Instalación
El palo PS 65M puede montarse dentro del armario.
Importante: Coloquen la antena lejos de los bordes del
techo, de modo que cuando el vehículo se halle en
movi-miento, dicha antena no sobresalga. Asegúrense,
al mo-mento de la instalación, de que la resistencia del
techo y de la pared sean suficientes. En caso contrario
refuércenlos.
Coloquen el perfil de
taladra-do. Taladren en
correspon-dencia del
centro.
Monten una fresa de Ø 40
y efectúen primero los
orificios en la pared
interna.
A continuación en la pared
externa. Si no cuentan con
una fresa Ø 40 véase Fig.
4- 5-6.
Si no cuentan con una
fresa de Ø 40 mm.
Coloquen el pasa-tubo y
dibujen el contor-no con
un punzón.
Efectúen una serie de orifi-
cios hasta que se hunda la
parte de techo taladrada.
Con la ayuda de una lima,
ensanchen el orificio hasta
Ø 40 mm.
Coloquen silicona en el
bor-de del orificio e
introduzcan el pasa-tubo
haciendo pre-sión.
Taladren con una broca
de Ø 3 mm. en
correspondencia con los
orificios del pasa-tubo y
bloqueen con tornillos de
rosca automática Ø 3,5
mm

Introduzcan la arandela y
bloqueen el pasa-tubo
con la virola adecuada.
Introduzcan la guarnición
de goma.
Empujen hasta cubrir la
base del pasa-tubo.
Unten el interior …
… de la guarnición en
corre-spondencia con los
“OR” con grasa de
vaselina.
Introduzcan lentamente el
tubo en el pasa-tubo.
Introduzcan la tuerca en
el alojamiento adecuado
que se halla en la parte
tra sera del grupo de
bloqueo.
Monten la parte superior
del grupo de bloqueo sin
apretar a fondo.
Fijen el grupo de montaje
a la pared.
Atención. Abran el brazo paràbola por completo tal
como se aprecia en la figura.
Enrosquen a fondo el
índice tal y como indica la

Introduzcan el cable en el
orificio de la manija de
plástico.

manija de plástico en el

los orificios A y C se
hallen en eje con la
referencia B.

Fijen la manija de plástico
al palo mediante el tornillo,
evitando girar la manija
durante la operación,
puesto que las aletas
podrían salir de las
ranuras.
Introduzcan la manivela en
el alojamiento cuadrado
del eje y bloqueen con el
tornillo adecuado.
Fijen la antena al enganche de la cabeza articulada tal y
como muestra la figura.
Bajen la antena hasta conseguir la correcta posición de
marcha. Utilicen masilla o biadhesivo para pegar al
techo la placa de acero debajo de la riostra del LNB.
Controlen que la antena se halle en la exacta posición
de reposo. Apliquen la etiqueta en el palo, de este
modo podrán bloquear rápidamente la antena en la
posición correcta antes de partir.
ATENCIÓN
1) Es imprescindible instalar la antena como reflejado en la fig. 27, es decir con
el disco doblado hacia la parte trasera del vehiculo. Antes de poner en marcha
el vehículo, la antena debe forzosamente ser bajada y colocada correctamente
como refIejado en las fig. 26 y 27. El INCUMPLIMIENTO de estas condiciones
puede causar un menoscabo del producto que no se puede imputar al
fabricante.
2) No debe utilizarse la antena cuando sople mucho viento (80 km/h), El
ineumplimiento de esta condición puede provocar un menoscabo del
producto que no puede ser imputado al fabricante.
3) El fabricante no se responsabiliza en la eventualidad de todo menoscabo
sufrido por el producto debido a una utilización incorrecta.

Instrucciones para la conexión VOYAGER + MATIC
Tras instalar la parábola y el palo, realizar la conexión eléctrica.
• Conectar el cable coaxial (con el correspondiente conector F) procedente de la empuñadura del palo al
conector ANT del dispositivo SDI.
• Luego conectar el conector REC del SDI al conector LNB sobre el receptor satélite (TSR 5012 ó TSR
3412) mediante otro cable coaxial provisto de conectores F.
• Conectar el cable "EL 90" que sale del SDI al display EL 90, procurando respetar la clave de inserción del
conector.
El dispositivo SDI puede instalarse también en una posición no visible, mientras que el display EL 90 debe
sujetarse a la pared cerca del palo para que resulte bien visible durante las operaciones de apuntamiento de
la parábola.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA PUESTA A PUNTO INICIAL del VOYAGER +
MATIC
La operación de puesta a punto debe efectuarse una sola vez en el momento de la instalación del
VOYAGER + MATIC
Tras efectuar todas las conexiones, se realiza la operación de "AJUSTE" del inclinómetro al vehículo sobre
el cual está instalado.
• Encender el receptor satélite y seleccionar un programma conocido (por ej. RAI 1).
• Examinar en el mapa suministrado de equipo (Pag. 9) la inclinación que debe tener la paràbola para
apuntar correctamente el satélite escogido (por ej. para RAI 1 el satélite a considerar es el EUTELSAT 13° -
HOT BIRD) en la zona en que se efectúa la instalación (por ej. Para RAI 1 en Bolonia es 39°).
• Ajustar las regulaciones de elevación y rotación del VOYAGER + MATIC para apuntar el satélite que
transmite el programa escogido (RAI 1) y optimizar el apuntamiento hasta conseguir la mejor imagen.
• Al apretar el botón rojo, en el display EL 90 aparece un número que identifica la inclinación de la parábola.
Si durante la instalación no se ha posicionado el palo perfectamente vertical, se engendra en el inclinómetro
un error de lectura que debe ser corregido. (Por ejemplo: en Bolonia la inclinación que se lee en el mapa es
de 39°, mientras que el display podría visualizar 43°).
• Insertar pues un pequeño destornillador en el orificio "SET" al lado del botón rojo de EL 90 y girar el
conmutador interior hasta cuando aparezca en el display el valor correcto de la inclinación (39°).
• Entonces es cuando el VOYAGER + MATIC está listo para funcionar y el display sempre indicará el valor
"absoluto" de inclinación de la parábola aunque el vehículo no esté nivelado.
Atención: El inclinómetro viene alimentado por el receptor satélite y por lo tanto funziona solamente si el
receptor satélite está encendido.

INSTRUCCIONES DE EMPLEO VOYAGER + MATIC
Antes de efectuar el apuntamiento de la parábola comprobar que:
• En la dirección SUR no haya obstáculos en las inmediaciones que puedan impedir la recepción de las
señales transmitidas por los satélites (!todos los satélites más importantes están posicionados hacia el
SUR!
• Ustedes tendrán que situarse en un lugar que esté dentro del área de recepción del satélite deseado
(Foot print).
Si se dan estas dos condiciones, obrar tal como a continuación se indica:
1) Encender el televisor y el receptor SAT seleccionando el programa deseado.
2) Subir la parábola, orientándola hacia el SUR.
3) Verificar en el mapa suministrado de equipo la inclinación a imprimir a la parábola para recibir el satélite
deseado en el lugar en que se hallan Ustedes.
4) Apretar el botón rojo para encender el display del inclinómetro e implantar el valor de inclinación
escogido en el mapa girando el bóton de inclinación.
5) Mirando al televisor, imprimir lentamente a la parábola (ya orientada hacia el SUR) un giro de 15°-20°
hacia la derecha o la izquierda hasta que aparezcan las imágenes en el televisor y luego optimizar el
apuntamiento.
NOTA. El display del inclinómetro continúa encendido sobre el mismo valor durante unos 20 segundos,
después de que se apaga para ahorrar energía. Para volver a encenderlo es suficiente apretar el botón rojo.
Antes de poner en marcha el vehículo asegúrense de bajar la antena hasta la posición de descanso,
apretando bien la manopla (véase dibujo).
NOTA: Los valores indicados en la escala graduada son puramente indicativos y deben considerarse sólo
como in strumento para facilitar la orientación de la antena.

Mediante esta nota técnica se quiere llamar la atención de los señores instaladores sobre unos detalles
referentes a la instalación del producto Voyager Matic. Durante la fase de instalación hay que tener en
cuenta lo siguiente:
Además, antes de comprobar su funcionamiento, les aconsejamos comprueben.
La posición de montaje predeterminada del convertidor se halla a lo largo de la línea mediana del disco
(véase figura A) y en esta configuración el sistema Voyager Matic funciona correctamente en la mayoría de
los países europeos. Sin embargo si ustedes se hallan en áreas muy alejadas de la posición orbital del
satélite, podría ser necesario efectuar el ajuste del ángulo del convertidor. En particular si ustedes desean
recibir transmisiones de los satélites Astra 19E, Astra 28E o bien HotBird 13E y se hallan en Portugal o
Marruecos, se tendrá que regular el ángulo del convertidor tal como reflejado en la figura B2, mientras que
si Ustedes se hallan en Turquía, para los mismos satélites será necesario situar el convertidor en la posición
B1. A continuación viene una tabla que les agilizará la implantación del ángulo ideal.
