Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the UPRIGHTS (D). 1N Using your hammer, tap four TACK GLIDES (12E) into the bottom edges of the ENDS (A and B). Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. å To make adjustments to the drawer, loosen the SCREWS in the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS, make needed adjustments, and tighten the SCREWS. å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the remaining METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the UPRIGHTS (D). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELF (R) onto the METAL PINS. å å å Using your hammer, gently tap a CAM COVER (12P) onto each HIDDEN CAM in the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (D). Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE sont à fleur du chant de l’ENTRETOISE DE TABLETTE. Enfoncer trente-quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), les MONTANTS (C3 et D), les PANNEAUX (G2, H2 et I2), la TABLETTE (L) et les ENTRETOISES (M, N et M67). Ensuite, insérer une CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE. Fixer l'ENTRETOISE DE TABLETTE (M) à la TABLETTE (L). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). ÉTAPE 2 IMPORTANT : La tête de lit peut être fixée à l’une ou l’autre extrémité du Lit avec rangement. Dans les étapes suivantes, assembler l’unité selon l’option choisie. ÉTAPE 7 Fixer les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) au DESSUS (J), à la TABLETTE (L) et à l'ENTRETOISE DE TABLETTE (M). Serrer douze EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer deux CONSOLES EN MÉTAL (4G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES sont à fleur des chants des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). ÉTAPE 3 Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT DROITE (35GA) et l'ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE (35GB) à la TÊTE DE LIT (E) et PIED DE LIT (F). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S). ÉTAPE 4 Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT DROITE (35GA) et l'ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE (35GB) au MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (C3). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S). ÉTAPE 8 Placer, avec précaution, l'élément sur ses chants avant. Insérer deux GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans l'ENTRETOISE INFÉRIEURE (N). Fixer l'ENTRETOISE INFÉRIEURE (N) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL situées sur l'ENTRETOISE INFÉRIEURE dans les trous dans les EXTRÉMITÉS. ÉTAPE 5 Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'effondrer. Fixer les MONTANTS (D) au DESSUS (J). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer la TABLETTE (L) aux MONTANTS (D). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 48 mm NOIRES (2S). Attention: Risque des dégâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques Escamotables doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables que ne sont pas serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour serrer à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable de 210 degrés. ÉTAPE 9 Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'effondrer. Placer l'ARRIÈRE (X) sur l'élément. Veiller à avoir des marges égales le long des quatre chants de l'ARRIÈRE (X). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de l'élément pour s'assurer d'être « d'équerre ». Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (X) à l'élément à l'aide des CLOUS (1N). REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les trous qui sont alignés au-dessus des MONTANTS (D). REMARQUE : Des lignes perforées ont été prévues pour accéder facilement à l'ARRIÈRE. Découper avec précaution les trous nécessaires. À l'aide d'un marteau, enfoncer quatre PATINS (12E) dans les chants inférieurs des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Fixer le PIED DE LIT (F) aux PANNEAUX AVANT (G2 et H2) et au PANNEAU ARRIÈRE (I2). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. REMARQUE : S’assurer de bien insérer la GOUPILLE EN MÉTAL du PIED DE LIT dans le trou du PANNEAU AVANT INFÉRIEUR. ÉTAPE 11 Fixer les SUPPORTS INFÉRIEURS (B2) à la TÊTE DE LIT (E) et au PIED DE LIT (F). Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE PLATE 28 mm ARGENTÉES (10S). Insérer une GOUPILLE EN MÉTAL (1R) dans chaque TÊTE DE LIT (E) et PIED DE LIT (F). ÉTAPE 12 ÉTAPE 16 Fixer les CONSOLES (1G) aux SUPPORTS INFÉRIEURS (B2), MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (C3) et aux PANNEAUX (G2, H2 et I2). Utiliser douze VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). ÉTAPE 17 Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Fixer le PANNEAU ARRIÈRE (I2) sur la TÊTE DE LIT (E). Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer la TÊTE DE LIT (E) à l’ENTRETOISE INFÉRIEURE (N). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 28 mm ARGENTÉES (10S). Fixer le MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (C3) au PANNEAU ARRIÈRE (I2). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer la TÊTE DE LIT (E) aux CONSOLES EN MÉTAL sur les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). ÉTAPE 18 REMARQUE : Suivre les étapes 13 à 16 pour la Tête de lit sur la droite. REMARQUE : Suivre les étapes 17 à 20 pour la Tête de lit sur la gauche. Fixer les DESSOUS (A2) aux SUPPORTS INFÉRIEURS (B2), au MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (C3) et aux LATTES (J2). Utiliser dix VIS TÊTE PLATE 41 mm MARRON (55S). ÉTAPE 25 ÉTAPE 22 Fixer un TIROIR DROIT (35GC) et un TIROIR GAUCHE (35GD) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D44 et D45). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S). À l'aide du marteau, taper délicatement douze GOUPILLES DE SUPPORT (4R) dans les trous centraux des DEVANTS DE TIROIR (S et T) et des ARRIÈRES DE TIROIR (D476). Faire glisser le SÉPARATEUR DE TIROIR (D453) dans les GOUPILLES DE SUPPORT sur le DEVANT DE TIROIR DROIT (T) et l’ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D476). ÉTAPE 23 Séparer les CONSOLES DE DEVANT DE TIROIR (8G) et les enfiler dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D44 et D45). Il est peutêtre nécessaire de les enfoncer délicatement à l'aide d'un marteau. REMARQUE : Les CONSOLES DE DEVANT DE TIROIR ont l'inscription "RH" (Droite) et l'inscription "LH" (Gauche) pour faciliter leur identification. Fixer le DEVANT DE TIROIR DROIT (T) aux CONSOLES DE DEVANT DE TIROIR (8G). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). REMARQUE : Le DEVANT DE TIROIR DROIT comporte un trou de repère. Ce DEVANT DE TIROIR sera toujours positionné sur la droite du Lit avec rangement. Enfiler le FOND DE TIROIR (B19) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D44 et D45) et du DEVANT DE TIROIR DROIT (T). Répéter cette étape pour l'autre tiroir en utilisant le DEVANT DE TIROIR GAUCHE (S). Répéter cette étape pour l'autre tiroir. ÉTAPE 26 Pour insérer les tiroirs dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du tiroir et faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière les roulettes situées sur l'élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et l'enfiler dans l'élément. Pour ajuster le tiroir, desserrer les VIS dans les SUPPORTS DE DEVANT DE TIROIR, ajuster et serrer les VIS. Enfoncer les MANCHONS EN CAOUTCHOUC (2R) sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) restantes. Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL dans les trous choisis dans les MONTANTS (D). Poser la TABLETTE RÉGLABLE (R) sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL. Enfoncer les COUVERCLES D'EXCENTRIQUE (12P) sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE visible dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et les MONTANTS (D). Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN (D476) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D44 y D45) y a la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN (M67). Utilice cinco TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S). Utilizando su martillo, con pequeños golpes suavemente introduzca doce PASADORES DE APOYO (4R) en los agujeros de centro en las CARAS DE CAJÓN (S y T) y en los DORSOS DE CAJÓN (D476). Repita este paso para el otro CAJÓN. PASO 23 Fije un CAJÓN DERECHO (35GC) y un CAJÓN IZQUIERDO (35GD) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D44 y D45). Separe las MÉNSULAS DE CARA DE CAJÓN (8G) y deslícelas dentro de las ranuras de los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D44 y D45). Puede ser necesario que las clave ligeramente adentro con un martillo. Deslice un DIVISOR DE CAJÓN (D453) en los PASADORES DE APOYO en la CARA DERECHA DEL CAJÓN (T) y en el DORSO DE CAJÓN (D476). Fije la CARA DERECHA DE CAJÓN (T) a las MÉNSULAS DE CARA DE CAJÓN (8G). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S). NOTA : La CARA DERECHA DEL CAJÓN tiene un agujero ubicador.
