CARACTERÍSTICAS
• Diseño compacto y ligero.
• Interruptor ON/OFF con indicador LED.
• Fusible incorporado para protección de so-
brecarga.
• Filtro de acero inoxidable dentro del tubo de
succión para prevenir la entrada de contami-
nantes que puedan ocasionar algún daño.
• Adaptador de 2” incorporado a la bomba
para montar en tambos de metal de 205 li-
tros. El adaptador puede ser ajustado 15 mm
para adaptarse a tambos con alturas varia-
bles. Incluye un adaptador adicional para
convertirse de 2” a 2-1/2” x 5 mm para usarse
en contenedores IBC’s.
• El tubo de succión telescópica se extiende de
85 cm a 124.5 cm.
• Incluye manguera de 2 m y pistola dispen-
sadora con boquilla en acero inoxidable de
3/4”DE.

ÁREA DE TRABAJO
• Mantenga su área de trabajo limpia y bien
iluminada. Mesas desordenadas y áreas os-
curas pueden provocar accidentes.
SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
• La bomba deberá ser operada por personal
capacitado.
• Siempre utilice lentes de seguridad o Goggles.
• Siempre utilice guantes cuando opere la
bomba.
• No apunte hacia usted o hacia los demás la
terminal de descarga, ya que hay riesgo de
inyección a la piel o a los ojos.
• No permita que ninguna parte de su cuerpo
entre en contacto con los fluidos que está
operando.
• Antes de utilizar el inyector, verifique que
no existan señales de deterioro, escurrimien-
to o conexiones sueltas. Si la manguera esta
suelta, dañada o desgastada, reemplácela de
inmediato.
• En caso de accidente, busque ayuda médica
de inmediato. No trate de atenderse por sí
mismo.
• Utilice solo piezas originales de repuesto.
• No fume mientras utilice la bomba o esté cer-
ca de la misma.
• No utilice el inyector cerca de alguna fuente
de chispa o flamable, etc…
INTRODUCCIÓN

INSTALACIÓN
1. Inserte la bomba dentro del tambo a través
del orificio.
2. Atornille el adaptador al orifico del tambo
Nota: El adaptador 2-1/2” x 5 mm puede usar-
se en contenedores IBC’s.
3. Coloque la manguera de descarga en la pis-
tola dispensadora usando la abrazadera.
4. Asegure el otro extremo de la manguera en
la salida de la bomba con la ayuda de la abra-
zadera.
5. Coloque la pistola dispensadora dentro del
espacio incorporado en la bomba.

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
CONOZCA SU HERRAMIENTA
Antes de intentar usar este producto, familiarí-
cese con todas sus características de operación
y requerimientos de seguridad.
1. Pistola Dispensadora.
2. Boquilla INOX 3/4”
3. Mango.
4. Interruptor ON/OFF.
5. Salida con conexión giratoria.
6. Convertidor de adaptador.
7. Manguera flexible corrugada.
8. Tubo de succión telescópica.
9. Filtro INOX.
10. Espacio para colocar la pistola dispensadora.
11. Cable para batería 12 V DC.
ADVERTENCIA: Saque la bomba de su em-
paque y examínelo cuidadosamente. No tire
el empaque hasta que todas las partes hayan
sido examinadas.

CONEXIÓN DC
1. Conecte la clavija del cable para batería en el
enchufe situado en la parte posterior del cuer-
po de la bomba.
2. Conecte las terminales tipo caimán, el cable
rojo en la terminal + (positiva) y el cable negro
en la terminal - (negativa) de la batería.
3. Accione el interruptor a la posición ON para
encender la bomba.
PRECAUCIÓN: La bomba no debe ser co-
nectada en fuentes de 24 V DC para evitar
daños o accidentes.
OPERACIÓN
1. Retire la pistola dispensadora de la bomba.
2. Coloque la pistola dentro del contenedor re-
ceptor para realizar la transferencia del líqui-
do.
3. Cambie el interruptor a la posición de en-
cendido ON (hacia arriba) y jale el gatillo de la
pistola dispensadora.
4. Después de la transferencia, apague la
bomba (hacia abajo/OFF) y levante la pistola
hacia arriba, permitiendo que el líquido de la
manguera regrese a la bomba.
5. Coloque la pistola dispensadora dentro del
espacio incorporado en la bomba, para evitar
cualquier daño a la manguera o a la boquilla.

4. La parte superior debe estar perfectamente
asentada al momento de ensamblar la bomba
otra vez.
5. Asegúrese que el porta pistola este perfec-
tamente situado como se muestra en la figura
de abajo.
6. Coloque nuevamente todos los tornillos para
ensamblar la bomba.
7. Atornille el conector de la manguera en la
salida.
COMO EXTENDER EL TUBO DE SUCCIÓN
TELESCÓPICA
1. Gire la tuerca de unión en sentido contrario
a las manecillas del reloj y después retire el fil-
tro del extremo del tubo de succión.
2. Después extienda el tubo, gire la tuerca de
unión en sentido horario para fijar el tubo de
succión en la posición extendida.
¿CÓMO REEMPLAZAR EL FUSIBLE?
1. Remueva el conector de la manguera de la
salida de la bomba.
2. Retire todos los tornillos para remover el co-
nector de la salida.
3. Reemplace el nuevo fusible por uno nuevo.

PROBLEMAS FRECUENTES

La bomba no succiona. El filtro está obstruido. Limpie el filtro

El fluido no sale de la pis-

dispensadora o la manguera de

Fugas en la manguera. La manguera está dañada. Corte la manguera de la próxima
ranura y vuelva a usarla.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

structions. Failure to follow the instructions
listed below may result in personal injury.
SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
WORK AREA
• Keep your work area clean and well lit.
Cluttered benches and dark areas invite
accidents.
PERSONAL SAFETY
• Pump should be operated by trained person-
nel only.
• Always wear Safety Goggles when using the
pump.
• Always use Gloves when using the pump.
• Do not point the discharge end towards
yourself or anyone as there is potential haz-
ard for injection into skin / eyes.
• Never allow any part of the body to come in
contact with the operating fluid.
• Before operating the pump , check hose for
signs of wear , leaks or loose connections. If
hose is weak , worn or damaged, replace the
hose immediately.
• Incase of an accident, immediately seek
emergency medical attention. Do not try to
treat the injury yourself.
• Use only genuine factory parts for repair.
• Do not smoke when using / near the pump.
• Do not use the pump near a source of spark /
open flames etc.

Before taking this product, familiarize yourself
with all operating features and safety require-
ments.
1. Manual Dispensing Nozzle.
2. SS Spout 3/4”

WARNING: Remove the pump from its
packaging and carefully examine it. Do not
discard the packaging until all parts have been
examined.

INSTALLATION
1. Insert the Pump into the Drum through the
Drum Hole.
2. Screw the Bung adaptor with the Drum hole.
Note: Buttress thread adaptor can be used with
2.5” x 5 mm thread IBC’s.
3. Clamp the hose with the nozzle using the
Hose clamp.
4. Clamp the other end of the Hose with the
outlet Hose barb on the pump outlet.
5. Place the Nozzle inside the Nozzle Holster
provided on the side of the pump.

3. Switch On the Toggle switch (Up) and pull
the Nozzle Trigger.
4. After Dispensing Switch Off the Toggle
switch (Down) and lift the Nozzle upward al-
lowing all the liquid in the line to flow back
into the Drum.
5. Place the Nozzle back into the Holster to pre-
vent any damage to the Hose or to the Nozzle.
HOW TO EXTEND TELESCOPIC SUCTION TUBE ?
1. Rotate the joint nut anti clockwise and then
pull the strainer end of the suction tube away
from the bung.
DC CONNECTION
1. Connect the plug provided with the DC bat-
tery cable to the socket present at the back of
the pump body.
2. Connect the Crocodile Clips in red with the
+ve terminal and the one in black with the –ve
terminal of the battery.
3. Turn the toggle switch to ‘ON’ position to
start the pump.
WARNING: The pump must not be used
with 24V DC supply to avoid any damage or
accidents.
OPERATION
1. Pull out the Nozzle from the Nozzle Holster.
2. Place the Nozzle into the receiving container
to transfer the liquid.

5. Make sure that the Nozzle holster is perfect-
ly seated as shown in the picture.
6. Screw all the bolts to assemble the pump.
7. Screw back the Hose barb onto the outlet.
2. After extending the suction tube rotate the
joint nut clockwise to fix the suction tube in
the extended position.
HOW TO REPLACE THE FUSE?
1. Remove the Hose Barb from the Outlet.
2. Unscrew all the bolts to Remove the Hose
Barb from the Outlet.
3. Replace the older fuse with a new one.
4. Upper body must be perfectly seated while
assembling the pump again.
