How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK
®
FASTENER
1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the
adjoining part.
NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully
inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking
the FASTENER.
2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight
as possible.

two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS.

Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Lay the
BACK (I) over your unit.
å
Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (I). Push
on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square".

Fasten the BACK (I) to your unit using the NAILS (1N).
å
NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over
the UPRIGHTS (C and D).
å
NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through
the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed.
Do not stand the unit upright without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.

ÉTAPE 1
Ne pas serrer les FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® à cette étape.
Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.
Pour commencer l'assemblage, enfoncer une FIXATION
TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER (10F) dans les gros trous
des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B).
Répéter cette étape pour le PANNEAU AVANT (F) et la
TABLETTE INFÉRIEURE (H).
ÉTAPE 2
Enfi ler les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ (J) sur les chants crantés
des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B).

Insérer deux GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans les trous dans
l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).
Enfoncer la TABLETTE SUPÉRIEURE (G) sur les GOUPILLES EN
MÉTAL dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).
Fixer la TABLETTE SUPÉRIEURE (G) sur le MONTANT
SUPÉRIEUR (C). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE
49 mm NOIRES (113S).
REMARQUE : Utiliser les deux trous qui sont complètement
percés à travers la TABLETTE SUPÉRIEURE.
Insérer deux GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans les trous dans la
TABLETTTE SUPÉRIEURE (G).
ÉTAPE 6
Enfoncer le chant du MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (D) comportant
les gros trous sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL dans la
TABLETTE SUPÉRIEURE (G).
Fixer la TABLETTE INFÉRIEURE (H) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).
Serrer deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
Fixer la TABLETTE INFÉRIEURE (H) au MONTANT
INFÉRIEUR (D). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE
49 mm NOIRES (113S).
ÉTAPE 3
Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale
avant d'avoir fi xé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'e ondrer.
Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) au DESSUS (E). Serrer deux
FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
Utilisation de la FIXATION TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER
1. Insérer l'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION dans le trou de la
pièce attenante.
REMARQUE : L'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION doit rester
complètement insérée dans le trou de la pièce attenante lorsque
l'on bloque la FIXATION.
2. Bien serrer la FIXATION à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips.
ÉTAPE 7
Fixer les CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (27G) au PANNEAU AVANT (F).
Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que les CONSOLES EN MÉTAL sont à
fl eur du chant du PANNEAU AVANT.
ÉTAPE 4
Insérer deux GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans le DESSUS (E).
Enfoncer le MONTANT SUPÉRIEUR (C) sur les GOUPILLES EN
MÉTAL situées dans le DESSUS (E).
REMARQUE : Le chant comportant les trous les plus gros ira sur
les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL.

ÉTAPE 8
Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur son DESSUS (E)
Fixer le PANNEAU AVANT (F) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Serrer
deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
Fixer le PANNEAU AVANT (F) à la TABLETTE INFÉRIEURE (H).
Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S) à travers les
CONSOLES et dans la TABLETTE INFÉRIEURE.
ÉTAPE 9
Insérer deux GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans les trous dans
l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A).
Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) au DESSUS (E), au PANNEAU
INFÉRIEUR (F) et à la TABLETTE INFÉRIEURE (H). Serrer six
FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.
REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les GOUPILLES EN
MÉTAL situées sur l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE dans les trous dans la
TABLETTE SUPÉRIEURE (G).
ÉTAPE 10
Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale
avant d'avoir fi xé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'e ondrer.
Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur ses chants avant. Placer
l'ARRIÈRE (I) sur l'élément.
Veiller à avoir des marges égales le long des quatre chants de
l'ARRIÈRE (I). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de
l'élément pour s'assurer d'être « d'équerre ».
Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (I) à l'élément à l'aide des CLOUS (1N).
REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les
trous qui sont alignés sur les MONTANTS (C et D).
REMARQUE : Des lignes perforées ont été prévues pour accéder
facilement à l'ARRIÈRE. Découper avec précaution les
trous nécessaires.
ÉTAPE 11
Fixer les CONSOLES DE TÊTE DE LIT (16G) aux
EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm
NOIRES (1S) dans les trous convenant le mieux pour la hauteur
du cadre de lit.
ÉTAPE 12
Fixer l’unité sur le cadre de lit. Utiliser quatre BOULONS 51 mm
ARGENTÉS (94S), quatre RONDELLES (13M) et quatre
ÉCROUS (24M) à travers les CONSOLES et dans le cadre de lit.
Ceci complète l'assemblage. Nettoyer à l’aide d’une encaustique
pour meubles ou d’un chi on humide. Essuyer.

No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK® en este paso.
Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón
vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Para comenzar el ensamblaje, empuje un SUJETADOR
TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER (10F) dentro de los agujeros grandes
de los EXTREMOS (A y B).
Repita este paso para el PANEL DELANTERO (F) y el
ESTANTE INFERIOR (H).
PASO 2
Deslice las MOLDURAS DE EXTREMO (J) sobre los bordes con
muesca de los EXTREMOS (A y B).

PASO 5
Inserte dos ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) en los agujeros del
EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B).
Empuje el ESTANTE SUPERIOR (G) sobre las ESPIGAS DE
METAL del EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B).
Fije el ESTANTE SUPERIOR (G) al PARAL SUPERIOR (C). Utilice
dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).
NOTA: Use los dos agujeros perforados por completo a través del
ESTANTE SUPERIOR.
Inserte dos ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) en los agujeros del
ESTANTE SUPERIOR (G).
PASO 6
Empuje el borde del PARAL INFERIOR (D) con los
agujeros grandes entre las ESPIGAS DE METAL en el
ESTANTE SUPERIOR (G).
Fije el ESTANTE INFERIOR (H) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B).
Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
Fije el ESTANTE INFERIOR (H) al PARAL INFERIOR (D). Utilice dos
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).
PASO 3
Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se
fi je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) al PANEL SUPERIOR (E). Apriete
dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
Cómo utilizar el SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER
1. Inserte el extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR en el agujero de
la parte adjunta.
NOTA: El extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR debe quedarse
completamente insertado en el agujero de la parte adjunta
cuando se enclava el SUJETADOR.
2. Apriete el SUJETADOR lo más apretado posible con un
destornillador Phillips (cruz).
PASO 7
Fije los SOPORTES ANGULARES (27G) al PANEL
DELANTERO (F). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS
DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
NOTA: Los SOPORTES ANGULARES deben estar niveladas con
el borde del PANEL DELANTERO.
PASO 4
Inserte dos ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) en el PANEL SUPERIOR (E).
Inserte el PARAL SUPERIOR (C) sobre las ESPIGAS DE METAL en
el PANEL SUPERIOR (E).
NOTA: El borde con agujeros más grandes irá entre las ESPIGAS
DE METAL.

Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre el
PANEL SUPERIOR (E).
Fije el PANEL DELANTERO (F) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B).

Fije el PANEL DELANTERO (F) al ESTANTE INFERIOR (H).
Pase cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE
de 14 mm (1S) a través de los SOPORTES y en el
ESTANTE INFERIOR.
PASO 9
Inserte dos ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) en los agujeros del
EXTREMO DERECHO (A).
Fije el EXTREMO DERECHO (A) al PANEL SUPERIOR (E), al
PANEL INFERIOR (F) y al ESTANTE INFERIOR (H). Apriete seis
SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.
NOTA: Asegúrese que las ESPIGAS DE METAL sujetadas al
EXTREMO DERECHO se inserten en los agujeros del
ESTANTE SUPERIOR (G).
PASO 10
Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se
fi je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre los
bordes delanteros. Coloque el DORSO (I) sobre la unidad.
Los márgenes a lo largo de los cuatro bordes del DORSO (I)
deben estar uniformes. Empuje sobre las esquinas opuestas de la
unidad si es requerido para hacerla "cuadrada."
Fije el DORSO (I) a la unidad utilizando los CLAVOS (1N).
NOTA: Asegúrese de clavar ligeramente los CLAVOS dentro de
los agujeros que se alinean sobre los PARALES (C y D).
NOTA: Hay perforaciones provistas para el acceso a través del
DORSO. Cuidadosamente corte los agujeros necesarios.
PASO 11
Fije los MÉNSULAS DE CABECERA DE CAMA (16G) a los
EXTREMOS (A y B). Utilice ocho TORNILLOS NEGROS DE
CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S) en los agujeros que mejor se
acomoden a la altura del marco de su cama.
PASO 12
Asegure su unidad al marco de su cama. Utilice cuatro PERNOS
PLATEADOS de 51 mm (94S), cuatro ARANDELAS (13M) y cuatro
TUERCAS (24M) a través de los SOPORTES y entre el marco de
la cama.
Esto completa el ensamblaje. Limpie con su pulimento para
muebles preferido o un paño húmedo. Seque con un paño.

1. Sauder Woodworking Co. (Sauder®) provee cobertura de garantía limitada al

prueba de compra. Las piezas de repuesto serán garantizadas solamente por

RESPONSABILIDAD por NINGÚN DAÑO INCIDENTAL O CONSECUENTE DE

como pérdida de uso, desensamblaje, transportación, trabajo o daño a la propiedad

2. There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure
to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse,
intentional damage, fi re, fl ood, alteration or modifi cation of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no
warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at
a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair
or replace any defective furniture component. Sauder may require independent
confi rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be
warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF
ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such
as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near
the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that fi rst arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law,
whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
