Assemble your unit on a carpeted ﬂ oor or on the empty

carton to avoid scratchin your unit or the ﬂ oor.

Push twenty-one HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A

and B), SHELF/BOTTOMS (D), and DRAWER BRACE (M64).

Then, insert the metal end of twelve CAM DOWELS (2F)

into the HIDDEN CAMS, except the lon edes of the

ENDS (A and B) and the DRAWER BRACE (M64).

Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edes. Unfold the

BACK (E) and lay it over your unit.

Make equal marins alon alon the two short edes and alon

the two lon edes of the BACK (E). Push on opposite corners of

your unit if needed to make it "square".

Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit usin the NAILS (1N).

NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the

SHELF/BOTTOM (D).

Fasten four HINGES (14H) and four HINGE SPACERS (22H)

to the DOORS (F). Use eiht SILVER 5/8" FLAT

HEAD SCREWS (23S).

Carefully stand your unit upriht.

Before fastenin the DOOR to your unit, be sure the

mountin screw is aainst the stops as shown in the

diaram. If it isn't, loosen the mountin screw to slide it

aainst the stops. Then tihten the mountin screw.

Fasten a DOOR (F) to the LEFT END (B) as shown in

the lower diaram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You

should start each SCREW a few turns before completely

tihtenin any of them.

Fasten a KNOB (24K) to the DOOR (F). Use a BLACK

1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (21S).

Repeat this step for the other DOOR (F).

See the next step for DOOR adjustments.

Refer to the enlared diaram to identify the parts on the HINGES.

The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments.

DOOR ADJUSTMENTS:

To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal) turn the adjustin screw in or out.

To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the

desired location. Tihten the screws after makin adjustments.

To adjust the DOORS in or out (depth), loosen the mountin screw one turn and move the DOORS in or out, as needed.

Tihten the mountin screw after makin adjustments.

Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27) at

an angle into the slot at each end of the

DRAWER FRONT (K).

Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D981) into the grooves

in the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27) and

DRAWER FRONT (K).

Fasten the DRAWER BRACE (M64) to the

DRAWER FRONT (K). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM.

Fasten the DRAWER BACK (D174) to the DRAWER

SIDES (D26 and D27) and DRAWER BRACE (M64). Use

five BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S).

until the tabs slip into the slots.

With the palm of your hand,

tap the DRAWER BOTTOM

down into the roove.

Insert two SLIDE CAMS (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27).

Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (35GC) and DRAWER LEFT (35GD)

to the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT

HEAD SCREWS (3S) throuh holes #1 and #3.

NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible throuh the

slotted hole in the SLIDE.

With a hammer, ently tap four SHELF SNAPS (6R) into

the holes in the ADJUSTABLE SHELF (G2).

Repeat this step for the other ADJUSTABLE SHELF (G2).

Almost time to

celebrate! With a nap.

Surface with holes

To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the

drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind

the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and

slide it into the unit.

nsert the METAL PINS (1R) into the hole locations of

your choice in the ENDS (A and B). Set the ADJUSTABLE

SHELVES (G2) onto the METAL PINS so the SHELF SNAPS

are restin on the METAL PINS. Push on the SHELF until

each METAL PIN "snaps" into the SHELF SNAP.

NOTE: If you wish to chane the location of the SHELVES,

tap the SHELF up with the palm of your hand.

Peel the FELT DISC from the FELT DISC CARD (1M) and

stick them on the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (G2) where

they come into contact with the DOORS.

is open. When the DRAWER is closed, it will hide the label. Peel o the backin and apply the label as shown in the diaram.

NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it.

We recommend usin the SAFETY BRACKET (1G) for

added stability. Use a BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD

SCREW (1S) into the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8"

FLAT HEAD SCREW (2S) into a stud in your wall.

To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or

counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The hiher the screw in the oblon hole,

the hiher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjustin the drawers this way, it

will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tihten the SCREW when ﬁ nished with adjustments.

NOTE: Please read the back paes of the instruction booklet for important safety information.

This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

The hiher the screw in the oblon hole,

the hiher your drawer front will be. The

lower the screw, the lower the drawer front.

And to celebrate, why not share your success story?

Loosen screw #3 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn

maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise

directions to make adjustments, and then tihten screw #3.

ÉTAPE 12

Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale.

Avant de ﬁ xer la PORTE à l’unité, s’assurer que la vis de montae se

trouve contre les butées comme l’indique le schéma. Si ce n’est pas le

cas, desserrer la vis de montae pour la faire lisser contre les butées.

Serrer ensuite la vis de montae.

Fixer une PORTE (F) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Utiliser les vis fournies

avec les CHARNIÈRES. Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de

tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.

Fixer une BOUTON (24K) à la PORTE (F). Utiliser une VIS À

MÉTAUX 28 mm NOIRE (21S).

Répéter cette étape pour l'autre porte.

Voir l'étape suivante pour rélaes.

ÉTAPE 11

Fixer quatre CHARNIÈRES (14H) et quatre RONDELLES D'ESPACEMENT

DE CHARNIÈRE (22H) sur les PORTES (F). Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE

PLATE 16 mm ARGENTÉES (23S).

ÉTAPE 10

Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir

ﬁ xé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'e ondrer.

Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur ses chants avant. Déplier

l'ARRIÈRE (E) et le placer sur l'élément.

Veiller à avoir des mares éales le lon des deux chants courts et

deux chants lons de l'ARRIÈRE (E). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins

opposés de l'élément pour s'assurer d'être « d'équerre »

Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (E) à l'élément à l'aide des CLOUS (1N).

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les trous qui

sont alinés sur la pièce TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D).

ÉTAPE 8

Faire tourner quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 14 mm NOIRES (32S) dans les

EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement des TROUS repose sur la

surface des EXTRÉMITÉS.

Enﬁ ler les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ (P) sur les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Aliner

la rainure des MOULURES sur les têtes des VIS dans les EXTRÉMITÉS.

ÉTAPE 5

Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir

ﬁ xé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'e ondrer.

Fixer l'une des TABLETTES/DESSOUS (D) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer

quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Attention:Risque des déâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques Escamotables

doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables que ne sont

pas serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour

serrer à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable de 210 derés.

ÉTAPE 4

Fixer les PIEDS ARRIÈRE (J) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser huit VIS

TÊTE PLATE 57 mm NOIRES (26S).

ÉTAPE 3

Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT DROITE (35GA) et l'ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE (35GB) aux

EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S)

à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3.

ÉTAPE 2

Faire tourner neuf VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans les PIEDS AVANT (H et I)

et le DEVANT DE TIROIR (K).

ÉTAPE 1

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans cette étape.

Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter

d'endommaer l'élément ou le sol.

Enfoncer vint et un EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les

EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), les TABLETTES/DESSOUS (D) et l’ENTRETOISE DE

TIROIR (M64). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité en métal des douze CHEVILLES

D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES indiqués.

ÉTAPE 6

Fixer l'autre TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer

quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 7

Fixer le DESSUS (C) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer quatre

EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Fixer deux CONSOLES EN MÉTAL (4G) au DESSUS (C). Utiliser deux VIS

TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S).

ÉTAPE 9

Fixer les PIEDS AVANT (H et I) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer huit

EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 21

Pour ajuster les tiroirs, desserrer la VIS nº 3 dans les COULISSES un

quart de tour et tourner ensuite la CAME dans le sens des aiuilles d'une

montre ou dans le sens contraire. Noter que le tiroir monte ou descend

lorsque l'on tourne la CAME. Plus la vis dans le trou oblon est haute,

plus le devant de tiroir sera haut. Plus la vis est basse, plus le devant de

tiroir sera bas. Ajuster les tiroirs de cette manière permet aux DEVANTS

DE TIROIR d'être mieux alinés une fois fermés. Resserrer le VIS après

d'avoir ajusté.

REMARQUE : Prière de lire les informations importantes sur la sécurité

ﬁ urant sur les paes arrière du manuel d’instructions.

Ceci complète l'assemblae. Pour nettoyer l’unité, humidiﬁ er un chi on

avec de l’eau du robinet et essuyer.

ÉTAPE 20

Il est recommandé d'utiliser la CONSOLE DE SÉCURITÉ (1G) pour renforcer

la stabilité. Utiliser une VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRE (1S) dans le haut de

l'élément et une VIS TÊTE PLATE 48 mm NOIRE (2S) dans un montant du mur.

ÉTAPE 19

Apposer l'ÉTIQUETTE DE MISE EN GARDE (11L) à la FOND DE

TIROIR (D981). Cette étiquette doit pouvoir être lisible lorsque la TIROIR

est ouverte. Lorsque la

TIROIR

est fermée, il doit la dissimuler. Décoller le

ﬁ lm protecteur et apposer l'étiquette comme l'indique le schéma.

REMARQUE : Cette étiquette permanente est prévue pour durer pendant

toute la vie du produit. Une fois apposée, ne pas essayer de la retirer.

ÉTAPE 18

Pour insérer le tiroir dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du tiroir et faire

passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière les roulettes situées sur

l'élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et l'enﬁ ler dans l'élément.

Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans les trous choisis dans les

EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Placer les TABLETTES RÉGLABLES (G2) sur les

GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL de façon à ce que les CLIQUETS DE TABLETTE

soient reposés sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL. Appuyer la TABLETTE jusqu'à

ce que chaque GOUPILLE EN MÉTAL « s'enclenche » dans les CLIQUETS

DE TABLETTE.

REMARQUE : Pour chaner l'emplacement des TABLETTES, enfoncer la

TABLETTE vers le haut avec la main.

Séparer le TAMPON EN FEUTRE de la FICHE AVEC TAMPONS EN

FEUTRE (1M) et les coller sur les TABLETTES RÉGLABLES (G2) aux

endroits où celle-ci entre en contact avec les PORTES.

ÉTAPE 17

À l'aide d'un marteau, enfoncer léèrement quatre CLIQUETS DE

TABLETTE (6R) dans les trous de la TABLETTE RÉGLABLE (G2).

Répéter cette étape pour l'autre TABLETTE RÉGLABLE (G2).

ÉTAPE 16

Fixer les BOUTONS (24K) au DEVANT DE TIROIR (K). Utiliser trois VIS À

MÉTAUX 28 mm NOIRES (21S).

ÉTAPE 15

Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans les CÔTÉS

DE TIROIR (

D26 et D27

Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (35GC) et le TIROIR GAUCHE (35GD) aux CÔTÉS DE

TIROIR (D26 et D27). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à

travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3. .

REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l'EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible à

travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.

ÉTAPE 13

Consulter le schéma arandi pour identiﬁ er les pièces des CHARNIÈRES.

Il faut peut-être ajuster les PORTES. Suivre les indications

ci-dessous pour ajuster.

RÉGLAGES DES PORTES :

Pour ajuster les PORTES latéralement (horizontalement), tourner la vis de

rélae vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur.

Pour ajuster les PORTES de haut en bas (verticalement), desserrer les deux

vis de rélae. Déplacer les PORTES verticalement à l'emplacement désiré.

Serrer les vis après avoir ajusté.

Pour ajuster les PORTES vers l'intérieur où vers l'extérieur (profondeur),

desserrer la vis de montae un tour et déplacer les PORTES vers l'intérieur

ou vers l'extérieur. Serrer la vis de montae après avoir ajusté.

1 Insérer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D26 et D27) en biseau dans la fente

dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE TIROIR (K).

PASO 13

Consulte el diarama ampliado para identiﬁ car las piezas de

las BISAGRAS.

Las PUERTAS pueden requerir de ajustes. Sia el texto abajo para hacer los

ajustes necesarios.

AJUSTE DE LA PUERTA:

Para ajustar las PUERTAS de un lado al otro (horizontalmente), ire el

tornillo de ajuste hacia el interior o hacia el exterior.

Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo (vertical), aﬂ oje los

dos tornillos de ajuste. Mueva las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo a la

ubicación deseada. Apriete los tornillos después de hacer los ajustes.

Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia atrás o hacia adelante (profundidad), aﬂ oje

el tornillo de montaje una vuelta y mueva las PUERTAS hacia el interior o

hacia el exterior seún sea necesario. Apriete el tornillo de montaje después

de hacer los ajustes.

PASO 12

Cuidadosamente pona la unidad en posición vertical.

Antes de ajustar la PUERTA en su unidad, aseúrese de que el tornillo de

montaje esté contra los topes, tal como se muestra en el diarama. Si no

lo está, aﬂ oje el tornillo de montaje para que se deslice contra los topes.

Lueo apriete el tornillo de montaje.

Fije una PUERTA (F) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Utilice los tornillos

provistos de las BISAGRAS. Debe apretar cada TORNILLO unas vueltas

antes de apretar cualquier tornillo ﬁ rmemente.

Fije un POMO (24K) a la PUERTA (F). Utilice un TORNILLO NEGRO PARA

METAL de 28 mm (21S).

Repita este paso para la otra puerta.

Consulte el próximo paso para los ajustes.

PASO 11

Fije cuatro BISAGRAS (14H) y cuatro ESPACIADORES DE BISAGRA (22H)

a las PUERTAS (F). Utilice ocho TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA

PERDIDA de 16 mm (23S).

PASO 10

Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se ﬁ je el

DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.

Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre los bordes

delanteros. Desdoble el DORSO (E) y colóquelo sobre la unidad.

Deje márenes iuales a lo laro de los dos bordes cortos y los dos bordes

laros del DORSO (E). Empuje sobre las esquinas opuestas de la unidad si es

requerido para hacerla "cuadrada."

Fije el DORSO (E) a la unidad utilizando los CLAVOS (1N).

NOTA: Aseúrese de clavar lieramente los clavos dentro de los aujeros

que se alinean sobre la parte ESTANTE/FONDO (D).

PASO 9

Fije las PATAS DELANTERAS (H e I) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Apriete

ocho EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

PASO 5

Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se ﬁ je el

DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.

Fije una de las partes ESTANTE/FONDO (D) a los EXTREMOS (A y B).

Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

Precaución: Rieso de daños o heridas. Los Excéntricos Escondidos deben

apretarse completamente. Los Excéntricos Escondidos que no se aprieten

completamente se aﬂ ojarán y las partes pueden separarse. Para apretar

completamente, atornille el excéntrico escondido 210 rados.

PASO 4

Fije las PATAS POSTERIORES (J) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Utilice ocho

TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 57 mm (26S).

PASO 3

Fije el GABINETE DERECHO (35GA) y el GABINETE IZQUIERDO (35GB)

a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE

CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a través de los aujeros No. 1 y No. 3.

PASO 2

Atornille nueve BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO (8F) dentro de las PATAS

DELANTERAS (H e I) y da la CARA DE CAJÓN (K).

PASO 1

No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso.

Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío

para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.

Empuje veintiún EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A

y B), de los ESTANTES/FONDOS (D) y de la RIOSTRA DEL CAJÓN (M64).

A continuación, inserte el extremo de metal de doce PASADORES DE

EXCÉNTRICO (2F) dentro de los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

Fije la otra parte ESTANTE/FONDO (D) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Apriete

cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

PASO 7

Fije el PANEL SUPERIOR (C) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Apriete cuatro

EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

Fije dos SOPORTES DE METAL (4G) al PANEL SUPERIOR (C). Utilice dos

TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).

PASO 8

Atornille cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 14 mm (32S)

dentro de los EXTREMOS (A y B) hasta que el resalto de los TORNILLOS repose

sobre la superﬁ cie de los EXTREMOS.

Deslice las MOLDURAS DE EXTREMO (P) sobre los EXTREMOS (A y B). Alinee la

ranura de las MOLDURAS sobre la cabeza de los TORNILLOS de los EXTREMOS.

PASO 21

Para ajustar los cajones, aﬂ oje el TORNILLO No. 3 de las CORREDERAS una

cuarta vuelta y después ire la leva hacia la derecha o hacia la izquierda.

Observe que el cajón sube o baja al irar la LEVA. Entre más alto esté el

tornillo en el aujero oblono, más alto estará el frente del cajón. Entre más

bajo esté el tornillo, el frente del cajón estará más bajo. Al ajustar los cajones

de esta manera, mejorará la alineación de las CARAS DE CAJÓN una vez

cerrada. Apriete los TORNILLOS después de hacer los ajustes.

NOTA: Por favor, lea las páinas de atrás del folleto de instrucciones en

cuanto a importante información de seuridad.

Esto completa el ensamblaje. Para limpiar la unidad, humedezca un paño

con aua de llave y limpie.

PASO 20

Se recomienda que utilice la MÉNSULA DE SEGURIDAD (1G) para aumentar la

estabilidad. Utilice un TORNILLO NEGRO DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S)

a través de la parte superior de la unidad y un TORNILLO NEGRO DE CABEZA

PERDIDA de 48 mm (2S) dentro de un montante de la pared.

PASO 19

Aplique la ETIQUETA DE ADVERTENCIA (11L) a la FONDO DE CAJÓN (D981).

Usted debe poder leer la etiqueta cuando la CAJÓN está abierta. Cuando la

CAJÓN está cerrada, éste ocultará la etiqueta. Quite el material protector y

aplique la etiqueta tal como se muestra en el diarama.

NOTA: Esta etiqueta es permanente e intencionada a durar por la vida del

producto. Una vez aplicada, no intente quitarla.

PASO 18

Para insertar el cajón dentro de la unidad, incline la parte delantera del

cajón hacia abajo y deje que los rodillos del cajón caian detrás de los

rodillos de la unidad. Levante la parte delantera del cajón y deslícelo dentro

de la unidad.

Inserte las ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) dentro de los aujeros al

nivel preferido de los EXTREMOS (A y B). Coloque los ESTANTES

AJUSTABLES (G2) sobre las ESPIGAS DE METAL de manera que los

FIADORES DE RESORTE PARA ESTANTE estén reposando sobre las

ESPIGAS DE METAL. Empuje sobre el ESTANTE hasta que cada ESPIGA

DE METAL se enclave "de olpe" dentro de los FIADORES DE ESTANTE.

NOTA: Si desea cambiar la ubicación de los ESTANTES, lieramente olpee

hacia arriba en el ESTANTE con la mano.

Separe un TOPE DE FIELTRO de la TARJETA CON TOPES DE FIELTRO (1M)

y aplique los topes sobre los ESTANTES AJUSTABLES (G2) por donde hace

contacto con las PUERTAS.

PASO 17

Utilizando un martillo, lieramente olpee cuatro FIADORES DE

ESTANTE (6R) dentro de los aujeros del ESTANTE AJUSTABLE (G2).

Repita este paso para el otro ESTANTE AJUSTABLE (G2).

PASO 16

Fije el POMOS (24K) a la CARA DE CAJÓN (K). Utilice tres TORNILLOS

NEGROS PARA METAL de 28 mm (21S).

PASO 15

Inserte un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (10A) dentro de los LADOS

DE CAJÓN (

D26 y D27

Fije el CAJÓN DERECHO (35GC) y el CAJÓN IZQUIERDO (35GD) a los

product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resultin

from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleanin, or care. There is also no

warranty coverae for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at

a distress or oin-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.

3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair,

replace or refund the value of any defective furniture component. Sauder may require

independent conﬁ rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement

parts will be warranted for only the remainin period of the oriinal Warranty. SAUDER

SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

OF ANY KIND and all such damaes are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such

as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damae to property on or near

the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or

consequential damaes, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that ﬁ rst arise and are reported to

Sauder within the warranty coverae period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to

subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
