CAUTION: Verify adequate thread engagement with your

screw/washer/spacer combination AND the TV bracket. (STEP 1.2).

TOO SHORT will not hold the TV and TOO LONG will damage the TV.

1.1 Select TV Screws

Determine which screw diameter (M6 or M8) fits the four

mounting holes on the back of your TV.

1.2 Spacer Determination

For

flat-back TVs,

For rounded-back TVs, cable interference or

Loosen the two lower fasteners enough to slide the outer columns

on TV bracket

(Indicated with arrows).

1.3 Assemble TV Bracket

LOOSEN

Adjust TV bracket

to line up with your TV's mounting hole pattern.

ADJUST TO FIT TV

Tighten the two lower fasteners, and verify the two middle lower/

upper fasteners are tightened. (Indicated with arrows).

Be sure the center column is evenly spaced between the outer columns.

Do not overtighten the fasteners. Tighten only until snug.

over your TV hole pattern as shown,

making sure the bracket is level. Note the orientation of the bracket.

STEP 2A Wood Stud Installation

Locate the studs using a

stud finder.

Find the edges of the studs

using an awl or small drill bit.

Mark the centers of the

studs with a pencil.

Place the wall plate template

at your desired height and position

the slotted holes over your stud center lines. Level and tape in place.

by pushing the outer edge inward,

while pulling the cover forward.

Install the four lag bolts

and firmly tighten until they are pulled flush

against the wall plate/arm assembly

Drill the four pilot holes using a 7/32 in. (5.5 mm) diameter drill bit.

IMPORTANT: Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth of 3 ½ in. (8.9 cm).

● Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8 in. (20.3 cm)

● Minimum horizontal space between fasteners: 24 in. (61.0 cm)

● For Concrete applications, the arm assembly of wall plate/arm

assembly

must remain centered in the wall plate. Keep

this in mind when selecting the wall plate location.

3.1 Hang Your TV

enough slack and prevent stretching the cables when the TV is moved.

TIP:

IMPORTANT: Curve the cable sleeve into a coil shape as shown —

to allow the cables to curl up when the TV is retracted.

Determine qué diámetro de tornillos (M6 o M8) encaja en los cuatro orificios de montaje de la parte trasera de su televisor.

Determine dónde desea colocar el espaciador cuando fije el soporte del televisor en el PASO 1.3.

Localice los montantes usando un localizador de montantes.

Encuentre los bordes de los montantes usando un punzón o una pequeña broca.

Marque los centros de los montantes con un lápiz.

Taladre los cuatro orificios guía con una broca de 5,5 mm (7/32 pulg.) de diámetro.

IMPORTANTE: Los orificios guía deben taladrarse hasta una profundidad de 8,9 cm

(3 ½ pulg.). Retire la plantilla de la placa mural

y deséchela.

Instale los cuatro pernos tirafondo

y apriételos con firmeza hasta que queden nivelados respecto a la placa mural

Retire las cubiertas de la placa mural

apretando hacia abajo el borde superior mientras tira de la cubierta hacia delante.

Compruebe que la placa mural está bien apretada a la pared antes de continuar con el siguiente paso.

IMPORTANTE: Para instalar el organizador de cables: Omita el PASO 3 y avance a la SECCIÓN 3.2 en la PÁGINA 21. En su defecto, DEBE realizar el PASO 3 que

encontrará a la derecha.

Retire la plantilla de la placa mural

e introduzca cuatro anclajes

Instale los cuatro pernos tirafondo

. Apriételos

con firmeza hasta que queden nivelados respecto a la placa mural

Presione la parte inferior del televisor contra el conjunto del brazo/placa mural

hasta que oiga el chasquido de bloqueo que indica que ha colocado el televisor en su sitio.

Para asegurar sus cables utilizando el sistema de cableado, vaya a la PÁGINA 21. Si omite el sistema de cableado, DEBE realizar el PASO 3 que encontrará a la derecha.

Cuelgue el conjunto del soporte/televisor

en el conjunto del brazo/placa mural

Introduzca los cables en el manguito

Para asegurar el televisor en su sitio en el conjunto del brazo/placa mural

, coloque el soporte para cables

y el tornillo de seguridad

como se muestra en la imagen.

Asegure los cables y el manguito del cable

con el soporte para cables

y el tornillo de seguridad

tal y como se muestra.

Retire las cubiertas de la placa mural

apretando hacia abajo el borde superior mientras tira de la cubierta hacia delante.

IMPORTANTE: Curve el manguito del cable en forma de espiral tal y como se muestra para que los cables se enrosquen cuando el televisor se retracte.

Extienda completamente los brazos del conjunto del brazo/placa mural

para dejar suficiente holgura y así evitar tirar de los cables al mover el televisor.

Asegure los cables en el canal inferior del conjunto del brazo/placa mural

colocando la cubierta de la placa mural inferior

hasta que emita un chasquido.

Instale la cubierta de la placa mural superior

Inserte el extremo libre del manguito del cable

en los canales del conjunto del brazo/placa mural

El televisor debe acomodarse fácilmente al moverlo y, posteriormente, quedar en su lugar. Ajuste la perilla de tensión de inclinación

usando la herramienta para tal propósito

si su televisor se inclina naturalmente hacia arriba o hacia abajo.

NOTA: Si no tiene la intención de ajustar la inclinación para los diferentes puntos de visualización, puede ajustar la perilla de tensión de inclinación

con la herramienta para tal propósito

con la llave hexagonal

RETIRAR EL TELEVISOR
