SAFETY RULES AND WARNINGS:
• DO NOT stand on this product. You may fail which may cause personal injury.
• WEAR SAFETY GLASSES AND GLOVES when cutting the banding material. The
bands may snap which may cause personal injury.
• WEAR SAFETY GLASSES when removing or repositioning the slides. The tool
could slip which may cause personal injury.
• When moving this product, do not pull it. Push the product to prevent personal injury.
• USE THE BRAKES when not moving this product. This will prevent the product from
rolling, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• BE CAREFUL when opening more than one drawer. The product may become
unstable and tip, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any other moving object. This may
cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT step in the drawers. You may fall which may cause personal injury.
• Appropriately secure this product before moving it with a forklift.
• DO NOT tow with power equipment. The product could tip, which may cause
personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external Iockbars
or attach electrical equipment. This may cause product damage or personal injury.
• Keep the product on level surfaces. The product may become unstable and tip if
stored or moved on an un-IeveI surface, which may cause personal injury or product
damage.
• Lock the drawers before moving this product. The drawers could come open and
make the product unstable and tip, which may cause personal injury or product
damage.
• The maximum weight for each drawer should be no more than 35 pounds.
• The maximum product weight, including contents, cannot exceed 400 pounds.

CASTER INSTALLATION:
NOTE: It is recommended to use
adequate manpower for this
operation.
• Remove the bottom drawer (if
necessary) by following the drawer
removal instructions.
• Lay the project center on its back,
use packaging material to protect the
paint finish.
• Position the plastic bumpers on the
bottom of the unit.
• Attach the two rigid casters to one end
of the project center using hex head
screws and lock nuts provided.
Wrench tighten.
• Attach the swivel casters at the other
end of the unit in the same manner.
• Return the project center to its upright
position.

DRAWER REMOVAL:
• Fully extend the drawer. Push it back
a quarter of an inch.
• Insert a screwdriver into the slot in the
slide and push in on the stop until it
clears the lance. Repeat the procedure
on the other slide and remove the
drawer.

To reinstall the drawer, pry the stop far
enough out to engage the lance (3/16"
to 1/4") and push the drawer onto the
slides until the stops pass over the
lances.
LOCK BAR:
NOTE: The locking bar is stored in
the slot in the back corner of the
plastic top.
• To lock the drawers, insert the top end
of the Iockbar through the slot in the
top of the unit and over the staple on
the base.
• To secure, lock with a padlock
(padlock not included).
• To unlock the drawers, reverse this
procedure.

PANEL:
• To open: Pull the panel out, lift it up
and push it back into the unit.
• To close: Reverse this procedure.
• For casters, use high quality bearing
grease, (yearly).
• Lubricate the slides, (twice yearly).
• Periodically the drawer fronts, drawer
trim, and other surfaces should be
cleaned with a mild detergent and
water.
• Auto wax will preserve the storage
unit's luster finish. Apply the wax as to
a car. The wax will also help protect the
unit against scratches.
• Grease and oil can be removed with
most standard cleaning fluids. For
safety, use a nonflammable cleaning
fluid.

INSTALACION DE LAS
RUEDECILLAS:

su parte trasera. Proteja el acabado de

Ia parte inferior de Ia unidad.
InstaIe Ias dos ruedeciIIas rigidas en un
extremo deI centro de proyectos,
usando los torniIIos de cabeza
hexagonal y Ias tuercas de fijaci6n
suministradas. Apriete con una IIave de
tuercas.

VueIva a coIocar el centro de
proyectos en su posici6n vertical.
RETIRO DE LA GAVETA:
• Abra por completo Ia gaveta. Hagala
retroceder 1/4 de pulgada.
• Introduzca un destornilIador dentro de
Ia abertura en Ia corredera y empuje el
tope hasta que sobrepase Ia lancet&
Repita el procedimiento en Ia otra
corredera y quite Iagaveta.

Para volver a instalar Ia gaveta, fuerce
el tope Io suficiente para enganchar Ia
Ianceta (3/16" a 1/4") y empuje Ia
gaveta sobre Ias correderas hasta que
los topes sobrepasen Ias Iancetas.
BARRA DE BLOQUEO
NOTA: La barra de bloqueo se guarda
en la abertura en la esquina trasera
del tablero plastico.
• Para asegurar Ias gavetas, inserte el
extremo superior de Ia barra de
btoqueo en Ia abertura en Ia parte
superior de Ia unidad y sobre Ia grapa
en Ia base.

• Para asegurar, use un candado (no se
incluye el candado).
• Para quitar el seguro a Ias gavetas,
invierta este proceso.
PANEL:
• Para abrir: Tire deI panel hacia afuera,
sQbalo y empQjelo dentro de a unidad.
• Para cerrar: Invierta este
procedimieto.
• Para Ias ruedecilIas, use grasa de alta
calidad para cojinetes, (una vez al
a_o).
• Lubrique Ias correderas, (dos veces al
a_o).
• Peri6dicamente se deben Iimpiar los
frentes y Ias molduras de Ias gavetas,
y otras superficies, con un detergente
suave y agua.
• La cera para autos preservara el
acabado Iustroso de Ias unidades de
almacenaje. Aptique cera como a un
auto. Esta tambien ayudara a proteger
Ia unidad contra ara_azos.
• La grasa y el aceite se pueden eIiminar
con Ia mayoria de Iiquidos normales de
Iimpieza. Por seguridad, utiIice un
Iiquido de Iimpieza no inftamabte.
