. TremSEAL S is immediately weather resistant. Application below 40ºF
is possible however curing requires free moisture in the air and will not begin until the temperature is above freezing.
TremSEAL S is also used as a weather seal, for vertical and horizontal crack repairs and can also be used in concrete restoration
as well as stucco restoration/repairs.
COVERAGE: If applied at ¼ inch, coverage will be 6.5 sq./ft. per gallon.
DRY TIME: Dries in 3 hours At 75ºF (24º C) and 50% relative humidity. Cure time could be longer at cooler temperatures.
Application below 40ºF is possible however curing requires free moisture in the air and will not begin until the temperature is
above freezing.
CLEAN UP: Clean wet coating with soap and water. Dry coating may be removed with mineral spirits. Use care when handling
solvents.
LIMITATIONS: Not recommended for application to TPO roofs without specific TPO Primer. Not recommended for surfaces to be
painted.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store in a cool dry place. High temperatures and high humidity during storage will shorten the
product’s shelf life. KEEP FROM FREEZING.

PRECAUTIONS: Do not take internally. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not breathe dust,
vapors or spray mist. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Close container after each
use. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling. First Aid: If you experience
diculty in breathing, leave area to obtain fresh air. If continued diculty is experienced, get medical
assistance immediately. In case of contact, immediately flush skin with soap and water and eyes with
plenty of water. If swallowed, get medical attention immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF
CHILDREN. For emergency, call your physician, local poison control center or local emergency room.

Tremco TremSEAL S es un sellador de silicona para curado con humedad, que no se contrae, con alto contenido de sólidos
y que está destinado a sellar y reparar techos, uniones en los techos y sujetadores. TremSEAL S tiene el mínimo olor posible
y no contiene solventes. Se utiliza para sellar penetraciones y terminaciones en los techos antes de la aplicación del
revestimiento de silicona Tremco AlphaGuard Si 100. Excelente adhesión al concreto, mampostería, espuma de
poliuretano, EPDM, PVC envejecido, recubrimientos acrílicos envejecidos, plancha protectora granulada, madera, metales,
Kynar® y la mayoría de los demás materiales de construcción comunes. Puede aplicarse a superficies mojadas y bajo el agua.
Silicone Sealant es una silicona oxímica con pH neutro para curado, no una silicona acética para curado con ácido acético.
Se adhiere muy bien a una amplia variedad de superficies y no causa corrosión en los metales.
INSTRUCCIONES
PREPARACIÓN DE LA SUPERFICIE: La superficie que se desea sellar debe estar limpia y puede estar húmeda. Este sellador
de silicona de un componente de curado por humedad se utiliza en asfaltos acumulados lisos, asfaltos modificados lisos,
asfaltos modificados granulados, techos de una sola capa, espuma de poliuretano en aerosol existente y uniones metálicas
en el techo, tapajuntas, sujetadores y desagües. Refuerce las reparaciones con TremSEAL S con el tejido de refuerzo de
poliéster Tremco PERMAFAB.
APLICACIÓN: El máximo recomendado de ancho y profundidad de la junta es de 1 pulgada. Aplique con una paleta o un cepillo
para limpiar viruta de 4 pulgadas con un espesor mínimo de ¼ de pulgada y estreche los bordes de la aplicación de forma
gradual. TremSEAL S inmediatamente es resistente a la intemperie. Se lo puede aplicar a temperaturas inferiores a los 40 °F
sin embargo, el curado requiere de la humedad al aire libre y no empieza a producirse sino hasta que la temperatura sea
superior a la temperatura de congelación. TremSEAL S también se utiliza como sellador para intemperie, para reparar grietas
verticales y horizontales y se puede utilizar para restaurar concreto así como para reparar/restaurar superficies de estuco.
RENDIMIENTO: Si se aplica a ¼ de pulgada, cubre 6.5 pies cuadrados por galón.
TIEMPO DE SECADO: Seca en 3 horas a una temperatura de 75 °F (24 °C) y una humedad relativa del 50 %. El tiempo de
curado es más largo cuando las temperaturas son más bajas. Se lo puede aplicar a temperaturas inferiores a los 40 °F; sin
embargo, el curado requiere de la humedad al aire libre y no empieza a producirse sino hasta que la temperatura sea
superior a la temperatura de congelación.
LIMPIEZA: Limpie la capa húmeda con agua y jabón. El revestimiento seco se puede retirar con trementina mineral. Tenga
precaución al manipular solventes.
LIMITACIONES: No se recomienda para aplicación en techos de poliolefina termoplástica (TPO) sin el imprimador específico
para TPO. No se recomienda su aplicación en superficies a ser pintadas.
ALMACENAMIENTO Y ELIMINACIÓN: Consérvelo en un lugar fresco y seco. La exposición a altas temperaturas y alta
humedad durante el almacenamiento acortan la vida útil del producto. EVITE QUE SE CONGELE.

PRECAUCIONES: No lo ingiera. Use el producto solamente con la ventilación adecuada. No respire el
polvo, los vapores ni el rocío. Asegúrese de que entre aire fresco durante la aplicación y el secado. Cierre

de aire puro. Si la dificultad persiste, busque asistencia médica de inmediato. En caso de contacto,
enjuague la piel de inmediato con agua y jabón y los ojos con abundante agua. En caso de ingestión,
busque atención médica de inmediato. MANTENGA EL PRODUCTO ALEJADO DEL ALCANCE DE LOS
