carton to avoid scratching your unit or the fl oor.
å Push twenty-two HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A2, B,
and C), BOTTOM (E), BACK (F), and VALANCES (R). Then,
insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each
HIDDEN CAM except for the short edges of the
VALANCES (R) and the BACK (F).

the ENDS (A2 and B) and BACK (F) until the shoulder of
the SCREWS rest on the surface of the ENDS and BACK.
å Slide the MOLDINGS (T, U, and V) onto the ENDS (A2 and
B) and BACK (F). Line up the groove in the MOLDINGS over
the head of the SCREWS in the ENDS and BACK.

å Apply two beads of GLUE (54M) along either side of the groove of two OUTER LEGS (N).
å NOTE: Be sure to leave approximately 2" on either end of the OUTER LEGS without GLUE.
å Line up the OUTER LEGS (N) with the LEGS (O2 and P2) on the OUTER END (C).
å Using your hammer, gently tap four I-BEAMS* (56M) into the groove of the top end of the LEGS (N/O2 and N/P2) and
three I-BEAMS into the groove in the opposite end of the LEGS. Wipe away any excess glue with a damp cloth.
å NOTE: When tapping in the I-BEAMS, you will want to alternate by tapping one I-BEAM into the top end and then tapping
one into the bottom end until they are all inserted into the LEGS.

å Carefully stand your unit upright.
å Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the
mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the right
diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it
against the stops. Then tighten the mounting screw.
å Fasten the DOOR (I) to the LEFT END (B) as shown in
the lower diagram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You
should start each SCREW a few turns before completely
tightening any of them.
å Fasten two KNOBS (95K) to the DOOR (I). Use two
BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREWS (37S).

å The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text
below to make needed adjustments.
å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS:
To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), loosen the
mounting screw several turns, then turn the adjusting screw in
or out. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments.
å To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both
vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the
desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.

å To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the
drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind
the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and
slide it into the unit.

å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #4 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or
counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole,
the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it
will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when fi nished with adjustments.
å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information.
å This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the
higher your drawer front will be. The lower
the screw, the lower the drawer front.
Loosen screw #4 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn
maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise
directions to make adjustments, and then tighten screw #4.

Attention: Examiner bien les pièces avant d'assembler. Il est di cile de
séparer des pièces une fois encollées.
Tout d'abord, remplir le trou dans l'ENTRETOISE (G) de 1/4 à 1/2 pleins
de COLLE (54M). Insérer ensuite la CHEVILLE EN BOIS (15F) dans le
trou. Nettoyer l'excès de COLLE.
Fixer
l'ENTRETOISE
(G) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A). Utiliser une VIS TÊTE
PLATE 49 mm NOIRE (113S).
Fixer l'ENTRETOISE (G) à la BARRE (H). Utiliser une PLAQUE D'ATTACHE (3G)
et deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S).
ÉTAPE 8
Fixer les LAMBREQUINS (R) sur les PIEDS (J2, L2, O2 et P2) sur les
EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et C). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
ÉTAPE 7
Faire tourner huit VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans les PIEDS (J, L, M, O et P).
REMARQUE : S’assurer de faire tourner les VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE dans
les deux surfaces des PIEDS sur l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE.
ÉTAPE 6 (SUITE)
REMARQUE : Lorsque l’on enfonce les PROFILÉS EN I, il faudra alterner en
enfonçant un PROFILÉ EN I dans l’extrémité supérieure et ensuite, en enfonçant
dans l’extrémité inférieure jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tous insérés dans les PIEDS.
Répéter cette étape pour fi xer les PIEDS EXTERNES (N) restants sur les
PIEDS (J2, K2, L2 et M2) sur les EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B).

Fixer les PIEDS (O2 et P2) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ EXTERNE (C). Utiliser quatre
VIS TÊTE PLATE 49 mm NOIRES (113S).
Fixer la BARRE (H) sur les PIEDS (O et P). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE
49 mm NOIRES (113S).
ÉTAPE 3
Fixer les PIEDS AVANT (J2 et K2) et PIEDS ARRIÈRE (L2 et M2) aux
EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B). Utiliser douze VIS TÊTE PLATE 49 mm NOIRES (113S).
REMARQUE : S’assurer que les PIEDS sont positionnées exactement
comme il l’est indiqué.
ÉTAPE 2
Faire tourner six VIS TÊTE PLATE 14 mm NOIRES (32S) dans les
EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B) et l'ARRIÈRE (F) jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement des
VIS repose sur la surface des EXTRÉMITÉS et ARRIÈRE.
Enfi ler les MOULURES (T, U et V) sur les EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B) et
ARRIÈRE (F). Aligner la rainure des MOULURES sur les têtes des VIS
dans les EXTRÉMITÉS et ARRIÈRE.
ÉTAPE 1
Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans cette étape.
Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour
éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.
Enfoncer vingt-deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les
EXTRÉMITÉS (A2, B et C), le DESSOUS (E), l'ARRIÈRE (F) et les
LAMBREQUINS (R). Insérer ensuite l'extrémité en métal d'une CHEVILLE
D’EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE à l'exception
des chants courts des LAMBREQUINS (R) et du ARRIÈRE (F).
ÉTAPE 10
Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (F) au PIED ARRIÈRE DROIT (L2) sur l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2).
Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
ÉTAPE 11
Enfi ler le SOCLE (Q) sur le chant cranté du DESSOUS (E).

ÉTAPE 6
Attention: Examiner bien les pièces avant d'assembler. Il est di cile de
séparer des pièces une fois encollées.
Appliquer deux cordons de COLLE (54M) le long de chaque côté de la
rainure des deux PIEDS EXTERNES (N).
REMARQUE : S'assurer de laisser environ 51 mm sur chaque extrémité
des PIEDS EXTERNES sans COLLE.
Aligner les PIEDS EXTERNES (N) sur les PIEDS (O2 et P2) sur
l’EXTRÉMITÉ EXTERNE (C).
À l’aide du marteau, enfoncer délicatement quatre PROFILÉS EN I* (56M)
dans la rainure de l’extrémité supérieure des PIEDS (N/O2 et N/P2) et
trois PROFILÉS EN I dans la rainure sur l’extrémité opposée des PIEDS.
Essuyer tout excès de colle à l’aide d’un chi on humide.
ÉTAPE 20
Fixer deux BOUTONS (95K) au DEVANT DE TIROIR (S). Utiliser deux VIS
À MÉTAUX 22 mm NOIRES (37S).
ÉTAPE 19
Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans les CÔTÉS DE
TIROIR (D132 et D138).
Fixer un TIROIR DROIT (40CC) sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR (D132) et un
TIROIR GAUCHE (40CD) sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE TIROIR (D138). Utiliser
quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 4.
REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l'EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible à
travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.
ÉTAPE 18
1 Insérer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D132 et D138) en biseau dans la fente
dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE TIROIR (S).
2 Enfi ler le FOND DE TIROIR (D969) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE
TIROIR (D132 et D138) et du DEVANT DE TIROIR (S).
3 Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D159) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D132 et D138).
Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR (D96() s'encastre dans
la rainure de l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D159).
ÉTAPE 17 (SUITE)
Pour ajuster les PORTES de haut en bas (verticalement), desserrer les
deux vis de réglage. Déplacer les PORTES verticalement à l'emplacement
désiré. Serrer les vis après avoir ajusté.
Pour ajuster les PORTES vers l'intérieur où vers l'extérieur (profondeur),
desserrer la vis de montage un tour et déplacer les PORTES vers
l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur. Serrer la vis de montage après avoir ajusté.
ÉTAPE 16
Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale.
Avant de fi xer la PORTE à l’unité, s’assurer que la vis de montage se trouve contre les
butées comme l’indique le schéma de droite. Si ce n’est pas le cas, desserrer la vis de
montage pour la faire glisser contre les butées. Serrer ensuite la vis de montage.
Fixer la PORTE (I) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) comme l'indique le schéma
inférieur. Utiliser les vis fournies avec les CHARNIÈRES. Il est préférable de donner
quelques tours de tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.
Fixer deux BOUTONS (95K) à la PORTE (I). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX
22 mm NOIRES (37S).
Enfoncer l'ARRÊT DE PORTE (4I) dans le trou dans l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2).
Voir l'étape suivante pour réglages des PORTES.
ÉTAPE 15
Fixer deux CHARNIÈRES (14H) à la PORTE (I). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE
PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (11S).
ÉTAPE 14
REMARQUE : Faire appel à une autre personne pour cette étape.
Déposer soigneusement l’ensemble sur le DESSUS (D).
Fixer les EXTRÉMITÉS (A2, B et C) et les LAMBREQUINS (R) au DESSUS (D).
Serrer dix EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
ÉTAPE 13
Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) et le PIED ARRIÈRE GAUCHE (M2) au DESSOUS
(E) et à l'ARRIÈRE (F). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
ÉTAPE 12
REMARQUE : Il faudra l’aide d’une autre personne pour tenir le DESSOUS (E)
jusqu’à ce qu’il soit attaché à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) à l’étape suivante.
Fixer le DESSOUS (E) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2). Serrer deux
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
Attention: Risque des dégâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques Escamotables
doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables que ne sont pas
serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour serrer
à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable de 210 degrés.
ÉTAPE 21
Pour insérer le tiroir dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du tiroir et faire
passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière les roulettes situées sur
l'élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et l'enfi ler dans l'élément.
ÉTAPE 22
Pour ajuster les tiroirs, desserrer la VIS nº 4 dans les COULISSES un quart
de tour et tourner ensuite la CAME dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre
ou dans le sens contraire. Noter que le tiroir monte ou descend lorsque l'on
tourne la CAME. Plus la vis dans le trou oblong est haute, plus le devant
de tiroir sera haut. Plus la vis est basse, plus le devant de tiroir sera bas.
Ajuster les tiroirs de cette manière permet aux DEVANTS DE TIROIR d'être
mieux alignés une fois fermés. Resserrer la VIS après d'avoir ajusté.

Precaución: Revise las partes cuidadosamente antes de ensamblar. La
separación de las piezas ya pegadas es muy difícil.
Primero, llene el agujero de la RIOSTRA (G) hasta 1/4 a 1/2 con
PEGAMENTO (54M). A continuación, inserte el PASADOR DE MADERA (15F)
dentro del agujero. Quite el exceso de PEGAMENTO.
Fije la RIOSTRA (G) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A2). Utilice un TORNILLO
NEGRO DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).
Fije la RIOSTRA (G) a la BARRA (H). Utilice una PLACA DE CONEXIÓN (3G)
y dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
PASO 8
Fije las CORNISAS (R) a las PATAS (J2, L2, O2 y P2) a los EXTREMOS
(A2 y C). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 7
Atornille ocho BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO (8F) dentro de las PATAS (J, L, M, O y P).
NOTA: Asegúrese de girar los BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO en ambas
superfi cies de las PATAS en el EXTREMO DERECHO.
PASO 6 (CONTINUACIÓN)
NOTA: Al golpear los SOPORTES EN I, tendrá que alternar, golpeando
un SOPORTE EN I en el extremo superior y después una en el extremo
inferior, hasta que todas se insertan en las PATAS.
Repita este paso para fi jar las PATAS EXTERIORES restantes (N) a las
PATAS (J2, K2, L2 y M2) en los EXTREMOS (A2 y B).

Fije el GABINETE DERECHO (40CA) y el GABINETE IZQUIERDO (40CB)
a los EXTREMOS (A2 y B). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE
CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a través de los agujeros No. 1 y No. 3.
PASO 4
Fije las PATAS (O y P) al EXTREMO EXTERIOR (C). Utilice cuatro
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (4S).
Fije la BARRA (H) a las PATAS (O y P). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS
DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).
PASO 3
Fije las PATAS DELANTERAS (J2 y K2) y las PATAS POSTERIORES (L2 y M2)
a los EXTREMOS (A2 y B). Utilice doce TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).
NOTA: Asegúrese de que las PATAS están dispuestas exactamente como
se muestra.
PASO 2
Atornille seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 14 mm (32S)
dentro de los EXTREMOS (A2 y B) y del DORSO (F) hasta que el resalto de
los TORNILLOS repose sobre la superfi cie de los EXTREMOS y del DORSO.
Deslice las MOLDURAS (T, U y V) a los EXTREMOS (A2 y B) y al
DORSO (F). Alinee la ranura de las MOLDURAS sobre la cabeza de los
TORNILLOS de los EXTREMOS y DORSO.
PASO 1
No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso.
Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío
para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Empuje veintidós EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de los
EXTREMOS (A2, B y C), del FONDO (E), del DORSO (F) y de las
CORNISAS (R). A continuación, inserte el extremo de metal de un
PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO (2F) en cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO,
menos en los bordes cortos de las CORNISAS (R) y del DORSO (F).
PASO 10
Fije el DORSO (F) a la PATA POSTERIOR DERECHA (G) en el
EXTREMO DERECHO (A). Apriete dos EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 11
Deslice la BASE (Q) sobre el borde con muesca del FONDO (E).

PASO 6
Precaución: Revise las partes cuidadosamente antes de ensamblar. La
separación de las piezas ya pegadas es muy difícil.
Aplique dos gotas de PEGAMENTO (54M) a lo largo de cada lado de la
ranura de dos PATAS EXTERIORES (N).
NOTA: Asegúrese de dejar aproximadamente 51 mm en los extremos de
las PATAS EXTERIORES sin pegamento.
Alinee las PATAS EXTERIORES (N) con las PATAS (O2 y P2) en el EXTREMO
EXTERIOR (C).
Utilizando su martillo, golpee suavemente las cuatro SOPORTES EN I* (56M)
en la ranura del extremo superior de las PATAS (N2 / O2 y N / P2) y tres
SOPORTES EN I en la ranura del extremo opuesto de las PATAS. Retire cualquier
exceso de pegamento con un paño húmedo.
PASO 17 (CONTINUACIÓN)
Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo (vertical), afl oje los
dos tornillos de ajuste. Mueva las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo a la
ubicación deseada. Apriete los tornillos después de hacer los ajustes.
Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia atrás o hacia adelante (profundidad), afl oje el tornillo
de montaje una vuelta y mueva las PUERTAS hacia el interior o hacia el exterior
según sea necesario. Apriete el tornillo de montaje después de hacer los ajustes.
PASO 18
1 Inserte los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D132 y D138) en ángulo dentro del
encaje en cada extremo de la CARA DE CAJÓN (S).
2 Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D969) en las ranuras de los LADOS DE
CAJÓN (D132 y D138) y de la CARA DE CAJÓN (S).
3 Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN (D159) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D132 y D138).
Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S).
NOTA: Asegúrese que el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D969) ajuste dentro de la
ranura del DORSO DE CAJÓN (D159).
PASO 19
Inserte un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (10A) dentro de los LADOS DE
CAJÓN (D132 y D138).
Fije un CAJÓN DERECHO (40CC) al LADO DERECHO DE CAJÓN (D132)
y un CAJÓN IZQUIERDO (40CD) al LADO IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN (D138).
Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S)
a través de los agujeros No. 1 y No. 4.
NOTA: La cabeza de tornillo del EXCÉNTRICO debe ser visible a través
del agujero alargado de la CORREDERA.
PASO 20
Fije dos POMOS (95K) a la CARA DE CAJÓN (S). Utilice dos TORNILLOS
NEGROS PARA METAL de 22 mm (37S).
PASO 21
Para insertar el cajón dentro de la unidad, incline la parte delantera del cajón
hacia abajo y deje que los rodillos del cajón caigan detrás de los rodillos de la
unidad. Levante la parte delantera del cajón y deslícelo dentro de la unidad.
PASO 16
Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical.
Antes de ajustar la PUERTA a su unidad, asegúrese de que el tornillo de montaje
se encuentre contra los topes como se muestra en el diagrama derecho. Si no
lo está, afl oje el tornillo de montaje para que se deslice contra los topes. Luego,
apriete el tornillo de montaje.
Fije la PUERTA (I) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) como se muestra en el
diagrama inferior. Utilice los tornillos provistos de las BISAGRAS. Debe apretar
cada TORNILLO unas vueltas antes de apretar cualquier tornillo fi rmemente.
Fije dos POMOS (95K) a la PUERTA (I). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS
PARA METAL de 22 mm (37S).
Empuje un TOPE DE PUERTA (4I) dentro del agujero del EXTREMO
DERECHO (A2).
Consulte el próximo paso para ajustar la PUERTA.
PASO 15
Fije dos BISAGRAS (14H) a la PUERTA (I). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 13 mm (11S).
PASO 14
NOTA: Necesitar la ayuda de otra persona para este paso.
Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre el PANEL
SUPERIOR (D).
Fije los EXTREMOS (A2, B y C) y las CORNISAS (R) al PANEL SUPERIOR (D).
Apriete diez EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 13
Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) y la PATA POSTERIOR IZQUIRDA (M2) al
FONDO (E) y al DORSO (F). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 12
NOTA: Necesitará la ayuda de alguien para sujetar el FONDO (E) hasta
que se una al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) en el siguiente paso.
Fije el FONDO (E) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A2). Apriete dos
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
Precaución: Riesgo de daños o heridas. Los Excéntricos Escondidos deben
apretarse completamente. Los Excéntricos Escondidos que no se aprieten
completamente se afl ojarán y las partes pueden separarse. Para apretar
completamente, atornille el excéntrico escondido 210 grados.
PASO 22
Para ajustar los cajones, afl oje el TORNILLO No. 4 de las CORREDERAS una
cuarta vuelta y después gire la leva hacia la derecha o hacia la izquierda. Observe
que el cajón sube o baja al girar la LEVA. Entre más alto esté el tornillo en el
agujero oblongo, más alto estará el frente del cajón. Entre más bajo esté el
tornillo, el frente del cajón estará más bajo. Al ajustar los cajones de esta manera,
mejorará la alineación de las CARAS DE CAJÓN una vez cerrada. Apriete los
TORNILLOS después de hacer los ajustes.
NOTA: Por favor, lea las páginas de atrás del folleto de instrucciones en
cuanto a importante información de seguridad.
Esto completa el ensamblaje. Limpie con su pulimento para muebles
preferido o un paño húmedo. Seque con un paño.

designed and equipped with casters. • Furniture can tip over or break if

• Physical injury. Furniture can be very
heavy.
• Breakage of tops - particularly with
double pedestal furniture (drawers at both
ends).
• Unload shelves and drawers from top to
bottom before moving the unit.
• Do not push furniture, especially on a
carpeted fl oor. Have a friend help you lift
the item and set it in place.
• Provide support to the center section of
the top when lifting the furniture.
• Placing TVs on furniture items that are
not designed to support a television is
hazardous.
• Risk of injury or death. TVs can be very
heavy. Plus the weight and location of the
picture tube tends to make TVs unbalanced
and prone to tipping forward.

to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse,
intentional damage, fi re, fl ood, alteration or modifi cation of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no
warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at
a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair
or replace any defective furniture component. Sauder may require independent
confi rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be
warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF
ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such
as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near
the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that fi rst arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
