PREPARATION
SAFETY INFORMATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present.
Compare parts with package and hardware contents list. If any part is
missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact
customer service for replacement parts.
Estimated Assembly Time: 30 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Adjustable Wrench, Slip
Joint Pliers, Pipe Wrench, Phillips Screwdriver, Thread Seal Tape or Pipe
Thread Compound, and Supply Lines.
Installation may vary depending on how the previous shower was
installed. Supplies necessary for the installation of the shower are not
all included; however, they are available wherever plumbing supplies
are sold.
Prior to beginning installation, turn off the hot and cold water lines, then
turn on the old shower to release built-up pressure. When installing the
new faucet, hand tighten the connector nuts. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Connections that are too tight will reduce the integrity of the system.
Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to
assemble, operate or install the product.
WARNING
• Protect your eyes with safety glasses when cutting or soldering water
supply lines.
CAUTION
• If you solder the joints during installation of the shower, the seats,
cartridges, and washers must be removed before using a ame
or the warranty will be voided on these parts.
• Cover the sink drain to avoid losing parts.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn off water at the supply
valve or at the main supply.
Disconnect the supply lines to
the faucet and remove the old
faucet.
If you do not have a separate
on/off valve to control the
utility shower, we recommend
installing one (not included)
before continuing.
16 . Using 1/2 inch male adapters,
attach the hot and cold water
supply lines. Hot should go on
the LEFT side when you are
looking at the faucet body (E)
WARNING: DO NOT use with
only a hot water hook-up.
Serious scalding will occur.
2. Wrap thread seal tape (2.1) in a
clockwise direction or use pipe
thread compound to cover all
exposed male threaded areas.
Measure the desired position of
the shower kit so the handles
will be at a comfortable height
and the handle assembly has
a solid surface, like a 2x4 or
concrete block, to mount to.
Usually the faucet body (A) will
be 3 - 4 ft. above the ground.
7. Mount the faucet body (E) to a
solid surface using anchors or
screws (not included) inserted
through the mounting ears
(7.1).
Attach the soap dish (C) to the
wall at the desired distance
from the faucet body (E) using
the mounting screws (D).
3. Determine if the water supply
is coming from above or below
the faucet body (E). If coming
from above, proceed to the next
step. If coming from below, use
a wrench to remove the diverter
plug (3.1) in the faucet body (E).
Wrap the threads of the diverter
plug (3.1) in thread seal tape
or pipe joint compound. Place
the diverter plug (3.1) in the
opposite plug opening (3.2).
Tighten rmly.
8. Turn on the water supply to
the shower. Rotate both
handles (8.1) to turn on the
shower. Flush the hot and cold
water supply lines for 30
seconds to remove any debris
from the lines. Check for leaks
and tighten any areas that are
leaking. Turn off the shower.
4. Slide the soap dish (C) over the
shower arm (B). Make sure the
mounting tabs (5.1) on the soap
dish (C) are pointing up toward the
bend in the shower arm (B).
9. Attach the showerhead (A) to
the shower arm (B) by
tightening it in a clockwise
direction with a wrench.
Do not overtighten. Use a
cloth to protect the nish of
the showerhead (A).
5. Thread the base of the shower
arm (B) onto the faucet body
(E). Twist until it is tight, making
sure the shower arm (B) outlet is
pointing away from the wall.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the nish and void your warranty.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
TROUBLESHOOTING
The handles control the ow of hot and cold water to the faucet. Turn the right handle for cold water. Turn the left handle for hot water. Rotating the handles
causes water to ow from the showerhead. The degree of handle rotation determines the volume of water ow. Returning the handles to the original position
stops the ow of water.
Turn off the water supply to the shower when not in use. Do not leave water supply to the shower turned on when unattended for long periods of time. Do not
leave water supply to the shower turned on if there is a chance of freezing temperatures.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Faucet leaks underneath
handle.
Bonnet has come loose or o-ring on
cartridge is dirty or twisted.
1. Move the handle to the OFF position. Unscrew the handle screw and
remove the handle.
2. Tighten the bonnet by turning it clockwise. Move the cartridge stem to the
ON position. The leak should stop draining out from around the cartridge
stem.
3. If the leak does not stop, shut off the water supply. Remove the bonnet
by turning it counterclockwise. Lift out the cartridge valve. Inspect the
larger o-ring on the cartridge bonnet and the smaller o-ring on the
cartridge stem. Remove any debris from the o-rings. If either o-ring is
twisted, straighten it. If either o-ring is damaged, replace the cartridge by
calling customer service.
4. Position the cartridge back into the faucet body. Make sure the ridges on
the two sides of the cartridge bonnet t into the grooves on the two sides
of the faucet body. Tightly screw the bonnet onto the faucet body.
5. Reinstall the handle.
Water does not completely
shut off.
Rubber valve seat is dirty, stuck, or
broken.
1. Shut off the water supply.
2. Remove the handle from the faucet body. Loosen the bonnet by turning it
counterclockwise. Lift out the cartridge assembly.
3. Inspect the rubber valve seat in the faucet body. If there is debris or
brass scrap on the surface of the seat, remove it. If the rubber seat is stuck
tightly in the water inlet hole, push it gently with a ngertip so it moves up
and down smoothly. The spring (smaller end up) must be placed back
underneath the valve seat. If the rubber valve seat is worn out or broken,
replace the cartridge by calling customer service.
4. Position the cartridge back into the faucet body. Make sure the ridges on
the two sides of the cartridge bonnet t into the grooves on the two sides
of the faucet body. Tightly screw the bonnet onto the faucet body.
5. Reinstall the handle.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The distributor warrants to the original consumer purchaser this product
to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in
residential applications. At its option, the Company will provide repair parts
or replace defective product when the product is used in accordance with
the manufacturer’s specications.
The distributor provides a limited 5-year warranty on the nish of this
product to the original purchaser. At its option, the distributor will provide
repair parts or replace defective product when the product is used in
accordance with the manufacturer’s specications. Use of mild abrasive,
abrasive or chemical cleaners may damage the nish of the faucet. We
recommend cleaning your faucet with a soft cloth, moistened with water.
Damage resulting from the use of abrasive or chemical cleaners SHALL
VOID THIS WARRANTY.
This warranty is not applicable to any products or parts of products where
damage is caused by use of non-genuine parts; is due to installation
error, product misuse, negligence or faulty maintenance; or where the
product is not installed according to local building codes.
This warranty excludes labor charges or damage incurred during
installation, repair or replacement, and any indirect, incidental or conse-
quential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature. This warranty is in
lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees,
whether expressed or implied, including without restriction those of
merchantability or tness of use.
Liability under this warranty will not exceed the purchase price for the
product claimed to be defective by the original consumer purchaser.
Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state, or province to province.

PREPARACIÓN
INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LA SEGURIDAD

INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE

Usando adaptadores macho de
1/2 pulg., conecte las salidas de
agua fría y caliente. Caliente debe
ir del lado IZQUIERDO cuando
mira el cuerpo del grifo (E)
ADVERTENCIA: NO lo use
solo con una salida de agua
caliente. Se producirán
quemaduras graves.
2.
Envuelva la cinta de sellado de roscas
(2.1) en el sentido horario o use un
compuesto para roscas de tubos
para cubrir todas las roscadas macho
expuestas.
Mida la posición deseada del kit de
ducha para que las manijas estén a
una altura cómoda y el ensamblaje
de la manija tenga una supercie
sólida, como un 2x4 o un bloque
de hormigón, para montar. Por lo

8. Abra el suministro de agua a la
ducha. Gire ambas manijas
(8.1) para encender la ducha.
Enjuague las salidas de agua
fría y caliente durante 30
segundos para eliminar residuos
de los tubos. Compruebe si hay
fugas y apriete las áreas que
tengan fugas. Cierra la ducha.
4. Deslice la jabonera (C) sobre el
brazo de la ducha (B). Asegúrese
de que las pestañas de montaje
(5.1) en la jabonera (C) apuntan
hacia la curva del brazo de la
ducha (B).
9. Fije el cabezal de la ducha (A)
al brazo de la ducha (B)

5. Atornille la base del brazo de la
ducha (B) en el cuerpo del grifo

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
Limpiar periódicamente con un paño suave. Evite limpiadores abrasivos, lana de acero y productos químicos fuertes como éstas podrían dañar el terminado y
anular la garantía.
INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
Las manijas controlan el ujo de agua fría y caliente al grifo. Gire la manija derecha para agua fría, y la manija izquierda para agua caliente. Al girar las manijas,
el agua uye desde el cabezal de la ducha. El grado de rotación de la manija determina el volumen del ujo de agua. Devolver las manijas a la posición original
detiene el ujo de agua.
Cierre el suministro de agua a la ducha cuando no esté en uso. No deje el suministro de agua a la ducha encendida cuando esté desatendido por largos
períodos de tiempo. No deje el suministro de agua a la ducha encendido si existe la posibilidad de temperaturas bajo cero.
SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
PROBLEMA POSIBLE CAUSA SOLUCIÓN
Fugas debajo de a llave. El casquete se ha soltado o la junta
tórica en el cartucho está sucia o
doblada.
1. Movee la palanca a la posición cerrada. Desenrosque el tornillo
de la manija y retire la manija.
2. Apriete el casquete girando en sentido horario. Mueva la espiga
del cartucho a la posición abierta. La fuga debe dejar de escape
hacia afuera alrededor de la espiga cartucho.
3. Cierre el suministro de agua. Quite el casquete girando en
sentido antihorario. Levante la válvula del cartucho. Inspeccione
la junta tórica más grande en el casquete del cartucho y la junta
tórica pequeña en la espiga del cartucho. Quite toda la suciedad
de las juntas tóricas. Si cualquiera de las juntas tóricas está
torcida, alíselo. Si bien cualquiera junta tórica está dañada,
reemplace el cartucho llamando al servicio al cliente.
4. Coloque el cartucho en el cuerpo del grifo. Asegúrese de que los
salientes de los dos lados del casquete del cartucho encajen en
las ranuras de los dos lados del cuerpo del grifo. Atornille
rmemente el casquete al cuerpo del grifo.
5. Vuelva a instalar la palanca.
El agua no se cierra por

sucio, atascado o roto. 1. Cierre el suministro de agua para la palanca que gotea.
2. Quite la palanca en el lado problema. Desenrosque el casquete
girando en sentido antihorario. Levante el conjunto de cartucho.

grifo. Si hay escombros o desechos de cobre en la supercie
del asiento, retírelo. Si el asiento de goma se pega rmemente
en el oricio de entrada de agua, empuje suavemente con la
punta del dedo para que se mueva hacia arriba y hacia abajo
suavemente. El resorte (más pequeño extremo hacia arriba)
debe ser devuelto por debajo del asiento de la válvula.
Si el asiento de la válvula de goma está desgastado o roto,
reemplace el cartucho llamando al servicio al cliente.
4. Sustituya el cartucho en el cuerpo del grifo. Asegúrese de que los
salientes de los dos lados del casquete del cartucho encajen en
las ranuras de los dos lados del cuerpo del grifo. Atornille
rmemente el capuchón al cuerpo del grifo.
5. Vuelva a colocar la palanca.
