Push twelve HIDDEN CAMS (S2) into the ENDS (A and B) and BOTTOM (D) as shown in the upper diagrams. Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (T2) into each HIDDEN CAM, except in the long edges of the ENDS (A and B). Slide the END MOLDINGS (N) onto the ENDS (A and B). Make equal margins along the top and bottom edges of the BACK (E). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it “square”. Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit using the NAILS (EE). Using your hammer, gently tap a TACK GLIDE (Z) into the end of each LEG (F, G, and H). Groove 2nd These edges should be even. K J L Groove Insert the DRAWER SIDES (K and L) at an angle into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (I). Flip the drawer over and insert two CLIPS (W) into the groove in the DRAWER BACK (J) and wrap them over the DRAWER BOTTOM (M). Tap a NAIL (EE) through each CLIP. NOTE: The CLIPS should set in about 1” from the DRAWER SIDES. NOTE: The DRAWER SLIDES are marked “DRAWER RIGHT” and “DRAWER LEFT” for easy identification. Use the BLACK 1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (BB). Page 16 www.sauder.com/services 411885 S p te 13 Place the roller on the SLIDE behind the roller on the RAIL. Carefully stand your unit upright. To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. 411885 www.sauder.com/services Page 17 S p te 14 Loosen screw #3 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise directions to make adjustments, and then tighten screw #3. 3 2 The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. Cam To make adjustments to the drawer, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawer this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONT line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments. Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D'ÉLÉMENT (O et P) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (DD) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3. Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. Enfoncer douze EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (S2) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et le DESSOUS (D) comme l’indiquent les schémas du haut. Ensuite, insérer l’extrémité en metal de la CHEVILLE D’EXCENTRIQUE (T2) dans chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE, à l'exception des chants longs des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Faire tourner quatre VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (U2) dans les PIEDS AVANT (F et G) comme l’indiquent les schémas du bas à la droit. ÉTAPE 2 Retourner soigneusement les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et les positionner comme l’indique le schéma avec la surface sans EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dirigée vers le haut. Fixer les PIEDS ARRIÈRE (H) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser six VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (AA). ÉTAPE 3 Faire tourner quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 14 mm (CC) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement des VIS repose sur la surface des EXTRÉMITÉS. Enfiler les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ (N) sur les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Aligner la rainure des MOULURES sur les têtes des VIS dans les EXTRÉMITÉS. REMARQUE : Les GLISSIÈRES D'ÉLÉMENT ont une inscription “CABINET RIGHT” (droite) et “CABINET LEFT” (gauche) pour faciliter leur identification. ÉTAPE 6 Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) au DESSUS (C). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer le DESSOUS (D) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 7 Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) au DESSUS (C) et au DESSOUS (D). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 8 Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'effondrer. Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur ses chants avant et placer l'ARRIÈRE (E) sur l'élément. Veiller à avoir des marges égales le long des chants supérieur et inférieur de l'ARRIÈRE (E). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de l'élément pour s'assurer d'être « d'équerre ». Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (E) à l'élément à l'aide des CLOUS (EE). À l’aide d’un marteau, enfoncer délicatement un PATIN (Z) dans l'extrémité de chaque PIED (F, G et H). ÉTAPE 4 Retourner soigneusement les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et les positionner comme l’indique le schéma avec la surface avec EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dirigée vers le haut. Fixer les PIEDS AVANT (F et G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. 411885 www.sauder.com/services Page 21 ÉTAPE 9 ÉTAPE 13 Insérer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (K et L) en biseau dans la fente dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE TIROIR (I). Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Enfiler l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (J) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (K et L) jusqu'à ce que le chant de l'ARRIÈRE soit à fleur des CÔTÉS. Pour insérer le tiroir dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du tiroir et faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière les roulettes situées sur l'élément. * Brevet État Unis n° 6 413 007 Relever le devant du tiroir et l'enfiler dans l'élément. ÉTAPE 10 ÉTAPE 14 Enfiler le FOND DE TIROIR (M) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (K et L) et du DEVANT DE TIROIR (I). Retourner le tiroir et insérer deux CLIPS (W) dans la rainure de l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (J) et les enrober sur le FOND DE TIROIR (M). Enfoncer un CLOU (EE) à travers chaque CLIP. REMARQUE : Les CLIPS devraient être situés environ 25 mm des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR. Pour ajuster le tiroir, desserrer la VIS nº 3 dans les COULISSES un quart de tour et tourner ensuite la CAME dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens contraire. Noter que le tiroir monte ou descend lorsque l'on tourne la CAME. Plus la vis dans le trou oblong est haute, plus le devant de tiroir sera haut. Plus la vis est basse, plus le devant de tiroir sera bas. Ajuster le tiroir de cette manière permet au DEVANT DE TIROIR d'être mieux aligné une fois fermé. Resserrer le VIS après d'avoir ajusté. ÉTAPE 11 Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (X) dans les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (K et L). ÉTAPE 15 Fixer les COULISSES DE TIROIR (Q et R) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (K et L). Utiliser quatre VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (DD) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3. Enfoncer un COUVERCLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (V) sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE. REMARQUE : Les COULISSES DE TIROIR ont une inscription “DRAWER RIGHT” (droite) et une inscription “DRAWER LEFT” (gauche) pour faciliter leur identification. REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l'EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible à travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE. REMARQUE : Prière de lire attentivement les importantes informations concernant la sécurité qui figurent sur la couverture arrière du manuel d'instructions. Ceci complète l'assemblage. Pour nettoyer, utiliser l'encaustique pour meubles préférée ou un chiffon humide. Essuyer. ÉTAPE 12 Fixer le BOUTON (Y) au DEVANT DE TIROIR (I). Utiliser la VIS NOIRE À MÉTAUX 28 mm (BB).
