Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Der Aktivitätstracker dient zur Überwachung Ihrer sportlichen Aktivitäten.
Der Aktivitätstracker ist ausschließlich für den Gebrauch im privaten Umfeld konzipiert
und nicht für eine medizinische oder sportmedizinische Nutzung geeignet.
Personen mit tragbaren oder implantierten medizinisch-elektronischen Geräten
wie einem Herzschrittmacher sollten den Aktivitätstracker nur nach Rückspra-
che mit dem behandelnden Arzt verwenden.
Sicherheit
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Artikel spielen.
Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen nicht von Kindern vor-
genommen werden, es sei denn, sie sind 8 Jahre oder älter und
werden beaufsichtigt.
GEFAHR für Kinder
Halten Sie Kinder von Artikel und Verpackungsmaterial fern. Bei Verschlucken
besteht Erstickungsgefahr. Achten Sie auch darauf, dass der Verpackungsbeutel
nicht über den Kopf gestülpt wird.
VORSICHT vor Sachschäden
Der Aktivitätstracker ist wasserdicht gemäß Schutzart IP67. Vermeiden Sie aber
warmes Wasser.
Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen an dem Artikel vor. Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur
von einer Fachwerkstatt durchführen. Unsachgemäß durchgeführte Reparaturen
können erhebliche Gefährdungen für den Benutzer verursachen.

1. Ziehen Sie das elastische Armband etwas
auseinander und nehmen Sie den Tracker
heraus.
2. Stecken Sie den USB-Anschluss des Trackers in
die USB-Buchse eines Computers (PC, Tablet,
Notebook) oder eines USB-Ladegerätes.
Beachten Sie beim Einstecken die Kontakte des
USB-Anschlusses sowie die Ladeanzeige im Dis-
play. Ladezeit vor dem ersten Gebrauch:
ca. 45 Minuten.
App herunterladen und installieren
App installieren
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Smartphone mit dem Internet verbunden ist.
2. Laden Sie die FITvigo App im Apple App Store (iOS) oder Google Play Store
(Android) herunter.

Je nach Einstellungen des Smartphones können für die Internetver-
bindung oder Datenübertragung zusätzliche Kosten anfallen.
Die FITvigo App selbst ist kostenlos.
Wir empfehlen den Download über ein WLAN-Netzwerk.
Gerät mit der App verbinden (Pairing)
1. Platzieren Sie Ihr Smartphone und den Aktivitätstracker dicht beieinander.
2. Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth auf Ihrem Smartphone.
3. Starten Sie die „FITvigo“ App und folgen Sie den Anweisungen.
Beachten Sie die angezeigten Informationen und Erläuterungen.
Nach kurzer Zeit ist der Aktivitätstracker mit der FITvigo App verbunden.
Gebrauch
Aktivitätstracker anlegen
Tragen Sie den Aktivitätstracker wie gezeigt:
Legen Sie das Armband so an, dass der Aktivi-
tätstracker angenehm zu tragen ist.
Die Blutzirkulation darf nicht abgeschnürt
werden.
Bei Bewegung, z.B. beim Laufen und insbeson-
dere bei der Pulsmessung, muss der
Aktivitätstracker gut anliegen.
Display aktivieren
Voraussetzung: Der Tracker ist bereits eingeschaltet.
− Drücken Sie ca. 3 Sekunden auf das Display, um den Tracker einzuschalten.
Um das ausgeschaltete Display zu aktiveren:
Berühren Sie das Display oder
heben Sie den Arm oder
drehen Sie den Aktivitätstracker am Handgelenk.

Bei geringer Akku-Ladung wird die automatische Aktivierung des Displays
über „Arm heben“ oder „Handgelenk drehen“ deaktiviert. Dadurch wird
Engergie gespart und die Akku-Laufzeit verlängert. Aktivieren Sie in die-
sem Fall das Display, indem Sie es berühren.
Navigieren
− Display-Inhalte und Funktionen aufrufen:
Wischen
− um die Menü-Ebene zu wechseln
Tippen
− um Funktionen aufzurufen
Hinweis:
Abhängig von der gewählten Funktion, stehen nicht
immer alle „Bewegungsachsen“ zur Verfügung.

Uhrzeitformat auswählen
− auswählen, dann durch Tippen auswählen und länger gedrückt halten.
− Durch Tippen gewünschtes Uhrzeitformat auswählen und länger gedrückt halten.
Nicht-stören-Funktion aktivieren
− auswählen, dann durch Tippen auswählen (o) und länger gedrückt halten.
− Wenn die Funktion aktiv ist, wird im Display über der Uhrzeit
angezeigt.
− Die Funktion wird auf die gleiche Art und Weise wieder deaktiviert.
Funktionen nutzen
Aktivitätsdaten messen
− Uhrzeit anzeigen und wiederholt tippen. Nacheinander werden angezeigt:
- Anzahl der Schritte
- verbrauchte Kalorieren
- zurückgelegte Entfernung
Puls messen
Der Puls wird regelmäßig automatisch gemessen und die Durchschnitts-
werte werden in 10-Minuten-Intervallen an die FITvigo App übertragen.
Um eine manuelle Pulsmessung durchzuführen:
− Uhrzeit anzeigen und wiederholt tippen, bis im Display
angezeigt wird. Nach
einigen Sekunden wird der gemessene Wert angezeigt.
Schlafüberwachung
Die Schlafüberwachung muss nicht manuell aktiviert werden. Der Aktivitätstracker er-
kennt zwischen 20 Uhr abends und 9 Uhr morgens automatisch, ob Sie schlafen.
Das bedeutet nicht, dass Sie nicht auch länger als 9 Uhr schlafen können, für die Schlaf-
überwachung muss der Schlaf lediglich in diesem Zeitfenster beginnen.
Beginnt der Schlaf außerhalb dieser Zeit, kann er nicht erfasst werden.

Smart Notifications nutzen (Message-Funktion)
Wenn Sie über Ihr Smartphone Nachrichten erhalten, z.B. via WhatsApp oder Face-
book-Messenger erkennt das der Tracker und vibriert. Außerdem wird im Display über
der Uhrzeit angezeigt.
Um die Nachrichten zu lesen:
− auswählen, dann durch Tippen durch die angezeigten Nachrichten blättern.
Um die Nachricht zu löschen:
− Zu löschende Nachricht auswählen und auf das Display drücken, bis der Tracker
vibriert.
Beachten Sie:
Es wird nur Text angezeigt.
Haben Sie alle Nachrichten gelesen, erlischt das
-Symbol.
Ob und welche Messenger-Nachrichten angezeigt werden, ist abhängig von den
Einstellungen Ihres Smartphones und Ihren Freigaben in der FITvigo App.
Sofern Sie der FITvigo App den Zugriff erlaubt haben, erscheinen auch Telefonanrufe
auf Ihrem Tracker:
Neben dem Anruf-Symbol
erscheint die Telefonnumer des Anrufers und der
Tracker vibriert.
Durch längeres Drücken auf das Display können Sie den Anruf bei Bedarf über den
Tracker ablehnen.
Sport-Modi nutzen
Der Tracker bietet unterschiedliche Sport-Modi. Wählen Sie denjenigen aus, der Ihrer
Sportart entspricht bzw. am besten zu ihr passt.
1.
auswählen, dann durch Tippen die passende Sportart auswählen.
2. Einige Sekunden auf das Display drücken, um Messung zu starten.
3. Mit der sportlichen Übung beginnen.
4. Bei Ende der sportlichen Übung Messung durch längeres Drücken auf das Display
stoppen.
Danach erhalten Sie eine Zusammenfassung aller Fitness-Werte angezeigt (Puls,
Kalorienverbrauch etc.). Anschließend wird die Anzeige gelöscht.
Bereits während der laufenden Messung könnnen Sie sich durch Tippen
auf das Display jeweils die unterschiedlichen Fitness-Werte anzeigen
lassen.

Weckfunktion nutzen
Die Weckfunktion wird über die FITvigo App eingestellt.
1. FITvigo App starten.
2. In der rechten, unteren Ecke auf Wecker anzeigen tippen.
3. Am unteren Rand auf Wecker hinzufügen tippen.
4. Auf Weckzeit einstellen tippen.
5. Uhrzeit eingeben und auf OK tippen.
6. Gewünschte Wecktage durcn Ankreuzen auswählen.
7. Auf Wecker 1 speichern tippen.
Die Daten werden an den Tracker übertragen
8. Auf Fertig tippen.
Zur eingestellten Zeit werden Sie an dem ausgewählten Tag durch das Vibrieren des
Trackers geweckt.
Außerdem wird im Display die Uhrzeit und das Wecksymbol
angezeigt.
− Auf das Display tippen, um die Anzeige zu löschen.
Erinnerungen einstellen
Die Erinnerungsfunktion wird über die FITvigo App eingestellt.
Die Erinnerung selbst erfolgt über das Vibrieren des Trackers, außerdem erhalten Sie
einen Text angezeigt, den Sie selber eingeben können.
1. FITvigo App starten.
2. In der linken, oberen Ecke auf das Glockensymbol tippen.
3. Auf Neue Erinnerung hinzufügen tippen.
4. Im Eingabefeld gewünschten Erinnerungstext kurz und prägnant eingeben.
5. Tag und Uhrzeit einstellen.
6. Abschließend erneut auf Neue Erinnerung hinzufügen tippen.
Zur eingestellten Uhrzeit am eingestellten Tag vibriert der Tracker und Sie erhalten den
eingegeben Text angezeigt.
Inaktivitätsalarm
Wenn Sie in der Zeit zwischen 9 Uhr morgens und 20 Uhr abends innerhalb einer Zeit-
stunde weniger als 100 Schritte gehen, werden Sie vom Aktivitätstracker an die not-
wendige Bewegung erinnert:

Reinigen
HINWEIS vor Sachschaden
− Tauchen Sie den Tracker nicht in andere Flüssigkeiten als Wasser
(wasserdicht nach Schutzart IP67).
− Verwenden Sie keinesfalls harte, kratzende oder scheuernde Reini-
gungsmittel o.Ä., um den Tracker zu reinigen. Hierbei könnte die
Oberfläche zerkratzen.
− Wischen Sie den Tracker bei Bedarf mit einem leicht angefeuchteten weichen Tuch
ab.

Intended Use
The activity tracker is used to monitor your sporting activities.
The activity tracker is designed exclusively for use in the private sphere and is not
suitable for medical or sports medicine use.
Persons with portable or implanted medical electronic devices such as a cardiac
pacemaker should use the activity tracker only after consultation with the
attending physician.
Safety
Children must not play with the item.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children, unless they are 8 years of age or older and are being
supervised.
DANGER for children
Keep children away from the item and packaging materials. Risk of choking if
swallowed. Also beware that children do not pull the packaging material over their
heads.
BEWARE of material damage
The activity tracker is water-proof according to protection type IP67. However,
avoid warm water.
Do not make any modications to the item. Only allow repairs to be carried out at
a specialist workshop. Repairs carried out incorrectly can considerably endanger
the user.

1. Pull the elastic wristband a bit apart and take
out the tracker.
2. Plug the USB connector of the trackers into the
USB port of a computer (PC, tablet, notebook)
or a USB charger.
When plugging in, take account of the contacts
of the USB connector and charging indication
on the display. Charging time before first use:
approx. 45 minutes.

1. Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the internet.
2. Download the “FITvigo” app in the Apple app store (iOS) or Google Play store

Depending on the settings of your smartphone, additional costs may
be incurred for the internet connection or data transfer.
The FITvigo app itself is free.
We recommend downloading over a wireless network.
Connect the device with the app (pairing)
1. Place your smartphone and activity tracker close together.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
3. Start the “FITvigo” app and follow the instructions.
Pay attention to the information and explanations displayed.
The activity tracker will be connected to the FITvigo app after a short while.
Use
Wearing the activity tracker
Wear the activity tracker as shown:
Put on the strap in such a way that the activity
tracker is comfortable to wear.
Blood circulation must not be restricted.
During movement, e.g. when running and
especially during pulse measurement, the
activity tracker must be well-tted.
Activating the display
Requirement: The tracker is already switched on.
− Press and hold on the display for about 3seconds to switch on the tracker.
To activate the turned off display:
Touch the display or
lift your arm or
rotate the activity tracker on your wrist.

When the battery is weak, automatic activation of the display by "lifting
the arm" or "rotating on the wrist" is inactive. Thereby, power is saved and
battery life extended. In this case, activate the display by touching it.

Enabling the do not disturb function
− Select , then tap (o) and hold .
− If the function is active,

− The function is disabled again in the same way.
Using functionality
Measuring activity data
− Display the time and tap repeatedly. Data displayed in succession:
- Number of steps
- Calories consumed
- Distance covered
Measuring heart rate
The heart rate is automatically measured on a regular basis and average
values are transferred to FITvigo app in 10 minutes intervals.
To measure heart rate manually:
− Display the time and tap repeatedly until
appears in the display. After a few
seconds, the measured value will be displayed.
Sleep monitoring
The sleep monitoring must not be activated manually. The activity tracker
automatically detects whether you are sleeping in the period from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.
This does not mean that you cannot sleep longer than 9hours, but you must go to
sleep within this timeframe for sleep monitoring to begin.
If you go to sleep outside of this time, it will not be registered.

Using smart notifications (message function)
If you receive messages to your smartphone, e.g. on WhatsApp or Facebook messenger,
the tracker detects them and vibrates. Besides, is indicated on the display above
time.
To read messages:
− select
, then scroll through the displayed messages by tapping.
To delete a message:
− Select the message to be deleted and press the display until the tracker vibrates.
Pay attention to the following:
Only text is displayed.
Once you have read all messages, the
symbol disappears.
Whether and which messenger messages are displayed, depends on the settings
of your smartphone and permissions in the FITvigo app.
If access is permitted for FITvigo app, phone calls will also appear on your tracker:
Next to the call symbol
a phone number of the caller appears and the tracker
vibrates.
Press and hold the display to reject the call at the tracker if needed.
Using sport modes
The tracker offers a variety of sport modes. Select the one that corresponds to your
kind of sport or suits you the best.
1. Select
, then select suitable kind of sport by tapping.
2. Press on the display for several seconds to start measurement.
3. Begin the workout.
4. Press and hold the display to stop measurement at the end of the workout.
After that you will receive the summary of all fitness values (heart rate, etc. calorie
consumption etc.). Then the values are erased.
By tapping the display you can view different fitness values already in the
course of the measurement.

Using the alarm function
The alarm function is set via the FITvigo app.
1. Start the FITvigo app.
2. Tap Show alarm in the lower right hand corner.
3. Tap Add alarm at the bottom edge.
4. Tap Set alarm time.
5. Specify the time and tap OK.
6. Tick to select the desired alarm day.
7. Tap Save alarm 1.
The data will be transferred to the tracker
8. Tap Done.
The tracker will wake you up at the set time on the selected day by vibration.
Besides, the time and alarm symbol
will be shown on the display.
− Tap the display to delete the indicated data.
Setting reminder
The reminder function is set via the FITvigo app.
The reminder itself occurs by vibration of the tracker, besides a text is displayed, which
you can enter yourself.
1. Start the FITvigo app.
2. Tap the bell symbol in the upper left hand corner.
3. Tap Add new reminder.
4. Enter the desired reminder text in the input ied in a brief and concise manner.
5. Set day and time.
6. Then tap again Add new reminder.
The tracker will vibrate and you will receive the entered text at the set time on the
selected day.
Inactivity alarm
If you make less than 100 steps within an hour in the period between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.,
you will be reminded by the activity tracker about necessary movement:
The tracker will vibrate and show the symbol of inactivity
in the display.

This function will help you finding your smartphone.

NOTE on material damage
− Do not immerse the tracker in liquids other than water
(water-tightness rating IP67).
− Never use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or the like to clean the
tracker. If you do, the surface could be scratched.
− Using a soft lightly dampened cloth, wipe the tracker clean, as needed.

Uso adecuado
La pulsera de actividad sirve para controlar sus actividades deportivas.
La pulsera de actividad está concebida para usarse exclusivamente en el ámbito
privado y no es apto para su uso médico o médico-deportivo.
Las personas con dispositivos médicos electrónicos portátiles o implantados,
como un marcapasos, únicamente deben utilizar la pulsera de actividad después
de haberlo consultado con su médico.
Seguridad
Los niños no deben jugar con el artículo.
La limpieza y el mantenimiento por parte del usuario no deben
ser realizados por niños, salvo que sean mayores de 8 años y
estén supervisados.
RIESGOS para los niños
Mantenga a los niños alejados del artículo y del material de embalaje. Existe el

1. Separe ligeramente la correa elástica y saque el
medidor de actividad.
2. Introduzca la conexión USB del medidor en
la toma USB de un ordenador (PC, tableta,
portátil) o de un cargador USB.
Al hacerlo, observe el contacto del USB y el
indicador de carga en la pantalla. El tiempo
de carga antes del primer uso es de unos
45 minutos.

Conectar el aparato con la App (Sincronizar)
1. Coloque juntos su smartphone y el medidor de actividad.
2. Active el Bluetooth de su smartphone.
3. Inicie la App «FITvigo» y siga las indicaciones.
Tenga en cuenta las informaciones y aclaraciones que se muestran.
En poco tiempo habrá conectado la el medidor de actividad con la App FITvigo.
Utilización
Colocarse el la pulsera de actividad
Póngase la pulsera de actividad como se muestra en el dibujo:
Coloque la pulsera de modo que resulte
cómoda de llevar.
Tenga cuidado de no cortar la circulación de la
sangre.
La pulsera debe estar bien colocada durante
el movimiento, por ejemplo al correr y
especialmente para medir el pulso.
Activar la pantalla
Supuesto: El medidor de actividad ya está encendido.
− Pulse en la pantalla durante 3 segundos para conectar el medidor.
Para activar la pantalla apagada:

Cuando hay poca carga, se desactiva la activación automática de la
pantalla mediante "levantar el brazo" o "girar la muñeca". De este modo se
ahorra energía para alargar la duración de la batería. En este caso, active la
pantalla tocándola.

Activar la función no molestar
− Seleccione , a continuación pulse (o) para seleccionar y mantenga pulsado.
− Cuando la función está activada, en la pantalla aparecerá
sobre la hora.
− Las funciones se desactivan del mismo modo.
Utilizar las funciones
Medir los datos de actividad
− En la pantalla de hora tocar varias veces. Se mostrarán sucesivamente:
- número de pasos
- calorías consumidas
- distancia recorrida
Medir el pulso
El pulso se mide automáticamente de forma regular y los valores promedio
se transmiten a la aplicación FITvigo cada 10 minutos.
Para medir el pulso manualmente:
− En la pantalla de hora, tocar varias veces hasta que aparezca
. Pasados unos
segundos se muestra en la pantalla el valor medido.
Control del sueño
El control de sueño no tiene que activarse manualmente. El medidor de actividad
detecta automáticamente si está durmiendo entre las 20:00 y las 09:00 horas.
Esto no significa que no pueda dormir hasta más tarde de las 9, pero para el control de
sueño debe empezar a dormir en ese intervalo de tiempo.
Si el sueño comienza fuera de esas horas, no puede medirse.

Utilizar las notificaciones inteligentes (función mensajes)
Cuando recibe alguna notificación en su smartphone, por ejemplo de WhatsApp o de
Facebook-Messenger, el medidor de actividad lo detecta y vibra. Además, en la pantalla
se muestra sobre la hora.
Para leer la notificación:
− Seleccione
y desplácese por las noticaciones que se muestran tocando en
ellas.
Para eliminar la notificación:
− Seleccione la noticación a eliminar y pulse en la pantalla hasta que vibre el
medidor de actividad.
Tenga en cuenta que:
Únicamente se muestra texto.
Cuando haya visto todas las noticaciones, desaparece el símbolo
.
El que se muestren noticaciones y cuáles se muestran, depende de los ajustes de
su smartphone y de las activaciones en la aplicación FITvigo.
Si ha autorizado el acceso de la aplicación FITvigo, también aparecerán las llamadas
telefónicas en su medidor de actividad.
Junto al símbolo de llamada
, aparece el número de teléfono de quien llama y el
medidor vibra.
Manteniendo pulsada la pantalla puede rechazar la llamada si lo desea.
Uso de los modos deportivos
El medidor ofrece diferentes modos deportivos. Seleccione el que se adapte más a su
tipo de deporte o a usted mismo.

Utilizar la función despertador
La función despertador se ajusta a través de la aplicación FITvigo.
1. Abra la App FITvigo.
2. A la derecha, en la esquina inferior, pulse en Mostrar despertador.
3. En el borde inferior, pulse en Agregar despertador.
4. Pulse en Ajustar hora de alarma.
5. Introduzca la hora y pulse en OK.
6. Seleccione el día marcando con una cruz.
7. Pulse en Guardar despertador 1.
Los datos se transmiten al medidor de actividad
8. Pulse en Finalizado.
A la hora seleccionada del día seleccionado el medidor le despertará mediante una
vibración.
Además en la pantalla se visualizan la hora y el símbolo del despertador
.
− Pulse en la pantalla para borrar la indicación.
Ajustar recordatorios
La función función recordatorio se ajusta a través de la aplicación FITvigo.
El recordatorio se realiza mediante la vibración del medidor, y además se le muestra un
texto que puede introducir usted mismo.
1. Abra la App FITvigo.
2. Pulse en la esquina superior izquierda, en el símbolo de la campana.
3. Pulse en Agregar nuevo recordatorio.
4. Introduzca el texto del recordatorio que desee de forma breve y concisa en el
campo para ello.
5. Ajuste el día y la hora.
6. A continuación pulse nuevamente en Agregar nuevo recordatorio.
A la hora seleccionada del día elegido, el medidor vibrará y se visualizará el texto
introducido.
Alarma de inactividad
Si entre las 9 de la mañana y las 8 de la tarde, da menos de 100 pasos en una hora, el
medidor de actividad le recordará que debe moverse.
El medidor vibra y en la pantalla se visualiza el símbolo de inactividad

Le traceur d'activité vous permet de surveiller vos activités sportives.
Ce traceur d’activité est exclusivement réservé à l’usage dans un cadre privé et non à
des fins thérapeutiques ou de médecine sportive.
Pour les personnes porteuses d’appareils médicaux portables ou implantés
tels que des stimulateurs cardiaques, l’avis d’un médecin est nécessaire avant
d’utiliser ce traceur d’activité.
Sécurité
Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec cet article.
Le nettoyage et l’entretien ne doivent pas être réalisés par
des enfants, à moins qu’ils aient 8 ans révolus et soient sous
surveillance.

1. Détachez légèrement le bracelet et retirez le
traceur.
2. Branchez la prise USB du traceur à la prise
USB d'un ordinateur (PC, tablette, ordinateur
portable) ou d'un appareil de recharge USB.
En branchant, vérifier les contacts de la prise
USB ainsi que la présence du symbole de
charge en cours à l'écran. Durée de la charge
initiale: env. 45minutes.

Selon les réglages du smartphone, des frais peuvent être prélevés
pour la connexion internet ou la transmission de données.
L'appli FITvigo en elle-même est gratuite.
Nous recommandons le téléchargement via un réseau WLAN.
Connecter l’appareil à l’appli (appairage)
1. Placez votre smartphone et votre traceur d'activité à proximité l'un de l'autre.
2. Activer le Bluetooth de votre téléphone.
3. Démarrer l’appli «FITvigo» et suivez les instructions.
Tenez compte des informations et explications affichées.
Après quelques temps, le traceur et l'application FITvigo sont connectés.
Utilisation
Installer le traceur d'activité
Portez le traceur d'activité comme indiqué:
Placez le bracelet de sorte que le port du
traceur soit confortable.
Évitez de bloquer votre circulation sanguine.
Le traceur doit être bien positionné lors de
mouvements (par ex. la course) et surtout lors
de la prise de pouls.
Activer l'écran
Pré-requis: Le traceur est déjà en marche.
− Appuyez sur l'écran pendant env. 3 sec. pour allumer le traceur.
Pour activer l'écran lorsqu'il est éteint:

tournant le poignet est désactivée. Cela permet d'économiser de l'énergie
et de prolonger l'utilisation de la batterie. Dans ce cas, touchez l'écran pour
l'activer.

Activer la fonction «Ne pas déranger»
− sélectionner , puis maintenir appuyé pour sélectionner (si désactivé).
− Lorsque la fonction est activée,
apparaît à l'écran au-dessus de l'heure.
− Pour désactiver la fonction, procéder de même.
Utilisation des fonctionnaltiés
Mesurer les données relatives à l'activité
− Acher l'heure et appuyer de nouveau. Les données suivantes s'achent l'une
après l'autre:
- Nombre de pas
- Calories dépensées
- Distance parcourue
Mesurer le pouls
Le pouls est mesuré régulièrement et automatiquement. Les valeurs
moyennes sont transmises à l'application FITvigo toutes les 10minutes.
Pour prendre le pouls manuellement:
− Acher l'heure et appuyer de nouveau jusqu'à ce que
apparaisse à l'écran.
Après quelques secondes, la valeur mesurée est achée.
Surveillance du sommeil
La surveillance du sommeil ne doit pas être acitvée manuellement. Entre 20h et 9h du
matin, le traceur détecte automatiquement votre sommeil.
Cela signifie que vous ne pouvez pas dormir plus de 9heures de temps. La surveillance
du sommeil ne prend en compte que cet intervalle.
Si le sommeil débute en-dehors de cet intervalle, il n'est pas pris en compte.

Utilisation des notifications intelligentes
Lorsque vous recevez des messages sur votre smartphones, par exemple via WhatsApp
ou Facebook Messenger, le traceur vous le notifie en vibrant. De plus, apparaît à
l'écran au-dessus de l'heure.
Pour lire les messages:
− sélectionner
, puis toucher l'écran pour faire déler les messages.
Pour supprimer un message:
− Sélectionner le message à supprimer et appuyer sur l'écran jusqu'à ce que le
traceur vibre.
Notez:
Seul du texte s'ache à l'écran.
Si tous les messages ont été lus, le symbole
disparaît.
Les paramètres de votre smartphones et le fait qu'ils soient transmis ou non à
l'application FITvigo, déterminent si vos messages s'achent et lesquels.
Les appels sont également signalés sur votre traceur si vous en donnez l'autorisation à
l'application.
Le numéro de l'appelant apparaît près du sympole d'appel
et le traceur vibre.
Vous pouvez rejeter l'appel depuis le traceur en appuyant de manière prolongée
sur l'écran.
Utilisation des modes sport
Le traceur propose différents modes sport. Sélectionnez celui qui correspond à votre
activité physique ou qui vous convient le mieux.
1. Sélectionner
, puis toucher pour sélectionner un sport.
2. Appuyer sur l'écran pendant quelques secondes pour démarrer les mesures.
3. Commencer l'activité physique.
4. À la n de l'acitvité physique, arrêter les mesures en appuyant longuement sur
l'écran.
Vous recevez alors un résumé de toutes les valeurs relatives à la forme physique
(pouls, dépenses en calories, etc.). Enfin, les données disparaissent de l'écran.
Vous pouvez afficher les différentes valeurs relatives à la forme physique
pendant les mesures en touchant l'écran.

La fonction réveil est paramétrable depuis l'application FITvigo.
1. Lancer l'application.
2. Sélectionner Afficher le réveil au coin inférieur droit.
3. SélectionnerAjouter réveil tout en bas.
4. Sélectionner Régler heure de réveil.
5. Définir l'heure et appuyer sur OK.
6. Définir les jours de réveil en les cochant.
7. Appuyer sur Enregistrer réveil1.
Les données sont transmises au traceur
8. Appuyer sur Terminé.
Vous serez réveillé par les vibrations du traceur le jour choisi et à l'heure définie.
En outre, l'heure et le symbole
s'affichent.

Paramétrer les rappels
La fonction de rappel est paramétrable sur l'application FITvigo.
Le rappel en lui-même se fait par les vibrations du traceur. Un texte (que vous pouvez
définir vous-même) accompagne les vibrations du traceur.
1. Lancer l'application.
2. Appuyer sur la cloche au coin supérieur gauche.
3. Appuyer sur Ajouter rappel.
4. Dans le champ de saisie, rédiger le texte de rappel. Il doit être précis et concis.
5. Régler le jour et l'heure.
6. Enfin, appuyer de nouveau sur Ajouter rappel.
Le jour choisi et à l'heure définie, le traceur vibre et le texte que vous avez entré
s'affiche.

Lorsque vous effectuez moins de 100pas en une heure entre 9h et 20h, le traceur

Destinazione d'uso
Il braccialetto attività viene utilizzato per monitorare le attività sportive.
Il braccialetto attività è stato progettato esclusivamente per l'uso in ambito privato e
non per uso medico o nella medicina dello sport.
Persone con dispositivi elettronici medici portatili o impiantati come pacemaker
devono utilizzare il braccialetto attività solo dopo consulto con il medico curante.
Sicurezza
I bambini non devono giocare con il dispositivo.
I bambini possono eseguire le operazioni di pulizia e
manutenzione solo se di età superiore agli 8 anni e sotto la
supervisione di una persona adulta.
PERICOLO per i bambini
Tenere l'articolo e il materiale di imballaggio fuori dalla portata dei bambini. In
caso di ingestione sussiste il pericolo di soocamento. Prestare attenzione anché
i bambini non inlino la testa nel sacchetto di plastica.
ATTENZIONE a danni materiali
Il braccialetto attività è impermeabile secondo la classe di protezione IP67.
Tuttavia, evitare l'acqua calda.
Non apportare nessuna modica al dispositivo. Rivolgersi esclusivamente ad un
tecnico specializzato per la riparazione del prodotto. Riparazioni non eseguite
correttamente possono essere causa di seri pericoli per l'utente.

1. Tirare leggermente il bracciale elastico
aprendolo ed estrarre il braccialetto.
2. Collegare lo spinotto USB del braccialetto
alla porta USB di un computer (PC, Tablet,
Notebook) o caricabatterie USB.
Per il collegamento osservare i contatti della
porta USB e l'indicatore di carica sul display.
Tempo di ricarica prima del primo utilizzo: circa
45 minuti.

1. Assicurarsi che lo smartphone sia collegato a Internet.
2. Scaricare l'App "FITvigo” nell'Apple App Store (iOS) o Google Play Store (Android).

A seconda delle impostazioni dello smartphone, sono applicabili costi
aggiuntivi per la connessione a Internet o il trasferimento di dati.
L'App FITvigo è gratuita.
Si consiglia di eettuare il download mediante una rete WLAN.
Collegamento del dispositivo con l'App (abbinamento)
1. Posizionare lo smartphone e il braccialetto attività vicini.
2. Attivare il Bluetooth sul proprio smartphone.
3. Avviare l'App "FITvigo” e seguire le istruzioni.
Osservare le informazioni e gli avvisi.
Dopo poco tempo è possibile collegare il braccialetto attività all'App FITvigo.
Uso
Applicazione del braccialetto attività
Indossare il braccialetto attività come mostrato:
Posizionare il bracciale in modo che il
braccialetto attività sia comodo da indossare.
La circolazione del sangue non deve essere
ostruita.
In movimento, ad es. durante la corsa e
in particolare in caso di misurazione delle
pulsazioni, il braccialetto attività deve essere
posizionato bene.
Attivazione display
Requisito: Il braccialetto è pronto per l'accensione.
− Premere per ca. 3 secondi sul display, per accendere il braccialetto.
Per attivare il display spento:
Toccare il display o
sollevare il braccio o
ruotare il braccialetto attività al polso.

In caso di batteria scarica, l'attivazione automatica del display mediante
"Sollevamento braccio” o "Rotazione polso" è disattivata. Ciò consente di
risparmiare energia e prolungare la durata della batteria. In questo caso,
attivare il display toccandolo.

− Richiamare il contenuto del display e le funzioni:

Nota:
A seconda della funzione scelta, non sono sempre
disponibili tutti gli "assi di movimento".

Selezione del livello di funzionamento

Scelta del formato dell'ora
− Selezionare , quindi toccare per selezionare e tenere premuto più a lungo.
− Toccare per scegliere il formato dell'ora desiderato e tenere premuto.
Attivazione della funzione Non Disturbare
− Selezionare , quindi toccare per selezionare (o) e tenere premuto più a
lungo.
− Quando la funzione è attiva, sul display appare l'orario
.
− La funzione viene disattivata nello stesso modo.
Utilizzo della funzioni
Misurazione dati attività
− Mostra orario e toccare ripetutamente. Appaiono in successione:
- Numero di passi
- Calorie consumate
- Distanza percorsa
Misurazione battito
Il battito è misurato regolarmente in modo automatico e i valori medi sono
registrati a intervalli di 10 minuti sull'App FITvigo.
Per eseguire una misurazione manuale del battito:
− Visualizzare orario e toccare ripetutamente, no a quando sul display appare
.
Dopo alcuni secondi, viene visualizzato il valore misurato.
Monitoraggio del sonno
Il monitoraggio del sonno non deve essere attivato manualmente. Il braccialetto
attività rileva automaticamente tra le 20:00 di sera e le 9:00 di sera se si dorme.
Ciò non significa che non è possibile dormire dopo le 9:00, per il monitoraggio del
sonno è necessario che il sonno inizi in questa finestra temporale.
Se il sonno inizia successivamente, non può essere rilevato.

Utilizzo di notifiche smart (Funzione messaggio)
Se si ricevono messaggi dallo smartphone, ad es. via WhatsApp o Facebook-Messenger,
riconosce il braccialetto e vibra. Inoltre, sul display sopra l'orario appare .
Per leggere il messaggio:
− selezionare
, quindi scorrere toccando i messaggi da visualizzare.
Per cancellare il messaggio:
− selezionare il messaggio da cancellare e premere sul display no a quando il
braccialetto non vibra.
Osservare:
Viene visualizzato solo il testo.
Quando tutti i messaggi sono letti, appare l'icona
.
Se e quali messaggi Messenger sono visualizzati, dipende dalle impostazioni del
proprio smartphone e dalle azioni nell'App FITvigo.
A meno che l'App FITvigo non consenta l'accesso, sul braccialetto appaiono anche le
telefonate:
Accanto all'icona di chiamata
appare il numero di telefono del chiamante e il
braccialetto vibra.
Attraverso pressione prolungata sul display è possibile rifiutare la chiamata, se
richiesto dal braccialetto.
Utilizzo della modalità Sport
Il braccialetto offre diverse modalità sportive. Selezionare ciò che corrisponde o si
adatta al proprio sport.
1. Selezionare
, quindi toccare per selezionare il tipo di sport adatto.
2. Premere per alcuni secondi sul display per avviare la misurazione.
3. Iniziare l'esercizio sportivo.
4. Alla ne dell'esercizio sportivo, interrompere la misurazione attraverso pressione
prolungata sul display.
Si otterrà un riepilogo di tutti i valori di fitness visualizzati (battito, consumo calorico
ecc.). Poi il display viene azzerato.
Già durante la misurazione è possibile toccare il display per muoversi tra i
diversi valori di fitness visualizzati.

La funzione sveglia è impostata mediante l'App FITvigo.
1. Avvio dell'App FITvigo.
2. Nell'angolo in basso a destra toccare Visualizza sveglia.
3. Toccare sul bordo inferiore Aggiungi sveglia.
4. Toccare Imposta orario sveglia.
5. Inserire l'orario e toccare OK.
6. Selezionare il giorno della sveglia desiderato.
7. Toccare Salva Sveglia 1.
I dati sono salvati sul braccialetto.
8. Toccare Fatto.
All'orario impostato nel giorno selezionato la sveglia si attiva con vibrazione del
braccialetto.
Inoltre, sul display appare l'orario e l'icona della sveglia
.
− Toccare il display per cancellare l'indicazione.
Impostazione promemoria
La funzione promemoria è impostata mediante l'App FITvigo.
Mediante la vibrazione del braccialetto si riceverà anche un testo che è possibile
inserire da soli.
1. Avvio dell'App FITvigo.
2. Nell'angolo in alto a sinistra, toccare l'icona del campanello.
3. Toccare Aggiungi nuovo promemoria.
4. Nel campo di immissione inserire il testo del promemoria desiderato in modo breve
e conciso.
5. Impostazione giorno e ora.
6. Infine, toccare Aggiungi nuovo promemoria.
Il braccialetto vibra all'orario e nel giorno impostato e viene visualizzato il testo inserito.
Allarme inattività
Se l'orario è tra le 9:00 e le 20:00 sono effettuati meno di 100 passi, il braccialetto attività
ricorderà che sarà necessario movimento:

Lo smartphone inizia a squillare.
Pulizia
ATTENZIONE a eventuali danni al prodotto
− Non immergere il braccialetto in liquidi diversi da acqua
(impermeabile secondo la classe di protezione IP67).
− Non pulire il braccialetto con prodotti aggressivi o abrasivi. in quanto
potrebbero graffiarne la superficie.
− Se necessario, stronare il braccialetto con un panno morbido leggermente
inumidito.

La ditta Waagen-Schmitt GmbH garantisce la riparazione o la sostituzione gratuita
dell'unità per un periodo di 3 anni a partire dalla data di acquisto, nel caso di difetti di
materiale o fabbricazione del prodotto.
A tale scopo, consegnare al rivenditore il prodotto e la prova di acquisto (citando i
motivi del reclamo).
Smaltimento
Smaltimento dell'imballaggio
Smaltire l'imballaggio nella raccolta differenziata. Conferire il cartone nella
raccolta della carta e la pellicola in quella del materiale riciclabile.

20 wieczorem a 9 rano automatycznie rozpoznaje, czy użytkownik śpi.
Nie oznacza to, że nie można spać dłużej niż do godz. 9, w przypadku monitorowania
snu, sen musi się jedynie rozpocząć w tym zakresie.
Jeżeli sen rozpocznie się poza tymi godzinami, nie zostanie zarejestrowany.

Otrzymanie wiadomości na smartfona, np. przez WhatsApp lub Facebook Messenger,
kontroler rozpoznaje i zaczyna wibrować. Ponadto na wyświetlaczu pojawia się
godzina .
Odczytywanie wiadomości:

Kasowanie wiadomości:

1. Uruchomić aplikację FITvigo.

4. Dotknąć Ustaw budzik.

O ustawionej godzinie w wybranym dniu nastąpi budzenie przez wibracje kontrolera.

Funkcja przypomnień jest ustawiana w aplikacji FITvigo.
Przypomnienie ma postać wibracji kontrolera, poza tym wyświetla się tekst, który

2. W lewym górnym narożniku dotknąć symbolu dzwonka.
