SAFETY RULES AND WARNINGS:
• DO NOT stand on this product. You may fall which may cause personal injury.
• Stacked products should be bolted together. The products could become unstable and tip,
which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• WEAR SAFETY GLASSES when removing or repositioning the slides. The tool could slip
which may cause personal injury.
• When the cover is opened, be sure the cover stop is in the locked position. This will
prevent accidental closure and personal injury.
• BE CAREFUL when closing the cover. Remove hands before the cover closes completely
to prevent personal injury.
• BE CAREFUL when opening more than one drawer. The product may become unstable
and tip, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any other moving object. This may cause
personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT step in the drawers. You may fall which may cause personal injury.
• Appropriately secure this product before moving it with a forklift.
• Close the cover and lock the drawers and doors before moving this product. The drawers
or doors could come open and make the product unstable and tip, which may cause
personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external Iockbars or
attach electrical equipment. This may cause product damage or personal injury.
• WEAR SAFETY GLASSES AND BE CAREFUL when moving the cover rods. The rod
could spring out of the hole, which may cause personal injury.
• When locking this product, close the drawers before closing the cover for Iockbars to work
properly.
• Spread the weight out evenly in the tote trays. If the weight is not spread evenly, the
contents could shift and fall out, which may cause personal injury, and/or damage to the
contents or tote tray.
The maximum weight for each drawer should be no more than 50 pounds.

DRAWER REMOVAL:
• Fully extend the drawer. Push it back a quarter of
an inch.
• Insert a screwdriver into the slot in the slide and push
in on the stop until it clears the lance. Repeat the Lubricate _i_
procedure on the other slide and remove the drawer.
• To reinstall the drawer, pry the stop far enough out to engage the lance and push the
drawer onto the slides until the stops pass over the lances.

LUBRICATION: Lubricate the top and bottom channels of the drawer slides at least twice a
year.
REPOSITIONING THE COVER RODS: The cover rod can be repositioned for
customized storage needs.
• Hold the rod firmly at both ends. Slide the rod to one end and flex the center portion of the
rod until its end is free of the hole.
• Insert the rod into an alternate hole location and reverse this procedure. WEAR SAFETY
GLASSES and use extreme caution during this procedure.

• NO instale este producto sobre Ia ptataforma de un cami6n nisobre ningOn otro objeto

• NO se pare en Ias gavetas. Se puede caer y Iesionarse.
• Antes de mover este producto con un montacargas, asegerelo de manera adecuada.
• Cierre Ia tapa y asegure Ias gavetas y puertas antes de mover este producto. Estas se
podrian abrir y hacer que el producto quede inestabte y se vuelque, Io cual podria causar

• NO modifique este producto de ninguna forma. Por ejempto, no suelde barras de btoqueo
ni fije equipos electricos. Esto podria causar daSos aI producto o Iesiones personales.
• USE GAFAS DE SEGURIDAD Y TENGA MUCHO CUIDADO aI mover Ias varilIas de Ia
tapa. La varilIa podria salir disparada deI agujero, Io cual podria causar Iesiones

• At btoquear este producto, cierre Ias gavetas antes de cerrar Ia tapa para que Ias barras de
btoqueo funcionen correctamente.

_RETIRO DE LA GAVETA:
• Abra por completo la gaveta. Hagala retroceder un ^be_ura f_._o_
cuarto de pulgada.
• Introduzca un destornillador dentro de la abertura en la
corredera y empuje el tope hasta que sobrepase la _.j
lanceta. Repita el procedimiento en la otra corredera I.ubricar
y quite la gaveta.
• Para volver a instalar la gaveta, fuerce el tope Io suficiente para enganchar la
lanceta y empuje la gaveta dentro de las correderas hasta que los topes
sobrepasen las lancetas.
LUBRICACION" Lubrique los canales superior e inferior de las correderas de la
gaveta cuando menos dos veces al aSo.
CAMBIO DE POSICION DE LAS VARILLAS DE LA TAPA: Se puede cambiar la
posici6n de las varillas de la tapa para acomodar necesidades especiales de
almacenaje.
• Sostenga firmemente la varilla por ambos extremos. Deslicela hacia un extremo
y flexione la parte central de la misma hasta que su extremo pueda salir del
agujero.
• Introduzca la varilla en otto agujero y realice este procedimiento en orden
inverso. USE GAFAS DE SEGURIDAD y tenga sumo cuidado durante este
