Line up the grooves in the MOLDINGS over the heads of the SCREWS in the ENDS. Turn eight BLACK 9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (32S) into the ENDS (A and B) until the shoulders of the SCREWS rest on the surfaces of the ENDS. 32S BLACK 9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREW (8 used in this step) N Apply pressure with your hands as you guide the MOLDINGS over the SCREWS and onto the ENDS. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (O) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S). å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END. Turn a SCREW into this hole. Lay the BACK (F) over your unit. å Make equal margins along both side and bottom edges of the BACK (F). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (F) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the upper SHELF/BOTTOM (D). 1N NAIL (18 used in this step) These holes must line up over the SHELF/BOTTOM (D). Edge without holes. Use the screws in the HINGES. å Push the DOOR STOP (4I) into the hole on the SHELF/BOTTOM (D). Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the right diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops. Then tighten the mounting screw. Stop Fasten a KNOB/BACKPLATE (52K) to the DOOR (G). Use a GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (50S). Move the DOORS up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments. å To adjust the DOORS in or out (depth), loosen the mounting screw one turn and move the DOORS in or out, as needed. Tighten the mounting Mounting screw (depth) screw after making adjustments. The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), loosen the mounting screw several turns, then turn the adjusting screw in or out. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments. Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the ENDS (A and B). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELF (H) onto the METAL PINS. If you're doing this to help a friend, don't leave without a bite. To insert the PULL-OUT SHELF into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the SHELF with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit and push the SHELF into the unit until the SHELF is fully inserted. The SHELF will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier. Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'effondrer. Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. Enfoncer dix-huit EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), les TABLETTES/DESSOUS (D) et la TABLETTE COULISSANTE (E). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité en métal des douze CHEVILLES D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES des EXTRÉMITÉS et des TABLETTES/DESSOUS. Fixer les TABLETTES/DESSOUS (D) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Attention: Risque des dégâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques Escamotables doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables que ne sont pas serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour serrer à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable de 210 degrés. ÉTAPE 2 ÉTAPE 8 Faire tourner six VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans les PIEDS AVANT (I et J) et la MOULURE COULISSANTE (L). Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) aux TABLETTES/DESSOUS (D). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 3 ÉTAPE 9 Fixer un ACCENT D’ANGLE (8E) aux PIEDS AVANT (I et J). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 13 mm ARGENT (38S). Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Fixer le DESSUS (C) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 4 Fixer les PIEDS AVANT (I et J) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 5 Avec précaution, retourner les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Faire tourner huit VIS TÊTE PLATE 14 mm NOIRES (32S) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement des VIS repose sur la surface des EXTRÉMITÉS. Enfiler les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ (M et N) sur les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) jusqu'à ce que sont plaquées contre les PIEDS AVANT (I et J). Aligner la rainure des MOULURES sur les têtes des VIS dans les EXTRÉMITÉS. ÉTAPE 6 Fixer les PIEDS ARRIÈRE (K) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (26S). REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc. ÉTAPE 10 Séparer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (P) des GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (O) comme l'indique le schéma du haut. Faire attention car les pièces sont graissées. Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (O) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S). REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION, faire tourner une VIS dans le trou indiqué dans le schéma agrandi. Ensuite, enfiler la cartouche interne de la GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION vers l'intérieur pour trouver l'autre trou qui est aligné sur le trou dans l’EXTRÉMITÉ. Faire tourner une VIS dans ce trou. ÉTAPE 11 Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur ses chants avant. Placer l'ARRIÈRE (F) sur l'élément. Veiller à avoir des marges égales le long des chants inférieurs et des chants latéraux de l'ARRIÈRE (F). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de l'élément pour s'assurer d'être « d'équerre ». Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (F) à l'élément à l'aide des CLOUS (1N). REMARQUE: S'assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les trous qui sont alignés sur la pièce TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D) supérieure. REMARQUE : Des lignes perforées ont été prévues pour accéder facilement à l'ARRIÈRE. Découper avec précaution les trous nécessaires. www.sauder.com/services 414675 Page 25 ÉTAPE 12 ÉTAPE 17 Mettre un PIED (10E) sur le chant inférieur de chaque PIED (I, J et K). Consulter le schéma agrandi pour identifier les pièces des CHARNIÈRES. À l’aide d’un marteau, enfoncer un PATIN (12E) à travers les trous des PIEDS (10E). Il faut peut-être ajuster les PORTES. Suivre les indications ci-dessous pour ajuster. RÉGLAGES DES PORTES : ÉTAPE 13 Fixer la MOULURE COULISSANTE (L) à la TABLETTE COULISSANTE (E). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Pour ajuster les PORTES latéralement (horizontalement), desserrer la vis de montage quelques tours et tourner la vis de réglage vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur. Serrer la vis de montage après avoir ajusté. Fixer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (P) à la TABLETTE COULISSANTE (E). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 25 mm MARRON (12S). Pour ajuster les PORTES de haut en bas (verticalement), desserrer les deux vis de réglage. Déplacer les PORTES verticalement à l'emplacement désiré. Serrer les vis après avoir ajusté. ÉTAPE 14 Pour ajuster les PORTES vers l'intérieur où vers l'extérieur (profondeur), desserrer la vis de montage un tour et déplacer les PORTES vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur. Serrer la vis de montage après avoir REMARQUE : Il est possible de fixer la porte sur la droite ou la gauche de l’unité. Les étapes suivantes illustrent la porte fixé à la droite de l'unité. ÉTAPE 15 Fixer les CHARNIÈRES (14H) à la PORTE (G). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (11S). ÉTAPE 16 Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Avant de fixer la PORTE à l’unité, s’assurer que la vis de montage se trouve contre les butées comme l’indique le schéma de droite. Si ce n’est pas le cas, desserrer la vis de montage pour la faire glisser contre les butées. Serrer ensuite la vis de montage. La porte peut être ajustée à l’étape suivante. ÉTAPE 18 Enfoncer les MANCHONS EN CAOUTCHOUC (2R) sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R). Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL dans les trous choisis dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Poser la TABLETTE RÉGLABLE (H) sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL. Pour insérer la TABLETTE COULISSANTE dans l'élément, aligner les COULISSES D'EXTENSION de la TABLETTE sur les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION de l'élément et enfoncer la TABLETTE dans l'élément jusqu'à ce que la TABLETTE soit complètement inséré. La TABLETTE offrira une certaine résistance jusqu'à ce qu'il soit complètement inséré dans l'élément, il glissera ensuite sans ÉTAPE 19 Fixer la PORTE (G) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A). Utiliser les vis fournies avec les CHARNIÈRES. Enfoncer un COUVERCLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (12P) sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE visible. REMARQUE : Il est peut-être nécessaire de desserrer la vis de fixation pour glisser le CHARNIÈRE partiellement hors de la fente. Resserrer la vis avant de monter la CHARNIÈRE à l’EXTRÉMITÉ. REMARQUE : Prière de lire les informations importantes sur la sécurité figurant sur les pages arrière du manuel d’instructions. Fixer le BOUTON/FERRURE (52K) à la PORTE (G). Utiliser une VIS À MÉTAUX 25 mm DORÉE (50S). Ceci complète l'assemblage. Nettoyer à l’aide d’une encaustique pour meubles ou d’un chiffon humide. Essuyer. Enfoncer l'ARRÊT DE PORTE (4I) dans le trou sur la pièce TABLETTE/DESSOUS (D). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS. PASO 3 PASO 9 Fije un ACENTO DE ESQUINA (8E) a las PATAS DELANTERAS (I y J). Utilice dos TORNILLOS PLATEADOS PARA METAL de 13 mm (38S). Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical. PASO 4 PASO 10 Fije las PATAS DELANTERAS (I y J) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS. Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (P) de los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (O) como se muestra en el diagrama superior. Prepárese, las piezas son grasientas. PASO 5 Fije los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (O) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S). Cuidadosamente vuelva los EXTREMOS (A y B) al revés. Fije el PANEL SUPERIOR (C) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS. Atornille ocho TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 14 mm (32S) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A y B) hasta que el resalto de los TORNILLOS repose sobre la superficie de los EXTREMOS. NOTA: Para cada RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN, atornille un TORNILLO dentro del agujero indicado en el diagrama ampliado. A continuación deslice el cartucho interno del RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN hacia el interior para encontrar el otro agujero que se alinea con el agujero del EXTREMO. PASO 14 Para ajustar las PUERTAS de un lado al otro (horizontalmente), afloje el tornillo de montaje varias vueltas y gire el tornillo de ajuste hacia el interior o hacia el exterior. Apriete el tornillo de montaje después de hacer los ajustes. Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo (vertical), afloje los dos tornillos de ajuste. Mueva las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo a la ubicación deseada. Apriete los tornillos después de hacer los ajustes. Coloque el ESTANTE AJUSTABLE (H) sobre las ESPIGAS DE METAL. PASO 16 Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical.
