Tremco Neoprene Flashing Cement is a 100% synthetic based rubber sealant for sealing and repairing all types of
flashing, metal roofs and trailers, built up roofing, modified bitumen, asphalt, Kynar*, EPDM, and TPO surfaces. It is
ideal for caulking termination bars, metal flashing and fasteners. It has excellent adhesion to wet or dry surfaces
and is suitable for vertical repairs. Neoprene Flashing Cement contains no asphalt and dries to a black finish.
DIRECTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from dirt, grease, oil, mold, algae, loose
granules or gravel, loose paint, rust, excess chalk, and other foreign matter which could prevent proper adhesion.
APPLICATION: FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick using a standard pointed roofer’s trowel.
Feather all edges of the repair.
COVERAGE: Approximately 50 linear feet. Actual coverage may vary depending upon application method.
DRY TIME: Allow at least 2 hours for thorough dry. Product will reach a full cure in 24 hours. Environmental or
site-specific conditions may lead to variation in dry time. May be painted once fully cured.
CLEAN UP: Mineral Spirits. Wipe up spills before they dry. Use care when handling solvents.
LIMITATIONS: Not recommended as a shingle tab cement or an adhesive. Do not use under roofing felts and
membranes.

experience eye watering, headache or dizziness or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels are above
applicable limits, wear an appropriate, properly fitted respirator (NIOSH approved) during and after application.
Follow respirator manufacturer’s directions for respirator use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wash
thoroughly after handling. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. First Aid: In case of eye contact, flush immediately
with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately; for skin, wash thoroughly with
soap and water. If you experience diculty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued diculty
is experienced, get medical attention immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention
immediately. If spilled, contain spilled material and remove with inert absorbent. Dispose of contaminated
absorbent, container and unused contents in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

asfalto, Kynar*, EPDM y superficies de poliolefina termoplástica (TPO). Es ideal para calafatear barras de anclaje,
tapajuntas de metal y sujetadores. Tiene una excelente capacidad de adhesión a superficies húmedas y secas. El
Cemento de Caucho de Neopreno para Tapajuntas no contiene asfalto y tiene un acabado negro al secar.
INSTRUCCIONES
PREPARACIÓN DE LA SUPERFICIE: Todas las superficies deben estar limpias, en buenas condiciones y libres de
suciedad, grasa, aceite, moho, algas, grava o gránulos sueltos, pintura suelta, óxido y exceso de yeso, así como de
cualquier otro material extraño que pudiera evitar la adhesión adecuada.
APLICACIÓN: SOLO PARA USO EXTERNO. Aplique una capa de 1/8 a 1/4 de pulgada con una paleta para techos. Haga
