ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD
-JOCCA no se responsabilizará de las posibles consecuencias
derivadas de un uso inadecuado del producto, u otro uso que no
estuviera descrito en este manual.
-Antes de utilizar el producto por primera vez, desembale el
producto y compruebe que está en perfecto estado. De no ser
así, no utilice el aparato y diríjase a JOCCA ya que la garantía
cubre cualquier daño de origen o defecto de fabricación.
-Este producto solo está indicado para un uso doméstico. No
utilizar el aparato en la intemperie. No deje el aparato bajo la
exposición de agentes climáticos como la lluvia, nieve, sol, etc.
que puedan deteriorar su funcionamiento.
-Este aparato pueden utilizarlo niños con edad de 8 años y
superior y personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o
mentales reducidas o falta de experiencia y conocimiento, si
se les ha dado la supervisión o instrucción apropiadas respecto
al uso del aparato de una manera segura y comprenden los
peligros que implica. Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. La
limpieza y el mantenimiento a realizar por el usuario no deben
realizarlos los niños a menos que sean mayores de 8 años y
estén bajo supervisión.
-Mantener el aparato y su cable fuera del alcance de los niños
menores de 8 años.
-Los niños deben ser supervisados para asegurar que no juegan
con el aparato.
-Antes de conectar el aparato a la red eléctrica compruebe
que el cable y el enchufe están en perfecto estado, además
compruebe que la tensión indicada en el aparato es válida para
su instalación eléctrica.
-Si detecta que el cable de alimentación o el enchufe están
dañados, no utilice el aparato ni intente sustituir el cable. Vaya
directamente al servicio técnico autorizado de JOCCA donde se
lo reemplazarán correctamente.
-Nunca deje el cable del aparato colgando.
-No sumerja el aparato en agua u otro líquido.
-Para desenchufar el aparato de la red eléctrica no tire del cable,
tire siempre del enchufe.
-Si su aparato ha sufrido una caída o bien ha caído en agua u

otro líquido no utilice el aparato ni intente repararlo. Llévelo al
servicio técnico de JOCCA.
-Para su seguridad y mejor funcionamiento del aparato utilice
siempre accesorios y repuestos de JOCCA.
-No mover el aparato cuando este está en funcionamiento.
-Utilizar el aparato en una superficie plana.
-Desenrolle completamente el cable de alimentación para evitar
sobrecalentamiento.
-Este aparato sólo se desconectará totalmente cuando se
desenchufe de la red eléctrica.
-ATENCIÓN: Apague la máquina y desenchufe el adaptador en
los siguientes casos:
*Mientras realice alguna actividad como enhebrar, cambiar la
aguja o cambiar la canilla.
*Mientras cambie piezas o confeccione la tela.
*Si termina de utilizarla.
*Durante un corte de la corriente eléctrica.
-Cuando utilice esta máquina preste mucha atención a la aguja y
a la ruleta de mano, nunca empuje la canilla o la aguja.
-Siempre que manipule la ruleta de control de la aguja (m), gire
en sentido marcado por las flechas (antihorarios) y nunca lo
fuerce, puede llegar a romper la aguja.
ADVERTENCIAS DE PILAS:
-Quite la pila del emplazamiento, si no va a utilizar el aparato
durante un largo periodo de tiempo.
-Recuerde que las pilas o baterías deben depositarse en
contenedores especializados para recogida de pilas.
-Si desea deshacerse del producto no olvide retirar las pilas o
baterías del aparato.
-Si la pila o batería tiene algún tipo de fuga no la manipule
nunca directamente con las manos.
-Cambie la pila cuando ésta esté gastada.
-Solamente pueden utilizarse pilas del mismo modelo o
equivalente a las recomendadas.
-La pila tiene que ser colocada de acuerdo con la correcta
polaridad indicada.
-No coloque nunca el compartimento para pilas cerca de fuego
o de una fuente de calor.
-No tire las pilas al fuego ni coloque la unidad de control al sol.
-No mezclar pilas nuevas con pilas ya usadas o viejas.
MODO DE EMPLEO
¡Advertencia! Antes de usar la máquina.
-Asegúrese de que el botón está en posición O. Inserte las pilas
en la parte inferior de la máquina con la polaridad correcta que
marca la misma y en la posición que indica, o bien conecte el
adaptador AC/DC a su entrada correspondiente y, posteriormente,
a la red.
-Conecte el pedal de control en la entrada situada en la parte
posterior de la máquina.
Indicaciones a tener en cuenta:
-Para utilizar la máquina se utilizará o bien el pedal de control o
el botón de encendido.
NOTA: Desconecte y apague siempre la máquina cuando no la
vaya a utilizar.
CÓMO ENHEBRAR EL HILO SUPERIOR (fig1)
-Suba la palanca elevadora del prensatelas y eleve la aguja
girando la ruleta de control siguiendo la flecha indicada en la
misma. Siga las siguientes instrucciones:
1.- Coloque la canilla (n).
2.- Deslice el hilo por la guía 3 (o).
3.- Pase el hilo por la ruleta de tensión (q).
4.- Deslice el hilo por la guía 4 (s).
5.- Pase el hilo por el agujero de la barra para estirar (r).
6.- Pase el hilo por la guía 1 (a) y por la guía 2 (c).
7.- Pase el hilo por el ojo de la aguja (d) desde el frente hacia
atrás, con ayuda del enhebrador.
COLOCACIÓN DE LA CANILLA INFERIOR
1.- Sujete, con la mano izquierda, el final del hilo dejando fuera
unos 8 cm.
2.- Introduzca el enhebrador hacia abajo por la muesca central
del plato (fig2). Pase el hilo entre los alambres del enhebrador y
tire para sacar el hilo por la muesca.

3.- Introduzca la canilla. El hilo tiene que vaciarse en el sentido
de las agujas del reloj.
4.- Deje unos 10 cm de hilo fuera de la parte de arriba de la
canilla hacia el prensa-telas.
5.- Cubra la canilla con su tapa.
CÓMO COMENZAR A COSER
1.- Levante la aguja girando la ruleta de control en dirección
de las agujas del reloj. Levante la palanca elevadora del
prensatelas.
2.- Asegúrese de que los 2 extremos del hilo estén colocados
hacia atrás de la aguja por lo menos 10 cm.
3.- Coloque la tela, sujétela con el prensa-telas y baje la aguja
manualmente.
4.- Pise el pedal o presione el botón de encendido hasta la
posición I y comience a coser. Deslice la tela con la mano. Hágalo
despacio durante las primeras puntadas.
Si mientras está cosiendo, utilizando tanto el pedal como a
través del botón de encendido, necesita modificar la velocidad
de cosido, presione el botón de control de velocidad: posición I,
velocidad normal y posición II para velocidad rápida.
5.- Para parar de coser, deje de presionar el pedal o ponga el
botón de encendido en la posición O.
IMPORTANTE:
Al terminar de coser, suba manualmente la aguja, de esta manera
no se doblará al sacar la tela, levante el prensatelas y retire su
prenda. Después corte ambos hilos a 10 cm. de largo.
CÓMO AJUSTAR LA TENSION DEL HILO
-Revise, en una costura, si el hilo inferior y superior tiene la
misma tensión y si ésta es lo suficientemente fuerte para cerrar
ambos hilos en el centro.
-Si el hilo superior está demasiado apretado, el hilo de canilla
aparecerá en la parte superior del tejido. Para ello, afloje la
tensión del hilo de la aguja.
-Si el hilo superior está demasiado flojo, el hilo de la aguja
aparece en la parte inferior del tejido. Para corregirlo, apriete
la tensión del hilo.
ENROLLADO DE LA CANILLA INFERIOR
1.- Deslice la tapa y extraiga la canilla vacía.
2.- Saque el perno para enrollar canillas (l) girando en sentido
contrario a las agujas del reloj.
3.- Levante el perno plegable (p) e inserte una bobina de hilo.
4.- Inserte el hilo por el agujero pequeño de la canilla desde
dentro y saque unos 8 cm de hilo hacia fuera del agujero.
5.- Sujete fuertemente el final del hilo y presione el botón de
encendido o pise el pedal de control. Pare una vez que haya
dado varias vueltas.
6.- Corte el final del hilo con tijeras en la parte superior de
la canilla y luego continúe con el llenado hasta que se haya
enrollado la cantidad de hilo deseada.
7.- Corte el hilo a unos 8 cm de la canilla. Extraiga la canilla de
hilo del perno.
8.- Guarde el perno rebobinador y el perno largo en su sitio.
CAMBIO DE AGUJA
1.- Eleve la aguja hasta su posición máxima haciendo girar la
ruleta de control con el prensatelas en su posición más baja.
2.- Sosténgala y suelte el tornillo de ajuste de la aguja. Saque
la aguja.
3.- Introduzca la aguja nueva en el soporte con la parte plana
hacia el lateral de la máquina asegurándose primero que el ojo
de la aguja está mirando a la parte delantera de la máquina. No
se olvide de empujar la aguja hacia arriba mientras la coloca en
el soporte antes de ajustar el tornillo.
4.- Apriete firmemente el tornillo de ajuste de la aguja.
LIMPIEZA Y ALMACENAMIENTO
-Para un correcto funcionamiento, la máquina requiere una
regular limpieza y engrase.
IMPORTANTE: Antes de proceder a su limpieza, asegúrese que
el aparato está desconectado de la red eléctrica, o bien, no
contenga pilas en su interior.
-Utilice un trapo para limpiar la máquina y para eliminar el aceite
sobrante. No utilice lubricantes que sean disolventes, detergentes
abrasivos ni productos que puedan dañar el aparato.
-Use aceite especifico para máquinas de coser (otro tipo de

aceites podría dañarla). Ponga una gota donde se produzca la
fricción.
-NUNCA SUMERJA EL APARATO EN AGUA U OTRO LÍQUIDO.
PROBLEMAS MÁS FRECUENTES
1. El hilo superior no está bien enhebrado.
2. El pedal de control no está en conectado a su entrada correspondiente.
3. La aguja no está bien introducida en su soporte.
4. El ojo de la aguja no mira hacia la parte delantera de la
máquina.
5. La aguja está doblada.
6. El hilo inferior no está bien enhebrado o se ha roto.
7. Se está utilizando una canilla inferior de un tamaño erróneo.
8. La tensión del hilo no es la correcta.
9. La canilla inferior y su soporte no están en la posición correcta,
por lo que el soporte está bloqueado y no gira en el sentido de
las agujas del reloj.

-Estas instruções são muito importantes. Leia atentamente este
manual de instruções antes de utilizar o aparelho, e guarde-o à
mão para posteriores consultas.
-A JOCCA não se responsabiliza por uma utilização inadequada
do produto, ou qualquer outra utilização que não esteja descrita
neste manual.
-Antes de utilizar o aparelho pela primeira vez, desembale o
produto e verifique que está em perfeito estado. Caso contrário,
não utilize o aparelho e dirija-se à JOCCA, visto que a garantia
cobre qualquer dano de origem ou defeito de fabrico.
-Este produto só está indicado para uso doméstico. Não utilize o
aparelho à intempérie. Não deixe o aparelho exposto a agentes
climáticos como chuva, neve, sol, etc.
-Este aparelho pode ser utilizado por crianças com idade de 8
anos e superior e pessoas com capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou
mentais reduzidas ou falta de experiência e conhecimento, se
lhes foi dada a supervisão ou instrução apropriadas relativamente
ao uso do aparelho de uma maneira segura e compreendem
os perigos que envolve. As crianças não devem brincar com o
aparelho. A limpeza e a manutenção a realizar pelo utilizador
não devem ser realizadas pelas crianças, a menos que sejam
maiores de 8 anos e estejam sob supervisão.
-Manter o aparelho e o seu cabo fora do alcance das crianças
menores de 8 anos.
-Antes de ligar o aparelho à rede eléctrica, verifique que o cabo
e a ficha estão em perfeito estado. Além disso, verifique se a
tensão indicada no aparelho é válida para a sua instalação
eléctrica.
-Se detectar que o cabo de alimentação ou a ficha estão
danificados, não utilize o aparelho, nem tente substitui-los por si
próprio. Dirija-se directamente ao serviço técnico autorizado de
JOCCA onde os podem substituir correctamente.
-Nunca deixe o cabo do aparelho pendurado.
-Não meta o aparelho nem nenhuma parte do mesmo dentro de
água ou outro líquido.
-Para desligar o aparelho da rede eléctrica, não puxe o cabo,
puxe sempre a ficha.
-Se o seu aparelho sofreu uma queda ou então caiu água ou
outro líquido em cima dele, não o utilize nem tente repará-lo.
Leve-o ao serviço técnico da JOCCA.
-Para sua segurança e um melhor funcionamento do aparelho,
utilize sempre acessórios e peças sobresselentes da JOCCA.
-Utilize sempre o adaptador de corrente AC/DC que é fornecido
com o aparelho, nunca tente utilizá-lo com um outro qualquer,
embora pareça de similares características.
-Não movimente o aparelho quando este estiver a funcionar.
-Utilize o aparelho numa superfície plana.
-Desenrole completamente o cabo de alimentação para evitar o
sobreaquecimento.
-Este aparelho só se desliga completamente quando é desligado
da rede eléctrica.
-ATENÇÃO: Desligue a máquina e desligue o adaptador nos
seguintes casos:
*Quando realizar alguma actividade como enfiar, substituir a
agulha ou a bobina.
*Quando mudar peças ou confeccionar o tecido.
*Se terminar de a utilizar.
*Durante um corte de corrente eléctrica.
-Quando utilizar esta máquina preste muita atenção à agulha e
à roleta de mão, nunca empurre a bobina ou a agulha.
-Sempre que manipule a roleta de controle da agulha (m), gire
em sentido marcado pelas flechas (antihorarios) e nunca o force,
pode chegar a romper a agulha.
ADVERTÊNCIAS DAS PILHAS:
- Retire a pilha do compartimento se não for utilizar o aparelho
durante um longo período de tempo.
- Recorde que as pilhas ou baterias devem ser depositadas em
contentores especializados para recolha de pilhas.
- Se quiser desfazer-se do produto, não se esqueça de retirar as
pilhas ou baterias do aparelho.
- Se a pilha ou bateria tiver algum tipo de fuga, nunca a manipule
diretamente com as mãos.
- Troque a pilha quando esta estiver gasta.
- Só se podem utilizar pilhas do mesmo modelo ou equivalente
às recomendadas.

- A pilha deve ser colocada de acordo com a polaridade
indicada.
- Nunca coloque o compartimento das pilhas perto do fogo ou
de uma fonte de calor.
- Não deite as pilhas ao fogo nem coloque a unidade de controlo
ao sol.
- Não misturar pilhas novas com pilhas já usadas ou velhas.
MODO DE UTILIZAÇÃO
Advertência! Antes de usar a máquina.
-Assegure-se de que o botão está em posição O. Inserir as pilhas
na parte inferior da máquina com a polaridade correcta que
marca a mesma e na posição que se indica na imagem ou bem
ligue o adaptador AC/DC à sua entrada correspondente e
posteriormente à rede.
-Ligue o pedal de controlo na entrada situada na parte posterior
da máquina.
Indicações a ter em conta:
Para utilizar a máquina utilizar o pedal de controlo ou o botão
de ligação.
NOTA: Desligue sempre a máquina quando não a utilizar.
COMO ENFIAR A LINHA SUPERIOR (fig1)
-Suba a alavanca elevadora do prensa-tecidos e eleve a agulha
girando a roleta de controlo seguindo a seta indicada na
mesma.
Siga as seguintes instruções:
1.- Puxe da cavilha para a bobina e coloque-a (n).
2.- Deslize a linha pela guia 3 (o).
3.- Passe a linha pela roleta de tensão (q).
4.- Deslize a linha pela guia 4 (s).
5.- Passe a linha pelo buraco da barra para esticar (r).
6.- Passe a linha pela guia 1(a) e pela guia 2 (c).
7.- Passe a linha pelo buraco da agulha (d) da frente para trás.
COLOCAÇÃO DA BOBINA INFERIOR
1.- Segure, com a mão esquerda, o final da linha deixando fora
uns 8 cm.
2.- Introduza o enfiador para baixo pelo encaixe central do prato
(fig2). Passe a linha entre os arames do enfiador e puxe para
tirar a linha pelo encaixe.
3.- Introduza a bobina. A linha tem que se esvaziar no sentido
dos ponteiros do relógio.
4.- Deixe uns 10 cm de linha fora da parte de cima da bobina
para o prensa-tecidos.
5.- Cubra a bobina com a sua tampa.
COMO COMEÇAR A COSTURAR
1.- Levante a agulha girando a roleta de controlo na direcção
dos ponteiros do relógio. Levante a alavanca elevadora do
prensatecidos.
2.- Assegure-se de que os 2 extremos da linha estejam colocados
para atrás da agulha pelo menos 10 cm.
3.- Coloque o tecido, segure-o com o prensa-tecidos e baixe a
agulha manualmente.
4.- Pise o pedal ou pressione o botão de ligação até à posição I
e comece a costurar. Deslize o tecido com a mão. Faça-o devagar
durante as primeiras pontadas.
Para variar a velocidade de costurado, tanto usando o pedal como
o botão de acendido, pulse o botão de controle de velocidade,
na posicion I para velocidade normal ou em posição II se deseja
maior rapidez.
5.- Para parar de costurar, deixe de pressionar o pedal ou ponha
o botão de acendido na posição O.
IMPORTANTE: Ao terminar de costurar, suba manualmente a
agulha, desta maneira não se dobrará ao tirar o tecido. Levante
o prensa-tecidos e retire a peça de roupa. Depois, corte ambas a
linhas a 10 cm. de comprimento.
COMO AJUSTAR A TENSÃO DA LINHA
-Revise se a linha inferior e superior têm a mesma tensão e se
esta é suficientemente forte para fechar ambas as linhas no
centro.

14-PT
-Se a linha superior estiver demasiado apertada, a linha de
bobina aparecerá na parte superior do tecido. Para isso, afrouxe
a tensãoda linha da agulha.
-Se a linha superior estiver demasiado frouxa, a linha da agulha
aparece na parte inferior do tecido. Para o corrigir, aperte a
tensão da linha.
ENROLAMENTO DA BOBINA INFERIOR
1.- Deslize a tampa transparente e tire a bobina vazia.
2.- Saque o perno para enrolar bobinas (l) girando em sentido
contrário dos ponteiros do relógio.
3.- Levante o perno dobrável (p) e insira uma bobina de linha.
4.- Insira o linha pelo buraco pequeno da bobina desde dentro e
saque uns 8 cm da linha para fora do buraco.
5.- Sujeite fortemente o final da linha e pressione o botão de
acendido ou pise o pedal de controlo. Pare quando já tiver dado
varias voltas.
6.- Corte o final da linha com a tesoura na parte superior da
bobina e depois continue com o enchimento até que se tenha
enrolado a quantidade de linha desejada.
7.- Corte a linha a uns 8 cm da bobina. Tire a bobina de linha
do perno.
8.- Guarde o perno rebobinador e o perno comprido no seu
lugar.
MUDANÇA DE AGULHA
1.- Eleve a agulha até à sua posição máxima fazendo girar a
roleta de controlo com o prensa-tecidos na sua posição mais
baixa.
2.- Segure-a e solte o parafuso de ajuste da agulha. Tire a
agulha.
3.- Introduza a agulha nova no suporte com a parte plana para o
lateral da máquina assegurando-se primeiro de que o buraco da
agulha está orientado para a parte dianteira da máquina. Não
se esqueça de empurrar a agulha para cima enquanto a coloca
no suporte antes de ajustar o parafuso.
4.- Aperte firmemente o parafuso de ajuste da agulha.
LIMPEZA E ARMAZENAMENTO
-Para um correcto funcionamento, a máquina requer uma regular
limpeza e engorduramento.
IMPORTANTE: Antes de proceder à sua limpeza, assegure-se
de que o aparelho está desligado da rede eléctrica, ou bem, que
não contenha pilhas no interior.

unplugged from the mains.
WARNING: Switch off the machine and unplug the adaptor in
the following cases:
*When carrying out any activity such as threading, changing the
needle or changing the bobbin.
*While changing parts or while sewing.
*When you finish using it.
*During a power cut.
-When using the machine, pay special attention to the needle
and to the balance wheel, never push the bobbin or the needle.
-Alwayst that manipulates the needle of the roulette of control
(m), turns in sense marked by the arrows (antischedules) and
never force it, the needle could be broken.
WARNING ABOUT THE BATTERIES:
-Remove the battery from its compartment, if you are not going
to use the device for a long period of time.
-Remember that batteries must be deposited in the specialized
containers for battery collection.
-If you want to throw out the device, always remove the batteries
before doing it.
-If the battery has some kind of leak never handle it with bare

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Warning! Before using the machine.
-Make sure that the button is in the O position. Insert the batteries
in the lower part of the machine in the correct position and in the
position indicated in the picture or connect the AC/DC adaptor in
its corresponding socket and then to the power supply.
-Connect the control pedal in the socket in the lower part of the
machine.
Indications to take into account:
-To use the machine either the control pedal or the ON switch
can be used.
NOTE: Always disconnect and switch off the machine when not
in use.
HOW TO THREAD THE TOP THREAD (fig1)
-Lift up the presser foot lever and lift the needle by turning the
balance wheel following the arrow indicated on the same. Follow
the following instructions:
1.- Lift the bobbin pin and put it in place (n).
2.- Pull the thread through guide 3 (o).
3.- Lead the thread through the tension disc (q).
4.- Pull the thread through guide 4 (s).
5.- Lead the thread through the hole in the bar to tighten (r).
6.- Lead the thread through guides 1 (a) and 2 (c).
7.- Lead the thread through the eye of the needle (d) from front
to back.
PUTTING THE LOWER BOBBIN IN PLACE
1.- With your left hand, hold the end of the thread leaving about
8 cm outside.
2.- Pull the threader downwards by the central plate groove
(fig2). Lead the thread between the wires of the threader and
pull to take the thread out by the groove.
3.- Put the bobbin in place. The thread has to be lead clockwise.
4.- Leave out about 10 cm of thread on the top part of the bobbin
towards the presser foot.
5.- Cover the bobbin with its lid.
HOW TO START SEWING
1.- Lift the needle by turning the balance wheel clockwise. Lift up
the presser foot.
2.- Make sure that the two ends of the thread are placed needle
backwards at least 10 cm.
3.- Put the garment in place, hold it down with the presser foot
and lower the needle manually.
4.- Press the pedal or press the O/I button until I position and
start sewing. Slide the garment with your hand. Do it slowly for
the first few stitches. If, while sewing, by using either the pedal
or through the On button, you need to modify the sewing speed,
press the speed control button: I position, normal speed and II
position, faster speed.
5.- To stop sewing, either stop pressing the pedal or place the on
button in O position.
IMPORTANT:
When finishing, lift up the needle manually, and in this way it will
not bend when taking the garment out; lift up the presser foot
and withdraw the garment. Then cut both threads at 10 cm. in
length.
HOW TO ADJUST THE THREAD TENSION
-Revise if the lower thread and the top one have the same tension
and if this tension is strong enough to close both threads in the
centre.
-If the top thread is too tight, the bobbin thread will be in the top
part of the garment. For this, slacken the needle thread tension.
-If the top thread is too loose, the needle thread will be on the
lower part of the garment. To correct this, tighten the thread.
WINDING THE LOWER BOBBIN
1.- Slide back the lid and extract the empty bobbin.
2.- Adjust the rewinding spindle in the hole for the winding of the
bobbin (l). Turn counter-clockwise.
3.- Lift up the foldable spindle (p) and insert a thread bobbin.

4.- Insert the thread through the small bobbin hole from the
inside and take out about 8 cm of thread.
5.- Hold the end of the thread tight and press the ON button or
the control pedal. Stop once it has gone around a few times.
6.- Cut the end of the thread with scissors in the top part of the
bobbin and then continue with the winding until the amount of
thread desired is wound.
7.- Cut the thread at about 8 cm from the bobbin. Extract the
thread bobbin from the spindle.
8.- Put away the spindle rewinder and put the long spindle in its
place.
NEEDLE CHANGE
1.- Lift up the needle to its maximum position by turning the
balance wheel with the presser foot in its lowest position.
2.- Hold it and release the screw that adjusts the needle. Remove
the needle.
3.- Put the new needle in the support with the flat part to the
side of the machine making sure that the needle eye is facing
the front of the machine. Do not try to push the needle upwards
whilst placing it in the support before adjusting the screw.
4.- Tight the needle adjustment screw.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
-For correct operation, the machine requires regular cleaning
and greasing.
IMPORTANT: Before cleaning, make sure the machine is
disconnected from the mains and that it does not have any
batteries inside.
-Use a cloth to clean the machine and remove any surplus oil.
-Do not use lubricants such as solvents, abrasive detergents or
products that may damage the machine.
-Use specific oil for sewing machines (any other type of oil could
damage it). Oil with one drop where there is friction.
-NEVER SUBMERGE THE MACHINE IN WATER OR IN ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
FREQUENT PROBLEMS
1. The top thread is not properly threaded.
2. The control pedal is not connected to its corresponding socket.
3. The needle is not correctly placed in its support.
4. The needle eye is not facing the front part of the machine.
5. The needle is bent.
6. The lower thread is not properly threaded or is broken.
7. An incorrect sized lower bobbin is being used.
8. The thread tension is not correct.
9. The lower bobbin and its support are not in the correct position,
so the support is blocked and does not turn clockwise.

-Pour votre sécurité et un meilleur fonctionnement de l’appareil
utilisez toujours des accessoires et des rechanges de JOCCA.
-Ne pas déplacer l’appareil quand ce il est en fonctionnement.
-Utiliser l’appareil sur une surface stable.
-Déroulez complètement le câble d’alimentation pour éviter
toute surchauffe.
-Cet appareil sera déconnecté totalement quand il sera débranché
du réseau électrique.
-ATTENTION: Éteignez la machine et débranchez l’adaptateur
dans les cas suivants :
*Pendant que vous effectuez une certaine activité comme enfiler
l’aiguille, changer l’aiguille ou changer la canette.
*lorsque vous changez des pièces ou confectionnez la toile.
*Si vous avez fini de l’utiliser.
*Durant une coupure de courant électrique.
-Quand vous utiliserez cette machine vous ferez attention à
l’aiguille et à la roue à main, ne poussez jamais la cannette ou
l’aiguille.
-Chaque fois que j’ai manipulé la roulette de contrôle de
l’aiguille (m), j’ai tourné dans un sens marqué par les flèches
(des antihoraires) et ne forcez-cela jamais, il peut arriver à casser
l’aiguille.
AVERTISSEMENT POUR LES PILES: Enlevez la pile de
l’emplacement si vous n’allez pas utiliser l’appareil pendant une
longue période.
- Rappelez vous que les piles ou batteries doivent être jetées dans
des conteneurs spéciaux pour leur ramassage.
- Si vous souhaitez défaire le produit, n’oubliez pas d’enlever les
piles et batteries de l’appareil.
- Si la pile ou batterie a une fuite, ne la manipuler surtout pas
directement avec les mains.
- Changez les piles dès qu’elles sont usées.
- Vous pouvez seulement utiliser des piles du même modèles ou
équivalentes à celle recommandées.
- La pile doit être placée dans le sens de la polarité adéquate.
- Ne placez jamais le compartiment pour piles à proximité du feu
ou d’une source de chaleur.
- Ne jetez pas les piles dans le feu et ne placez pas non plus
l’unité de contrôle au soleil.
- Ne mélangez pas les piles neuves avec les piles usagées.
MODE D’EMPLOI
Avertissement! Avant d’utiliser la machine.
-Assurez-vous que le bouton soit en position O. Insérez les piles
dans la partie inférieure de la machine avec la polarité correcte
et dans la position indiquée ou bien reliez l’adaptateur AC/DC
à son entrée correspondant et, postérieurement au courant (non
inclus).
-Branchez la pédale de contrôle dans l’entrée située dans la
partie postérieure de la machine.
Indications à tenir en compte:
-Pour utiliser la machine appuyez sur le bouton d’allumage.
A NOTER: Déconnectez et éteignez toujours la machine quand
vous ne l’ utiliserez pas.
COMMENT ENFILER LE FIL SUPÉRIEUR (fig 1)
-Remontez le levier élévateur du presse-tissus et élevez l’aiguille
en tournant la roulette de contrôle en suivant la flèche indiquée
sur cette dernière. Suivez les instructions suivantes :
1.- Placez le robinet (n).
2.- Glisse le fil par le guide 3 (o).
3.- Passez le fil par la roulette de tension (q).
4.- Glisse le fil par le guide 4 (s).
5.- Passez le fil par le trou de la barre pour étirer (r).
6.- Passez le fil par le guide 1 (a) et par le guide 2 (c).

7.- Passez le fil par l’oeil de l’aiguille (d) depuis d’avant en arrière,
avec l’aide de l’enfile aiguilles.
MISE EN PLACE DE LA CANETTE INFÉRIEURE
1.- Tenez, avec la main gauche, la fin du fil en laissant dehors
quelque 8 cm.
2.- Introduisez l’enfile aiguille vers le bas par l’entaille centrale
de la plaque (fig2). Passez le fil entre les fils de l’enfile aiguilles
et tirez-le pour sortir le fil par l’entaille.
3.- Introduisez la canette. Le fil doit être vidé dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre.
4.- Laissez quelque 10 cm de fil hors de la partie d’en haut de la
canette vers les tissus.
5.- Couvrez la canette avec son couvercle.
COMMENT COMMENCER À COUDRE
1.- Levez l’aiguille en tournant la roulette de contrôle dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Soulevez le levier élévateur du
presse-tissus.
2.- Assurez-vous que les deux extrémités du fil soient placées en
arrière de l’aiguille à au moins 10 cm.
3.- Placez le tissus, soutenez-le avec le pied presseur et abaissez
l’aiguille manuellement.
4.- Appuyez sur la pédale ou sur le bouton d’allumage jusqu’à la
position I et commencez à coudre. Faites glisser le tissus avec la
main. Faites-le lentement pendant les premières points. Si
pendant que vous êtes en train de coudre, en utilisant soit la
pédale soit le bouton d’allumage, vous éprouvez le besoin de
modifier la vitesse de couture, appuyez sur le bouton de contrôle
de vitesse: position I, vitesse normale et position II pour vitesse
rapide.
5.- Pour arrêter de coudre, cessez d’appuyer sur la pédale ou
mettez le bouton d’allumage en position O.
IMPORTANT: Au moment de terminer de coudre, montez
manuellement l’aiguille, de cette manière il ne sera pas plié en
sortant la toile. Lève le presse-tissu et retirez votre tissu. Ensuite
coupez les deux fils a 10 cm de longueur.
COMMENT ADAPTER LA TENSION DU FIL
-Révisez, sur une couture, si le fil inférieur et supérieur ont la
même tension et si celle-ci est suffisamment forte pour fermer les
deux fils dans au centre.
-Si le fil supérieur est trop serré, le fil de la canette apparaîtra
au niveau de la partie supérieure du tissu. Pour cela, détendez la
tension du fil de l’aiguille.
-Si le fil supérieur est trop détendu, le fil de l’aiguille apparaît
dans la partie inférieure du tissu. Pour le corriger, serrez la
tension du fil.
ENROULEMENT DE LA CANETTE INFÉRIEURE
1.- Faite glisser le couvercle et extrayez la canette vide.
2.- Sortez le boulon pour enrouler les canettes (l) en tournant dans
le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre.
3.- Levez le boulon pliant (p) et insérez une bobine de fil.
4.- Insérez le petit fil par le trou de la canette depuis à l’intérieur
et le sortez environ 8 cm de fil hors du trou.
5.- Tenez fortement la fin du fil et appuyez sur le bouton d’allumage
ou appuyez sur la pédale de contrôle. Arrêtez une fois que vous
avez fait plusieurs tours.
6.- Coupez la fin du fil avec des ciseaux dans la partie supérieure
de la canette et ensuite continuez avec le remplissage jusqu’à ce
que vous ayez enroulé la quantité de fil souhaitée.
7.- Coupez le fil à environ 8 cm de la canette. Extrayez le robinet
du fil du boulon.
CHANGEMENT D’AIGUILLE
1.- Élevez l’aiguille jusqu’à sa position maximale en faisant
tourner la roulette de contrôle avec le presse-tissu dans sa
position plus faible.
2.- Soutenez-la et détachez la vis d’ajustement de l’aiguille.
Changez l’aiguille.
3.- Introduisez la nouvelle aiguille dans le support avec la partie
plate vers le côté latéral de la machine en vous assurant que
l’oeil de l’aiguille soit tourné vers la partie avant de la machine.
N’oubliez pas de pousser l’aiguille vers le haut tandis que vous
la placez dans le support avant d’adapter la vis.
4.- Serrez fermement la vis d’ajustement de l’aiguille.

NETTOYAGE ET STOCKAGE
-Pour un fonctionnement correct, la machine requiert un
nettoyage et une lubrification réguliers.
IMPORTANT: Avant de procéder à sa propreté, assurez-vous
que l’appareil soit débranché du réseau électrique, ou qu’il ne
contienne pas de piles à l’ intérieur.
-Utilisez un chiffon pour nettoyer la machine et pour éliminer
l’huile en surplus. N’utilisez pas de lubrifiants dissolvants,
détergents abrasifs ni produits qui peuvent endommager
l’appareil.
-Utilisez une huile spécifique pour machines à coudre (un autre
type d’huiles pourrait l’endommager). Mettez une goutte où se
produit la friction.
-NE SUBMERGEZ JAMAIS l’APPAREIL DANS L’EAU OU DANS
UN AUTRE LIQUIDE.

Gebrauchsanleisungen vor Benutzung des Aparates durch und
bewahren Sie diese für spätere Konsultationen auf.
-JOCCA übernimmt nicht die Verantwortung im Fall einer nicht
angemessenen Nutzung des Produktes oder einer nicht in der
Gebrauchanweisung aufgeführen Nutzung.
-Bevor Sie das Produkt zum ersten Mal benutzen, packen Sie es
aus und überprüfen Sie, ob es im perfekten Zustand ist. Wenn es
nicht der Fall ist, bitte nicht das Produkt.benutzen. Wenden Sie
sich bitte direkt an JOCCA. Der Einkaufsbeleg haftet für jede Art
von Schäden und Herstellungsfehler.
-Dieses Produkt ist nur für den Hausgebrauch geeignet. Nicht
den Aparat draussen benutzen. Nicht den Aparat Sonne,
Regen, Schnee u.s.w. ausetzten, die die Funktion des Aparates
beeinträchtigen können.
-Das Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und Personen
mit geminderten körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen
Fähigkeiten oder mangelnder Erfahrung und Kenntnis verwendet
werden, wenn sie unter Aufsicht sind oder die entsprechenden
Anweisungen für eine sichere Verwendung des Geräts erhalten
haben und die damit verbundenen Gefahren begreifen.
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Die vom Anwender
auszuführende Reinigung und Wartung darf nicht von Kindern
unter 8 Jahren oder ohne Aufsicht ausgeführt werden.
-Bewahren Sie das Gerät und sein Kabel außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern unter 8 Jahren auf.
-Bevor sie den Aparat an das elektrische Netz anschliessen,
muss überpruft werden, ob das Kablel und die Steckdose sich im
perfekten Zustand befinden, ausserdem muss überprüft werden,
ob die Spannung für Ihre elektrischen Installierung geeignet ist.
-Wenn Sie feststellen, dass das Kabel oder die Steckdose
beschädigt ist, bitte nicht den Aparat benutzten und auch
nicht das Kabel auswechseln. Bitte ihn direkt zum, von JOCCA
zugelassenen Technische Kundendienst, bringen, wo die Teile
ersetz werden.
-Nicht den Aparat Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten
aussetzen.
-Wenn Sie das Kabel aus dem Stecker ziehen, nicht am Kabel
sondern am direkt am Stecker ziehen.
-In dem Fall, dass Ihr Aparat ins Wasser gefallen ist oder mit
anderen Flüsigkeiten in Kontakt gekommen ist, bitte nicht
den Aparat benutzen oder bitte nicht probieren den Aparat zu
reparieren. Bringen Sie ihn zum technischen Dienst von JOCCA.
-Für Ihre Sicherheit und das gute Funktionieren, benutzen Sie
immer die Accessoires und Ersatzteile von JOCCA.
-Nicht den Aparat bewegen, wenn er funktiooniert.
-Den Aparat auf einer glatten Oberfläche benutzten.
-Das Kabel muss völlig auseiandergewickelt sein um ein
Überheizen zu vermeiden.
-Dieser Aparat ist nur dann völlig ausgeschaltet, wenn das Kabel
aus der Steckdose gezogen ist.
-Wir raten Ihnen davon ab, Adapter, Steckerleisten und/oder
Verlängerungskabel zu verwenden. Sollten diese Komponenten
dennoch nötig sein, so verwenden Sie bitte nur Einfach- oder
Mehrfachadapter und Verlängerungskabel, welche die gültigen
Sicherheitsnormen einhalten und achten Sie darauf, die darauf
angegebenen Leistungswerte nicht zu überschreiten.
-ACHTUNG: Schalten Sie in den folgenden Fällen grundsätzlich
die Nähmaschine aus und ziehen Sie den Netzadapter heraus:
*Immer dann, wenn Sie entweder Einfädeln oder die Nähnadel
bzw. die Spule wechseln.
*Während Sie Teile austauschen oder den Stoff zum Nähen
vorbereiten.
*Nach Beendigung der Näharbeiten oder wenn Sie die
Nähmaschine unbenutzt stehen lassen.
*Während eines Stromausfalls.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG
WIE MAN BEGINNT ZU NÄHEN
-Um die Nähmaschine in Betrieb zu nehmen, gibt es 2
Möglichkeiten:
1. Legen Sie die Batterien (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) im
unten an der Nähmaschine befindlichen Batteriefach ein. Achten
Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität und die angegebene Position

für die Batterien.
2. Oder aber stecken Sie den beiliegenden Netzadapter in die
Steckdose. Wickeln Sie diesen dazu auf und stecken Sie das eine
Ende in die Steckdose und das andere in die Nähmaschine, wie
auf Abb. 1 ersichtlich.
-Mit dem Nähen kann man auf 2 verschiedene Arten beginnen:
1. Drücken Sie das Fußpedal, das dazu vorher an der Nähmaschine
angeschlossen werden muss (siehe hierzu Abb. 2), oder
2. Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter auf Position I und beginnen
Sie zu nähen.
Schieben Sie den Stoff mit der Hand weiter und gehen Sie dabei
bei den ersten Stichen langsam vor.
WICHTIG: Bringen Sie die Nadel nach dem Nähen von Hand
nach oben. Dadurch vermeiden Sie, dass sich diese beim
Herausziehen des Stoffes verbiegt. Heben Sie den Nähfuß an
und ziehen Sie den Stoff weg. Schneiden Sie anschließend beide
Fäden ab (10 cm).
-Die Nähmaschine wird mit eingefädeltem Nähfaden und einem
kleinen Stück Stoff geliefert.
-Wenn Sie beginnen möchten, zu nähen, gehen Sie bitte
folgendermaßen vor:
1. Heben Sie den Nähfuß mit dem dafür vorgesehenen Hebel
an.
2. Bringen Sie die Nadel von Hand bis ganz nach oben.
Drehen Sie dazu das Handrad in Pfeilrichtung (entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn).
3. Ziehen Sie das Stück Stoff zur Seite, schneiden Sie die Fäden
ab legen Sie diese nach hinten.
4. Legen sie den zu nähenden Stoff unter dem Nähfuß.
5. Senken Sie den Nähfuß mit dem Hebel nach unten.
6. Drücken sie nun das Fußpedal oder betätigen Sie den Ein-/
Ausschalter I/O , damit die Nähmaschine zu nähen beginnt.
-Prüfen Sie gelegentlich, ob die Nähnadeln nicht verbogen
sind. Legen Sie diese dazu mit der flachen Seite auf eine glatte
Oberfläche. Wenn der Abstand zwischen Nadel und Oberfläche
gleichmäßig ist, dann ist die Nadel in Ordnung und kann benutzt
werden; sollte der Abstand aber nicht gleich sein, dann benutzen
Sie die Nadel bitte nicht.
WIE MAN DEN OBERFADEN EINLEGT
-Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass die Nähmaschine vor dem Einfädeln
nicht am Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
-Zum Einlegen des Oberfadens gehen Sie bitte folgendermaßen
vor:
1. Heben Sie den Nähfuß mit dem dafür vorgesehenen Hebel
an.
2. Bringen Sie die Nadel von Hand bis ganz nach oben. Drehen Sie
dazu das Handrad in Pfeilrichtung (entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn).
3. Stecken Sie die gewünschte Spule auf den Spulenhalter. Wenn
Sie größere Garnrollen verwenden möchten, dann ziehen Sie
einfach den Garnrollenstift nach oben heraus, so dass er auch
größere Rollen aufnehmen kann.
4. Nachdem Sie die Spule aufgesteckt haben, spannen Sie das
Fadenende und führen es durch die Führung 1.
5. Führen Sie den Faden oben durch die Spannrolle.
6. Führen Sie den Faden anschließend nach unten und durch die
Führung 2.
7. Führen Sie den Faden durch das Loch am Faden-Mitnehmerhebel.
8. Führen Sie den Faden durch die Führung 3 und die Führung
4.
9. Fädeln Sie schließlich den Faden in die Nadel; benutzen Sie
dazu den Einfädler und machen Sie dies immer von links nach
rechts (Siehe hierzu die Abbildung zum Einfädeln).
WIE MAN DIE SPULE DES UNTERFADENS WECHSELT
- Die Unterspule befindet sich im Fach unterhalb der Stichplatte,
die sich seinerseits unter der Nähnadel befindet. Um an die Spule
zu gelangen ist folgendermaßen vorzugehen:
1. Drücken Sie den Knopf zum Öffnen der Stichplatte.
2. Entnehmen Sie die Stichplatte, indem Sie sie an der Rastnase
abziehen. Anschließend gelangen Sie zur Unterspule.
3. Ziehen Sie die Spule heraus und setzen Sie die gewünschte
Spule in das Fach, wobei Sie das Fadenende in der Hand
halten.
4. Führen Sie danach den Faden durch den Schlitz, bis er durch
die untere Öffnung seitlich herauskommt.
5. Wenn die Unterspule im Fach eingesetzt und der Faden wie

eben beschrieben richtig eingelegt ist, die Stichplatte wieder
aufsetzen.
WIE MAN DEN UNTERFADEN ANHEBT
-Bei dieser Nähmaschine hebt man den Faden auf eine
einfache Art und Weise von Hand an; dazu ist folgendermaßen
vorzugehen:
1. Halten Sie den Oberfaden mit der linken Hand.
2. Drehen Sie mit der rechten Hand das Handrad in Pfeilrichtung
(entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn), so dass die Nähnadel einen
vollständigen Zyklus durchläuft (herunterfahren/hochfahren).
Wenn sie unten ist nimmt sie den Unterfaden auf und hebt ihn
bis ganz nach oben.
3. Wenn die Nadel ganz oben ist, nehmen Sie den Unterfaden
mit der Hand und legen Sie beide Fäden (Unter- und Oberfaden)
nach hinten.
4. Jetzt ist die Nähmaschine bereit zum Nähen.
WIE MAN DIE FADENSPANNUNG EINSTELLT
-Wenn Sie feststellen sollten, dass die Nähte beim Nähen locker
werden oder der Faden sich öfters verknotet, dann muss die
Fadenspannung überprüft werden.
-Für eine einwandfreie Naht muss die Spannung des Ober-
und Unterfadens gleich sein. Zu diesem Zweck gibt es eine
Spannrolle, mit der man die Spannung des Oberfadens je nach
Bedarf einstellen kann.
-Die Fadenspannung hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab, wie der
Nadel, dem Stoff und der Stichart. Um nun festzustellen, ob die
Fadenspannung richtig eingestellt ist, machen Sie ein Nähprobe
und stellen Sie dann die Spannung gemäß dem Ergebnis ein.
-Die Fadenspannung ist dann richtig eingestellt, wenn der Stich
wie in der folgenden Abbildung (a) aussieht.
Beispiele für eine falsche Fadenspannung:
-Spannung des Oberfadens zu hoch (oder des Unterfadens zu
gering).
-Spannung des Oberfadens zu gering (oder des Unterfadens zu
hoch).
WIE MAN EIN LEERSPULE AUFWICKELT
-Wenn die Unterspule keinen Faden mehr hat, haben Sie die
Möglichkeit, diese automatisch aufzuwickeln. Gehen sie dazu
bitte folgendermaßen vor:
1. Nehmen Sie die Leerspule und stecken Sie sie auf den Stift
zum Aufwickeln der Spule.
2. Um den Stift herauszuziehen, drücken und drehen Sie ihn
etwas nach links, worauf dieser herausgeht, so dass die Spule
aufgesteckt werden kann. Um ihn wieder zu versenken, drücken
Sie ihn nach unten und drehen Sie ihn etwas nach rechts, worauf
er in das Handrad versenkt wird.
3. Nachdem die Leerspule aufgesteckt ist nehmen Sie das
Fadenende der im Spulenhalter aufgesteckten oberen Spule und
wickeln es ein paar Mal um die Leerspule.
4. Betätigen Sie abschließend den Ein-/Ausschalter O/I , um
die Leerspule aufzuwickeln. Wenn die gewünschte Menge
erreicht ist, mit dem Schalter wieder ausschalten und den Faden
abschneiden.
AUSTAUSCHEN DER NÄHNADEL
-Sollte die Nähnadel einmal brechen, dann ist sie gemäß den
folgenden Punkten auszutauschen:
1. Ziehen Sie den Netzadapter aus der Steckdose.
2. Senken Sie den Nähfuß mithilfe des dafür vorgesehenen Hebels.
3. Bringen Sie die Nadel von Hand bis ganz nach oben. Drehen Sie
dazu das Handrad in Pfeilrichtung (entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn).
4. Drehen Sie die Befestigungsschraube entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn,
bis sich die Nadel löst.
5. Um eine neue Nähnadel einzusetzen, vergewissern Sie sich,
dass die flache Seite der Nadel nach innen zeigt.
6. Nehmen Sie die neue Nadel zwischen Zeigefinger und Daumen
und schieben Sie sie bis zum Anschlag nach oben.
7. Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsschraube wieder an, damit die
Nadel gut fest sitzt.

ÜBLICH AUFTRETENDE FEHLER
1. Der Oberfaden ist nicht richtig eingefädelt.
2. Der Fußpedalstecker ist nicht richtig eingesteckt.
3. Die Nadel ist nicht korrekt in der Halterung eingeführt.
4. Die Nadel ist verbogen.
5. Der Unterfaden ist nicht richtig eingefädelt oder gerissen.
6. Es wird eine Unterspule falscher Größe verwendet.
7. Die Fadenspannung ist nicht korrekt.
REINIGUNG UND AUFBEWAHRUNG
-Damit die Nähmaschine einwandfrei funktioniert muss sie
regelmäßig gereinigt und geschmiert werden.
WICHTIG: Vergewissern Sie sich bitte vor dem Reinigen, dass die
Nähmaschine nicht am Stromnetz angeschlossen ist bzw. keine
Batterien enthält.
-Benutzen sie einen Lappen zum Reinigen und Entfernen des
überschüssigen Öls. Benutzen Sie bitte keine Schmiermittel wie
Lösungsmittel, Scheuermittel oder andere Produkte, welche die
Nähmaschine beschädigen können.
- Verwenden Sie spezielles Nähmaschinenöl (andere Ölsorten könnten
Schäden verursachen). Geben Sie überall dort einen Tropfen Öl hin,
wo es zu Reibung kommt.

VEILIGHEIDSWAARSCHUWINGEN
-Deze richtlijnen zijn van uiterst belang. Gelieve deze handleiding
aandachtig te lezen alvorens het product in gebruik te menen
hou ze steeds binnen bereik om er te kunnen op terugvallen.
-JOCCA ziet af van elke verantwoordelijkheid inzake incorrect
gebruik van het product, of elk ander gebruik dat niet beschreven
is in deze handleiding.
-Alvorens het product voor de eerste keer in gebruik te nemen,
gelieve het uit te pakken en na te gaan op haarstaat van
volledigheid. Zoniet, gebruik het apparaat niet en contacteer
JOCCA, aangezien de garantie elke schade van oorsprong of
fabricatiegebreken dekt.
-Dit product is enkel van toepassing voor huiselijk gebruik. Gebruik
het niet buiten. Stel het toestel nooit bloot aan klimaatfactoren
zoals regen, sneeuw, zon, etc.
-Dit apparaat kan gebruikt worden door kinderen ouder dan
8 jaar en personen met beperkte lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of
geestelijke vermogens of zonder ervaring of kennis, onder
toezicht en na de juiste aanwijzingen te hebben ontvangen om

zijn van de gevaren die het met zich mee brengt. Kinderen
mogen niet met het apparaat spelen. De reinigings- en het

-Houd het apparaat en het snoer ervan buiten bereik van

-Dit product kan eveneens gebruikt worden met een adapter,
ga daarom alvorens het toestel aan te sluiten op het net na of
het snoer en plug in perfecte staat zijn. Controleer ook of de
spanning zoals aangegeven op het apparaat compatibel is met
uw elektrische installatie.

-Indien u bemerkt dat de stroomtoevoer of de plug beschadigd
zijn, gebruik dan het toestel niet en probeer niet om het snoer
persoonlijk te herstellen. Ga meteen naar een geautoriseerde
JOCCA technische dienst waar ze de vervanging op gepaste
wijze voor u zullen uitvoeren.
-Dompel het apparaat of deel ervan niet onder in water of enig
andere vloeistof.
-Trek niet aan het snoer om het apparaat los te koppelen van het
hoofdstroomnet, maar doe dit steeds via de plug.
-Indien uw toestel is gevallen of in water of een andere vloeistof
is ondergedompeld, gebruik het dan niet of probeer het niet te
herstellen. Breng het naar een JOCCA technische dienst.
-Voor uw veiligheid en om het toestel steeds correct te laten
werken, gebruik steeds JOCCA vervangingsonderdelen en
accessoires
-Verplaats het toestel niet wanneer het in gebruik is.
-Gebruik het apparaat op een vlak, horizontaal en glad
oppervlak.
-Dit toestel wordt volledig uitgeschakeld wanneer het wordt
losgekoppeld van het stroomnet.
-Houd het haar, kleding en andere voorwerpen weg bij het
apparaat terwijl het in werking is.
-Wij raden het gebruik van adapters, stekkers en/of
verlengsnoeren af. Als die elementen noodzakelijk zouden zijn,
gebruik dan alleen enkelvoudige of meervoudige adapters en
verlengsnoeren die voldoen aan de geldige veiligheidsnormen
en zorg ervoor dat de op de adapter en/of de verlengsnoer
aangeduide vermogenslimiet niet wordt overschreden.
WAARSCHUWING: Schakel de machine uit en koppel de
adapter los in de volgende gevallen:
-Bij het uitvoeren van een activiteit zoals de naald inrijgen, het
vervangen van de naald of het verwisselen van de bobijn.
-Bij het vervangen van onderdelen of tijdens het naaien.
-Wanneer u stopt het toestel te gebruiken.
-Gedurende een stroomonderbreking.
-Tijdens het gebruik van de machine, let aandachtig op de naald
en het evenwichtswiel, druk nooit op de bobijn of naald.
WAARSCHUWINGEN OVER BATTERIJEN:
-Verwijder de batterij uit het vakje als u het apparaat gedurende
lange tijd niet gaat gebruiken.
-Vergeet niet dat de batterijen moeten worden weggegooid in
speciaal daarvoor bestemde batterijbakken.
-Wilt u het apparaat van de hand doen, vergeet dan niet de
batterijen uit het apparaat te verwijderen.
-Als de batterij een lek heeft, raak hem dan nooit direct met de
handen aan.
-Verwissel de batterij wanneer hij leeg is.
-Er mogen alleen batterijen van hetzelfde model of een
gelijkwaardig model als de aanbevolen batterijen worden
gebruikt.
-De batterij moet in overeenstemming met de juiste aangeduide
polariteit worden aangebracht.
-Plaats het batterijvakje nooit in de buurt van vuur of een
warmtebron.
-Gooi de batterijen niet in het vuur en plaats de besturingseenheid
evenmin in de zon.
-Meng nieuwe batterijen niet met gebruikte of oude batterijen.
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZINGEN
BEGINNEN MET NAAIEN
-De naaimachine kan op twee manieren in werking worden
gesteld:
1. Breng de batterijen (niet meegeleverd) aan de onderkant van
de machine aan met de juiste aangegeven polariteit en in de
aangeduide positie.
2. Of u kunt de meegeleverde adapter aansluiten. Pak de adapter
daarvoor uit en sluit een uiteinde op het lichtnet aan en het andere
uiteinde op de naaimachine zoals wordt aangeduid in afb. 1.

U kunt op twee manieren beginnen met naaien:
1. Trap het voetpedaal in. Dat moet eerst op het apparaat zijn
aangesloten , of
2. Druk de startknop in stand I en begin met naaien.
Verschuif de stof met de hand. Doe dit de eerste steken
langzaam.
BELANGRIJK: Na afloop van het naaien moet de naald met de
hand omhoog gedraaid worden. Zo wordt hij niet omgebogen
als u de stof verwijderd. Til de persvoet op en verwijder het
kledingstuk.
Knip daarna beide draden op een lengte van 10 cm af.
-De naaimachine wordt geleverd met rijggaren en een klein
stukje stof.
-Wanneer u met naaien wilt beginnen, dient u de volgende
stappen op te volgen:
1. Haal de persvoet door middel van de hendel omhoog.
2. Zet de naald met de hand in de hoogste stand. Draai hiervoor
het handwiel in de richting van de pijlen (tegen de klok in).
3. Trek het stuk stof opzij, knip de draden af en breng ze naar de
achterkant van de naaimachine.
4. Leg het stuk stof dat u wilt gaan naaien onder de persvoet.
5. Haal de persvoet met de hendel omlaag.
6. Trap tenslotte het voetpedaal in of druk op de Aan/Uitknop
zodat de machine begint te naaien.
Controleer of de naalden niet gebogen zijn. Pak hiervoor de
naald en leg de platte zijde op een glad oppervlak. Als de
afstand tussen de naald en het gladde oppervlak uniform is, dan
is de naald in orde en kan deze gebruikt worden. Als de naald
gebogen is, gebruik hem dan niet.
DE BOVENDRAAD INRIJGEN
-Voordat u met inrijgen begint, dient u zich ervan te vergewissen
dat de naaimachine niet op het lichtnet is aangesloten.
-Volg de onderstaande stappen op om de bovendraad in te
rijgen:
1. Haal de persvoet door middel van de hendel omhoog.
2. Zet de naald handmatig in de hoogste stand. Draai hiervoor
het handwiel (nr. 8) in de richting van de pijlen (tegen de klok
in).
3. Zet het klosje garen dat u wilt gaan gebruiken op de spoelpen.
Als u grotere klosjes garen wilt gebruiken, trek de spoelas dan
omhoog zodat hij langer wordt en er grotere spoelen op kunnen
worden aangebracht.
4. Zodra het klosje/spoel is aangebracht, dient u aan de draad te
trekken en door de draadgeleider 1 te halen.
5. Haal de draad door de bovenkant van het spanwieltje.
6. Breng de draad vervolgens omlaag naar geleider 2 .
7. Haal de draad door het gat van de draadhevel.
8. Haal de draad door geleider 3 en door geleider 4.
9. Trek tenslotte de draad door het oog van de naald. Doe dit
met behulp van de naaldinrijger en rijg de naald altijd van links
naar rechts in (Zie de grafische afbeelding voor het inrijgen van
de draad).
DE SPOEL VAN DE ONDERDRAAD VERWISSELEN
- Het klosje garen bevindt zich in het vakje voor de onderspoel
dat zich onder de naald bevindt. Volg de onderstaande stappen
om erbij te komen:
1. Druk de knop in om het dekseltje van het spoelhuis te
openen.
2. Open het dekseltje met behulp van het lipje en trek dit naar u
toe. Zodra het dekseltje open is, kunt u bij de spoel komen.
3. Trek de spoel naar u toe, pak het klosje garen dat u wilt gaan
gebruiken en breng dit aan in het spoelhuis . Houd daarbij het
uiteinde van de draad met de hand vast.
4. Geleid vervolgens de draad via de inkeping totdat hij uit de
onderste zijopening steekt.
5. Als u de spoel in het spoelhuis heeft aangebracht en de draad
zoals in de vorige paragraaf is aangeduid is aangetrokken, sluit
dan het dekseltje.

DE ONDERDRAAD OMHOOG HALEN
-Deze naaimachine haalt de draad handmatig en op zeer
eenvoudige wijze op. Volg hiervoor de onderstaande stappen
op:
1. Houd het bovendraad met de linkerhand vast.
2. Draai met de rechterhand het handwiel in de richting van
de pijlen (tegen de klok in) en zorg ervoor dat de naald een
volledige cyclus (omlaag/omhoog) maakt. Wanneer de naald
helemaal omlaag is, pakt hij de onderdraad en brengt deze naar
de hoogste stand.
3. Als de naald in de hoogste stand staat, pak dan de onderdraad
met de hand en trek beide draden (onder en bovendraad) naar
de achterkant van de naaimachine.
4. Nu is de naaimachine klaar om ermee aan het werk te gaan.
DE DRAADSPANNING INSTELLEN
-Als u merkt dat bij het naaien de naden los zitten of de draad
vaak in de knoop komt te zitten, dan dient u de draadspanning
na te kijken.
-Voor goed naaiwerk moet de spanning van de boven- en
onderdraad dezelfde zij. Daarvoor is de machine uitgerust met
een wieltje waarmee de bovenspanning in meerdere of mindere
mate kan worden ingesteld.
-De draadspanning hangt af van diverse factoren, zoals het type
naald, het type stof en het steektype. Vandaar dat u, om te weten
of de draadspanning goed is, een paar proefsteken moet maken,
waarna de spanning moet worden ingesteld al naargelang het
resultaat.
-Om te weten of de spanning juist is, moeten de steken er uitzien
zoals op de volgende afbeelding.
Voorbeelden van onjuiste draadspanning:
-Te hoge bovendraadspanning (of te lage onderdraadspanning).
-Te lage bovendraadspanning (of te hoge onderdraadspanning).
EEN LEGE SPOEL OPSPOELEN
-Als de onderspoel geen draad meer heeft, dan kunt u hem als
volgt automatisch opspoelen:
1. Pak het lege klosje en zet hem op de spoelwinderas
2. Om de as te verwijderen moet hij ingedrukt en iets naar links
gedraaid worden. Zo wordt de as uitgetrokken en kan de spoel
erop geplaatst worden. Om de as weer op te bergen, deze naar
binnen drukken en iets naar rechts draaien. Zo wordt de as in het
handwieltje gevoerd.
3. Pak, nadat de lege spoel op de spoelwinder is geplaatst, het
uiteinde van de draad van de bovenspoel op de spoelpen en
wind het draad een aantal keer om de lege spoel.
4. Druk tenslotte de Aan/Uitknop in om het klosje garen
op te spoelen. Wanneer u de gewenste hoeveelheid garen
heeft opgespoeld, druk dan weer op de Aan/Uitknop om de
naaimachine te stoppen en knip de draad af.
VERWISSELING VAN DE NAALD
-Als uw naald kapot gaat, moet u hem vervangen om op juiste
wijze verder te kunnen naaien. Volg hiervoor de onderstaande
stappen op:
1. Haal de stekker van de naaimachine uit het stopcontact.
2. Zet de persvoet door middel van de hendel omlaag.
3. Zet de naald handmatig in de hoogste stand. Draai hiervoor
het handwiel in de richting van de pijlen (tegen de klok in).
4. Draai de naaldschroef in tegengestelde richting van de wijzers
van de klok en de naald raakt los.
5. Zorg er voor het aanbrengen van een nieuwe naald voor dat
de gladde kant van de naald aan de binnenkant van de machine
wordt aangebracht.
6. Pak de naald met duim en wijsvinger vast en druk de naald
helemaal naar binnen.
7. Druk tenslotte de naaldschroef in de richting van de wijzers
van de klok zodat de naald goed vast komt te zitten.

MEEST VOORKOMENDE PROBLEMEN
1. De bovendraad is niet goed ingeregen.
2. Het voetpedaal is niet aangesloten op het juiste aansluitpunt.
3. De naald is niet goed in de naaldhouder aangebracht.
4. De naald is gebogen.
5. De onderdraad is niet goed ingeregen of is gebroken.
6. Het formaat van de gebruikte onderspoel is verkeerd.
7. De draadspanning is niet juist.
ONDERHOUD EN OPBERGING
-Voor een juiste werking moet de naaimachine regelmatig
worden schoongemaakt en gesmeerd.
BELANGRIJK: Alvorens over te gaan tot het schoonmaken, dient
u ervoor te zorgen dat de stekker van de naaimachine uit het
stopcontact is gehaald of dat hij geen batterijen heeft.
-Gebruik een doek om de machine schoon te maken en
overtollig olie te verwijderen. Gebruik geen smeermiddelen,
zoals oplosmiddelen, schuurmiddelen of andere producten die
de naaimachine kunnen beschadigen.
-Gebruik speciale olie voor naaimachines (een ander olietype
kan de machine beschadigen). Breng een druppel olie aan op
plaatsen waar er wrijving ontstaat.

all’assistenza tecnica JOCCA.
-Per la vostra sicurezza e per far funzionare correttamente
l’apparecchio, usate sempre ricambi e accessori JOCCA.
-Usate sempre l’alimentatore AC/DC per l’apparecchio; o non
cercare mai di usarne un altro anche se sembra avere le stesse
caratteristiche.
-Non muovere l’apparecchio quando è in funzione.
-Usare l’apparecchio su una superficie piana.
-Srotolate il cavo completamente per evitare surriscaldamento.
-Questo apparecchio sarà completamente spento quando si
toglie la spina dalla presa.
AVVISO:
-Spegnete la macchina e staccate l’alimentatore nei seguenti
casi:
*Quando eseguite alcune operazioni come infilare l’ago,
cambiare l’ago o la bobina.
*Quando cambiate le parti o mentre cucite.
*Quando finite di usarla.
*Durante un black out.
-Quando usate la macchina, prestate molta attenzione all’ago e
al bilanciere, non fate mai pressione sulla bobina o sull’ago.
-Ogni volta che maneggiate l’ago del volantino di controllo (m),
girate nel senso indicato dalle frecce (antiorario) e non forzarlo
mai, l’ago si potrebbe spezzare.
AVVERTENZE SULLE PILE:
-Estrarre la pila dalla sua sede se si decide di non usare
l’apparecchio per un lungo periodo di tempo.
-Ricordarsi che le pile o batterie si devono gettare in contenitori
appositi per la raccolta delle pile usate.
-Se si desidera disfarsi del prodotto, non dimenticare di togliere
le pile o batterie dall’apparecchio.
-Se la pila o batteria ha qualche fuoriuscita, non prenderla mai
direttamente con le mani.
-Cambiare la pila quando è ormai scarica.
-Si possono usare soltanto pile dello stesso modello o equivalente
a quelle raccomandate.
-La pila deve essere posizionata in base alla polarità corretta
indicata.
-Non mettere mai il vano delle pile vicino al fuoco o a una fonte
di calore.
-Non gettare le pile nel fuoco né mettere l’unità di controllo al
sole.
-Non mischiare pile nuove con pile già usate o vecchie.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
Avviso! Prima di usare la macchina.
-Assicuratevi che il pulsante sia in posizione 0. Inserite le batterie
nella parte in basso della macchina nella posizione corretta e nella
posizione indicata nella figura e collegate l’alimentatore AC/DC
nella presa corrispondente e quindi alla corrente elettrica.
-Collegate il pedale di controllo nella presa nella parte in basso
della macchina.
Indicazioni da tenere in considerazione:
-Per usare la macchina si possono usare sia il pedale di controllo
che il pulsante ON.
AVVISO: Spegnete sempre e staccatela macchina quando non
è in funzione.
COME INFILARE L’AGO NELLA PARTE SUPERIORE (fig 1)
Alzare la leva alza-piedino e sollevare l’ago girando il bilanciere
seguendo la freccia indicata sullo stesso. Seguite le seguenti
istruzioni:
1.- Sollevare il perno della bobina mettere in posizione (n).
2.- Tirate il filo nella guida 3 (o).
3.- Portate il filo attraverso la manopola della tensione.
4.- Tirate il filo nella guida 4 (s).
5.- Portate il filo attraverso il foro nella leva per tenderlo (r).

6.- Tirate il filo nella guida 1 (a) e 2 (c).
7.- Portate il filo attraverso la cruna dell’ago dalla punta al
calcio.
METTERE LA BOBINA INFERIORE IN POSIZIONE
1.- Con la mano sinistra, tenete la cima del filo lasciando fuori
circa 8 cm.
2.- Tirate l’infila-ago verso il basso della scanalatura della lamina
centrale (fig 2).
Portate il filo tra il filo metallico dell’infila-ago e tirate per portare
il filo fuori dalla scanalatura.
3.- Mettere la bobina in posizione. Il filo deve essere girato in
senso orario.
4.- Lasciate circa 10 cm di filo dalla parte superiore della bobina
verso il piedino di pressione.
5.- Coprite la bobina con il coperchio.
COME INIZIARE A CUCIRE
1.- Alzate l’ago girando il bilanciere in senso orario. Alzare il
piedino di pressione.
2.- Assicuratevi che i due estremi del filo siano messi all’indietro
dell’ago di almeno 10 cm.
3.- Mettete il tessuto in posizione, fermatelo con il piedino di
pressione e abbassate manualmente l’ago.
4.- Schiacciate il pedale o premete il pulsante O/I alla posizione
I e iniziate a cucire. Fate scorrere il tessuto con la mano. Fatelo
lentamente per i primi punti.
Se, mentre cucite, usando il pedale o il pulsante ON, avete
bisogno di cambiare la velocità di cucito, premete il pulsante di
controllo velocità (j): posizione I, velocità normale e posizione II,
velocità più forte.
5.- Per smettere di cucire, o togliete la pressione dal pedale o
mettete il pulsante ON, in posizione O.
IMPORTANTE:
Quando avete finito, sollevate l’ago manualmente, in questo
modo non si piegherà quando togliete il tessuto: sollevate
il piedino di pressione e rimuovete il tessuto. Quindi tagliate
entrambi i fili a una lunghezza di 10 cm.
COME REGOLARE LA TENSIONE DEL FILO
-Controllate che il filo inferiore e quello superiore abbiano la
stessa tensione e se è abbastanza forte da chiudere entrambi i
fili al centro.
-Se il filo superiore è troppo teso, il filo della bobina sarà nella
parte superiore del tessuto. In questo caso, allentate la tensione
del filo nell’ago.
-Se il filo superiore è troppo allentato, il filo dell’ago sarà nella
parte inferiore del tessuto. Per aggiustarlo, tendete il filo.
AVVOLGERE LA BOBINA INFERIORE
1.- Aprite il coperchio ed estraete la bobina vuota.
2.- Regolate il mandrino di riavvolgimento nel foro per riavvolgere
la bobina (l). Girate in senso antiorario.
3.- Sollevate il mandrino pieghevole (p) e inserite una bobina
con filo.
4.- Inserite il filo attraverso il foro della bobina piccola dall’interno
e tirate fuori circa 8 m di filo.
5.- Tenete la cima del filo tesa e premete sul bottone ON o schiacciate
il pedale di controllo. Fermatevi quando ha girato un paio di volte.
6.- Tagliate la cima del filo con le forbici nella parte superiore
della bobina e quindi continuate ad avvolgere fino ad aver
raggiunto la quantità di filo desiderata.
7.- Tagliate il filo a circa 8 cm dalla bobina. Estraete la bobina
con filo dal mandrino.
8.- Riponete l’avvolgitore per mandrino e mettete il mandrino
lungo il suo posto.
CAMBIARE L’AGO
1.- Alzate l’ago nell’estensione massima girando il bilanciere con
il piedino di pressione nella posizione più bassa.
2.- Tenetela e lasciate la manopola che regola l’ago. Togliete l’ago.

3.- Inserite l’ago nuovo nel supporto con la parte piatta al lato
della macchina assicurandovi che la cruna sia rivolta verso il
davanti della macchina. Non cercate di spingere l’ago verso
l’alto mentre lo posizionate nel supporto prima di regolare la
manopola.
4.- Stringete il regolatore tensione ago.
PULIZIA E DEPOSITO
Per un uso corretto, la macchina richiede pulizia e ingrassaggio
regolari.
IMPORTANTE: Prima di pulire, assicuratevi che la macchina sia
scollegata dalla presa e che non siano inserite le batterie.
-Usate un panno per pulire la macchina e per rimuovere residui
di olio.
-Non usare lubrificanti, come solventi, detergenti o prodotti
abrasivi che possono danneggiare la macchina.
-Usate un olio specifico per macchine per cucire (altri tipi di olio
potrebbero danneggiarla). Oliare con una goccia quando c’è
attrito.
-NON IMMERGERE MAI LA MACCHINA IN ACQUA O IN ALTRO
LIQUIDO.
PROBLEMI FREQUENTI
1. Il filo superiore non è infilato in modo appropriato.
2. Il pedale di controllo non è collegato alla presa corrispondente.
3. L’ago non è posizionato correttamente nel suo supporto.
4. La cruna dell’ago non è rivolta verso il davanti della macchina.
5. L’ago è curvato.
6. Il filo inferiore non è infilato in modo appropriato o è spezzato.
7. Si è usata una misura sbagliata della bobina inferiore.
8. La tensione del filo non è corretta.
9. La bobina inferiore e il suo supporto non sono nella posizione
corretta, il supporto è bloccato e non gira in senso orario.
