No la utilice debajo de sábanas/cobija. Utilícela solamente con la funda de
tela provista.
23. No utilice la almohadilla en la piel sensible o si toma medicina que cause
sensibilidad de la piel.
24. No exceda 30 minutos de tratamiento a la vez.

• Este producto no tiene una función de apagado automático del calor. Para
apagar, deslice el botón de encendido/apagado de la función de calor
(“HEAT”) hacia “OFF”.

DE OPERACIÓN
Para utilizar su almohadilla masajeadora
con calor Therma Luxe, enchufe el cable
en una toma de corriente de 120 V, y
luego al control. Para encender el calor,
ponga el botón marcado “HEAT” en
la posición “ON”.
Para encender la
función masajeadora, ponga el botón
marcado “MASSAGE” en la posición
deseada: “LO” para vibraciones
bajas o “HI” para vibraciones altas.
No utilice el producto por más de 20
minutos a la vez.
Temporizador integrado
La función masajeadora se apagará automáticamente después de
aproximadamente 20 minutos. Para volver a encenderla, regrese el botón
marcado “MASSAGE” en la posición “OFF”, y luego elija “LO” o “HI” otra vez.
Importante: el calor no se apagará automáticamente.

2. ALWAYS UNPLUG THE UNIT FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET

3. Do not use while sleeping. Avoid falling asleep while using the product.
4. Do not use on an infant or an animal.
5. This pad is not to be used on or by any individual with certain disabilities,
sleeping or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood circulation
unless carefully attended.
6. Do not use on areas of insensitive skin.
7. Burns can occur regardless of control setting; check skin under pad frequently.
8. Never use pad without removable cover in place.
9. Do not use where oxygen is being administered.
10. Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
11. Do not sit on or crush pad – avoid sharp folds.
12. Never pull this pad by the line cord.
13. Do not use the cord as a handle.
14. Carefully examine inner cover and line cord before each use. Discard the
pad if inner covering or line cord shows any sign of deterioration.
15. Do not tamper with this pad in any way. There are no user-serviceable
parts. If, for any reason, this pad does not function satisfactorily, return it to
authorized service center at address given.
16. Do not use this pad with liniment, salve or ointment preparations that
contain heat-producing ingredients, as skin burns could result. Use
wherever hot applications are desirable for personal comfort, and wherever
recommended by your physician or dentist for the relief of pain.
17. Loop cord loosely when storing; tight wrapping may damage cord and
internal parts.
18. Keep the pad away from heated surfaces.
19. Place pad on top and not under the part of the body needing heat.
20. Do not put this pad in the microwave.
21. Do not leave pad unattended, especially if children are present.
22. Do not use pad underneath bedcovers and other types of blankets.
Do not place covers, such as sheets and blankets, above pad. Only the
cloth cover provided with the pad should be used.
23. Do not use pad on sensitive skin or when taking medication that can cause
sensitive skin.
24. Do not exceed 30 minutes of treatment at one time.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Cautions:
• This product does not have an automatic heat-off feature. Slide switch
to OFF when done.
• This heating pad should not be used in the following cases unless directed
by a physician: if you have diabetes, tuberculosis, benign or malignant
tumors, phlebitis and thrombosis, hemorrhages, inflammations of the skin,
undetermined calf pain or joint pain, or if you have poor circulation. Consult
a physician before using if you have any kind of fungal infection, swelling,
fracture or persistent pain.
• Consult your physician should you have any questions regarding
therapeutic use of this heating pad.
• Do not use on any unexplained pain, swollen muscles, or following a serious
muscular injury before consulting your physician.
• Keep away from children.
• Discontinue use of product if pain increases or swelling occurs after
application.
• Do not use while bathing or showering. Use only in a dry environment.
• Consult your doctor before using in cases of illness or medical condition,
including but not limited to pacemaker use, pregnancy or cancer.
• If you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a prolonged period of time,
discontinue use and consult your doctor. Persistent pain could be a symptom
of a more serious condition.
• Never use any heating products on open wounds, discolored areas, or any
area of the body that is swollen, burned, bruised, inflamed or where skin
eruptions, ulcerated sores or varicose veins are present.
• This product should never be used by any individual suffering from any
ailments that would limit or altogether inhibit the user’s capacity to feel or
have any sensation in the body part that this product is being used for.
• Use of this product should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or
discomfort result, discontinue use and consult your physician.
• Ensure that your hands are dry when operating the controls or removing
the plug.
• Do not fall asleep while using this massager.
• For indoor use only.
• DO NOT EXCEED 30 MINUTES OF TREATMENT AT ONE TIME.
OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
To operate the Therma Luxe Massaging
Heating Pad, first plug the power jack
into the hand control and plug the cord
into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
Turn on the switch for heat.
Set the slide
switch to choose between LO and
HI levels for vibration.
For maximum
benefit, use should not exceed 30
minutes at one time.
Timer Feature
The massage motors will automatically shut off after approximately 20 minutes. To
restart, first set the massage switch back to OFF and then set the switch to LO or
HI again. Please note the heating function operates independently of the timer.

Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for
60 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in
workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the
service center listed on back, together with your purchase receipt and $3.00
for postage and handling. California residents need only provide proof of
purchase and should call 1-800-3-CONAIR for shipping instructions. In the
absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 60 months from
the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
