as the headphones in the following text, you have chosen a high-quality

product.

The headphones make it possible for you to listen to music from your

smartphone or music player without wires. Their light construction provides you

with great wearing comfort and crystal-clear sound while interfering noise is

greatly eliminated. Before you start using the headphones, get familiar with

them and read this user manual carefully. Primarily pay attention to the safety

instructions and utilize the headphones only as described in this user manual

and for the specified purposes.

Before using

Charging the battery

Before you start using the device or if the built-in battery is drained, do the

following:

 Connect the USB charging cable (B) to the USB charging connection (7) and

to an unused USB port of your powered computer or a USB power adapter

(not included).

 The LED (8) is orange while charging. Once the battery is completely

charged, the LED (8) turns blue.

When the battery charge is low, the LED (8) flashes orange once every 20

seconds and 4 beeps sound at the same time.

Keep in mind that the battery will only reach full capacity after

4-5 complete charge/discharge cycles.

Acoustic signals

The headphones will signal acoustically for certain events. You can see these

signals in the following table:

First use

Powering the headphones on/off

Power the headphones on by pressing the ▸ll button (2) for about 4 seconds.

The LED (8) now flashes orange indicating Standby mode. With the

headphones are being powered on for the first time and they have never been

connected to a device before, Pairing mode starts automatically. In Pairing

mode, the LED (8) flashes blue and orange alternately. See the next section for

connecting your device.

Press the ▸ll button (2) for about 4 seconds to power the headphones off

again. The LED (8) flashes orange several times while powering off.

Connecting the headphones

Proceed as follows to connect the headphones to your device:

 Power off the headphones.

 Press the ▸ll button (2) for about 6 seconds to start Pairing mode.

 The LED (8) now flashes blue and orange alternately. The headphones are

now in Discovery mode. In Discovery mode, you can connect a compatible

device to the headphones using the Bluetooth® function.

 Now connect your smartphone or audio/media player to the headphones

using Bluetooth®. To do this, follow the user manual of your smartphone or

media player. Select the SBTH 4.1 A1 device from the list of discovered

devices and make the connection. If you are asked for a PIN, enter “0000”.

Once the connection is made, the LED (8) flashes blue once briefly about every

4 seconds. Once your device is powered off or is out of range, the

headphones go into Standby mode (not connected) and the LED (8) flashes

blue quickly.

If you want to connect a different device to the headphones, you must repeat

the pairing process as described previously.

As soon as the previously connected device comes into range of the

headphones, the connection is automatically made. In some cases, you have to

confirm the connection on your device.

Connecting the headphones to two Bluetooth®

devices

You can connect the headphones simultaneously to two Bluetooth® devices. If

you have already connected one device to the headphones, proceed as

follows to connect another device:

 Power off the headphones and deactivate the Bluetooth® function of the

first device.

 Power on the headphones again and connect to the second device. To do

this, follow the previous section “Connecting the headphones.“

 After making the connection, activate the Bluetooth® function of the first

device. The connection between the headphones and the first device is

made automatically.

Wired headphone use

As an alternative, you can also connect the headphones (A) to your audio

source using the supplied 1/8 in. (3.5 mm) auxiliary audio cable (C). To do

this, plug one end of the 1/8 in. (3.5 mm) auxiliary audio cable (C) into the

1/8 in. (3.5 mm) jack (9) and connect the other end to your audio source. In

wired use, the headphones act like headphones without Bluetooth® and can

also be used when the battery is drained. Now control the volume directly at

your audio source. In this mode, the buttons on the headphones (A) do not

work.

Wearing the headphones

To wear the headphones correctly, pay attention to the writing on the inside of

the headband (1) directly over the speaker (6): R = right, L = left. The buttons

and the LED (8) are on the right side.

You can change the size of the headband (1) by pulling the speaker (6) out of

the headband (1) a bit or pushing it back into the headband (1) again. This

ensures maximum wearing comfort.

Playing music

All the functions described in the following depend on the

functions provided by the cell phone or media player used.

Possibly, not all functions are supported.

You can hear music in the headphones once you have connected the

headphones to a smartphone or a music player. The following functions are

then available:

You can make calls with the headphones if you have connected the

headphones to a cell phone. You can use the following functions:

Deleting the connection list

The headphones save the devices last connected in a connection list. You can

delete this connection list as follows:

 Start the Pairing mode as described in the section “Connecting the

headphones.” The LED (8) flashes blue and orange alternately.

 Press the ▸ll button (2) briefly twice. The LED (8) stops flashing and the

connection list is deleted. A beep sounds and the LED lights up violet briefly.

 Now, the headphones are again in the Pairing mode and the LED (8) flashes

blue and orange alternately.

Before you give the headphones to another person, delete the

connection list so they cannot connect to your cell phone by

accident.

Transport or storage when not being used

If you are not going to use the

headphones (A) or you wish to

transport them, you can fold

them together to save space as

shown in the picture. To

maintain the capacity of the

battery, it should be recharged

regularly if you are going to

store it for a long time.

Troubleshooting

You cannot power on the headphones

 Charge the battery.

There is no beep when Bluetooth® connects

 Power on the headphones.

 Try to connect the headphones again to your device.

A Bluetooth® connection is not made

 Check whether the Bluetooth® function of your device is active.

 The distance between the headphones and your device is too large, get

closer.

 Remember that a Bluetooth connection is broken as soon as a 1/8 in. (3.5

mm) connector is plugged into the 1/8 in. (3.5 mm) jack (9).

Not all the functions described work

 All the functions described depend on the functions provided by the device

used.

Antes de usar

Recargar la batería

Antes de comenzar a usar el dispositivo, o si la batería incluida está agotada,

haga lo siguiente:

 Conecte el cable de recarga USB (B) al conector de recarga USB (7) y a un

puerto USB sin usar de su computadora cargada o a un adaptador de

corriente USB (no incluido).

 El LED (8) está anaranjado durante la recarga. Una vez que la batería está

completamente cargada, el LED (8) se cambia a azul

Cuando la carga de la batería esté baja, el LED (8) parpadea en anaranjado

una vez cada 20 segundos y suenan 4 pitidos al mismo tiempo.

Tome en cuenta que la batería alcanzará su capacidad plena

únicamente después de 4-5 ciclos completos de

carga/descarga.

Primer uso

Encendido/apagado de los audífonos

Presione el botón ▸ll (2) durante al menos 4 segundos para encender los

audífonos. El LED (8) ahora parpadea en anaranjado, indicando modo en

Espera. Cuando los audífonos se encienden por primera vez y nunca antes se

habían conectado a un dispositivo, el modo de Emparejamiento comienza

automáticamente. En modo de Emparejamiento, el LED (8) parpadea en azul y

anaranjado de manera alternada. Vea la siguiente sección para conectar su

dispositivo

Presione el botón ▸ll (2) durante aprox. 4 segundos para apagar los

audífonos de nuevo. El LED (8) ahora parpadea en anaranjado mientras se

apaga.

Conectar los audífonos

Proceda como sigue para conectar los audífonos a su dispositivo.

 Apague los audífonos.

 Presione el botón ▸ll (2) durante aprox. 6 segundos para iniciar el modo

Emparejar.

 El LED (8) parpadea en azul y anaranjado de manera alternada. Los

audífonos se encuentran en modo de Detección. En modo de Detección,

usted puede conectar un dispositivo compatible a los audífonos con la

función Bluetooth®.

 Ahora conecte su teléfono inteligente o reproductor de audio/medios a los

audífonos usando Bluetooth®. Para hacer esto, consulte el manual del

usuario de su teléfono inteligente o reproductor de medios. Seleccione el

dispositivo SBTH 4.1 A1 de la lista de dispositivos detectados y realice la

conexión. Si se le pide un PIN, ingrese “0000”.

Una vez hecha la conexión, el LED (8) parpadeará en azul brevemente una

vez cada 4 segundos. Tan pronto como su dispositivo sea apagado o se

encuentre fuera de alcance, los audífonos se pondrán en modo de Espera (no

conectados) y el LED (8) parpadeará en azul rápidamente.

Si desea conectar un dispositivo distinto a los audífonos, debe repetir el

proceso de emparejamiento antes descrito.

Tan pronto como el dispositivo previamente conectado esté dentro del alcance

de los audífonos, la conexión se efectúa automáticamente. En algunos casos,

usted debe confirmar la conexión en su dispositivo.

Conectar los audífonos a dos dispositivos

Bluetooth®

Puede conectar los audífonos a dos dispositivos Bluetooth® simultáneamente.

Si ya ha conectado un dispositivo a los audífonos, proceda de la siguiente

manera para conectar otro dispositivo:

 Apague los audífonos y desactive la función de Bluetooth® del primer

dispositivo.

 Encienda los audífonos de nuevo y conecte al segundo dispositivo. Para

hacer esto, siga la sección anterior “Conectar los audífonos“.

 Después de lograr la conexión, active la función de Bluetooth® en el

primer dispositivo. La conexión entre los audífonos y el primer dispositivo

se hace automáticamente.

Uso de audífonos con cable

Alternativamente, puede conectar los audífonos (A) a su fuente de audio

mediante el cable de audio auxiliar (C) de 1/8 in. (3.5 mm). Para hacer esto,

enchufe un extremo del cable de audio auxiliar (C) de 1/8in. (3.5 mm). en el

conector hembra (9) de 1/8 in. (3.5 mm) y conecte el otro extremo a su

fuente de audio. Cuando se usan con cable, los audífonos actúan como

audífonos sin Bluetooth y pueden usarse así cuando la batería esté agotada.

Ahora controle el volumen directamente desde su fuente de audio. En este

modo, los botones de los audífonos (A) no funcionan.

Portar los audífonos

Para portar los audífonos correctamente, ponga atención a las letras en el

interior de la diadema (1) directamente sobre el altavoz (6): R = derecho, L=

izquierdo. Los botones y el LED (8) están en el lado derecho.

Puede cambiar el tamaño de la diadema (1) retirando el altavoz(6) de la

diadema (1) un poco o insertándolo en la diadema (1) de nuevo. Esto

asegura la máxima comodidad.

Reproducción de música

Todas las funciones descritas a continuación dependen de las

funciones proporcionadas por el teléfono celular o el

reproductor de medios empleado. Es posible que no todas las

funciones sean soportadas.

Puede escuchar música por medio de los audífonos una vez conectados a un

teléfono inteligente o reproductor de música. Las siguientes funciones están

Eliminar la lista de conexiones

Los audífonos guardan los últimos dispositivos con los que se conectaron en

una lista de conexiones. Puede eliminar esta lista de conexiones de la siguiente

manera:

 Inicie el modo de Emparejamiento como se describe en la sección

“Conectar los audífonos”. El LED (8) parpadea en azul y anaranjado de

manera alternada.

 Presione el botón ▸ll (2) brevemente dos veces. El LED (8) deja de

parpadear y la lista de conexiones es eliminada. Suena un pitido y el LED se

enciende en violeta brevemente.

 Ahora, los audífonos se encuentran de nuevo en modo de Emparejamiento y

el LED (8) parpadea en azul y anaranjado de manera alternada.

Antes de darle los audífonos a otra persona, elimine la lista de

conexiones para que no puedan conectarse a su celular

accidentalmente.

Transporte o almacenamiento cuando no estén en

uso

Si no va a usar los audífonos

(A) o desea transportarlos, los

No puede encender los audífonos

 Recargue la batería.

No se oye el pitido cuando se conecta el Bluetooth®

 Encienda los audífonos.

 Intente conectar los audífonos a su dispositivo de nuevo.

No se conecta el Bluetooth®

 Verifique si la función de Bluetooth® de su dispositivo está activa.

 La distancia entre los audífonos y su dispositivo es demasiado grande;

acérquese.

 Recuerde que una conexión por Bluetooth se rompe tan pronto como se

enchufa un conector macho de 1/8 in. (3.5 mm) en el conector hembra

(9) de 1/8 in. (3.5 mm).
