Turn off the water supply to
your refrigerator or freezer
filter. Release pressure from
the system by activating the
water dispenser in your
refrigerator. Once there is
no water coming from the
water dispenser, you can
change the filter.

Remove the plastic wrap
from the replacement filter
cartridge.

Hold the cartridge sump over
the sink. Separate the two
pieces of the sump by
turning the bottom portion
of the sump to the left. Pour
excess water down the drain.
Pull down on the filter
cartridge to disconnect it
from the top half of the sump.

Insert and connect the new
filter cartridge to the top half
of the sump. Reattach the
bottom of the sump to the
top half by turning to the right
and tightening.

Reattach sump to the bottom
of the top housing by making
sure all connection points are
aligned. Push the top of
the sump up into the bottom
of the top housing and turn
the sump to the right. Ensure
that the sump is fully attached
and locked in.

Remove the cartridge sump
from the filtration system
by rotating it to the left
and pulling down.

Once the filter cartridge has
been changed and sump is
securely attached to the top
housing, slowly turn on the
water supply to your refrigerator
or freezer filter. Inspect the
filtration system for leaks.

Allow filtered water to run
through 2 gallons or until water
is free from discoloration before
drinking.

For use with municipally treated water only. Do
not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe
or of unknown water quality without adequate
disinfection before or after the system.

NOTE: If using the undercounter wrench provided
with the original system, follow these steps.
Tested and Certified by NSF International against
NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53, 401 and conforms to
NSF Protocol P473 in model AO-FF for the
reduction of the claims specified on the
Performance Data Sheet and at www.nsf.org.
Do not use tools other than undercounter wrench to remove or tighten sumps. Over tightening can cause damage and result in leaking.

INSTRUCCIONES:
Probado y certificado por NSF International según
las normas NSF/ANSI 42, 53 y 401, y conforme al
protocolo P473 de NSF en el modelo AO-FF para la
reducción de las declaraciones especificadas en la
Hoja de datos de rendimiento y en www.nsf.org.
No use herramientas, aparte de una llave para bajo la encimera, para retirar o apretar los sumideros. Apretar en exceso puede causar daños y generar filtraciones.
Corte el suministro de agua hacia
el filtro de su refrigerador o
congelador. Active el dispensador
de agua de su refrigerador para
liberar la presión del sistema.
Cuando ya no salga agua del
dispensador de agua, puede
cambiar el filtro.
Retire la envoltura de plástico
del cartucho de filtro de
repuesto.
Afirme el sumidero del cartucho
sobre el fregadero. Gire la parte
inferior del sumidero hacia la
izquierda para separar sus dos
piezas. Vierta el exceso de agua
por el drenaje. Tire el cartucho
de filtro hacia abajo para
desconectarle de la mitad
superior del sumidero.
Inserte y conecte el nuevo
cartucho de filtro en la mitad
superior del sumidero. Gire y
apriete la parte inferior del
sumidero hacia la derecha para
volver a conectarla con la
mitad superior.
Vuelva a instalar el sumidero
en el fondo de la carcasa
superior y asegúrese de que
todos los puntos de conexión
estén alineados. Empuje la
parte superior del sumidero
hacia arriba y hacia el fondo
de la carcasa superior y gire el
sumidero hacia la derecha.
Asegúrese de que el sumidero
esté completamente instalado
y bloqueado.
Gire el sumidero del cartucho
hacia la izquierda y tire de él
hacia abajo para retirarlo del
sistema de filtración.
Una vez que se haya cambiado
el cartucho de filtro y se haya
instalado firmemente el
sumidero en la carcasa superior,
abra lentamente el suministro
de agua hacia el filtro del
refrigerador o congelador.
Inspeccione si el sistema de
filtración tiene fugas.
Permita que el agua filtrada corra
por 7.6 L (2 galones) o hasta que
el agua no tenga decoloración
antes de consumirla.
NOTA: Si usa la llave para bajo la encimera que se
proporciona con el sistema original, siga estos pasos.
