Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling and

other construction activities contains chemicals known to the State of California

, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Some examples of these chemicals are:

• Lead from lead-based paints.

• Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products,

and arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber.

Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how often you do this type

of work. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated

area, and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are

Always inspect, maintain and operate in accordance with ANSI safety code for

portable air tools (ANSI B186.1) and other local safety codes and regulations.

Do not operate this tool over 90 PSI air pressure at the tool.

Always wear safety goggles when operating this tool.

Always disconnect this tool from the air supply before installing, adjusting or

removing any accessor

y in this tool, or before performing maintenance.

Always use a dust mask in dusty conditions.

User and bystanders must wear suitable hearing protection when this tool is in use.

Do not carry any air tool by the hose. Keep air hose away from heat and sharp

objects.

Continuous use of vibrating air tools by susceptible users may cause damage

to hands.

Always wear gloves and protective clothing to help prevent injury from flying

particles.

Always lubricate and maintain tool in safe operating conditions.

1. Install socket or extension by pressing firmly until securely on the anvil.

2. Connect tool to air sour

ce by connecting air hose to air inlet.

1. Use trigger to control speed during operation.

2. Variable Speed Forward/Reverse Lever is used to select Forward

(clockwise) or Reverse (counter-clockwise).

3. Setting torque: Three forward positions for Variable torque

adjustment. To find ideal setting, place lever in first position and

increase as necessary.

Always use clean dry air as excessive moisture will lower the available torque and

rust the interior moving parts. Make sure all hoses and fittings are of the recom-

mended size and be sure the units are not used with less than or more than the rec-

ommended pressure at the tool! (90 PSI)

Proper lubrication of this air tool is critical to the operation and life of the unit. Units

can be severely damaged or have excessive wear placed on working parts if not

lubricated. We recommend the use of Mar

vel Mystery Oil which is available at most

auto parts locations. The tool should be lubricated each time it is used. During daily

prolonged use, lube heavily 3 or 4 times during the day.

Daily – before putting the tool in operation, disconnect air hose and pour about one

tablespoonful of Mar

vel Mystery Oil into tool air inlet. Blow out air line to clear it of

accumulated dirt and moisture. Connect tool and operate tool to allow oil to be

carried to the interior of the tool.

Alltrade Tools LLC (hereinafter "Alltrade") expressly warrants to the original retail

chaser of the accompanying KAWASAKI™ air tool and no one else all parts of

the product (except those parts referred to below which are specifically excluded

from such warranty (see Exclusions)) to be free from defects in materials and work-

manship for a period of one year from original date of purchase.

The date of purchase shall be the date of shipment to the original purchaser, or the

date the original purchaser took possession, custody or control of the product,

whichever occurred first.

This warranty shall be null and void if the product or any

component thereof is modified or altered. This warranty does not apply to any

other product and/or component thereof manufactured or distributed by Alltrade,

and does not apply to products and/or components thereof designed, manufactured

and/or assembled by others, for which Alltrade makes no warranties whatsoever.

By purchasing the product, purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that their

sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be strictly limited to the repair

or replacement of any covered nonconforming items or parts thereof provided that

any such nonconforming item and/or part is promptly returned to Alltrade’s facility

postage pre-paid and insured (address: ALLTRADE W

arranty Claims & Repair,

1431 Via Plata, Long Beach, CA 90810, Attn: Customer Service #1-800-590-3723)

within the applicable warranty period, with a written request by purchaser that

Alltrade repair and/or replace the nonconforming item and/or part. We recommend

that you keep the original product packaging in the event you need to ship the unit.

We suggest the package be insured against loss or in transit damage. When

sending your product include your name, address, phone number, dated proof

of purchase (or copy), and a statement about the nature of problem. Warranty

coverage is conditioned upon purchaser furnishing Alltrade with adequate written

proof that they are the original purchaser and of the original purchase date. Parts

returned, freight prepaid and insured, to Alltrade’s facility (see above address) will

be inspected and, at Alltrade’s option, repaired and/or replaced free of charge if

found to be defective and subject to warranty. Alltrade retains the sole discretion

to determine whether any item or part is nonconforming and, if so, whether the

item and/or part will be repaired and/or replaced. If the unit is repaired, new or

reconditioned replacement parts may be used. If Alltrade chooses to replace

the product, it may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or

comparable design. The repaired or replaced unit will be warranted under the terms

La poussière dégagée par certains matériaux lors du

ponçage, sciage, meulage, perçage et autres opérations de construction

contient des produits chimiques reconnus causer le cancer

, des malformations

congénitales ou des lésions de l’appareil reproducteur.

Voici certains exemples de ces produits chimiques :

• Le plomb contenu dans la peinture au plomb.

• La silice cristalline contenue dans les briques, le ciment et d’autres

produits de maçonnerie et l’arsenic et le chrome contenus dans le bois

de construction traité par produits chimiques.

La bonne lubrification de cet outil est essentielle au bon fonctionnement et à la

longévité de l’unité. Les unités peuvent être sévèrement endommagées ou subir une

usure excessive des pièces sollicitées si elles ne sont pas lubrifiées. Nous recom-

mandons l’utilisation de l’huile Mar

vel Mystery, disponible chez la plupart des

revendeurs de pièces automobiles. L’outil devrait être lubrifié à chaque utilisation.

Pendant une utilisation quotidienne prolongée, lubrifier abondamment 3 à 4 fois au

conserver l’emballage d’origine du produit dans l’hypothèse où vous auriez à le réexpédier.

Nous suggérons également d’assurer le colis contre tout dommage dû au transport. En ren-

voyant votre produit, veuillez mentionner votre nom, adresse, numéro de téléphone, preuve

d’achat datée (ou copie) et indiquer le problème rencontré. La couverture au titre de la

garantie nécessite que l’acheteur fournisse à Alltrade la preuve écrite du fait qu’il est bien l’a-

cheteur original ainsi qu’un reçu mentionnant la date originale d’achat. Les pièces retournées,

franco de port et assurées, aux établissements Alltrade (voir adresse ci-dessus) seront

inspectées, et à la discrétion de Alltrade, réparées et/ou échangées gratuitement si elles

s’avèrent défectueuses et qu’elles sont couvertes par la garantie. Alltrade se réserve le droit

de déterminer, à sa la seule discrétion, si un article ou une pièce est non-conforme et, dans

cette éventualité, si l’article et/ou la pièce sera réparé et/ou échangé. En cas de réparation de

l’unité, des pièces de rechange neuves ou remises à neuf pourront être utilisées. Si Alltrade

décide de procéder à un échange du produit, elle peut le remplacer par un produit neuf ou

remis à neuf d’une conception identique ou comparable. L’unité réparée ou remplacée sera

garantie selon les termes applicables au reste de la période de garantie. En règle générale,

tout produit défectueux renvoyé dans les 30 jours qui suivent sa date d’achat est échangé ;

concernant les articles retournés pendant la période de garantie mais une fois les 30 premiers

jours écoulés, les pièces défectueuses couvertes et qui ne sont pas sujettes à une usure nor-

male et à d’autres exclusions, seront réparées ou remplacées, à la discrétion d’Alltrade.

Pendant la durée de garantie, Alltrade assumera les frais de réexpédition. La réparation et/ou

l’échange de tout article et/ou pièce dudit article non conforme par Alltrade constitue l’exécu-

tion de l’ensemble de ses obligations envers l’acheteur. Alltrade décline toute responsabilité

concernant les frais, y compris les frais de port, ou réparations effectuées ailleurs que dans

les établissements Alltrade, sauf avec l’accord explicite et écrit d’Alltrade. En aucun cas

Alltrade ne pourra être tenue responsable de la perte de l’unité, du temps ou des locations

perdus, ainsi que des désagréments, préjudices commerciaux ou dommages consécutifs

Cette garantie ne couvre pas les pièces endommagées suite à une usure normale, des con-

ditions anormales, une mauvaise application ou utilisation, une utilisation abusive, un acci-

dent, un fonctionnement à des pressions ou températures autres que celles recommandées,

un stockage impropre ou des dommages dus au transport. Les pièces endommagées ou

dont l’usure découle d’un fonctionnement dans des milieux poussiéreux ne sont pas

garanties. Cette garantie est nulle et non avenue si les procédures d’exploitation et d’entretien

recommandées n’ont pas été respectées.

LES DOMMAGES DU PRODUIT PROVENANT D’UNE AL

TÉRATION, D’UN ACCIDENT,

D’ABUS, DE NÉGLIGENCES, DU NON RESPECT DES INSTRUCTIONS, DE RÉPARATIONS

OU DE MODIFICATIONS NON AUTORISÉES, LES DOMMAGES DUS AU TRANSPORT

JUSQU’À NOTRE CENTRE DE RÉPARATIONS, L’UTILISATION D’ACCESSOIRES NON

APPROUVÉS OU IMPROPRES, LES APPLICATIONS À DES FINS COMMERCIALES OU DE

LOCATION, AINSI QUE D’AUTRES CAUSES SANS RAPPORT AVEC DES PROBLÈMES DE

MATÉRIEL OU DE MAIN-D’ŒUVRE, NE SONT PAS PRIS EN CHARGE PAR CETTE

Alltrade décline toute responsabilité concernant : Les frais de main-d’œuvre, les pertes ou

dommages résultant d’une utilisation impropre, d’un entretien ou de réparations effectués par

des tiers ; les services avant livraison tels que le montage, le graissage ou la lubrification et

les réglages ; les services d’entretien courant normalement requis dans le cadre de l’entretien

du produit.

Cette garantie est nulle et non avenue si des pièces de rechange autres que les pièces origi-

dentro del período de vigencia de la garantía, con una solicitud por escrito del com-

prador pidiendo que Alltrade repare o reemplace dichas partes o artículos. Le

recomendamos que conserve el embalaje del producto original en caso de que deba

enviar la unidad. Le sugerimos que asegure el embalaje contra pérdidas o daños

durante el envío. Al enviar el producto incluya su nombre, dirección, número tele-

fónico, comprobante de compra fechado (o copia), y un informe describiendo la

naturaleza del problema. La cobertura de la garantía depende de que el comprador

envíe a Alltrade una prueba por escrito apropiada de que se trata del comprador

original y de la fecha de compra original. Las partes enviadas, con flete prepagado

y seguro, a la planta de Alltrade (ver dirección anterior) serán inspeccionadas y, a

criterio de Alltrade, reparadas y/o reemplazadas sin costo alguno si se demuestra

cuestión presenta defectos, y de ser así, si lo reparará o reemplazará. En caso de

que se vaya a reparar la unidad, se pueden utilizar partes nuevas o reacondi-

cionadas. Si Alltrade decide reemplazar el producto, puede hacerlo por uno nuevo

o uno reacondicionado igual o similar al diseño original. La unidad reparada o reem-

plazada estará cubierta según los términos de lo que resta del período de garantía.

Por lo general, los productos que se devuelven dentro de 30 días después de la

fecha de compra son reemplazados; para los artículos devueltos después de los

primeros 30 días y dentro del período de vigencia de la garantía, las partes defec-

tuosas en garantía no sujetas a desgaste o deterioro normales u otras exclusiones

serán reparadas o reemplazadas a criterio de Alltrade. Durante el período de garan-

tía, Alltrade se encargará de los gastos de devolución. La reparación o reemplazo

dancia de polvo no tienen garantía. No acatar los procedimientos recomendados de

operación y mantenimiento también anula la garantía.

INTENDED USE This tool is intended for consumer use only. 1 GENERAL SAFETY RULES READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to follow all instructions listed may result in serious personal injury. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. RECOGNIZE SAFETY SYMBOLS, WORDS AND LABELS The safety instructions provided in this manual are not intended to cover all possible conditions and practices that may occur when operating, maintaining and cleaning tools. Always use common sense and pay particular attention to all the DANGER, WARNING, CAUTION and NOTE statements of this manual. This is the safety alert symbol. It is used to alert you to potential personal injury hazards. Obey all safety messages that follow this symbol to avoid possible injury or death. DANGER indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. DANGER WARNING indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury. WARNING CAUTION indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury. CAUTION used without the safety alert symbol indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in property damage. CAUTION NOTE provides additional information that is useful for proper use and maintenance of this tool. If a NOTE is indicated make sure it is fully understood. NOTE 2 IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS WARNING: Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling and other construction activities contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are: • Lead from lead-based paints. • Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products, and arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber. Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area, and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles. SERVICE Tool ser vice must be performed only by qualified repair personnel. Service or maintenance by unqualified personnel could result in a risk of injury. When ser vicing a tool, use only identical replacement parts. Follow instruc tions in the Maintenance section of this manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to follow Maintenance Instructions may create a risk of shock or injury.. SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES AND/OR SYMBOLS Maximum operating pressure is 90 PSI. Never use higher air pressure to increase the output of the Impact Wrench. Overloading will drastically shorten the life of all internal parts. Disconnect Air Impact Wrench from power air supply before ser vicing or changing accessories. 3 IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES FOR AIR TOOLS BEFORE OPERATING YOUR AIR TOOL, READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Always inspect, maintain and operate in accordance with ANSI safety code for portable air tools (ANSI B186.1) and other local safety codes and regulations. Do not operate this tool over 90 PSI air pressure at the tool. Always wear safety goggles when operating this tool. Always disconnect this tool from the air supply before installing, adjusting or removing any accessory in this tool, or before performing maintenance. Always use a dust mask in dusty conditions. User and bystanders must wear suitable hearing protection when this tool is in use. Do not carry any air tool by the hose. Keep air hose away from heat and sharp objects. Continuous use of vibrating air tools by susceptible users may cause damage to hands. Always wear gloves and protective clothing to help prevent injury from flying particles. Always lubricate and maintain tool in safe operating conditions. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION CONTROLS AND COMPONENTS: 1. Anvil 2. Trigger 3. Air Inlet 1 4. Variable Speed Forward/Reverse Lever 5. Comfort Grip 4 2 3 5 4 ASSEMBLY Always disconnect this tool from the air supply before installing, adjusting or removing any accessor y in this tool, or before performing maintenance. Failure to do so could result in injur y. Check the speed ra ting on all accessories. Accessories must never be run at a higher speed than they were designed to handle. 1. Install socket or extension by pressing firmly until securely on the anvil. 2. Connect tool to air source by connecting air hose to air inlet. OPERATION 1. Use trigger to control speed during operation. 2. Variable Speed Forward/Reverse Lever is used to select Forward (clockwise) or Reverse (counter-clockwise). 3. Setting torque: Three forward positions for Variable torque adjustment. To find ideal setting, place lever in first position and increase as necessary. MAINTENANCE AIR SUPPLY Always use clean dry air as excessive moisture will lower the available torque and rust the interior moving parts. Make sure all hoses and fittings are of the recommended size and be sure the units are not used with less than or more than the recommended pressure at the tool! (90 PSI) LUBRICATION Proper lubrication of this air tool is critical to the operation and life of the unit. Units can be severely damaged or have excessive wear placed on working parts if not lubricated. We recommend the use of Marvel Mystery Oil which is available at most auto parts locations. The tool should be lubricated each time it is used. During daily prolonged use, lube heavily 3 or 4 times during the day. MAINTENANCE Daily – before putting the tool in operation, disconnect air hose and pour about one tablespoonful of Marvel Mystery Oil into tool air inlet. Blow out air line to clear it of accumulated dirt and moisture. Connect tool and operate tool to allow oil to be carried to the interior of the tool. 5 ACCESSORIES Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for one tool may become hazardous when used on another tool. TROUBLESHOOTING Most minor problems can be resolved quickly and easily using the troubleshooting table below. For problems that cannot be solved, contact Alltrade Customer Service (toll free) at 1-800-590-3723. SPECIAL WARRANTY NOTE FOR COMMERCIAL OR RENTAL USE: The above warranty for this Kawasaki™ air tool shall be effective for only 90 days from the original date of purchase if this tool is used for any COMMERCIAL OR RENTAL PURPOSE. The date of purchase shall be the date of shipment to the original purchaser, or the date the original purchaser took possession, custody or control of the product, whichever occurred first. This warranty shall be null and void if the product or any component thereof is modified or altered. This warranty does not apply to any other product and/or component thereof manufactured or distributed by Alltrade, and does not apply to products and/or components thereof designed, manufactured and/or assembled by others, for which Alltrade makes no warranties whatsoever. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. Warranty Performance By purchasing the product, purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that their sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be strictly limited to the repair or replacement of any covered nonconforming items or parts thereof provided that any such nonconforming item and/or part is promptly returned to Alltrade’s facility postage pre-paid and insured (address: ALLTRADE Warranty Claims & Repair, 1431 Via Plata, Long Beach, CA 90810, Attn: Customer Service #1-800-590-3723) within the applicable warranty period, with a written request by purchaser that Alltrade repair and/or replace the nonconforming item and/or part. We recommend that you keep the original product packaging in the event you need to ship the unit. We suggest the package be insured against loss or in transit damage. When sending your product include your name, address, phone number, dated proof of purchase (or copy), and a statement about the nature of problem. Warranty coverage is conditioned upon purchaser furnishing Alltrade with adequate written proof that they are the original purchaser and of the original purchase date. Parts returned, freight prepaid and insured, to Alltrade’s facility (see above address) will be inspected and, at Alltrade’s option, repaired and/or replaced free of charge if found to be defective and subject to warranty. Alltrade retains the sole discretion to determine whether any item or part is nonconforming and, if so, whether the 11 item and/or part will be repaired and/or replaced. If the unit is repaired, new or reconditioned replacement parts may be used. If Alltrade chooses to replace the product, it may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or comparable design. The repaired or replaced unit will be warranted under the terms of the remainder of the warranty period. Typically, a defective product that is returned within the first 30 days after the purchase date will be replaced; for items returned after the first 30 days and within the warranty period, covered defective parts not subject to normal wear and tear or other exclusions will be repaired or replaced, at Alltrade’s option. During the warranty period, Alltrade will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Alltrade’s repair and/or replacement of any nonconforming item and/or part thereof shall constitute fulfillment of all obligations to the purchaser. Alltrade shall not be responsible or liable for any expense, including freight charges, or repairs made outside Alltrade’s facility, unless expressly agreed to by Alltrade in writing. Under no circumstances shall Alltrade bear any responsibility for loss of the unit, loss of time or rental, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages. Exclusions This warranty does not cover parts damaged due to normal wear, abnormal conditions, misapplication, misuse, abuse, accidents, operation at other than recommended pressures or temperatures, improper storage or freight damage. Fixer la douille ou la rallonge en appuyant fermement jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit ATTENTION bien en place sur l’enclume. 2. Brancher l’outil sur une source d’arrivée d’air en connectant le tuyau d’air à l'arrivée d'air. FOREMARQUE NCTIONNEMENT 1. Utiliser la gâchette pour contrôler la vitesse pendant le fonctionnement. 2. Le levier de rotation avant/arrière du variateur de vitesse sert à sélectionner une rotation Avant (sens horaire) ou Arrière (sens antihoraire). 3. Réglage du couple : Trois positions avant pour le réglage de couple variable. Pour trouver le réglage idéal, placer le levier sur la première position et augmenter si nécessaire. ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE ARRIVÉE D’AIR Utiliser toujours de l’air sec et propre car toute condensation excessive aura pour effet de diminuer le couple disponible et de rouiller les pièces mobiles internes. Vérifier que tous les tuyaux et raccords possèdent la taille recommandée et que les unités ne sont pas utilisées à une pression supérieure ou inférieure à celle recommandée pour l’outil ! 90 PSI (6205 hPa) LUBRIFICATION La bonne lubrification de cet outil est essentielle au bon fonctionnement et à la longévité de l’unité. Les unités peuvent être sévèrement endommagées ou subir une usure excessive des pièces sollicitées si elles ne sont pas lubrifiées. Nous recommandons l’utilisation de l’huile Marvel Mystery, disponible chez la plupart des revendeurs de pièces automobiles. L’outil devrait être lubrifié à chaque utilisation. Pendant une utilisation quotidienne prolongée, lubrifier abondamment 3 à 4 fois au cours de la journée. ENTRETIEN Tous les jours – avant de faire fonctionner l’outil, débrancher le tuyau d’air et verser environ une cuillère à soupe d'huile Marvel Mystery dans l’arrivée d’air de l’outil. Souffler dans la conduite d’air pour éliminer toute saleté ou condensation accumulée. Brancher l’outil et le faire fonctionner pour amener l’huile à l’intérieur de l’outil. ACCESSOIRES N’utiliser que les accessoires recommandés par le fabricant pour le modèle concerné. Les pièces retournées, franco de port et assurées, aux établissements Alltrade (voir adresse ci-dessus) seront inspectées, et à la discrétion de Alltrade, réparées et/ou échangées gratuitement si elles s’avèrent défectueuses et qu’elles sont couvertes par la garantie. Alltrade se réserve le droit de déterminer, à sa la seule discrétion, si un article ou une pièce est non-conforme et, dans cette éventualité, si l’article et/ou la pièce sera réparé et/ou échangé. En cas de réparation de 25 l’unité, des pièces de rechange neuves ou remises à neuf pourront être utilisées. Si Alltrade décide de procéder à un échange du produit, elle peut le remplacer par un produit neuf ou remis à neuf d’une conception identique ou comparable. L’unité réparée ou remplacée sera garantie selon les termes applicables au reste de la période de garantie. En règle générale, tout produit défectueux renvoyé dans les 30 jours qui suivent sa date d’achat est échangé ; concernant les articles retournés pendant la période de garantie mais une fois les 30 premiers jours écoulés, les pièces défectueuses couvertes et qui ne sont pas sujettes à une usure normale et à d’autres exclusions, seront réparées ou remplacées, à la discrétion d’Alltrade. Pendant la durée de garantie, Alltrade assumera les frais de réexpédition. Desconecte del suministro de aire la llave de impacto neumática antes de darle ser vicio o cambiar accesorios. 31 REGLAS DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTES PARA HERRAMIENTAS NEUMÁTICAS LEA LA INFORMACIÓN SIGUIENTE ANTES DE OPERAR LA HERRAMIENTA NEUMÁTICA: Siempre inspeccione, mantenga y opere la herramienta tal como lo indica el código de seguridad de ANSI para herramientas neumáticas portátiles (ANSI B186.1) y los demás códigos y reglamentaciones de seguridad locales. No opere esta herramienta a una presión de aire superior a 90 lb/pulg2. Siempre use gafas de seguridad al operar la herramienta. Empuñadura cómoda 4 2 3 5 MONTAJE Siempre desconecte la herramienta del suministro de aire antes de instalar, ajustar o retirar cualquier accesorio de la misma, o antes de darle mantenimiento. De lo contrario podría sufrir lesiones. Verifique la velocidad nominal de todos los accesorios. Los accesorios nunca deben funcionar a velocidades superiores para las cuales están diseñados. 1. Instale el dado o la extensión presionándolo firmemente hasta que quede asentado en el yunque. 2. Conecte la herramienta al suministro de aire empalmando la manguera a la entrada de aire. OPERACIÓN 1. Use el gatillo para controlar la velocidad durante la operación. 2. La palanca de avance/retroceso de velocidad variable se usa para seleccionar la dirección hacia adelante (sentido horario) o atrás (sentido antihorario). 3. Fijación de la torsión: Tres posiciones de avance para el ajuste variable de la torsión. Para hallar el ajuste ideal, coloque la palanca en la primera posición y vaya aumentando según sea necesario. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA SUMINISTRO DE AIRE Siempre use aire seco y limpio ya que la humedad excesiva disminuirá la torsión disponible y oxidará las partes móviles internas. ¡Cerciórese de que todas las mangueras y conexiones sean del tamaño correcto y asegúrese de que las unidades no se usen con menos o más de la presión recomendada en la herramienta! (90 lb/pulg2) LUBRICACIÓN La lubricación correcta de esta herramienta neumática es fundamental para la operación y vida útil de la unidad. Si no se lubrican, las unidades pueden dañarse gravemente o presentar desgaste excesivo en las partes. Se recomienda usar aceite Marvel Mystery Oil, el cual se puede encontrar en la mayoría de los talleres automotrices. La herramienta debe lubricarse cada vez que se utilice. Durante el uso diario prolongado, lubríquela intensamente 3 ó 4 veces al día. MANTENIMIENTO Diariamente – antes de operar la herramienta, desconecte la manguera de aire y vierta aproximadamente una cucharadita de aceite Marvel Mystery Oil en la entrada de aire. Sople la línea de aire para eliminar la suciedad y humedad acumuladas. Conecte la herramienta y opérela para que el aceite sea llevado al interior de la misma. (9.52 mm) 38 GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE 1 AÑO Garantía limitada expresa y exclusiva para el comprador minorista original Alltrade Tools LLC (de ahora en adelante “Alltrade”) garantiza expresamente al comprador minorista original de esta herramienta neumática KAWASAKI™, y a nadie más, que todas las partes del producto (excepto aquéllas que se mencionan más adelante, las cuales quedan específicamente excluidas de esta garantía; ver la sección "Exclusiones") no presentarán defectos de material ni mano de obra durante un período de un año a partir de la fecha de compra original. NOTA ESPECIAL DE GARANTÍA SOBRE USO COMERCIAL O DE ALQUILER: La garantía antedicha para esta herramienta neumática Kawasaki™ tendrá vigencia sólo durante 90 días a partir de la fecha de compra original si la herramienta se usa para PROPÓSITOS COMERCIALES O DE ALQUILER. La fecha de compra será la fecha de despacho al comprador original, o la fecha en que el comprador original tome posesión, adquiera la custodia o el control del producto, lo que ocurra primero. Esta garantía quedará sin efecto si el producto o cualquiera de sus componentes fuera modificado o alterado. Esta garantía no es válida para ningún otro producto o componente fabricado o distribuido por Alltrade, ni tampoco es pertinente para productos o componentes diseñados, fabricados o montados por terceros, para los cuales Alltrade no ofrece garantía alguna. NO HAY OTRAS GARANTÍAS QUE SE EXTIENDAN MÁS ALLÁ DE LA DESCRIPCIÓN QUE AQUÍ APARECE. Cumplimiento de la garantía Al adquirir el producto, el comprador reconoce y acuerda expresamente que la única y exclusiva solución bajo esta garantía se limitará exclusivamente a la reparación o reemplazo de todas las partes o artículos defectuosos con cobertura siempre que dichos artículos o partes sean enviados oportunamente a la planta de Alltrade con flete prepagado y seguro (dirección: ALLTRADE Warranty Claims & Repair, 1431 Via Plata, Long Beach, CA 90810, Attn: Customer Service (teléfono 1-800-590-3723) dentro del período de vigencia de la garantía, con una solicitud por escrito del comprador pidiendo que Alltrade repare o reemplace dichas partes o artículos. Le recomendamos que conserve el embalaje del producto original en caso de que deba enviar la unidad. Le sugerimos que asegure el embalaje contra pérdidas o daños durante el envío. Al enviar el producto incluya su nombre, dirección, número telefónico, comprobante de compra fechado (o copia), y un informe describiendo la naturaleza del problema. La cobertura de la garantía depende de que el comprador envíe a Alltrade una prueba por escrito apropiada de que se trata del comprador original y de la fecha de compra original. Las partes enviadas, con flete prepagado y seguro, a la planta de Alltrade (ver dirección anterior) serán inspeccionadas y, a criterio de Alltrade, reparadas y/o reemplazadas sin costo alguno si se demuestra que presentan defectos dentro del período de vigencia de la garantía. Alltrade se 39 reserva el derecho de determinar, según su criterio, si el artículo o la parte en cuestión presenta defectos, y de ser así, si lo reparará o reemplazará. En caso de que se vaya a reparar la unidad, se pueden utilizar partes nuevas o reacondicionadas. Si Alltrade decide reemplazar el producto, puede hacerlo por uno nuevo o uno reacondicionado igual o similar al diseño original. La unidad reparada o reemplazada estará cubierta según los términos de lo que resta del período de garantía. Por lo general, los productos que se devuelven dentro de 30 días después de la fecha de compra son reemplazados; para los artículos devueltos después de los primeros 30 días y dentro del período de vigencia de la garantía, las partes defectuosas en garantía no sujetas a desgaste o deterioro normales u otras exclusiones serán reparadas o reemplazadas a criterio de Alltrade. Durante el período de garantía, Alltrade se encargará de los gastos de devolución. La reparación o reemplazo por parte de Alltrade del artículo o parte defectuosa constituirá el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones con el comprador. Alltrade no se responsabilizará por ningún gasto, incluyendo gastos de flete, ni por reparaciones hechas fuera de la planta de Alltrade, a menos que Alltrade lo haya autorizado expresamente por escrito. Bajo ninguna circunstancia Alltrade se responsabilizará por la pérdida de la unidad, pérdida de tiempo o alquiler, inconvenientes, pérdidas comerciales o daños consecuentes. Exclusiones Esta garantía no cubre partes dañadas debido al desgaste normal, condiciones anormales, mal uso, uso indebido, abuso, accidentes, operación a presiones o temperaturas distintas de las recomendadas, almacenamiento incorrecto o daños por flete. Las partes dañadas o desgastadas debido a su uso en ambientes con abundancia de polvo no tienen garantía. No acatar los procedimientos recomendados de operación y mantenimiento también anula la garantía. ESTA GARANTÍA NO CUBRE DAÑOS AL PRODUCTO QUE SURJAN DE LA MANIPULACIÓN INDEBIDA, ACCIDENTE, ABUSO, NEGLIGENCIA, NO ACATAR LAS INSTRUCCIONES, REPARACIONES O ALTERACIONES NO AUTORIZADAS, DAÑOS DURANTE EL TRANSPORTE A NUESTRA PLANTA DE SERVICIO, USO DE ADITAMENTOS O ACCESORIOS NO APROBADOS O INADECUADOS, SERVICIOS COMERCIALES Y DE ALQUILER U OTRAS CAUSAS NO RELACIONADAS CON PROBLEMAS DE MATERIAL O MANO DE OBRA. Alltrade no se responsabilizará por lo siguiente: gastos de mano de obra, pérdida o daños que resulten de la operación, mantenimiento o reparaciones incorrectas efectuadas por terceros; servicios previos a la entrega tales como montaje, aplicación de aceites o lubricantes, y ajuste; servicios de mantenimiento que normalmente deben darse al producto. El uso de partes distintas de los repuestos originales de Alltrade anulará la garantía. 40 Renuncia a garantías EXCLUSIÓN Y RENUNCIA A TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS, CAUCIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES. EXCEPTO POR LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA ANTEDICHA, TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS, CAUCIONES O REPRESENTACIONES DE ALLTRADE Y SUS REPRESENTANTES RELACIONADAS CON EL DISEÑO, FABRICACIÓN, COMPRA, USO U OPERACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO O CUALQUIER COMPONENTE VENDIDO, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE SI LA GARANTÍA, CAUCIÓN O REPRESENTACIÓN, ESCRITA U ORAL, SURGE POR ESTIPULACIÓN DE LA LEY O EQUIDAD O POR CUALQUIER ACTO U OMISIÓN DE ALLTRADE O SUS REPRESENTANTES, O DEL COMPRADOR, QUEDAN EXPRESAMENTE EXCLUIDAS Y CARENTES DE VALIDEZ SEGÚN ALLTRADE O SUS REPRESENTANTES. EL COMPRADOR A SABIENDAS Y EN FORMA VOLUNTARIA RENUNCIA A DICHAS GARANTÍAS Y DERECHOS, RECLAMOS O CAUSAS DE ACCIÓN QUE SURJAN DE AQUELLO O SE BASEN EN LO MISMO. LA ÚNICA Y EXCLUSIVA SOLUCIÓN PARA EL COMPRADOR ES LA SOLUCIÓN ANTEDICHA. EXCLUSIÓN Y RENUNCIA A TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD E IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN O USO EN PARTICULAR. Limitación de responsabilidad ALLTRADE O SUS REPRESENTANTES RECHAZAN TODA RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES O CONSECUENTES DE TODO TIPO QUE SURJAN DE O ESTÉN RELACIONADOS, DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, CON EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE UNA CLÁUSULA DE UN CONTRATO ENTRE ALLTRADE O SUS REPRESENTANTES Y EL COMPRADOR, ALGUNA GARANTÍA, O LA EXISTENCIA, DISEÑO, FABRICACIÓN, COMPRA, USO U OPERACIÓN DE CUALQUIER ARTÍCULO VENDIDO INCLUSO SI ALLTRADE O SUS REPRESEN- 41 TANTES HAN SIDO ADVERTIDOS DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS. EN NINGÚN CASO, YA SEA COMO RESULTADO DEL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE UN CONTRATO, GARANTÍA, DAÑOS (INCLUYENDO NEGLIGENCIA) U OTRO MOTIVO, LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE ALLTRADE Y SUS REPRESENTANTES EXCEDERÁ EL PRECIO DEL PRODUCTO. TODA RESPONSABILIDAD RELACIONADA CON EL USO DE ESTE PRODUCTO TERMINARÁ TRAS EL VENCIMIENTO DE LOS PERÍODOS DE GARANTÍA ANTERIORMENTE ESPECIFICADOS.
