9. These booties include moisture-
resistant, envelope cloth covers
that should be carefully examined
before each use. If any signs of
deterioration (such as checking,
blistering, or cracking) are visible,
the booties should not be used.
Also examine the inner lining
carefully before each use. Discard
the booties if the inner lining
shows any sign of deterioration
such as blistering or cracking.
10. Do not use on an infant or an
animal.
11. Never use without cover and
inner lining in place.
12. Use these booties only on a 120 volt AC
circuit. Unplug when not in use.
13. Do not tamper with these booties in any way.
There are no user-serviceable parts. If, for any
reason, they do not function satisfactorily,
return them to the place of purchase. No
repairs should be attempted by the consumer.
14. Do not use these booties with liniment, salve,
or ointment preparations that contain
heat-producing ingredients. Skin burns could
result.

The Heated Booties have a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature.
This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
safety feature. This appliance is intended for
household use only. Do not use outdoors. Use on
alternating current (60 hertz) only.
CAUTIONS:
•
Never use the Heated Booties without the cloth cover.
• These Heated Booties should not be used in the
following cases: if you have diabetes, tuberculo-
sis, benign or malignant tumors, phlebitis and
thrombosis, hemorrhages, inflammations of the
skin, undetermined calf pain or joint pain, or if
you have poor circulation. Consult a physician
before using if you have any kind of fungal
infection, swelling, fracture or persistent pain.
• Consult your physician should you have any
questions regarding use of these Heated
Booties.
• Do not use on any unexplained pain, or swollen
muscles, or following a serious muscular injury
before consulting your physician.
• Keep away from children.
• Discontinue use of product if pain increases or
swelling occurs after application.
• The Heated Booties must be kept dry and must
not be operated in wet or moist conditions. Do
not use while bathing or showering. Use only in
dry areas.
• Consult your doctor before using in case of
illness or medical condition, including but not
limited to pacemaker use, pregnancy or cancer.
• Sit in a chair and place your feet in the booties.
• Never stand up when you are wearing them.
• Do not step when you are using the booties.
• If you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a
prolonged period of time, discontinue use and
consult your doctor. Persistent pain could be a
symptom of a more serious condition.
• Never use any heating products on open
wounds, discolored areas, or any area of the
body that is swollen, burned, bruised, inflamed
or where skin eruptions, ulcerated sores or
varicose veins are present.
• This product should never be used by any
individual suffering from any ailments that would
limit or altogether inhibit the user’s capacity to
feel or have any sensation in the body part that
this product is being used for.
• Use of this product should be pleasant and
comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result,
discontinue use and consult your physician.
• Ensure that your feet are dry when operating
the
controls or removing the plug.
HEAT SETTINGS
Heated Booties offer three heat levels: Low,
Medium and High. To operate the booties, plug the
cord into a standard 120V outlet.
1. NOTE: This unit has a 60-minute auto-off
feature. Push the ON/OFF button, the power
indicator light will illuminate to signal that the
Heated Booties are set to the LOW setting.
Press the SETTINGS button to choose among
Low, Medium and High levels.
After using the booties several times, you will
find the
heat level most comfortable for you.
2. When finished using the booties, press the
ON/OFF button to turn unit off and unplug from the
outlet. NOTE: With auto-off feature, unit will
automatically turn off after 1 hour.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
HOW TO USE
Heated Booties are easy to use. Simply apply your
favorite lotion to your feet and gently rub into skin.
After selecting temperature (Low, Medium or
High), slip your feet into the booties, and relax
while the soothing heat goes to work on dry,
chapped skin. Heated Booties will help soften and
smooth your skin. The benefit of deep heat,
combined with body lotion or moisturizer, helps to
promote healthy-looking skin. For maximum
benefit, use should not exceed 20 minutes at one
time.

Never allow the power supply cord to be pulled,
twisted or severely bent. Never wrap the cord
tightly around the unit. Damage will occur at the
high flex point of entry into the unit, causing it to
rupture and short circuit. Inspect the cord fre-
quently for damage. Stop use immediately if
damage is visible or if unit stops or operates
intermittently.
If cord or unit is damaged or does not operate
properly, return it for repair to an authorized
Conair Service Representative only. No repairs
should be attempted by the consumer.
STORAGE – IMPORTANT
When not in use, your unit should be disconnect-
ed and stored in a safe, dry location, out of reach
of children. Do not wrap line cord around unit.
Allow the cord to hang or lie loose and straight at
the point of entry into the unit. Cloth covers are
machine washable.

Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your
unit free of charge for 12 months from the date
of purchase if the appliance is defective in
