Avec précaution, retourner les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. Fixer les autres PIEDS (H2 et I2) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Enfoncer vingt-quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le DESSOUS (E), les deux PANNEAUX (F) et la TABLETTE (G). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité en métal des huit CHEVILLES D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES du DESSOUS (E) et de la TABLETTE (G). ÉTAPE 7 Faire tourner six VIS TÊTE PLATE 14 mm NOIRES (32S) dans les PANNEAUX (F) jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement des VIS repose sur la surface des PANNEAUX. ÉTAPE 2 Enfiler les MOULURES DE PANNEAU (K) sur les PANNEAUX (F). Aligner la rainure des MOULURES sur les têtes des VIS dans les PANNEAUX. Faire tourner seize VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans les PIEDS (H2 et I2). Fixer ensuite la TABLETTE (G) aux PANNEAUX (F). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 48 mm NOIRES (2S). ÉTAPE 3 ÉTAPE 8 Fixer un ACCENT D’ANGLE (8E) à chaque PIED (H2 et I2). Utiliser quatre VIS À MÉTAUX 13 mm ARGENT (38S). Fixer les PANNEAUX (F) et la TABLETTE (G) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) et aux PIEDS (H2 et I2). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 4 Attention: Risque des dégâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques Escamotables doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables que ne sont pas serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour serrer à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable de 210 degrés. Fixer les PIEDS ARRIÈRE (H2 et I2) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 5 Avec précaution, retourner les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Faire tourner huit VIS TÊTE PLATE 14 mm NOIRES (32S) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement des VIS repose sur la surface des EXTRÉMITÉS. Enfiler les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ (L et M) sur les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) jusqu'à ce que sont plaquées contre les PIEDS (H2 et I2). Aligner la rainure des MOULURES sur les têtes des VIS dans les EXTRÉMITÉS. ÉTAPE 9 Insérer deux GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans les trous plus grands du MONTANT (C). Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) situées sur l'extrémité du MONTANT (C) dans les trous de la TABLETTE (G). ÉTAPE 10 Fixer le DESSOUS (E) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer le DESSOUS (E) au MONTANT (C). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 48 mm NOIRES (2S). www.sauder.com/services 414444 Page 25 ÉTAPE 11 ÉTAPE 16 Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et PIEDS (H2 et I2) au DESSOUS (E), aux PANNEAUX (F) et à la TABLETTE (G). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer les CONSOLES DE SUPPORT (37G) sur les MÉCANISMES DE LEVAGE DE TABLE (23M). Utiliser quatre RONDELLES (13M), ÉCROUS (24M) et VIS À MÉTAUX 19 mm NOIRES (92S). ÉTAPE 12 ÉTAPE 17 Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur son dessus. IMPORTANT : Faire appel à une autre personne pour cette étape. Insérer quatre PATINS (13E) dans les PIEDS (10E). Ensuite, mettre un PIED (10E) sur le chant inférieur de chaque PIED (H2 et I2). Fixer le DESSUS (D) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser douze VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S) à travers les MÉCANISMES DE LEVAGE DE TABLE (23M) et dans les trous des EXTRÉMITÉS. ÉTAPE 13 REMARQUE : Faire attention en alignant les trous dans les MÉCANISMES sur les trous des EXTRÉMITÉS de manière à ne pas endommager les pièces. Fixer le SUPPORT DE PIED (6E) au DESSOUS (E). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Faire glisser les SUPPORTS CENTRAUX (N) sur le SUPPORT DE PIED (6E). ÉTAPE 18 Appuyer fermement le COUVERCLE DE COIN (5E) sur les SUPPORTS CENTRAUX (N). Fixer l’ENTRETOISE (J) sur les CONSOLES DE SUPPORT (37G) sur les MÉCANISMES DE LEVAGE DE TABLE (23M). Utiliser quatre RONDELLES (13M), ÉCROUS (24M) et VIS À MÉTAUX 6 mm NOIRES (93S). ÉTAPE 14 ÉTAPE 19 Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. IMPORTANT : Ne pas placer d’objet de valeur dans l’espace rangement. Enfoncer six TAMPONS (2M) dans les PANNEAUX (F) et les PIEDS (H2 et I2). ÉTAPE 15 Fixer les MÉCANISMES DE LEVAGE DE TABLE (23M) sur le DESSUS (D). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Enfoncer un COUVERCLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (12P) sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE visible.
