When using this machine follow these basic safety precautions to reduce risk of fire, electric shock, orinjury.

BOX CONTENTS

1. Plugthe power cable intothe backof the unit and intothe wall power outlet (B).

2. Plug the external display into the external display socket (optional -C).

3. On the backof the machine, flip the power switch topoweron (A).

4. The machine will go through an automatic self-diagnostics test to ensure accurate bill counting.

The counting wheels in the bill counter will spin several times to ensure it is ready for use. When

the machine has completed its test run and "0" displays on the machine, it is now ready for

counting.

5. Place your currency into the hopper to automatically begincounting.

UV Counterfeit Detection

Counterfeit bills often use white or bleached paper, which will glow under ultraviolet light. To use ultraviolet counterfeit

detection, press the “FUNC”button. The UV mode indicator will turn on showing that function is on.

Magnetic Counterfeit Detection

There is a presence of magnetic components that are standard in authentic bills. The magnetic sensor detects for the

magnetic components. To use magnetic counterfeit detection, press the “FUNC” button. The MG mode indicator will

turn on showing that the function is on.

Infrared Counterfeit Detection

Infrared light is used to measure the width of the center of each bill. The light will detect if there is an odd-sized bill. To

use infrared counterfeit detection, press the “FUNC” button . The IR mode indicator will turn on showing that the

function is on.

Dimensional Detection

Press the "FUNC" button until the DD light is on. Dimensional detection measures the width of the center of the bill by

using Infrared light. If the detector finds an odd sized bill, the unit will sound and an error code will appear.

ADD Mode

Press the "ADD" button. The machine is now in add counting mode. Place bills into the hopper and the machine will

automatically begin to count them. When you remove the counted bills from the stacker and place new bills into the

hopper it will continue counting where it left off on the previous set of bills. To stop using the add mode press the

"ADD" button again and the indicator light will shut off.

BATCH Mode

Press the "PRESET" button. The BAT indicator light will turn on, indicating the machine is now in batch counting mode.

The machine will stop counting once it reaches the batch number. Press the "+" and "-" buttons to flip through batch

quantitites.

CONTROL PANEL

1. Attach power cable to back of machine, plug into a three prong outlet, and turn power switch on.

- The unit will conduct an automatic self-diagnostic test to ensure accurate counts.

- After five seconds of the counting wheels spinning,the screen willdisplay a "0".

- If there is a problem, the preset display will show an error code. (See ERROR CODE DISPLAYS

-LOCATED ON PAGE 10.)

2. Select bill counting settings: Before counting, select counting settings that are related to your counting

needs:

This means the machine is in normal count mode and will count

bills without detection.

Counting with dimensional detection

Press "FUNC" button once more and the DD light will be on. If

the detector finds an odd sized bill, the unit will sound and an

a cumulative total when counting.

To control the batch quantities, press the "+" and "-" buttons on

MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE

WAR NIN G:Before doing any dusting ,turn the power switch off and disconnect the power cord from the machine. It is very

important to clean all the sensors in the machine with a soft brush to avoid any paper particles or dust from sticking to the light

transmitter or the light-receiver sensors. It is important to clean the inside of the machine occasionally. Unplug the machine and

liftthetop coverto gainaccesstothe interior.

If necessary, the glass surfaces of the detectors may also be wiped with a soft cloth dampedwith alcohol.

To get the best results out of your bill counter, Royal Sovereign recommends using Royal Sovereign Cleaning Cards (RBC-CLN) to

remove dirt, dusts, oils, and other contaminates from bill counters. With the machine on, simply run the cleaning card through the

machine like a bill. This cleaning card will run through and clean the sensors of dirt and other contaminates. Cleaning cards are

recommended tobeused after every100 cycles.

ERROR CODE DISPLAY AND SOLUTIONS

The display may show some error code in counting, which means there are some problems with the machine. Refer

to the chart below to solve the error.

Most of the errors listed above may be caused by dust or dirt on the inside of the machine. Keeping the machine

clean is highly recommended (Please refer to MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE- LOCATED ON PAGE8).

Detección de billetes falsos UV

Billetes falsos a menudo usan blanco o blanquearon de papel, el cual brillará bajo luz ultravioleta. Utilizar billetes falsos ultravioleta

detección, presione el botón “FUNC”. El indicador de modo de UV se encenderá mostrando que la función está activada.

Detección de billetes falsos magnética

Infrarrojos detección de billetes falsos

poco frecuente. Para utiliza infrarrojos detección de billetes falsos, presione el botón “FUNC”. El indicador de modo de IR se

enciende mostrando que el función está activada.

Detección tridimensional

Presione el botón “FUNC” hasta que la luz DD. Detección dimensiones mide el ancho del centro del proyecto de ley por

usando luz infrarroja. Si el detector encuentra una factura de tamaño impar, la unidad sonará y aparecerá un código de error.

Modo añadir

Presione el botón “ADD”. La máquina está ahora en Agregar cuenta modo. Lugar de facturas en la tolva y la máquina será

automáticamente empiezan a contarlos. Cuando retire las facturas contadas desde la bandeja de salida y coloque nuevas cuentas

en el tolva que continuará contando donde se quedó en el anterior sistema de cuentas. Dejar de usar el modo agregar, presione el

Botón “ADD” otra vez y la luz indicadora se apagan.

Modo por lotes

Pulse el botón “PRESET”. Se encenderá la luz de indicador BAT, que indica que la máquina está ahora en lote cuenta modo. La

máquina dejará de contar una vez que alcanza el número de lote. Prensa el “+” y “-“ los botones de mover de un tirón a través de

lote cantidades.

PANEL DE CONTROL

1. Conecte el cable de alimentación a la parte trasera de la máquina, enchufe en un tomacorriente de tres

terminales y apagar encender.

MANTENIMIENTO DE LA MÁQUINA

importante limpiar todos los sensores en la máquina con un cepillo suave para evitar las partículas de papel opolvo se adhiera ala

soberano real (RBC-CLN) para eliminar suciedad, polvo, aceites y otros contaminantes de contadores de la cuenta. Con la

máquina encendida, simplemente ejecute el tarjeta de limpieza através de la máquina como un proyecto de ley.Esta tarjeta de

limpieza se recorren ylimpiar los sensores de suciedad yotros contaminantes.Tarjetas de limpieza se recomiendan para ser

utilizado después de cada 100 ciclos.

PANTALLA DE CÓDIGO DE ERROR Y SOLUCIONES

La pantalla muestra algún código de error en el conteo, que significa que hay algunos problemas con la máquina.

Consulte el gráfico a continuación para solucionar el error.

La mayoría de los errores mencionados puede deberse a polvo o suciedad en el interior de la máquina. Mantener

la máquina limpio es muy recomendable (ver mantenimiento de la máquina - situado en página 20).
