NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. Fasten the BRACE (U2) to the LEFT END (B2). Use the screws in the HINGES. You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. å Insert two PULLS (77K) into four PULL MOUNTS (78K) and fasten them to the DOOR (K2). Use four SILVER 5/8" MACHINE SCREWS (15S). å Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops. Move the DOOR up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments. å To adjust the DOOR in or out (depth), loosen the mounting screw one turn and move the DOOR in or out, as needed. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments. The DOOR may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. You may need to gently tap them in using your screwdriver and hammer. å NOTE: The DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS are marked "RH" and "LH" for easy identification. å Fasten the UPPER DRAWER FRONT (L2) to the LARGE DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (10G). Use a GOLD 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (5S) through each BRACKET and into the pre-drilled holes in the UPPER DRAWER FRONT. å Slide a DRAWER BOTTOM (D716) into the grooves in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D48 and D49). å NOTE: Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the groove in the UPPER DRAWER FRONT (L2). å Fasten a LARGE DRAWER BACK (D78) to the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D48 and D49). Use four BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S). å Repeat this step for the other large drawer using the LOWER DRAWER FRONT (M2). Tap down with your screwdriver and hammer. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. Repeat this process to insert the KEYBOARD SHELF (I2). å NOTE: To adjust the DRAWER FRONTS, loosen the SCREWS that attach the DRAWER FRONTS to the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS. Make adjustments and tighten the SCREWS. å å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly. Utilisation de la FIXATION TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER Pour commencer l'assemblage, enfoncer une FIXATION TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER (10F) dans les trous indiqués dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2). 1. Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3. Fixer le MONTANT DROIT (C2) à l'ARRIÈRE (E2) et au DESSOUS (G2). Serrer trois PETITES FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® et deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®. Fixer les ÉLÉMENTS GAUCHES (35GB) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B2) et au MONTANT DROIT (C2). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3. ÉTAPE 6 Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2), le MONTANT DROIT (C2) et l'ARRIÈRE (E2) au DESSUS (H3). Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® et une PETITE FIXATION TWIST-LOCK®. ÉTAPE 3 Fixer une ÉLÉMENT DROITE (40AW) au MONTANT DROIT (C2) et une ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE (40AX) à MONTANT GAUCHE (D2). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S). Fixer le VOILE DE FOND (F) au MONTANT DROIT (C2). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 48 mm NOIRES (2S). Fixer la FERMETURE EN V (JJ) au MONTANT GAUCHE (D2). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 11 mm MARRON (6S). REMARQUE : S’assurer de positionner la FERMETURE EN V comme l'indique le schéma. Suivre les indications du schéma agrandi. ÉTAPE 4 Fixer les ARRIÈRES (E2) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2). Serrer six PETITES FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®. Fixer le DESSOUS (G2) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2). Serrer deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®. ÉTAPE 7 Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B2), le MONTANT GAUCHE (D2) et l'ARRIÈRE (E2) au DESSUS (H3). Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® et une PETITE FIXATION TWIST-LOCK®. Fixer le VOILE DE FOND (F) au MONTANT GAUCHE (D2). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 48 mm NOIRES (2S). Fixer les PLINTHES (T) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2), aux MONTANTS (C2 et D2), au DESSOUS (G2) et à l'ENTRETOISE (U2). Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm DORÉES (5S) à travers les CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE et dans les PLINTHES. Avant de fixer la PORTE à l’unité, s’assurer que la vis de montage se trouve contre les butées comme l’indique le schéma. Fixer le DEVANT DE TIROIR SUPÉRIEUR (L2) aux CONSOLES DE DEVANT DE GRAND TIROIR (10G). Utiliser une VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm DORÉE (5S) à travers chaque CONSOLE et dans les trous pré-percés du DEVANT DE TIROIR SUPÉRIEUR. Fixer la PORTE (K2) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2). Utiliser les vis fournies avec les CHARNIÈRES. Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc. Enfiler le FOND DE TIROIR (D716) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (D48 et D49) Insérer deux POIGNÉES (77K) dans quatre MONTURES DE POIGNÉE (78K) et les fixer aux la PORTE (K2). Utiliser quatre VIS À MÉTAUX 16 mm ARGENT (15S). Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE GRAND TIROIR (D78) aux CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (D48 et D49). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).
