Per MI6030 e 6040 (fino a 1100 mm di larghezza

anta) i valori di peso massimo per ogni anta indicati, posso-

no essere aumentati inserendo il ruotino di scorrimento a

pavimento (part. P4173 pagg. 6 e 18).

ATTENZIONE: nei casi di inserimento del ruotino

P4173, deve essere garantita un’adeguata linearità del pia-

no sul quale questi andrà a scorrere.

I nostri sistemi antipanico a sfondamento serie MI sono stati progettati per

essere applicati anche a porte scorrevoli costruite con qualsiasi serie commercia-

le opportunamente adattata.

A tale scopo, nelle pagine seguenti troverete le misure e/o le note base necessa-

rie per progettare e dimensionare le porte.

Note preliminari:

TELAIO A MURO

- deve poter contenere gli angolari di incernieramento (pag. 14/15);

- le lavorazioni e gli spessoramenti devono essere eseguite in funzione del migliore

alloggiamento funzionale degli incernieramenti;

- importante predisporre adeguati passaggi per i collegamenti dei sensori "PORTE CHIUSE" e

delle fotocellule.

ANTE FISSE & MOBILI

- l'allestimento delle strutture delle ante deve permettere l'inserimento dei perni di

incernieramento; si consiglia il montaggio di traversi intestati e fissati mediante cavallotto;

- porre attenzione al fissaggio degli elementi di incernieramento alla struttura, che devono

essere eseguiti in modo rigido, onde impedire che le vibrazioni e il movimento possa col

tempo limitarne l'efficacia e rendere l'impianto poco sicuro per l'utenza;

- nel caso di strutture insufficientemente robuste, l'assemblatore deve provvedere con l'inseri-

mento di adeguati rinforzi.

- L'allineamento degli incernieramenti superiori e inferiori deve essere assiale;

- Per le sole ante mobili è opportuno il bloccaggio del vetro con sigillante siliconico in aggiunta

alle eventuali guarnizioni.

- Sono da utilizzare solo vetri di tipo stratificato o cristallo temperato.

SEQUENZA LAVORAZIONI

TELAIO

- per lavorazioni e assemblaggio del telaio a muro seguire le indicazioni a pag.14. Porre

particolare attenzione all'allineamento degli assi di incernieramento;

- sono possibili regolazioni sia verticali che orrizzontali per l'allineamento dell'anta fissa,

operando sulle viti di regolazione;

- predisporre adeguati passaggi per i cavi dei sensori magnetici "porte chiuse" e delle

fotocellule.

ANTE FISSE

- operare il dimensionamento delle ante in funzione degli ingombri e delle caratteristiche utili

con riferimento alle note dimensionali di pag. 12/13;

- eseguire le lavorazioni utili all'alloggiamento dei dispositivi di incernieramento come indicato

nelle pag. 15/16; predisporre eventuali alloggiamenti fotocellule;

- assemblare i vari dispositivi indicati, facendo attenzione al corretto allineamento assiale delle

cerniere e degli scrocchi;

- inserire le ante fisse nei supporti di incerniramento, operando con uno cacciavite per l'inseri-

mento del perno superiore (pag.15); allineare le ante e bloccare le regolazioni delle cerniere;

- allineare i blocchetti di chiusura (PM306) agli scrocchi di chiusura in posizione di "porte chiu-

se" ed eseguire il fissaggio dei blocchetti al telaio superiore e al pavimento (pag.16);

PORRE ATTENZIONE AL CORRETTO VERSO DI SFONDAMENTO!

- allinerare e bloccare i contatti magnetici "porte chiuse".

- dimensionare la lunghezza dei profili montanti e traversi in funzione delle caratteristiche di-

mensionali dei profili utilizzati e allo scopo seguire le indicazioni di pag. 12/13;

- predisporre le lavorazioni utili al fissaggio dei particolari che compongono il sistema antipanico

ante mobili;

- Se necessario, inserire il dispositivo "ruotino" (art.P4173) vedi pag. 18.

BARRA ANTIPANICO

- eseguire le lavorazioni di taglio dei profili (PM339A e PM338A), smussatura e foratura del

profilo (PM338A) come indicato nella pag. 22;

- applicare la barra sull'anta mobile, montare il cavo spiralato e completare il montaggio delle

ante alla trave Corsa o Rodeo, adattando le istruzioni per la serie S40 di pag. 24÷26;

- eseguire i collegamenti elettrici e i controlli come da pag. 27.

un corretto allineamento di tutte le componenti.

RUOTINO DI SCORRIMENTO -opzionale-

Posizionare il ruotino a una distanza sufficiente ad evitare il contatto con il

pavimento durante l'apertura scorrevole dell'anta, ma non eccessiva perchè

questo limita l'agevole manovra di riaggancio.

Telaio fisso

- Infilare gli angolari superiori, completi del dispo-

sitivo di regolazione (PM305 + PM148) nel profilo telaio

e fissare l'angolo con le viti a testa svasata in dotazione.

- Inserire le staffe inferiori di incernieramento

(PM147) nel profilo e bloccare provvisoriamente me-

diante le viti a brugola M6 a contrasto sul profilo telaio

(questo permetterà di eseguire regolazioni successive

di allineamento dell'anta/e).

- Fissare il telaio al vano da coprire, iniziando dal

bloccaggio degli angolari e delle staffe inferiori (forare

nei punti indicati a disegno con ).

- inserire e allineare provvisoriamente i micro ma-

gnetico "porta chiusa" (art. PM145 + REED)

Anta fissa

- Inserire e bloccare i particolari di incernieramento

(art. PM993 ...) e il magnete (PM145).

- Eseguire l'inserimento delle ante fisse sul telaio

a muro, regolare le ante con il telaio, eseguire l'inseri-

mento dei blocchetti di scrocco (PM306) facendo atten-

zione al corretto verso di sfondamento delle ante, alline-

are micro e magneti, quindi collegare i cavi fotocellule

presenti.

- Verificare con alcuni azionamenti il corretto

funzionalento degli scrocchi.

A - Inserire il perno superiore PM205 e inferiore PM912 nel profilo montante posteriore MAL226 e

fissare con le viti in dotazione nei fori predisposti. Allineare correttamente al profilo prima di bloccare.

B - Assemblare al perno sporgente, le parti dello snodo. Bloccare provvisoriamente la vite di aggan-

cio M8x40.

C - Infilare il profilo inferiore PM338A sullo snodo inferiore PM207, facendo attenzione al corretto

verso di sfondamento.

D - Porre a contatto i due elementi (se necessario allentare la vite M8x40), allineare all'anta e forare

con punta ø4,5 in corrispondenza dei fori precedentemente eseguiti sul PM338A e bloccare con viti

autofilettanti ø5,5. Le due viti estreme andranno a fissarsi agli angolari MAMF002 (squadrette di fissaggio

del telaio porta) garantendo una maggiore stabilità al fissaggio.

E - Fissare la vite di accoppiamento M12x25 e ribloccare la vite di aggancio (se necessario).

Inserire il profio superiore PM339A sullo snodo superiore PM208 e fissare le viti a brugola in dotazione.

Allineare correttamente al profilo prima di bloccare.

F - Infilare sul profilo superiore PM339A le 2 piastre aggancio P4116 (per il fissaggio ai carrelli) e sul

profilo inferiore PM338A inserire lo scrocco di chiusura e posizionarlo provvisoriamente a 5÷8 cm dal bordo.

Preparare i tappi contatto P4117, eseguendo un ponte su quello inferiore e collegando il cavo bipolare

2x0,50 su quello superiore (per la connessione al circuito di controllo "porte chiuse").

Chiudere quindi i due profili con i 2 tappi e portare il cavo all'interno del profilo superiore, fino all'estremità

opposta (attiguo allo snodo).

** Nel caso di ante con dimensioni non regolari (vedi tabella a pag. 4), inserire ruotino di scorrimento P4173

come indicato a pag.18.

- Applicare i tenditori PL564 alla trave (2 agli estremi opposti se CORSA1 o RODEO1; 1 centrale

e 2 agli etremi opposti e se CORSA2 o RODEO2).

- Infilare nel tenditore il filo in nylon FN930 e bloccarne un capo con apposito morsetto

C7039. Dal capo opposto inserire in sequenza:

a) un supporto PM576 completo di tubo di scorrimento TB57

b) un cavo spiralato PM923 dimensionato in base allo scorrimento utile

(estensione ammessa 120% rispetto al cavo raccolto).

c) passare nel tenditore centrale e ripetere le sequenze a) e b) per

la seconda anta (solo per CORSA2 e RODEO2)

- Infilare quindi il cavo in nylon nel tenditore

opposto e bloccare con il morsetto.

- Applicare i carrelli all'anta/e come da indicazioni del fascicolo tecnico

di CORSA o RODEO e inserire l'anta/e alla trave.

- Controllarne lo scorrimento, quindi allineare e fissare i supporti di colle-

gamento PM576 ai relativi carrelli. Verificare il corretto dimensionamento del

cavo spiralato, bloccarne i capi con apposite fascette in dotazione e collegarne

elettricamente i capi come da schema elettrico della pagina seguente.

- Allo stesso modo dimensionare e collegare il cavo bipolare 2x0,50 di

connessione ai tappi contatti, precedentemente cablato nella struttura dell'an-

ta.

- Al temine procedere con il fissaggio della guida a pavimento PM911A

come schematizzato a pag. 17.

SEQUENZA COLLEGAMENTI

La sequenza dei collegamenti, crea una serie di contatti chiusi con le ante in posizione di

funzionamento normale a scorrere. L'azione di sfondamento di una qualsiasi anta, opererà l'apertu-

ra della serie, attivando lo stop immediato del movimento scorrevole.

1 - togliere il ponte di "stop totale" dai morsetti 1-2

2 - inserire un terminale del contatto magnetico SX e uno di quello DX

3 - inserire i terminali rimasti dei contatti magnetici SX e DX nella morsettiera di connessione ai

cavi spiralati

4 - connettere i cavi spiralati dalla morsettiera di connessione ai morsetti dei carrelli e da questi al

tappo contatti superiore

5 - ponticellare contatti di quello inferiore.

Verifiche

- controllare che i contatti dei tappi siano allineati nella posizione di ante armate,

- allineare contatti magnetici in posizione ante fisse chiuse,

- controllare conduzione nei capi di collegamento ai morsetti 1-2, mediante tester in funzione Ohm.

Nota: Nei casi in cui l'ordine del sistema antipanico sia correlato ad un ordine per porta automatica

(CORSA o RODEO), parte dei collegamenti descritti e l'applicazione dei cavi spiralati sarà già ese-

guito. A cura dell'installatore resteranno i collegamenti relativi ai contatti magnetici e alle ante mobili.

purely indicative and appear solely for the purpose of illustrating

the applicability of the MI system on sliding doors with frames

other than our series S40 type.

Our MI antipanic breakthrough series have been designed to be applied even on

sliding doors built with any type of adequately adapted commercial series.To this

purpose, the following pages contain the necessary measurements and/or notes

to plan and resize the doors.

Preliminary Notes:

WALL-TYPE FRAMES:

- They must be able to contain the hinging corners (pg. 14/15);

- Machining and thickening must be performed according to the best functional lodging of the

hinges;

- It is important to set adequate passages for the "CLOSED DOORS" sensor connections and

photoelectric cells.

FIXED AND MOBILE DOORS

- The preparation of the doorframes must allow the insertion of the hinge pins; it is

recommended that the faced and fixed cross members be mounted with U-bolts;

- Pay attention to how the hinge elements are attached to the structure. They should be fixed

rigidly in order to avoid that with time vibrations and movement limit efficiency and make the

system unsafe for users;

- If the structure is not strong enough, the assembler must reinforce it.

- Upper and lower hinges must be aligned axially.

- Only in case of mobile doors, it is recommended that the glass be firmly set with silicone

sealant in addition to any other types of weather strip.

- Only stratified or tempered glass should be used.

MACHINING SEQUENCE

FRAME

- Follow directions on page 14 for wall-type frame machining and assembly. Pay particular

attention to hinge axle alignment.

- It is possible to make both vertical and horizontal adjustments for the alignment of the fixed

door by turning the adjustment screws.

- Ensure adequate passages for the "closed doors" magnetic sensor cables and for the

photoelectric cells.

FIXED DOORS

- Resize the doors according to the dimensions and the useful characteristics referring to the

notes on sizes in pages 12/13.

- Carry out work for the housing of hinging devices as indicated in pages 15/16; prepare housings

for any photoelectric cells.

- Assemble the devices indicated, making sure the hinges and spring latches are aligned axially.

- Insert the fixed doors in the hinge supports, working with a screwdriver for the insertion of the

upper pin (pg. 15); align the doors and set the adjustments of the hinges.

- Align the closing blocks (PM306) to the closing spring latches in the "closed doors" position

and fasten the blocks to the upper frame and to the ground (pg. 16).

MAKE SURE THE BREAKTHROUGH SIDE IS CORRECT!

- Align and lock the "closed doors" magnetic contacts.

MOBILE DOORS:

- Resize the length of the upright and cross sections according to the size of the sections used-

follow indications on pages 12/13.

- Fasten the elements that make up the antipanic system for mobile doors.

- If necessary, insert the "wheel" device (art. P4173). See pg. 18.

ANTIPANIC BAR

- Cut sections PM339A and PM338A and chamfer and bore holes in section PM338A as

indicated on page 22.

- Apply the bar on the mobile door, mount the spiral cable and finish mounting the doors on the

Corsa or Rodeo beam, adapting the instructions for the S40 series on pages 24-26.

- Carry out the power connections and checks as indicated on page 27.

MAKE SURE THE BREAKTHROUGH SIDE IS THE CORRECT ONE AND THAT THE ANTIPANIC SYSTEM FOR

MOBILE DOORS IS COMPLETE BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MACHINING WORK!

Fixed Frame

- Insert the upper angle elements with the adjustment

device (PM305 + PM148) in the frame section and

fasten the edge with the flathead screws provided.

- Insert the lower hinge brackets (PM147) in the

section and temporarily screw with the M6 socket

head screws counter to the frame section (this will

allow subsequent door aligning adjustments).

- Fasten the frame to the opening to be covered,

starting by fixing the angle elements and lower

brackets (bore holes at the points indicated in the

illustration with).

- Temporarily insert and align the "closed door"

magnetic microswitch (art. PM145 + REED)

Fixed Door

- Insert and fasten hinge parts (art. PM993…) and

the magnet (PM145).

- Insert the fixed doors to the wall-type frame,

square the doors with the frame and insert the spring

latch blocks (PM306), making sure the doors'

breakthrough side is correct. Align the microswitch

and the magnets and then connect the photoelectric

cell cables.

- Verify the correct operation of the latches by

moving them a few times.

A - Insert the PM205 upper pin and PM912 lower pin in the MAL226 back upright section and screw

on with screws provided in the holes indicated. Correctly align to the section before screwing on.

B - Assemble the joint parts to the jutting pin. Temporarily fasten M8X40 hooking screw.

C - Insert the PM338A lower section to the PM207 lower joint, making sure the breakthrough side is

facing the right way.

D - Match the two elements together (loosen M8X40 screw if necessary), align the door and bore a

∅ 4.5 hole matching the holes previously bored on the PM338A section and screw with ∅ 5.5

self-tapping screws. The two edge screws will be screwed onto the MAMF002 edge elements

(doorframe fixing squares) to ensure more stability when fastening.

E - Screw the M12X25 coupling screw and retighten the hooking screw (if necessary). Insert the

PM339A upper section on the PM208 upper joint and screw on the socket head screws provided.

Correctly align to the section before screwing.

F - Insert the two P4116 hooking plates (to attach to carriages) to the PM339A upper section and

insert the closing spring latch to the PM228A lower section, temporarily placing it at 5-8 cm from

the edge.Prepare the P4117 contact caps, making a bridge over the lower one and connecting the

2x0.50 bipolar cable to the upper one (for connection to the "closed doors" control circuit). Close

the two sections with the two caps and thread the cable through the upper section until it reaches

the other end (next to the joint).

** In case of doors with irregular dimensions (see table on page 4), insert the P4117 sliding wheel as

indicated on page 18.

- Apply the PL564 couplings to the beam (two at opposite edges if CORSA1 or RODEO1; one at

the centre and two at opposite edges if CORSA2 or RODEO2).

- Insert the coupling in FN930 nylon cable and fasten one end with the C7039 terminal.

On the other end, in sequence, attach:

a) a PM576 support with the TB57 sliding tube.

b) A PM923 spiral cable sized according to sliding length (extension

admitted is 20% as opposed to the coiled cable).

c) Thread through the central coupling and repeat a) and b)

sequences for the second door (only for CORSA2 and

RODEO2).

- Then insert the opposite coupling's nylon

cable and fasten with the terminal.

- Apply the door/doors' carriages as indicated in the CORSA or RODEO

technical sheets and insert the door/doors in the beam.

- Check the sliding movement and then align and fasten the PM576 connection

supports to the appropriate carriages. Verify the correct sizing of the spiral

cable, close its ends with the clamps provided and electrically connect the

ends as shown in the electric diagram on the next page.

- Similarly, size and connect the 2X0.50 bipolar connection cable to the

contact caps previously threaded through the door's structure.

- Lastly, set the PM911A guide to the ground as illustrated on page 17.

CONTROL BOARD

CONNECTION SEQUENCE

The connection sequence creates a series of closed contacts with the doors in normal sliding

operating position. Breaking through either door will cause the opening of the series, immediately

arresting the sliding movement.

1 - remove the "total stop" bridge from terminals 1-2

2 - insert a left magnetic contact terminal and one right magnetic contact terminal

3 - insert remaining left and right magnetic contact terminals in the connection terminal board to the

spiral cables

4 - connect the spiral cables from the terminal board to the carriage terminals and from these to the

upper contact cap

5 - connect the contacts of the lower contact cap.

Checks

- Check that the caps' contacts are aligned in the reinforced door position.

- Align the magnetic contacts in closed fixed door position.

- Check the conduction of the connection heads to terminals 1-2 with an ohm tester.

Note: If the antipanic system and an automatic (CORSA or RODEO) door are ordered together,

part of the connections described and the application of the spiral cables will have already been

done.The installer will only need to connect the magnetic contacts and the mobile doors.

Nos dispositifs anti-panique par poussée série MI ont été conçus pour être appliqués

également sur des portes coulissantes construites avec n'importe quelle série com-

merciale adaptée de façon appropriée.

Vous trouverez les mesures et/ou les indications nécessaires à étudier et calculer

les dimensions des portes dans les pages qui suivent

Notes préliminaires:

BATI MURAL

- il doit pouvoir contenir les charnières angulaires (pages 14/15):

- les usinages et les finitions doivent être exécutés afin d'installer les charnières de façon

fonctionnelle;

- il est important de prévoir des passages appropriés pour le branchement des capteurs

"portes fermées" et des photocellules.

VANTAUX FIXES ET MOBILES

- la construction des structures des vantaux doit permettre de monter les axes des

charnières; il est conseillé de monter des traverses coupées à 90° et fixées à l'aide d'un

étrier;

- veiller à fixer les éléments des charnières à la structure de façon rigide afin d'éviter que les

vibrations et le mouvement puissent en limiter l'efficacité avec le temps et rendre

l'installation peu sûre;

- l'installateur doit renforcer les structures si elles ne sont pas suffisamment robustes.

- Les charnières supérieures et inférieures doivent être alignées de façon axiale;

- Il est conseillé de bloquer la vitre avec de la colle à base de silicone en plus des joints

éventuels pour les vantaux mobiles.

- N'utiliser que du verre feuilleté ou trempé pour les vitres.

SÉQUENCE DES USINAGES

BÂTI

- suivre les indications à la page 14 pour les usinages et l'assemblage du bâti mural. Veiller à ce

que les axes des charnières soient alignés;

- régler au besoin l'alignement dans les deux sens du vantail fixe en agissant sur les vis

correspondantes;

- prévoir des passages appropriés pour les câbles des capteurs magnétiques "portes fermées"

et des photocellules.

VANTAUX FIXES

- se référer aux notes des pages 12 et 13 pour calculer les dimensions des vantaux en fonction

de l'encombrement et des caractéristiques utiles;

- préparer le siège des charnières, comme indiqué aux pages 15/16; ainsi que celui des

photocellules éventuelles;

- assembler les différents dispositifs indiqués, en veillant à aligner les charnières et les gonds

de façon axiale;

- placer les vantaux fixes dans les supports des charnières en utilisant un tournevis pour

insérer l'axe supérieur (page 15); aligner les vantaux et bloquer les réglages des charnières;

- aligner les blocs de fermeture (PM306) aux gonds correspondants dans la position de "portes

fermées" et fixer les blocs au bâti supérieur et au sol (page 16);

VEILLER À CE QUE LE SENS DE POUSSÉE SOIT CORRECT

- aligner et bloquer les contacts magnétiques "portes fermées"

VANTAUX MOBILES

- calculer la longueur des profilés des montants et des traverses en fonction des dimensions

des profilés utilisés. Suivre pour cela les indications des pages 12 et 13;

- prévoir les usinages nécessaires à fixer les pièces qui composent le dispositif anti-panique

des vantaux mobiles;

- placer au besoin la roulette (art. P4173) voir page 18.

BARRE ANTI-PANIQUE

- couper les profilés (PM339A et PM338A), arrondir et percer le profilé (PM338A), comme

indiqué à la page 22;

- monter la barre sur le vantail mobile, installer le câble spiralé et compléter le montage des

vantaux sur la poutre Corsa ou Rodeo en adaptant les instructions pour la série S40 des pages

24¸26;

- effectuer les branchements électriques et les contrôles indiqués à la page 27.

faire attention au type de finition du vantail pour aligner

correctement tous les éléments.

ROULETTE DE COULISSEMENT - EN OPTION -

Placer la roulette à une certaine distance afin d'éviter qu'elle soit en contact

avec le sol durant l'ouverture coulissante du vantail. Cette distance ne doit

toutefois pas être excessive pour ne pas limiter la manœuvre de

raccrochage.

Percer des trous de Ø7 avec un espace max. de 200.

Bâti fixe

- Enfiler les cornières supérieures ainsi que le dispositif

de réglage (PM305 + PM148) dans le profilé du bâti et

fixer l'angle avec les vis à tête évasée fournies de série.

- Monter les brides inférieures (PM147) dans le profilé

et bloquer provisoirement à l'aide des vis à six pans M6

filetées sur le profilé du bâti (ce qui permettra ensuite

de régler l'alignement du/des battant/s).

- Fixer le bâti de la baie à couvrir, en commençant par

bloquer les cornières et les brides inférieures (percer

aux endroits indiqués sur le dessin avec)- Installer et

aligner provisoirement les micro-interrupteurs

magnétiques "porte fermée" (art. PM145 + REED)

Vantail fixe

- Placer et bloquer les éléments des charnières

(art. PM993…) ainsi que l'aimant (PM145).

- Monter les vantaux fixes sur le bâti mural, régler les

vantaux avec le bâti, placer les blocs (PM306) en veillant

A- Placer les axes supérieur PM205 et inférieur PM912 dans le profilé du montant arrière MAL226 et les

fixer dans les trous correspondants à l'aide des vis fournies de série. Les aligner correctement au profilé

avant de les bloquer.

B- Assembler les parties de l'articulation à l'axe qui dépasse. Bloquer provisoirement la vis de fixation

M8x40.

C- Enfiler le profilé inférieur PM338A sur l'articulation inférieure PM207 en veillant à ce que le sens de

poussée soit correct.

D- Mettre les deux éléments côte à côte (desserrer la vis M8x40 si nécessaire), aligner au vantail, percer

avec une mèche Ø4,5 en correspondance des trous percés précédemment sur le profilé PM338A et

bloquer avec des vis autoforeuses Ø5,5. Les deux vis aux extrémités devront être fixées aux cornières

MAMF002 (équerres de fixation du bâti de la porte), ce qui rendra l'ensemble plus stable.

E- Fixer la vis d'accouplement M12x25 et bloquer de nouveau la vis de fixation (si nécessaire). Placer le

profilé supérieur PM339A sur l'articulation supérieure PM208 et fixer les vis à six pans fournies de série.

Aligner correctement au profilé avant de bloquer.

F- Enfiler les 2 plaques P4116 (pour la fixation aux chariots) sur le profilé supérieur PM39A. Placer le gond

de fermeture sur le profilé inférieur PM338A et le monter provisoirement à 5¸8 cm du bord.Préparer les

bouchons des contacts P4117 en préparant un pontet sur celui inférieur et en branchant le câble bipolaire

2x0,50 sur celui supérieur (pour la connexion au circuit de contrôle "portes fermées"). Placer ensuite les

deux bouchons aux extrémités des deux profilés et mettre le câble à l'intérieur du profilé supérieur jusqu'à

l'autre bout (à côté de l'articulation).

Monter la roulette de glissement P4173 comme indiqué à la page 18 si les vantaux n'ont pas des dimensions

régulières (voir le tableau à la page 4).

- Monter les tendeurs PL564 sur la poutre (2 aux extrémités opposées s'il s'agit de CORSA1 ou

RODEO1); 1 au centre et 2 aux extrémités opposés s'il s'agit de CORSA2 ou RODEO2).

- Enfiler le fil en nylon FN930 dans le tendeur et bloquer une extrémité avec la borne C7039.

Placer ensuite les éléments suivants de l'autre côté:

a) un support PM576 avec tube de coulissement TB57

b) un câble spiralé PM923 ayant des dimensions appropriées au

coulissement utile (extension admise 120% par rapport au câble

tendu).

c) passer dans le tendeur central et répéter les points a) et

b) pour le deuxième vantail (uniquement pour COR

SA2 et RODEO2)

- Enfiler ensuite le câble en nylon dans l'autre

tendeur et bloquer avec la borne.

- Monter les chariots sur le/s vantail/ vantaux comme indiqué dans la fiche

technique de CORSA ou RODEO et fixer le/s vantail/ vantaux à la poutre.

- Contrôler s'ils coulissent correctement, aligner et fixer les supports de

raccordement PM576 aux chariots correspondants. Contrôler si les

dimensions du câble spiralé sont correctes, bloquer les extrémités du câble

avec les colliers fournis de série et les brancher comme indiqué sur le

schéma électrique de la page suivante.

- De même, mesurer le câble bipolaire 2x0,50 placé précédemment dans la

structure du vantail et le brancher aux bouchons des contacts.Fixer le rail

PM911A au sol, comme indiqué à la page 17.

SÉQUENCE DES BRANCHEMENTS

La séquence des branchements crée une série de contacts fermés avec les vantaux dans la

position de fonctionnement normal. La poussée d'un vantail quelconque provoquera l'ouverture de

la série et l'arrêt immédiat du mouvement coulissant

1 - enlever le pontet "d'arrêt total" des bornes 1-2

2 - placer une cosse du contact magnétique gauche et une de celui de droite

3 - placer les cosses restantes des contacts magnétiques gauches et droits dans la borne de

branchement des câbles spiralés

4 - brancher les câbles spiralés de la plaque à bornes de branchement aux bornes des chariots et

au bouchon des contacts supérieur

5 - créer un pontet entre les contacts du bouchon inférieur.

Contrôles

- contrôler si les contacts des bouchons sont alignés dans la position de vantaux ouverts,

- aligner les contacts magnétiques dans la position de vantaux fixes fermés,

- contrôler la conduction aux extrémités branchées aux bornes 1-2 à l'aide d'un testeur fonctionnant

en Ohm.

Note: Si l'ordre du dispositif anti-panique est lié à un ordre pour la porte automatique (COURSE ou

RODEO), une partie des branchements sera déjà effectuée et les câbles spiralés seront

montés.L'installateur devra simplement s'occuper des branchements relatifs aux contacts

magnétiques et aux vantaux mobiles.

werden. Die Wiederherstellung

Details, die bei den handelsüblichen Serien auf den folgenden

Seiten dargestellt sind, handelt es sich um reine Anhaltswerte, mit

denen ausschließlich gezeigt werden soll, daß sich das

Antipaniksystem auch auf Schiebetüren mit anderen Rahmen als

denen unserer Serie S-40 anbringen läßt.

Montageanleitungen für HANDELSÜBLICHE SERIEN

Unsere Extraausstattung Antipanik Fluchtsysteme Serie MI wurden so

entworfen, daß sie sich auch an Schiebetüren beliebiger handelsüblicher Serien

anbringen läßt, wenn diese dementsprechend angepaßt werden. Auf den

folgenden Seiten sind deshalb die Abmessungen u/o grundlegenden Hinweise,

die bei der Planung und Größenfestlegung der Türen benötigt werden, angeführt.

Vorbedingungen :

AN DER WAND ANLIEGENDER RAHMEN

- Muß ausreichend Platz für die Befestigungswinkel der Scharniere bieten (Seiten 14/15);

- Verarbeitungen und Unterlegscheiben müssen so ausgeführt werden, daß die Scharniere

möglichst optimal eingesetzt werden können;

- Für die Anschlüsse der Sensoren "TÜREN GESCHLOSSEN" und der Lichtschranken müssen

angemessene Aussparungen angelegt werden.

FESTE & MOBILE TÜRFLÜGEL

- Die Strukturen der Türen müssen so angelegt sein, daß die Scharnierstifte eingesetzt werden

können.; es wird zur Montage von aufliegenden, mit Bügelschrauben befestigten Querträgern

geraten;

- Die Scharnierelemente müssen sorgfältig an der Struktur befestigt sein, und zwar so, daß sie

steif bleiben, damit Vibrationen verhindert werden und die Türbewegung im Laufe der Zeit nicht

die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Anlage und die Sicherheit für den Benutzer beeinträchtigen kann;

- Bei unzureichend robusten Strukturen, müssen vom Monteur angemessene Verstärkungen

angebracht werden. .

- Die Ausrichtung der oberen und unteren Scharniere muß mittig sein;

- Nur bei mobilen Türflügeln sollte zur Blockierung der Scheiben außer den eventuellen

Dichtungen eine Silikondichtmasse angewandt werden.

- Es sind ausschließlich Verbundglas- oder Sekuritglasscheiben zu verwenden.

ARBEITSSCHRITTE

RAHMEN

- Den an der Wand anliegenden Rahmen nach den Anweisungen auf Seite 14 zusammenbauen.

Es muß besonders die Ausrichtung der Scharnierachsen beachtet werden;

- zur Ausrichtung des festen Türflügels sind mit Hilfe der Einstellschrauben sowohl vertikale als auch

horizontale Einstellungen möglich;

- für die Kabel der Magnetsensoren "Türen geschlossen" und der Lichtschranken, müssen

entsprechende Aussparungen angelegt werden.

FESTE TÜRFLÜGEL

- Bei der Festlegung der Abmessungen müssen die auf den Seiten 12/13 aufgeführten Angaben und

Werte beachtet werden;

- die für die Sitze der Scharniervorrichtungen notwendigen Anweisungen auf den Seiten 15/16 beachten;

die eventuellen Aussparungen für die Lichtschranken vorsehen;

- die verschiedenen angegebenen Vorrichtungen zusammenbauen und dabei die korrekte

Achsenausrichtung der Scharniere und Schnapper beachten;

- die festen Türflügel in die Scharnierhalterungen einsetzen: dazu mit einem Schraubenzieher den

oberen Stift herunterdrücken (Seite 15); die Türflügel ausrichten und die Scharniereinstellungen

blockieren;

- die Verschlußgegenstücke (PM306) mit den Verschlußschnappern in Position "Türen geschlossen"

ausrichten und die Gegenstücke am oberen Rahmen und am Fußboden blockieren (Seite 16);

DIE RICHTIGE FLUCHTRICHTUNG BEIM AUFSTOSSEN DER TÜREN BEACHTEN !

- die Magnetkontakte "Türen geschlossen" ausrichten und blockieren.".

MOBILE TÜRFLÜGEL

- Bei Festlegung der Profillänge von Pfosten und Querträgern nach den Größeneigenschaften und

für den Zweck benutzten Profile sind die Anweisungen auf Seite 12/13 zu beachten;

- die Einzelteile, aus denen das Antipaniksystem für mobile Türflügel besteht, zusammenbauen;

- Falls notwendig, das "Laufrad" (Art. P4173) siehe Seite 18 einsetzen.

ANTIPANIKSTANGE

- Die Profile (PM339A und PM338A), zuschneiden und das Profil (PM338A) abschrägen und lochen,

wie auf Seite 22 angegeben ist;

- die Antipanikstange am mobilen Türflügel anbringen, das Spiralkabel montieren und die Montage

der Türflügel an dem Träger Corsa oder Rodeo unter Beachtung der Anweisungen für die Serie S40

der Seiten 24-26 vervollständigen;

- die Elektroanschlüsse und die auf Seite 27 aufgeführten Kontrollen vornehmen.

die Fertigbearbeitungsart des Türflügels zu beachten, damit alle

Einzelteile korrekt ausgerichtet werden können.

LAUFRAD - optional -

Das Laufrad mit ausreichendem Abstand plazieren, so daß es beim Öffnen

der Schiebetür nicht den Boden berührt. Der Abstand sollte jedoch nicht zu

groß sein, da mit sonst das Wiedereinhängen problematisch wird.

Fester Rahmen

- Die oberen Befestigungswinkel einschließlich der

Regulierungsvorrichtung (PM305 + PM148) in das

Rahmenprofil einsetzen und den Winkel mit den

beiliegenden Senkschrauben befestigen.

- Die unteren Scharnierbügel (PM147) in das Profil einsetzen

und provisorisch mit den aufgesetzten Inbusschrauben

M6 am Rahmenprofil befestigen (dadurch sind spätere

Regulierungen zum Ausrichten des/r Türflügel möglich).

- Den Rahmen in die Türöffnung einsetzen, und zunächst

die Winkel und die unteren Scharnierbügel blockieren

(an den in der Abbildung angegebenen Stellen Löcher

bohren).

- Den Magnet-Mikroschalter "Tür geschlossen" einsetzen

und provisorisch ausrichten (Art. PM145 + REED)

Fester Türflügel

- Die Scharniereinzelteile (Art. PM145) und den Magnet

(Art. PM993) einsetzen und blockieren.

- Die festen Türflügel am an der Wand anliegenden Rahmen

einhängen und regulieren. Die Schnapper-Gegenstücke

(PM306) einsetzen und dabei auf die korrekte

Fluchtrichtung der Türflügel achten. Den Mikroschalter

und die Magnete ausrichten und anschließend die Kabel

der vorhandenen Lichtschranken anschließen.

- Durch einige Betätigungen die korrekte Funktionsweise

der Schnapper überprüfen.

A - Den oberen PM205 und unteren Stift PM912 in das Profil des hinteren Pfostens MAL226 einsetzen und

mit den beiliegenden Schrauben in den vorgesehenen Löchern befestigen. Vor Anziehen der Schrauben,

muß das Profil korrekt ausgerichtet werden.

B - An dem aus dem Profil herausragenden Stift die Gelenkteile anbringen. Die Schraube M8X40 provisorische

anziehen.

C - Das untere Profil PM338A auf das untere Gelenk PM207 aufstecken. Dabei ist die korrekte Fluchtrichtung

zu beachten.

D - Die beiden Elemente zusammensetzen (falls notwendig die Schraube M8X40 lockern), mit dem Türflügel

ausrichten und in Übereinstimmung mit den zuvor an dem Profil PM338A angebrachten Löchern, mit einem

Bohrer Æ4,5 Löcher in den Türflügel bohren. Das Profil sodann mit selbstschneidenden Schrauben Æ5,5

befestigen. Die beiden äußeren Schrauben blockieren dabei gleichzeitig die Befestigungswinkel MAMF002

(Befestigungswinkel des Türrahmens), wodurch eine größere Stabilität gewährleistet ist.

E - Die Verbindungsschraube M12X25 anziehen und gegebenenfalls die Schrauben zum Einhaken

nachziehen. Das obere Profil PM339A auf das obere Gelenk PM208 aufstecken und mit den beiliegenden

Inbusschrauben befestigen. Vor Anziehen der Schrauben das Profil korrekt ausrichten.

F - Auf das obere Profil PM39A die beiden Verbindungsplatten P4116 (zur Befestigung an den Wagen)

aufstecken und am unteren Profil PM338A den Verschlußschnapper anbringen und provisorisch 5-8 cm vom

Rand positionieren. Die Klemmenverschlüsse P4117 durch Ausführung einer Überbrückung auf dem unteren,

vorbereiten. Am oberen Kontakt das zweipolige Kabel 2x0.50 (zur Herstellung des Kontrollkreises "Türen

geschlossen) anschließen. Danach die beiden Profile verschließen und das Kabel bis zum anderen Ende (in der

Nähe des Gelenks) durch das obere Profil führen.

** Bei Türen mit Übergrößen (siehe Tabelle auf Seite 4), ein Laufrad P4173 einsetzen. Siehe dazu Seite 18.

- Die Spanner PL564 am Querträger anbringen (2 an den anderen Enden, wenn es sich um Modelle

CORSA1 oder RODEO1 handelt); 1 in der Mitte und 2 an den Enden, wenn es sich um die Modelle

CORSA2 oder RODEO2 handelt.

- Die Nylonschnur FN930 in den Spanner einfädeln und ein Ende mit der entsprechenden

Klemme C7039 blockieren. Vom anderen Ende der Schnur aus nacheinander einfädeln:

a) eine Halterung PM576 mit Kabelführung TB57

b) ein Spiralkabel PM923, dessen Länge nach der tatsächlichen Laufweite

festgelegt wird (zulässige Ausdehnung im Verhältnis zum aufgerollten

Kabel 120%).

c) Nunmehr die Nylonschnur durch den mittleren Spanner führen

und die Reihenfolgen von a) und b) für den zweiten

Türflügel wiederholen. (nur bei CORSA2 und

RODEO2)

- Anschließend die Nylonschnur durch den

gegenüberliegenden Spanner führen

und mit der Klemme blockieren.

- Die Wagen am/an den Türflügel/n anbringen und dabei die Anweisungen im

technischen Infoblatt CORSA oder RODEO beachten und den/die Türflügel

auf den Querträger aufsetzen.

- Das Gleiten überprüfen, anschließend ausrichten und die Befestigungswinkel

PM576 an den entsprechenden Wagen befestigen. Kontrollieren, ob das

Spiralkabel ausreichend lang ist , die Kabelenden mit den beiliegenden

Kabelschellen blockieren und die elektrischen Anschlüsse laut Schaltplan auf

der folgenden Seite vornehmen.

- Ebenso die Länge des zweipoligen Verbindungskabels 2X0.50, das an die

Kontaktverschlüsse angeschlossen wird, und mit dem zuvor die Struktur des

Türflügels verkabelt wurde, bestimmen.

- Zum Schluß die Bodenschiene PM911A lautÜbersichtszeichnung auf Seite

17 anbringen.

Die Brücke von den

Kontakten 1-2 entfernen SCHALTTAFEL

ANSCHLUSSSEQUENZ

Durch die in der untenaufgeführten Reihenfolge durchgeführten Anschlüsse, wird bei Türflügeln in

normaler Schiebestellung eine Reihe geschlossener Kontakte geschafften. Durch das Aufstoßen eines

beliebigen Türflügels, werden die in Reihe geschalteten Kontakte geöffnet und der sofortige Stop der

Schiebebewegung ausgelöst.

1 - Die Brücke "vollständiger Stop " von den Klemmen 1-2 entfernen.

2 - Ein Ende des LINKEN und ein Ende des RECHTEN Magnetkontakts einführen.

3 - Die beiden übrigen Enden der linken und rechten Magnetkontakte an die Verbindungsklemme der

Spiralkabel anschließen.

4 - Die Spiralkabel von den Verbindungsklemmen an die Klemmen der Wagen anschließen und von

dort aus an den oberen Verschluß mit Kontakten.

5 - Die Kontakte am unteren Verschluß überbrücken.

Kontrollen

- Kontrollieren, ob die Kontakte der Verschlüsse in Position der bewehrten Türflügel ausgerichtet

sind,

- die Magnetkontakte in Position "feste Türflügel geschlossen" ausrichten,

- mit einem Tester in Ohm-Funktion kontrollieren, ob an den Kabelenden in den Klemmen 1 und 2

Strom vorhanden ist.

Hinweis: Sollte die Bestellung des Antipaniksystems mit der einer Automatiktür (CORSA oder RODEO)

erfolgen, so sind ein Teil der beschriebenen Anschlüsse bereits vorgenommen und die Spiralkabel

schon angebracht. Bei der Installation müssen daher nur die Anschlüsse der Magnetkontakte und der

mobilen Türflügel durchgeführt werden.

comercial adaptada oportunamente.

necesarias para diseñar y dimensionar las puertas

- los trabajos y montaje de espaciadores se deben hacer para lograr un alojamiento lo más

funcional posible de las bisagras;

- es importante preparar pasos adecuados para la conexión de los sensores "PUERTA CERRADA"

y de las fotocélulas.

HOJAS FIJAS Y MÓVILES

- la preparación de las estructuras de las hojas debe permitir la introducción de los pernos del

grupo bisagras; se aconseja el montaje de travesaños retestados y fijados con un perno en U;

- controle la fijación de los elementos del grupo bisagra a la estructura, que deben ser muy

rígidos para impedir que las vibraciones y movimientos puedan, con el andar del tiempo,

limitar la eficacia y hacer que la instalación sea poco segura para los usuarios;

- si las estructuras no fueran lo suficientemente robustas, el instalador debe colocar refuerzos

adecuados.

- La alineación de los grupos bisagras superiores e inferiores debe ser axial;

- Para las hojas móviles es oportuno retener el cristal con sellador de silicona además de las

posibles juntas.

- Utilice sólo vidrios de tipo estratificado o cristal templado.

SECUENCIA DE TRABAJOS

MARCO

- para los trabajos y ensamblaje del marco siga las indicaciones de la pág. 14. Controle muy

bien la alineación de los ejes del grupo bisagras;

- es alinear la hoja fija regulándola tanto vertical como horizontalmente por medio de los

tornillos de regulación;

- prepare pasos adecuados para los cables de los sensores magnéticos "puertas cerradas" y

de las fotocélulas.

HOJAS FIJAS

- dimensione las hojas de acuerdo con las dimensiones y características útiles refiriéndose a

las notas sobre las dimensiones de pág. 12/13;

- realice los trabajos útiles para montar los dispositivos del grupo bisagras, tal como indicado en

las págs. 15/16, prepare posibles alojamientos para las fotocélulas;

- ensamble los diversos dispositivos indicados, controlando la correcta alineación axial de las

bisagras y cerraduras de golpe;

- monte las hojas fijas en los soportes del grupo bisagras, ayudándose con un destornillador

para introducir el perno superior (pág. 15); alinee las hojas y bloquee las regulaciones de las

bisagras;

- alinee los bloques de cierre (PM306) con las cerraduras de golpe en posición de "puertas

cerradas" y fije los bloques al marco superior y al piso (pág.16);

¡CONTROLE LA DIRECCIÓN CORRECTA DE APERTURA!

- alinee y bloquee los contactos magnéticos "puertas cerradas".

HOJAS MÓVILES

- dimensione la longitud de los perfiles, montantes y travesaños según las dimensiones de los

perfiles usados, siga las indicaciones de pág. 12/13;

- prepare los trabajos útiles para fijar las piezas que componen el sistema antipánico de hojas

móviles;

- Si fuera necesario, monte el dispositivo "ruedecilla " (art. P4173) véase pág.18.

BARRA ANTIPÁNICO

- corte los perfiles (PM339A y PM338A), achaflane y perfore el perfil (PM338A) tal como

indicado en la pág. 22;

- monte la barra en la hoja móvil, monte el cable espiraloide y termine el montaje de las hojas al

travesaño Corsa o Rodeo, adaptando las instrucciones para la serie S40 de pág. 24¸26;

- haga las conexiones eléctricas y los controles como indicado en la pág. 27.

- Introduzca los estribos superiores, junto con el dispo-

sitivo de regulación (PM305 + PM148) en el perfil del

marco y fije el estribo con los tornillos de cabeza

avellanada suministrados de serie.

- Introduzca los estribos inferiores de la bisagra (PM147)

en el perfil y bloquee momentáneamente con los

prisioneros de hexágono interior M6 en el perfil (esto

permitirá realizar las regulaciones siguientes de

alineación de las hojas).

- Fije el marco en el hueco que se ha de cubrir,

comenzando por fijar los estribos y los soportes inferiores

(taladre en los puntos indicados en el dibujo con ).

- introduzca y alinee momentáneamente el

microinterruptor magnético "puerta cerrada" (art. PM145

+ REED)

Hoja fija

- Introduzca y bloquee las piezas de las bisagras (art.

PM993 …) y el imán (PM145).

- Introduzca las hojas fijas en el marco, regule las hojas

con el marco, introduzca las cerraduras de golpe (PM306)

observando el sentido correcto de empuje de las hojas,

alinee el microinterruptor y los imanes, y conecte los

cables de las fotocélulas.

- Controle accionando algunas veces que las cerraduras

de golpe funcionen correctamente.

A- Introduzca el perno superior PM205 e inferior PM912 en el perfil montante trasero MAL226 y fije

colocando los tornillos suministrados en los taladros hechos. Alinee correctamente el perfil antes de

bloquear.

B - Ensamble al perno que sobresale las piezas de la articulación. Bloquee momentáneamente el tornillo

de enganche M8X40.

C - Introduzca el perfil inferior PM338A en la articulación inferior PM207, observando el sentido correcto

de empuje.

D - Ponga en contacto los dos elementos (si fuera necesario, afloje el tornillo M8X40), alinee con la hoja y

perfore con una broca de ∅ 4,5 en correspondencia de los taladros antes realizados en el PM338A, y

bloquee con tornillos autoaterrajadores de ∅ 5,5. Los dos tornillos de los extremos se fijan a los

soportes angulares MAMF002 (escuadras de sujeción del marco de la puerta) garantizando una mayor

estabilidad a la sujeción.

E - Fije el tornillo de acoplamiento M12X25 y vuelva a apretar el tornillo de enganche (si fuera necesario).

Introduzca el perfil superior PM339A en la articulación superior PM208 y fije con los tornillos Allen

suministrados. Alinee correctamente al perfil antes de apretar.

F - Introduzca en el perfil superior PM39A las 2 placas de enganche P4116 (para la sujeción a los carros) y

en el perfil inferior PM338A monte la cerradura de golpe y colóquela provisionalmente a 5¸8 cm del

borde.Prepare los tapones de contacto P4117, haciendo una conexión puente en el tapón inferior y

conectando el cable bipolar 2x0,50 al tapón superior (para la conexión al circuito de control "puertas

cerradas"). Cierre los dos perfiles con los 2 tapones y lleve el cable adentro del perfil superior hasta el

extremo opuesto (junto a la articulación).

** En el caso de hojas con dimensiones irregulares (véase la tabla en la pág. 4), monte la ruedecilla de

deslizamiento P4173 como indicado en la pág. 18.

- Aplique los tensores PL564 al travesaño (2 en los extremos opuestos si se trata de CORSA1 o

RODEO1; 1 central y 2 en los extremos opuestos si se trata de CORSA2 o RODEO2).

- Introduzca en el tensor el hilo de nylon FN930 y bloquéelo en una punta con una grapa

C7039. Del lado opuesto introduzca en secuencia:a) un soporte PM576 con tubo de

deslizamiento TB57b) un cable espiraloide PM923 dimensionado según el

deslizamiento útil (extensión admitida 120% respecto del cable recogido).c)

pase por el tensor central y repita las secuencias a) y b) para la

segunda hoja (sólo para CORSA2 y RODEO2)

- Entonces, introduzca el cable de nylon en el tensor opuesto

y bloquee con la grapa.

- Aplique los carros en la/s hoja/s tal como indicado en el manual técnico de

CORSA o RODEO y monte la/s hoja/s en el travesaño.

- Controle el deslizamiento, luego alinee y fije los soportes de conexión

PM576 a los carros respectivos. Verifique el dimensionamiento correcto

del cable espiraloide, bloquee sus extremos con las abrazaderas

suministradas y conecte eléctricamente los extremos como indicado en el

esquema eléctrico de página siguiente.

- De la misma manera, dimensione y conecte el cable bipolar 2x0,50 de

conexión a los tapones de contacto, antes cableado en la estructura de la

hoja.

- Al final fije la guía al piso PM911A como se muestra en la pág. 17.

CUADRO DE MANDOS

SECUENCIA DE LAS CONEXIONES

La secuencia de las conexiones crea una serie de contactos cerrados con las hojas en

posición de funcionamiento normal como corredera. La acción de empuje de cualquier hoja accionará

la apertura de la serie, activando la parada inmediata del movimiento corredizo.

1 - elimine la conexión puente de "stop total" de los bornes 1-2

2 - conecte un terminal del contacto magnético izquierdo y uno del derecho.

3 - conecte los terminales restantes de los contactos magnéticos izquierdo y derecho en la caja de

conexiones a los cables espiraloides

4 - conecte los cables espiraloides de la caja de conexiones a los bornes de los carros y desde

estos al tapón de contacto superior

5 - haga una conexión puente en los contactos del inferior.

Controles

- controle que los contactos de los tapones estén alineados en la posición de hojas armadas,

- alinee los contactos magnéticos en posición de hojas fijas cerradas,

- controle la conducción en los extremos de conexión a los bornes 1-2, mediante tester en función

Ohm.

Nota: En los casos en que el pedido del sistema antipánico esté combinado con un pedido de

puerta automática (CORSO o RODEO), parte de las conexiones descriptas y la aplicación de los

cables espiraloides ya estará hecha.Al instalador le quedará por hacer las conexiones a los contactos

magnéticos y a las hojas móviles.
