VOLUME UP/DOWN: This dial allows you to adjust your master volume. TROUBLESHOOTING ENGLISH I CANNOT HEAR OTHERS: • Make sure that your LVL 3 headset is securely connected to the PS4 wireless controller’s aux port at the base of the controller. • Make sure your volume is increased to an audible level in the PS4’s console settings. OTHERS CANNOT HEAR ME: • Make sure that your LVL 3 headset is not muted – check the mute switch on the in-line controls. • Make sure you are speaking clearly into the microphone and that the microphone is adjusted at a good level near your mouth. 1.
