4 RACCOMANDAZIONI
Tutti gli operatori devono leggere, comprendere e osservare le seguenti raccomandazioni.
Per evitare rischi che possono portare a lesioni personali o morte.
Attenzione: pericolo di incendio o esplosione:
- Non utilizzare liquidi inammabili; non azionare la macchina in prossimità o in luoghi dove
sono presenti liquidi aria o polvere inammabili.
Questa macchina non è dotata di motore antideagrante. Se questa macchina viene utilizzata in un
luogo in cui sono presenti aria, liquidi o polvere inammabili, durante l'avvio e il funzionamento il
motore elettrico può generare scintille, che possono causare incendi o esplosioni.
- Si prega di non raccogliere materiali inammabili o metalli reattivi.
- Si prega di stare lontano da scintille o amme libere.
- Il vano della batteria deve essere tenuto aperto durante la ricarica.
Attenzione: pericolo di scosse elettriche. Si prega di scollegare il cablaggio della batteria
prima di eettuare la manutenzione della macchina.
Attenzione: Funzionamento della spazzola rotante. Non avvicinarti con le mani. Si prega
di spegnere l'alimentazione prima di eseguire la manutenzione della macchina.
Le seguenti informazioni spiegano le condizioni che causano potenziali pericoli per gli operatori o
le apparecchiature:
Attenzione: Evitare di spazzare lamenti, regge ed in genere tutte quelle tipologie di
materiali che possono bloccare la rotazione delle spazzole.

Attenzione: la macchina è dotata di microinterruttore sotto il sedile che non consente
l'uso della macchina senza la presenza dell'operatore.
Attenzione: Spegnere l'interruttore di alimentazione durante la pulizia della macchina.
5 SICUREZZA
Attenzione:
1. Si prega di non utilizzare la macchina
- quando si entra in contatto con liquidi inammabili o ci si avvicina ad aria inammabile,
altrimenti potrebbe causare esplosioni o incendi.
- a meno che non sia stato addestrato e autorizzato all'uso della macchina.
- se non dopo aver letto e compreso il manuale d'uso.
- se non nelle condizioni di corretto funzionamento.
2. Prima di avviare la macchina:
- Assicurarsi che tutte le attrezzature di sicurezza siano state installate e utilizzate correttamente.
3. Quando si utilizza la macchina:
- si prega rallentare in prossimità di pendenze e superci scivolose.
- rallentare quando si sterza.
- segnalare immediatamente quando la macchina è danneggiata o non funziona.
- non lasciare che i bambini giochino sopra o intorno alla macchina.
4. Quando la macchina si ferma:
- rilasciare il pedale del freno e agire sul comando davanti il pedale del freno ( pag.7, img.17),
questa operazione funge da freno di stazionamento.
5. Prima di parcheggiare o fare manutenzione alla macchina:
- fermare e posizionare la macchina su un terreno stabile.
- spegnere la macchina.
6. Quando si ripara la macchina:
- si prega di non indossare abiti larghi che potrebbero incepparsi nella macchina.
- prima di mettere in funzione la macchina, scollegare prima il cablaggio della batteria.
- durante il trattamento della batteria o del cablaggio della batteria, indossare guanti protettivi e
protezioni per gli occhi.
- evitare di entrare in contatto con l'acido della batteria.
- si prega di non lavare la macchina con getti ad alta pressione.
- utilizzare i pezzi di ricambio forniti o riconosciuti dal produttore.
- tutta la manutenzione deve essere eseguita da personale di manutenzione qualicato.
- si prega di non rivedere il design originale della macchina.
7. Durante il trasporto della macchina:
- si prega di spegnere la macchina.
- si prega di non trasportare la macchina con la batteria accesa.
- si prega di utilizzare un transpallet quando si sposta la macchina dal camion o dal rimorchio.
- utilizzare la fune per ssare la macchina sull'autocarro o sul rimorchio.

7 DISIMBALLAGGIO MACCHINA
1. Si prega di controllare attentamente se ci sono danni sulla scatola di imballaggio della macchina.
Se ci sono, si prega di rimandare immediatamente al corriere.
2. Prima di disimballare la macchina, smontare le parti sse del carico e le funi che ssano la
macchina al pallet.
Nota: se non viene utilizzato un transpallet, non spingere direttamente la macchina per evitare
danni alla macchina.
Nota: per evitare danni alla macchina, installare la batteria dopo aver scaricato la macchina dal
pallet.
8 INSTALLAZIONE DELLA BATTERIA
Attenzione: pericolo di incendio o esplosione. Si prega di stare lontano da scintille o amme
libere. Il coperchio della batteria deve essere tenuto aperto durante la ricarica.
Per sicurezza: indossare guanti protettivi e protezioni per gli occhi quando si maneggia la batteria
e il cablaggio della batteria durante la riparazione della macchina. Evitare il contatto con l'acido
della batteria.
1. Arrestare, posizionare la macchina in piano ed estrarre la chiave.
2. Installare la batteria nel vano batteria e collegarla alla macchina secondo il foglio allegato al
manuale di istruzioni
Attenzione: un collegamento non corretto delle batterie può provocare seri
danni alla componentistica elettronica della macchina)
3. Prima di collegare la batteria, assicurarsi innanzitutto che gli elettrodi e i terminali elettrici siano
puliti. Utilizzare liquido per la pulizia degli elettrodi e una spazzola metallica secondo necessità.
Nota: applicare un lm di olio lubricante specico per i contatti della batteria per evitare la
corrosione.

9 FUNZIONAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
1. Descrizione delle funzioni del Panello:
Interruttore a chiave. Girare l'interruttore in senso orario per accendere, in senso antiorario per
spegnere.
Usa l'interruttore di direzione per andare avanti e indietro.
Interruttore spazzante. All'accensione si avvia lo spazzamento.
Interruttore spray. All'accensione si avvia la spruzzatura.
Interruttore della luce. Accendere l'interruttore quando necessario.
Indicatore della batteria. L'indicatore della batteria mostra la carica residua della batteria.
2. Pedale del freno, pedale dell'acceleratore
L'operatore può premere il pedale dell'acceleratore per accelerare e guidare la macchina. Se è
necessario arrestare la macchina, premere sul pedale del freno.
3. Rimozione e installazione del cassetto di raccolta della spazzatura
Quando è necessario scaricare la spazzatura, sbloccare il cassetto spingendo verso l'alto la barra
rossa, quindi tirare indietro la maniglia del cassetto per estrarre facilmente il cassetto. Dopo
aver scaricato la spazzatura, riposizionare il cassetto e spingerlo verso l'alto per ricollegarlo nella
posizione corretta, dopo di che con la barra rossa (23) bloccare i collegamenti.
4. Ad ogni svuotamento del carrello della spazzatura attivare il ltro elettrico, posizionato sul retro
della macchina, per circa 60 secondi, per una buona manutenzione della spazzatrice.
10 CARICARE LA BATTERIA
Nota: Per prolungare la durata della batteria e garantire l'ecienza ottimale della macchina, si
prega di non lasciare che la batteria rimanga scarica a lungo.
In caso di inutilizzo prolungato, provvedere alla ricarica delle batterie ogni
3 mesi. l'inosservanza di questa istruzione può provocare il danneggiamento
irreversibile delle batterie.
Le seguenti istruzioni di ricarica sono adatte per il caricabatterie collegato a questa macchina.
Assicurarsi di utilizzare il caricabatterie con le seguenti speciche per evitare danni alla batteria.
Le speciche del caricabatterie:
• Tipo di caricabatteria: - caricabatteria per batteria all'acido alluminico.
• Tensione di uscita - 48V
• Corrente di uscita -10 A
• Circuito APO
• Adatto per la ricarica della batteria a ciclo profondo
1. Spostare la macchina in un luogo con una buona ventilazione per la ricarica.
Attenzione: pericolo di incendio o esplosione. Si prega di stare lontano da scintille o amme
libere. Il vano della batteria deve essere mantenuto aperto durante la ricarica.
2. Arrestare e posizionare la macchina in piano e girare la chiave in posizione di spento.

3. Prima di caricare, controllare il livello dell'elettrolito in ogni unità batteria.
Per la sicurezza: indossare guanti protettivi e protezioni per gli occhi quando si maneggia la
batteria e il cablaggio della batteria durante la riparazione della macchina. Evitare il contatto
con l'acido della batteria.
4. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione AC (corrente alternata) del caricabatterie alla presa di corrente
con messa a terra.
5. Il caricabatterie inizierà automaticamente a dare carica e si spegnerà automaticamente quando
la batteria è piena.
Nota: La macchina non funzionerà quando è collegata al caricabatterie.
Nota: durante la ricarica del caricabatterie, non estrarre il cavo DC del caricabatterie dalla presa
della macchina per evitare la generazione di archi elettrici. Se la ricarica deve essere sospesa
durante la ricarica, estrarre prima il cavo di alimentazione AC.
Attenzione: pericolo di incendio o esplosione. Si prega di stare lontano da scintille o amme
libere. Il vano della batteria deve essere mantenuta aperta durante la ricarica.
6. Al termine della carica, ricontrollare il livello dell'elettrolito.
11 TRASPORTARE LA MACCHINA
Quando si trasporta la macchina con camion o rimorchio, assicurarsi di seguire la seguente
vincolante procedura :
1. Sollevare la testa della spazzola in posizione di trasporto
2. Utilizzare il transpallet per caricare e scaricare la macchina.
3. Appoggiare la parte anteriore della macchina vicino alla parte anteriore dell'autocarro o del
rimorchio. Quando la macchina è posizionata correttamente, abbassare la testa della spazzola e
girare la chiave in posizione di spento.
4. Posizionare dei blocchi dietro ogni ruota motrice per evitare che la macchina scivoli.
5. Utilizzare la fune per ssare la parte superiore della macchina per evitare il ribaltamento. È
necessario installare la staa sull'asse di spazzamento del camion o del rimorchio. Per sicurezza:
durante il trasporto della macchina, utilizzare il transpallet.
12 RIMESSAGGIO
1. Si prega di caricare la batteria prima di riporla. Non conservare la batteria con l'alimentazione in
esaurimento.
2. Drenare e sciacquare accuratamente il fondo del serbatoio dell'acqua.
3. Conservare la macchina in un luogo asciutto
Se la macchina viene conservata in un ambiente freddo, scaricare tutto il liquido nella macchina.

13 ISTRUZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE E
SOSTITUZIONE DELLE PARTI DI USURA
1. Sostituzione della spazzola laterale
Quando è necessario sostituire la spazzola
laterale, agire prima sul livellatore della
spazzola, quindi svitare i pomelli. Dopo aver
sostituito la spazzola laterale, rimontare
seguendo a ritroso i passi precedenti.
2. Sostituzione della spazzola a rullo
Quando è necessario sostituire o pulire la
spazzola a rullo, aprire il coperchio laterale,
svitare la protezione in gomma e rimuoverla.
Allentare le quattro viti sulla striscia di gomma
laterale.
Rimuovere le viti nel supporto con chiave a
brugola.

Rimuovere la piastra laterale della spazzola a
rullo.
Estrarre la spazzola a rullo, sostituirla o pulirla.
Rimontare seguendo a ritroso i passi

15 SMALTIMENTO
Quale proprietario di un apparecchio elettrico o elettronico, la legge (conformemente alla direttiva
2012/19/EU sui riuti da apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche e alle legislazioni nazionali degli
Stati membri UE che hanno messo in atto tale direttiva) le vieta di smaltire questo prodotto o i suoi
accessori elettrici / elettronici come riuto domestico solido urbano e le impone invece di smaltirlo
negli appositi centri di raccolta. E’ possibile smaltire il prodotto direttamente dal distributore

e ai decreti attuativi dei vari Stati comunitari è sanzionabile amministrativamente.

Problemi Soluzioni
1. I freni non
funzionano
correttamente
1. svita i dadi in senso orario su entrambi i lati del pneumatico per regolare
i freni nché il freno non funziona bene.
2. Non avanza 2. Parti coinvolte: Controller, fusibile, contattore bidirezionale (Sotto il
fusibile), acceleratore, ruota motrice (ruota anteriore), batteria, connettori
terminali di cablaggio corrispondenti. Uno qualsiasi dei componenti è
danneggiato o ha una connessione scadente che probabilmente causa
questo problema. Si prega di controllare i componenti sopra riportati o
di collegarsi per sostituire le parti danneggiate, quindi la macchina può
avanzare di nuovo.
3. Non spazza 3. Si prega di controllare i componenti del sistema di spazzamento. 2
motori spazzola, 1 motore spazzola a rullo, 1 ventilatore, contattore 1
* 100A, necorsa, livellatori a spinta della spazzola a rullo e spazzola
laterale, cavo d'acciaio e interruttore spazzamento. L'interruttore di
spazzamento è danneggiato o non è ben collegato, il livellatore di
spinta della spazzola a rullo può essere danneggiato o la rottura del cavo

di spruzzatura, relè, interruttore e circuito di controllo. Alcuni problemi
possono vericarsi come perdite del serbatoio dell'acqua, rottura del
tubo dell'acqua, allentamento dei giunti, intasamento dell'ugello
dell'acqua, guasto della pompa dell'acqua e guasto del circuito elettrico.

Il cassetto di raccolta è allentato o cade. Si prega di chiudere bene il cassetto
di raccolta.
La velocità di pulizia è troppo veloce. Si prega di guidare a velocità normale
o rallentare.
17 GARANZIA
Questa macchina è garantita contro difetti di fabbricazione o di montaggio per 12 mesi dalla data
di vendita.
La garanzia comprende solo ed esclusivamente la sostituzione o la riparazione delle parti che
dovessero risultare difettose. Ogni altra richiesta non verrà accolta.
Non sono compresi danni dovuti a normale usura, uso diverso da quello riportato su questo
manuale, danni causati da regolazioni sbagliate, interventi tecnici non eseguiti correttamente, atti
di vandalismo.

7 MACHINE UNPACKAGING
1. Please carefully check whether there is damage on the packing box of the machine. If there is,
please immediately reect to the carrier.
2. Before unpackaging the machine, please dismantle the cargo xed parts and ropes xing the
machine on the pallet.
Note: If no handling machinery is used, please do not push the machine directly so as to avoid
machine damage.
Note: To avoid machine damage, please install the battery after unloading the machine from the
pallet.
8 BATTERY INSTALLATION
Warning: re or explosion hazard. Please be away from spark or open re. The battery
cover must be kept open when charging.
For safety: Please wear protective gloves and eye protectors when treating the battery and battery
wiring when repairing the machine. A void contacting the battery liquid acid.
1. Stop and place the machine on the level ground and take out the key.
2. install the battery in the battery cabin and connect this to the machine according to the leaft
enclosed to the instraction manual

3. Before connecting the battery, please rstly ensure whether the electrodes and electric
terminals are clean. Use electrode cleaning uid and wire brush as required.
Explanation: Paint a thin layer of specic lubricating oil on the connected wiring to avoid battery
corrosion.

9 MACHINE OPERATION
1. Description of the panel panel:
Key Switch. Clockwise switch to turn on. Counter clockwise to turn o
Use direction switch to forward and reverse
Sweeping switch. Turning-on starts the sweeping
Spray switch. Turning-on starts the spraying
Light switch. Turn on the switch when necessary
Battery indicator. The battery indicator shows the voltage and battery capacity.
2. Brake pedal, accelerator pedal
The operator can step on the acceleration pedal to speed up and drive the machine. If you need
to stop the machines, please step on the brake panel.
3. Garbage trolley's removal and installation
When need to dump the rubbish, Please unlock the garbage trolley by pushing up the red bar,
then pull back the trolley's handle to apart the trolley easily. After you dump the rubbish, please
push up the garbage trolley to connect the sweeper with right position. After the connecting,
please use the lock bar (23) to lock the connections to fasten the buckle.
4. Every time the rubbish trolley is emptied, activate the electric lter, positioned on the back of
the machine, for about 60 seconds, for good maintenance of the sweeper.
10 BATTERY CHARGING
Note: To prolong the life of the battery and ensure the optimum eciency of the machine. Please
do not let the battery exist in the uncharged state for long.
If the batteries are not used for a long period of time, recharge them every 3
months. Failure to observe this instruction may result in irreversible damage to the
batteries.
The following charging instructions are suitable for the charger attached to this machine.
Please ensure to use the charger of the following specication to avoid battery damage. The
specication of the battery charger:
• Charger type: - charger for aluminic acid battery.
• Output voltage - 48V
• Output current -10 A
• APO circuit
• Suitable for deep cycle battery charging
1. Move the machine to the place with good ventilation for charging.

2. Stop and place the machine on the level ground and tum the key to the close position.

3. Before charging, check the electrolyte level in each battery unit.

4. Plug the AC (alternating current) power cord of the charger to the power socket with sound
grounding.
5. The charger will automatically start charging and will automatically switch o when it is full.
Note: The machine will not work when being connected to the charger.
Note: during the charging of the charger, please do not pull the DC cord of the charger out of the
socket of the machine to avoid generation of arc strike. If the charging must be suspended
during the charging, please pull out the AC power cord rstly.

6. After the charging is completed, recheck the electrolyte level.
11 MACHINE TRANSPORT
When transporting the machine with truck or trailer, please ensure to following the following
binding procedure:
1. Lift up the brush head to the transport position
2. Use the suggested handling apron to load and unload the machine.
3. Lean the front of the machine closely against the front part of the truck or trailer. When the
machine is placed properly, lower down the brush head and tum the key to the close position.
4. Place blocks behind each driving wheel to prevent the machine from sliding.
5. Use the rope to x the top of the machine to prevent titling. You must install bracket on the
sweeping board of the truck or trailer. For safety: when transporting the machine, please use the
suggested handling apron.
12 MACHINE STORAGE
1. Please charge the battery before storage. Do not store the battery with the power running out.
2. Drain and ush thoroughly the bottom of the water tank.
3. Store the machine in a dry place.
If the machine is stored in a cold environment, please indeed drain all liquid n the machine

brush, Open the side Cover, Unscrew the
rubber guard and take o it.
Loosen four screws on the side rubber strip.
Take o the screws in the supporter with Allen
key.

components: 2 brush motors,1 roller brush motor, 1 Fan, 1 * 100A
contactor, Limit switch, push levelers of roller brush and side brush, steel
cable, and sweeping switch. Sweeping switch is damaged or not well
connected, roller brush's push leveler damaging, or break of steel cable,
may occurs to the no sweeping function. Also please check the motors
if one of it doesn't work. If it is, please repair or replace this motor. If all
the motors doesn't work, may have the problems as follows
Please check if the key switch of the sweeper out of work. If it is, replace the
key switch
Travel Limit switch doesn't work. Adjust the roller brush wire rope to make
the travel limit switch work; if the travel limit switch is found to be
damaged, replace it.

water pipe, valve, spray nozzle, relay, switch and control circuit. Some
problems may occurs this problem such as water tank leakage, water
pipe breaking, knotting loosing, clogging of the water nozzle, the water

5 SÉCURITÉ
Attention:

2. Avant de démarrer la machine:
- S'assurer que tous les équipements de sécurité ont été installés et utilisés correctement.
3. Lors de l'utilisation de la machine:
- ralentir à l'approche de pentes et de surfaces glissantes.
- ralentir pendant le braquage.
- signaler immédiatement si la machine est endommagée ou ne fonctionne pas.
- ne pas laisser les enfants jouer sur ou autour de la machine.
4. Lors de l'arrêt de la machine:
- relâcher la pédale de frein et actionner la commande située devant la pédale de frein (page 7,
image 17), cette manœuvre sert de frein de stationnement.
5. Avant de garer ou d'entretenir la machine:
- arrêter et placer la machine sur un terrain stable.
- éteindre la machine.
6. Lors de la réparation de la machine:
- ne pas porter de vêtements amples qui pourraient se coincer dans la machine.
- avant de démarrer la machine, brancher le câblage de la batterie.
- en manipulant la batterie ou son câblage, porter des gants de protection et des protecteurs
oculaires.
- éviter tout contact avec l'acide de la batterie.
- ne pas laver la machine avec des jets à haute pression.
- utiliser des pièces de rechange fournies ou approuvées par le fabricant.
- tout entretien doit être eectué par du personnel d'entretien qualié.
- ne pas modier la conception originale de la machine.
7. Lors du transport de la machine:
- éteindre la machine.
- ne pas transporter la machine lorsqu'elle est allumée.
- utiliser un transpalette pour déplacer la machine du camion ou de la remorque.

7 DÉBALLAGE DE LA MACHINE
1. Vérier soigneusement le carton d'emballage de la machine pour détecter d'éventuels
dommages. Le cas échéant, le renvoyer immédiatement au transporteur.
2. Avant de déballer la machine, démonter les parties xes de la charge et les câbles qui xent la
machine à la palette.
Note: si un transpalette n'est pas utilisé, ne pas pousser directement la machine pour éviter de
l'endommager.
Note: pour éviter d'endommager la machine, installer la batterie après avoir déchargé la machine
de la palette.
8 INSTALLATION DE LA BATTERIE
Attention: risque d'incendie ou d'explosion. Rester à l'écart des étincelles ou des ammes
nues. Le couvercle de la batterie doit rester ouvert pendant la charge.
Pour des raisons de sécurité : porter des gants de protection et des protecteurs oculaires en
manipulant la batterie et son câblage lors de la réparation de la machine. Éviter tout contact
avec l'acide de la batterie.
1. Arrêter et placer la machine sur un terrain plat, puis retirer la clé.
2. Installer la batterie dans son compartiment et la connecter à la machine conformément à la
che jointe au manuel d'instructions.
Attention: une connexion incorrecte des batteries peut provoquer de graves
dommages aux composants électroniques de la machine.
3. Avant de connecter la batterie, s'assurer d'abord que les électrodes et les bornes électriques sont
propres. Utiliser le liquide de nettoyage des électrodes et une brosse métallique si nécessaire.
Note: appliquer un lm d'huile lubriante spécique sur les contacts de la batterie pour éviter la
corrosion.

9 FONCTIONNEMENT DE LA MACHINE
1. Description des fonctions du panneau:
Interrupteur à clé. Tourner l'interrupteur dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour allumer et
dans le sens inverse pour éteindre.
Utiliser le commutateur de direction pour aller en avant et en arrière.
Interrupteur de balayage. L'allumer pour commencer à balayer.
Interrupteur de pulvérisation. L'allumer pour commencer à pulvériser.
Interrupteur de lumière. L'allumer en cas de besoin.
Indicateur de batterie. L'indicateur de batterie indique la charge restante de la batterie.
2. Pédale de frein, pédale d'accélérateur
L'opérateur peut appuyer sur la pédale d'accélérateur pour accélérer et conduire la machine. S'il
est nécessaire d'arrêter la machine, appuyer sur la pédale de frein.
3. Retrait et installation du tiroir à déchets
Lorsqu'il est nécessaire de décharger les déchets, déverrouiller le tiroir en poussant la barre
rouge vers le haut, puis tirer la poignée du tiroir vers l'arrière pour le sortir facilement. Après
avoir déchargé les déchets, repositionner le tiroir et le pousser vers le haut pour le reconnecter
dans la bonne position, puis utiliser la barre rouge (23) pour verrouiller les connexions.
4. Chaque fois que le chariot à déchets est vidé, activer le ltre électrique, situé à l'arrière de la
machine, pendant environ 60 secondes, pour un bon entretien de la balayeuse.
10 CHARGER LA BATTERIE
Note: Pour prolonger la durée de vie de la batterie et garantir une ecacité optimale de la machine,
ne pas laisser la batterie se décharger pendant de longues périodes.
En cas de non-utilisation prolongée, veiller à recharger les batteries tous les 3
mois. Le non-respect de cette instruction peut entraîner des dommages irréversibles
aux batteries.
Les instructions de charge suivantes sont adaptées au chargeur connecté à cette machine. S'assurer
d'utiliser le chargeur avec les spécications suivantes pour éviter d'endommager la batterie. Les
spécications du chargeur:
• Type de chargeur: - chargeur pour batterie acide aluminique.
• Tension de sortie - 48V
• Courant de sortie - 10A
• Circuit APO
• Convient à la charge des batteries à cycle profond
1. Placer la machine dans un endroit bien ventilé pour la charger.

4. Brancher le câble d'alimentation CA (courant alternatif) du chargeur sur une prise de courant
avec mise à la terre.
5. Le chargeur démarre automatiquement la charge et s'éteint lorsque la batterie est pleine.
Note: La machine ne fonctionne pas lorsqu'elle est connectée au chargeur.
Note: pendant la charge du chargeur, ne pas sortir le câble CC du chargeur de la prise de la machine
pour éviter de générer des arcs électriques. S'il est nécessaire d'interrompre la charge pendant
le chargement, retirer d'abord le câble d'alimentation CA.
Attention: risque d'incendie ou d'explosion. Rester à l'écart des étincelles ou des ammes
nues. Le compartiment de la batterie doit rester ouvert pendant la charge.
6. Une fois la charge terminée, revérier le niveau d'électrolyte.
11 TRANSPORTER LA MACHINE
Lors du transport de la machine par camion ou remorque, s'assurer de suivre la procédure de
xation suivante:
1. Relever la tête de brosse en position de transport.
2. Utiliser le transpalette pour charger et décharger la machine.
3. Placer l'avant de la machine près de l'avant du camion ou de la remorque. Lorsque la machine
est correctement positionnée, abaisser la tête de brosse et tourner la clé en position d'arrêt.
4. Placer des blocs derrière chaque roue motrice pour éviter que la machine ne glisse.

12 STOCKAGE
1. Charger la batterie avant de la ranger. Ne pas stocker la batterie lorsque l’alimentation est
presque épuisée.
2. Vider et rincer soigneusement le fond du réservoir d'eau.
3. Stocker la machine dans un endroit sec.
Si la machine est stockée dans un environnement froid, vider tout le liquide contenu dans la
machine.

13 INSTRUCTIONS D'ENTRETIEN ET DE
REMPLACEMENT DES PIÈCES D’USURE
1. Remplacement de la brosse latérale
Lorsqu'il est nécessaire de remplacer la brosse
latérale, agir d'abord sur le niveleur de
brosse, puis dévisser les pommeaux. Après
avoir remplacé la brosse latérale, procéder
au remontage en suivant les étapes
précédentes à l'envers.
2. Remplacement de la brosse à rouleau
Lorsqu'il est nécessaire de remplacer ou de
nettoyer la brosse à rouleau, ouvrir le
couvercle latéral, dévisser la protection en
caoutchouc et la retirer.
Desserrer les quatre vis de la bande de
caoutchouc latérale.
Retirer les vis du support à l'aide d'une clé Allen.

1. dévisser les écrous dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre des deux
côtés du pneu pour régler les freins jusqu'à ce que le frein fonctionne
correctement.
2. La machine
n'avance pas 2. Pièces concernées : Contrôleur, fusible, contacteur bidirectionnel
(sous le fusible), accélérateur, roue motrice (roue avant), batterie,
connecteurs des bornes de câblage correspondantes. L'un des
composants est endommagé ou présente une mauvaise connexion, ce
qui est probablement à l'origine de ce problème. Vérier les composants
ci-dessus ou procéder à la connexion pour remplacer les pièces
endommagées, puis la machine peut repartir.
3. La machine ne
balaie pas 3. Vérier les composants du système de balayage. 2 moteurs à brosse, 1
moteur brosse à rouleau, 1 ventilateur, contacteur 1 * 100A, n de course,
niveleurs à poussée de la brosse à rouleau et de la brosse latérale, câble
en acier et interrupteur de balayage. L'interrupteur de balayage est
endommagé ou mal connecté, le niveleur à poussée de la brosse à rouleau
peut être endommagé ou une rupture du câble d'acier peut se produire
avec la fonction de non-balayage. Vérier également si l'un des moteurs
ne fonctionne pas. Si c'est le cas, réparer ou remplacer ce moteur. Si tous les
moteurs ne fonctionnent pas, les problèmes suivants peuvent se produire.
Vérier si l'interrupteur à clé de la balayeuse ne fonctionne pas. Si c'est le
cas, remplacer l'interrupteur à clé.
Le n de course ne fonctionne pas. Régler le câble métallique de la brosse à
rouleau pour faire fonctionner le n de course de l’interrupteur; si le n
de course est endommagé, le remplacer.
4. La machine ne
pulvérise pas
d'eau
4. Vérier les pièces liées au système de pulvérisation: réservoir d'eau,
pompe à eau, tuyau d'eau, vanne, buse de pulvérisation, relais,
interrupteur et circuit de commande. Certains problèmes peuvent
survenir, comme une fuite du réservoir d'eau, une rupture du tuyau
d'eau, un desserrage des raccords, un colmatage de la buse d'eau, une
panne de la pompe à eau et une panne du circuit électrique.

telefonisch oder per Post bestellt werden. Um die beste Ezienz zu den niedrigsten Kosten zu
gewährleisten, sollten Sie die folgenden Schritte befolgen:

4 EMPFEHLUNGEN

Achtung: Vermeiden Sie Fäden, Umreifungen und generell alle Arten von Materialien

Achtung: Die Maschine ist unter dem Sitz mit einem Mikroschalter ausgestattet, der daran
hindert, dass die Maschine ohne darauf sitzenden Bediener benutzt wird.
Achtung: Schalten Sie den Netzschalter aus, wenn Sie die Maschine reinigen.
5 SICHERHEIT
Achtung:
1. Es wird gebeten, die Maschine nicht zu benutzen,
- wenn sie mit brennbaren Flüssigkeiten in Berührung kommen kann oder man sich brennbarer
Luft nähert, da es sonst zu einer Explosion oder einem Brand kommen kann;
- wenn Sie nicht für die Nutzung der Maschine geschult und befugt wurden;
- wenn Sie die Betriebsanleitung nicht gelesen und verstanden haben;
- wenn die korrekten Betriebsbedingungen nicht gegeben sind.
2. Vor dem Starten der Maschine:
- sicherstellen, dass alle Sicherheitsausrüstungen korrekt installiert wurden und richtig
verwendet werden.
3. Beim Einsatz der Maschine:
- wird gebeten vor Abhängen und auf rutschigem Untergrund die Geschwindigkeit herabzusetzen;
- beim Lenken langsam zu fahren;
- sofort darauf hinweisen, wenn die Maschine beschädigt ist oder nicht funktioniert;
- verhindern, dass Kinder auf oder im Umkreis der Maschine spielen.
4. Bei stehender Maschine:
- das Bremspedal loslassen und das Bedienelement vor dem Bremspedal (S. 7, Abb. 17) betätigen,
da so die Feststellbremse eingelegt wird.
5. Vor dem Parken oder Beginn der Wartung der Maschine:
- die Maschine anhalten und auf einem stabilen Untergrund ausrichten;
- die Maschine ausschalten.
6. Bei Reparatureingrien an der Maschine:
- bitte keine weite Kleidung tragen, die sich in der Maschine verfangen könnte;
- vor der Inbetriebnahme der Maschine zunächst die Batterieverkabelung anschließen;
- beim Umgang mit der Batterie oder der Batterieverkabelung Schutzhandschuhe und einen
Augenschutz tragen;
- einen Kontakt mit Batteriesäure vermeiden;
- die Maschine bitte nicht mit einem Hochdruckreiniger waschen;
- die vom Hersteller gelieferten oder zugelassene Ersatzteile verwenden;
- alle Wartungsarbeiten müssen von qualiziertem Wartungspersonal durchgeführt werden;
- bitte nie das ursprüngliche Design der Maschine verändern.
7. Beim Transport der Maschine:
- die Maschine bitte ausschalten;
- die Maschine bitte nicht im eingeschalteten Zustand transportieren;
- zum Abladen vom LKW oder einem Anhänger bitte stets einen Palettenhubwagen verwenden;
- die Maschine mit dem Seil am LKW oder am Anhänger xieren.

7 AUSPACKEN DER MASCHINE
1. Bitte kontrollieren Sie sorgfältig, ob die Verpackung der Maschine beschädigt ist. Sollte dies der
Fall sein, geben Sie sie bitte unverzüglich an den Kurier zurück.
2. Bevor Sie die Maschine auspacken, die festen Teile der Ladung und die Seile, mit denen die
Maschine an der Palette befestigt ist, entfernen.
Hinweis: Wenn kein Palettenhubwagen verwendet wird, darf die Maschine nicht direkt geschoben
werden, um Schäden daran zu vermeiden.
Hinweis: Um Schäden an der Maschine zu vermeiden, die Batterie erst installieren, nachdem die
Maschine von der Palette abgeladen wurde.
8 INSTALLATION DER BATTERIE
Achtung: Brand- oder Explosionsgefahr. Halten Sie sich bitte von Funken oder oenen
Flammen fern. Der Deckel des Batteriefachs muss beim Auaden der Batterie oen gelassen
werden.
Für Ihre Sicherheit: Ziehen Sie Schutzhandschuhe an und tragen Sie einen Augenschutz, wenn Sie
während der Reparatur der Maschine die Batterie und ihre Verkabelung handhaben. Vermeiden
Sie einen Kontakt mit Batteriesäure.
1. Halten Sie die Maschine an, richten Sie sie eben aus, ziehen Sie dann den Schlüssel ab.
2. Setzen Sie die Batterie in das Batteriefach ein und schließen Sie sie gemäß den Angaben im der
Bedienungsanleitung beigefügten Blatt an die Maschine an.
Achtung: Ein falscher Anschluss der Batterien kann zu schweren Beschädigungen
an den elektronischen Komponenten der Maschine führen.
3. Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Anschließen der Batterie darüber, dass die Elektroden und
Anschlusskontakte sauber sind. Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf eine Reinigungsüssigkeit für
Elektroden und eine Drahtbürste.
Hinweis: Tragen Sie eine dünne Schicht spezisches Schmieröl für Batteriekontakte auf, um eine
Korrosion zu vermeiden.

9 BETRIEBSWEISE DER MASCHINE
1. Beschreibung der Funktionen der Bedienkonsole:
Schlüsselschalter. Den Schalter im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um die Maschine einzuschalten, gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn, um sie auszuschalten.
Verwenden Sie den Fahrrichtungsschalter, um vor- und rückwärts zu fahren.
Kehrfunktionsschalter. Beim Einschalten wird die Kehrfunktion gestartet.
Sprühfunktionsschalter. Beim Einschalten wird die Sprühfunktion gestartet.
Lichtschalter. Diesen Schalter bei Bedarf einschalten.
Batterieanzeige. Die Batterieanzeige zeigt die Restladung der Batterie an.
2. Bremspedal, Gaspedal
Der Bediener kann die Maschine durch Drücken des Pedals beschleunigen und so fahren. Soll die
Maschine angehalten werden, das Bremspedal betätigen.
3. Entfernen und Anbringen des Kehrgutbehälters
Muss das Kehrgut entladen werden, müssen Sie den Behälter zunächst entriegeln, indem Sie den roten
Hebel nach oben drücken und dann den Behältergri nach ziehen hinten ziehen, dann können Sie
den Behälter einfach herausziehen. Nach dem Entladen des Leerguts, brauchen Sie den Behälter nur
wieder anzuordnen und nach oben zu drücken, um ihn wieder in der richtigen Position einzukuppeln.
Anschließend müssen Sie die Verbindung mit dem roten Gri (23) wieder sichern.
4. Aktiveren Sie nach jedem Entleeren der Kehrmaschine ungefähr 60 Sekunden lang den hinten
an der Maschine angeordneten elektrischen Filterrüttler und halten Sie sie damit in einem guten
Wartungszustand.
10 LADEN DER BATTERIE
Hinweis: Um die Lebensdauer der Batterie zu verlängern und eine optimale Leistungsfähigkeit
der Maschine zu gewährleisten, sollten Sie die Batterie nicht über einen längeren Zeitraum im
entladenen Zustand belassen.
Wenn die Batterie längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, sollte sie alle 3 Monate
aufgeladen werden. Die Nichteinhaltung dieser Anweisung kann zu irreversiblen
Schäden der Batterien führen.
Die nachstehenden Ladeanweisungen treen auf das an diese Maschine angeschlossene Ladegerät
zu. Achten Sie darauf, ein Ladegerät mit den folgenden Spezikationen zu verwenden, um
Beschädigungen an der Batterie zu vermeiden. Spezikationen des Batterieladegeräts:
• Typ des Batterieladegeräts: - Batterieladegerät für Aluminium-Ionen-Batterien.
• Ausgangsspannung - 48 V
• Ausgangsstrom - 10 A
• APO-Schaltkreis
• Geeignet für das Nachladen von Batterien mit Tiefzyklus
1. Bringen Sie die Maschine zum Nachladen an einen gut belüfteten Ort.
Achtung: Brand- oder Explosionsgefahr. Halten Sie sich bitte von Funken oder oenen
Flammen fern. Das Batteriefach muss beim Auaden oen gelassen werden.
2. Halten Sie die Maschine an, richten Sie sie eben aus und drehen Sie den Schlüssel in die Ausschaltposition.

3. Prüfen Sie vor dem Laden in jeder Batterieeinheit den jeweiligen Elektrolytstand.
Für Ihre Sicherheit: Ziehen Sie Schutzhandschuhe an und tragen Sie einen Augenschutz,
wenn Sie während der Reparatur der Maschine die Batterie und ihre Verkabelung handhaben.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit der Batteriesäure.
4. Schließen Sie das AC-Versorgungskabel (Wechselstrom) des Ladegeräts an eine geerdete
Steckdose an.
5. Das Ladegerät beginnt automatisch mit dem Auaden und schaltet sich automatisch ab, wenn
die Batterie voll geladen ist.
Hinweis: Die Maschine wird nicht funktionieren, wenn es an das Ladegerät angeschlossen ist.
Hinweis: Ziehen Sie beim Auaden des Ladegeräts das DC-Kabel (Gleichstrom) des Ladegeräts nicht
aus der Anschlussdose der Maschine, um so das Entstehen von Lichtbögen zu vermeiden. Soll der
Ladevorgang unterbrochen werden, müssen Sie zuerst das AC-Versorgungkabel abziehen.
Achtung: Brand- oder Explosionsgefahr. Halten Sie sich bitte von Funken oder oenen
Flammen fern. Das Batteriefach muss beim Auaden oen gelassen werden.
6. Nach Beendigung des Ladevorgangs erneut den Elektrolytstand kontrollieren.
11 TRANSPORTIEREN DER MASCHINE
Sollten Sie die Maschine auf einem Lkw oder Anhänger transportieren, beachten Sie bitte die
folgende bindende Vorgangsweise:
1. Heben Sie den Bürstenkopf in die Transportposition.
2. Verwenden Sie zum Laden und Abladen der Maschine einen Hubwagen.
3. Legen Sie den vorderen Teil der Maschine an der Vorderseite des LKWs oder Anhängers an.
Nachdem die Maschine als richtig positioniert resultiert, den Bürstenkopf senken und den
Schlüssel in die Ausschaltposition drehen.
4. Legen Sie Klötze hinter jedes Antriebsrad, um zu verhindern, dass die Maschine verrutscht.
5. Verwenden Sie ein Seil, um die Maschine so im oberen Bereich zu sichern, damit sie nicht
umkippen kann. Der Bügel an der Kehrachse muss am LKW oder Anhänger angebracht werden.
Für die Sicherheit: Verwenden Sie für den Transport der Maschine einen Palettenhubwagen.
12 EINLAGERN DER MASCHINE
1. Bitte laden Sie die Batterie auf, bevor Sie sie einlagern. Lagern Sie die Batterie nicht ein, wenn
ihre Ladung fast erschöpft ist.
2. Lassen Sie den Wasserbehälter ab und spülen Sie seinen Boden gründlich ab.
3. Lagern Sie die Maschine an einem trockenen Ort
Wird die Maschine an einem kalten Ort gelagert, dann lassen Sie bitte die gesamte, in der Maschine
enthaltene Flüssigkeit ab.

1. Austausch der Seitenbürste
Wenn Sie die Seitenbürste auswechseln müssen,
müssen Sie zuerst die Nivelliervorrichtung
der Bürste betätigen und dann die Knäufe
lösen. Nachdem Sie die Seitenbürste
ausgetauscht haben, sie in umgekehrter
Abfolge wieder montieren.
2. Austausch der Kehrwalze
Muss die Kehrwalze ersetzt oder gereinigt
werden, müssen Sie die seitliche Abdeckung
önen, den Gummischutz lösen und die
Walze dann herausnehmen.
Lockern Sie die vier Schrauben an der seitlichen
Gummileiste.
Entfernen Sie die in der Halterung vorhandenen
Schrauben mit einem Inbusschlüssel.

Nehmen Sie die Seitenplatte der Kehrwalze ab.
Ziehen Sie die Kehrwalze heraus, ersetzen oder
reinigen Sie sie. Montieren Sie dann alles

Probleme Abhilfen
1. Die Bremsen
funktionieren
nicht korrekt
1. drehen Sie die an beiden Seiten des Reifens angesetzten Muttern
im Uhrzeigersinn und regulieren Sie die Bremsen so lange, bis die
Bremswirkung korrekt ist.
2. Fährt nicht
vorwärts 2. Betroene Teile: Steuergerät, Sicherung, bidirektionales Schütz (unter
der Sicherung), Gassteuerung, Antriebsrad (Vorderrad), Batterie,
entsprechende Kabelanschlüsse. Eine der Komponenten ist beschädigt
oder hat eine schlechte Verbindung, was wahrscheinlich die Ursache des
Problems ist. Bitte überprüfen Sie die oben genannten Komponenten
oder ersetzen Sie die beschädigten Teile bzw. stellen Sie die Anschlüsse
wieder her, dann kann die Maschine wieder gefahren werden.
3. Keine
Kehrfunktion 3. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Komponenten des Kehrsystems. 2 Bürstenmotoren,
1 Kehrwalzenmotor, 1 Lüfter, Schütz 1 * 100 A, Endschalter, Schubausgleicher
der Kehrwalze und Seitenbürste, Stahlseil und Kehrfunktionsschalter. Der
Kehrfunktionsschalter ist beschädigt oder nicht richtig angeschlossen, der
Schubausgleicher der Kehrwalze kann beschädigt sein oder das Stahlseil
kann außerhalb der Kehrfunktion reißen. Überprüfen Sie auch die Motoren,
ob eventuelle einer von ihnen nicht funktioniert. Sollte dies der Fall sein,
reparieren oder ersetzen Sie diesen Motor. Funktioniert keiner der Motoren,
können folgende Probleme auftreten.
Kontrollieren Sie bitte, ob der Schlüsselschalter der Kehrmaschine ggf. nicht
funktioniert. Sollte dies der Fall sein, den Schlüsselschalter ersetzen.
Der Endschalter funktioniert nicht. Regulieren Sie das Metallseil der
Kehrwalze so, dass der Endschalter des Schalters funktioniert; ist der
Endschalter beschädigt ist, dann muss er ersetzt werden.
4. Es wird kein
Wasser
gesprüht
4. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Teile des Sprühsystems: Wasserbehälter,
Wasserpumpe, Wasserschlauch, Ventil, Sprühdüse, Relais, Schalter
und Steuerschaltkreis. Hier können einige Probleme auftreten,
wie z. B. Leckagen im Wassertank, Wasserrohrbrüche, sich lösende
Verbindungen, Verstopfung der Wasserdüsen, Ausfall der Wasserpumpe
und Ausfall des Stromkreises.
5. Der Filterrüttler
funktioniert

5. Kontrollieren Sie, ob der Motor des Filterrüttlers beschädigt ist, ob die Kette
locker oder gerissen ist, ob ggf. der Stromkreis und die Taste des Schalters
nicht funktionieren. Wenn beschädigt, reparieren oder ersetzen.

6. Kontrollieren Sie, dass der Stecker des Ladegeräts richtig angeschlossen ist.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, schließen Sie es wieder anschließen. Überprüfen
Sie, dass das Ladegerät ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Sollte dies nicht der
Fall sein, das Ladegerät reparieren oder ersetzen. Sollten andere Probleme
auftreten, wenden Sie sich bitte rechtzeitig an den Kundendienst.

Die Dichtungen sind teilweise beschädigt oder fallen ab. Bitte ersetzen Sie
die Dichtungen.
Das Flügelrad funktioniert nicht richtig. Bitte reparieren oder ersetzen Sie
es.
Beschädigungen an der vorderen Staubschutzleiste. Bitte ersetzen.
Um die Hauptbürste haben sich Bänder und Fäden gewickelt oder sie ist
falsch ausgerichtet. Bitte reinigen Sie die Hauptbürste oder setzen Sie
sie in der richtigen Position ein.
Der Kehrgutbehälter ist locker oder fällt herunter. Bitte den Kehrgutbehälter
gut einsetzen.
Die Reinigungsgeschwindigkeit ist zu schnell. Bitte fahren Sie mit normaler
Geschwindigkeit oder langsamer.
17 GARANTIE
Auf diese Maschine wird eine Garantie von 12 Monaten ab Kaufdatum geleistet, die Fabrikations-
und Montagefehler deckt.
Die Garantie sieht ausschließlich das Ersetzen oder die Reparatur der als defekt anerkannten Teile
vor. Jede andere Reklamation wird nicht angenommen.
Auf normalen Verschleiß oder einen anderen als den im Handbuch angegebenen Gebrauch
zurückführbare Schäden sowie durch falsche Einstellungen oder nicht korrekt ausgeführte
technische Eingrie oder durch Vandalismus verursachte Schäden sind nicht durch die Garantie

la máquina.
Antes de utilizar esta máquina, leer atentamente y comprender el contenido de esta guía.
Es posible pedir piezas y accesorios a cualquier centro de asistencia o revendedor autorizado por
teléfono o por correo. Para garantizar la mejor ecacia al coste más bajo, atenerse a lo siguiente:
• utilizar la máquina con cuidado;
• efectuar el mantenimiento de la máquina según las instrucciones de mantenimiento
suministradas en el manual de uso.

4 RECOMENDACIONES
Todos los operadores deben leer, comprender y cumplir las siguientes recomendaciones.
Para evitar riesgos que puedan conllevar lesiones personales o inclusive la muerte.
Atención: peligro de incendio o explosión:
- No utilizar líquidos inamables; no poner en marcha la máquina en proximidad o en lugares
donde haya aire o polvo inamables.
Esta máquina no dispone de un motor antideagrante. Si se usa esta máquina en lugares donde
haya aire, líquidos o polvos inamables, el motor eléctrico podría generar chispas durante la puesta
en marcha y el funcionamiento que podrían causar incendios o explosiones.
- No se deben recoger materiales inamables ni metales reactivos.
- Mantener lejos de chispas o llamas abiertas.
- El alojamiento de la batería estar siempre abierto durante la carga.
Atención: peligro de descargas eléctricas. Desconectar el cableado de la batería antes de
efectuar el mantenimiento de la máquina.
Atención: Funcionamiento del cepillo giratorio. No acercar las manos. Interrumpir el
suministro antes de efectuar el mantenimiento de la máquina.
La siguiente información explica las condiciones que causan peligros potenciales para los operadores
o los equipos:
Atención: Evitar que se barran lamentos, ejes y, en general, todo tipo de materiales que
podrían bloquear la rotación de los cepillos.

Atención: la máquina dispone de un microinterruptor debajo del asiento que no se puede
usar sin un operador.
Atención: Apagar el interruptor de alimentación durante la limpieza de la máquina.
5 SEGURIDAD
Atención:
1. No utilizar la máquina
- cuando entra en contacto con líquidos inamables o se aproxima a aire inamable, ya que
podría causar explosiones o incendios;
- excepto si uno ha recibido formación y autorización para utilizar la máquina;
- sin haber leído y comprendido antes el manual de uso;
- si no están las condiciones para un funcionamiento correcto.
2. Antes de poner en marcha la máquina:
- asegurarse de que todos los dispositivos de seguridad estén instalados y se utilicen correctamente.
3. Cuando se utiliza la máquina:
- reducir la velocidad cerca de pendientes y supercies resbaladizas;
- reducir la velocidad al girar;
- señalar inmediatamente cuando la máquina está dañada o no funciona;
- no permitir que los niños jueguen encima o alrededor de la máquina.
4. Cuando la máquina se para:
- soltar el pedal del freno y actuar en el mando frente al pedal del freno (pág. 7, img. 17); esta
operación sirve como freno de estacionamiento.
5. Antes de aparcar o llevar a cabo operaciones de mantenimiento en la máquina:
- detener y colocar la máquina en una supercie estable;
- apagar la máquina.
6. Cuando se repara la máquina:
- no llevar ropa holgada que podría quedar atrapada en la máquina;
- antes de poner en marcha la máquina, conectar el cableado de la batería;
- durante el tratamiento de la batería o del cableado de la batería, usar guantes de protección y
protección ocular;
- evitar el contacto con el ácido de la batería;
- no lavar la máquina con chorros de alta presión;
- utilizar las piezas de recambio suministradas o reconocidas por el fabricante;
- todo el mantenimiento debe ser llevado a cabo por personal cualicado encargado del mantenimiento;
- no modicar el diseño original de la máquina.
7. Durante el transporte de la máquina:
- apagar la máquina;
- no transportar la máquina con la batería encendida;
- utilizar una transpaleta para desplazar la máquina del camión o del remolque;
- utilizar el cable para sujetar la máquina al camión o al remolque.

7 DESEMBALAJE DE LA MÁQUINA
1. Comprobar atentamente si hay daños visibles en la caja de embalaje de la máquina. En caso
armativo, devolverla inmediatamente al transportista.
2. Antes de desembalar la máquina, desmontar las piezas jas de la carga y los cables que sujetan
la máquina al palé.
Nota: si no se utiliza una transpaleta, no empujar directamente la máquina para evitar que sufra
daños.
Nota: para evitar daños en la máquina, instalar la batería después de haber descargado la máquina
de la paleta.
8 INSTALACIÓN DE LA BATERÍA
Atención: peligro de incendio o explosión. Mantener lejos de chispas o llamas abiertas. La
cubierta de la batería debe estar siempre abierta durante la carga.
Por razones de seguridad, usar guantes de protección y protección ocular al manipular la batería y
el cableado de la batería durante la reparación de la máquina. Evitar el contacto con el ácido de
la batería.
1. Detener, colocar la máquina en una supercie plana y extraer la llave.
2. Instalar la batería en el alojamiento de la batería y conectarla a la máquina, según el documento
adjunto al manual de instrucciones.
Atención: una conexión incorrecta de las baterías puede causar daños graves en
los componentes electrónicos de la máquina.
3. Antes de conectar la batería, asegurarse ante todo de que los electrodos y los terminales
eléctricos estén limpios. Utilizar líquido para la limpieza de los electrodos y un cepillo metálico
si fuera necesario.
Nota: aplicar una capa na de aceite lubricante especíco para los contactos de la batería para
evitar la corrosión.

9 FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA MÁQUINA
1. Descripción de las funciones del panel:
Interruptor de llave. Girar el interruptor hacia la derecha para encender y hacia la izquierda para
apagar.
Utilizar el interruptor de dirección para moverse hacia delante y hacia atrás.
Interruptor barrido. Cuando se enciende, se activa el barrido.
Interruptor de pulverización. Cuando se enciende, se activa la pulverización.
Interruptor de la luz. Encender el interruptor cuando sea necesario.
Indicador de la batería. El indicador de la batería muestra la carga residual de la batería.
2. Pedal del freno, pedal del acelerador
El operador puede pisar el pedal del acelerador para acelerar y operar la máquina. Si fuera
necesario parar la máquina, pisar el pedal del freno.
3. Eliminación e instalación del recipiente de recogida de desechos
Cuando sea necesario descargar los desechos, desbloquear el recipiente empujando la barra
roja hacia arriba y luego tirar hacia atrás el asa del recipiente para extraerlo fácilmente. Una vez
descargados los desechos, volver a colocar el recipiente y empujarlo hacia arriba para conectarlo
de nuevo en la posición correcta; después, bloquear las conexiones con la barra roja (23).
4. Cada vez que se vacía el recipiente de los desechos se debe activar el ltro eléctrico situado en la
parte trasera de la máquina durante unos 60 segundos para llevar un buen mantenimiento de
la barredora.
10 CARGAR LA BATERÍA
Nota: Para prolongar la duración de la batería y garantizar la mejor ecacia de la máquina, no dejar
que la batería esté sin carga durante mucho tiempo.
En caso de inactividad prolongada, recargar las baterías cada 3 meses. Si no se
cumple esta indicación, las baterías podrían dañarse irreparablemente.
Las siguientes instrucciones se reeren al cargador de baterías conectado a esta máquina.
Asegurarse de que el cargador de batería utilizado tenga las siguientes especicaciones, para
evitar que se dañe la batería. Especicaciones del cargador de batería:
• tipo de cargador de batería: - cargador para batería por ácido alúminico;
• tensión de salida - 48V;
• corriente de salida -10 A;
• circuito APO;
• apto para la carga de la batería de ciclo profundo.
1. Mover la máquina a un lugar bien ventilado para efectuar la carga.
Atención: peligro de incendio o explosión. Mantener lejos de chispas o llamas abiertas. El
alojamiento de la batería debe estar siempre abierto durante la carga.
2. Detener y colocar la máquina en una supercie plana y girar la llave en posición de apagado.

3. Antes de cargar, controlar el nivel del electrólito de cada unidad batería.
Por razones de seguridad, usar guantes de protección y protección ocular al manipular la batería
y el cableado de la batería durante la reparación de la máquina. Evitar el contacto con el ácido
de la batería.
4. Conectar el cable de alimentación CA (corriente alterna) del cargador de batería a la toma de
corriente con puesta a tierra.
5. El cargador de batería comenzará automáticamente a cargar y se apagará de igual manera
cuando la batería esté cargada.
Nota: La máquina no funcionará cuando esté conectada al cargador de batería.
Nota: durante la carga con el cargador de batería, no extraer el cable CC del cargador de la toma de
la máquina para evitar que se produzcan arcos eléctricos. Si se debe suspender la carga durante
el proceso, extraer antes el cable de alimentación CA.
Atención: peligro de incendio o explosión. Mantener lejos de chispas o llamas abiertas. El
alojamiento de la batería debe estar siempre abierto durante la carga.
6. Al nal de la carga, controlar de nuevo el nivel del electrólito.
11 TRANSPORTAR LA MÁQUINA
Cuando se transporta la máquina con camión o remolque, asegurarse de que se siga este
procedimiento obligatorio:
1. Levantar la cabeza del cepillo en posición de transporte.
2. Utilizar la transpaleta para cargar y descargar la máquina.
3. Apoyar la parte delantera de la máquina cerca de la parte delantera del camión o del remolque.
Cuando la máquina está en la posición correcta, bajar la cabeza del cepillo y girar la llave en
posición de apagado.
4. Colocar las cuñas detrás de cada rueda motriz para evitar que la máquina resbale.
5. Utilizar el cable para sujetar la parte superior de la máquina y evitar que se vuelque. Es necesario
instalar el soporte en el eje de barrido del camión o del remoque. Por razones de seguridad,
utilizar la transpaleta durante el transporte de la máquina.
12 ALMACENAJE
1. Es necesario cargar la batería antes de almacenarla. No guardar la batería con la alimentación
casi agotada.
2. Drenar y aclarar muy bien el fondo del depósito del agua.
3. Guardar la máquina en un lugar seco.
Si la máquina se guarda en un lugar frío, descargar todo el líquido de la máquina.

13 INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO Y
LA SUSTITUCIÓN DE LAS PIEZAS DE DESGASTE
1. Sustitución del cepillo lateral
Para sustituir el cepillo lateral, lo primero que
debe hacerse es usar el nivelador del cepillo
y luego desenroscar los pomos. Una vez que
se haya sustituido el cepillo lateral, volver a
montar siguiendo los pasos anteriores en el
orden inverso.
2. Sustitución del cepillo de rodillo
Para sustituir o limpiar el cepillo de rodillo, abrir
la tapa lateral, desatornillar la protección de
goma y quitarla.
Aojar los cuatro tornillos en la banda de goma
lateral.
Quitar los tornillos en el soporte con la llave
Allen.

Quitar el soporte del rodillo.
Quitar la placa lateral del cepillo de rodillo.
Extraer el cepillo de rodillo, sustituirlo o
limpiarlo. Volver a montar siguiendo los
pasos anteriores en el orden inverso.

Como propietario de un aparato eléctrico o electrónico, la ley (conforme a la directiva 2012/19/
UE sobre residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos y conforme a las legislaciones nacionales
de los estados miembros UE que han puesto en práctica dicha directiva) le prohíbe eliminar este
producto o sus accesorios eléctricos o electrónicos como residuo doméstico sólido urbano y le impone
eliminarlo en los centros apropiados de recogida. Es posible eliminar el producto directamente
mediante el distribuidor adquiriendo un producto nuevo, equivalente al que se debe eliminar.
Abandonar el producto en el medioambiente puede crear graves daños al mismo medioambiente
y a la salud.
El símbolo de la gura representa el contenedor de los residuos urbanos y está absolutamente
prohibido eliminar el aparato en estos contenedores. El incumplimiento de las indicaciones de
la directiva 2012/19/EU y de los decretos ejecutivos de los diferentes estados comunitarios es
sancionable administrativamente.

1. Los frenos no
funcionan
correctamente
1. Desenroscar las tuercas hacia la derecha en ambos lados del neumático
para ajustar los frenos, hasta que los frenos funcionen correctamente.
2. No avanza 2. Partes en cuestión: controlador, fusible, contactor bidireccional (bajo
fusible), acelerador, rueda motriz (rueda delantera), batería, conectores
terminales de cableado correspondientes. Algún componente está
dañado o tiene una conexión débil que probablemente causa este
problema. Comprobar los componentes indicados anteriormente o
conectarse para sustituir las piezas dañadas; luego, la máquina podrá
avanzar de nuevo.
3. No barre 3. Comprobar los componentes del sistema de barrido. 2 motores del
cepillo, 1 motor del cepillo de rodillo, 1 ventilador, contactor 1 * 100A,
nal de carrera, niveladores de empuje del cepillo de rodillo y cepillo
lateral, cable de acero e interruptor de barrido. El interruptor de barrido
está dañado o no está bien conectado, el nivelador de empuje del cepillo
de rodillo puede estar dañado o la rotura del cable de acero puede ocurrir
con la función de no barrido. Además, se debe controlar si no funciona
uno de los motores. Si así fuera, reparar o sustituir este motor. Si todos

está dañado, sustituirlo.
4. No pulveriza
agua 4. Comprobar las piezas del sistema de pulverización: depósito del agua,
bomba del agua, tubo del agua, válvula, boquilla de rociado, relé,
interruptor y circuito de control. Podría haber algunos problemas como
pérdidas del depósito del agua, rotura del tubo del agua, aojamiento
de los empalmes, atasco de la boquilla del agua, avería en la bomba del
agua y avería en el circuito eléctrico.
5. El sacudidor
de ltro no
funciona

o de montaje. La garantía cubre sólo y exclusivamente la sustitución o la reparación de los
componentes que resulten defectuosos. Cualquier otra solicitud no será tenida en cuenta.
No se incluye en la garantía los daños debido al desgaste normal, uso diverso al descrito en
este manual, daños causados por regulaciones erróneas, intervenciones técnicas realizadas
incorrectamente o actos de vandalismo.

5 SEGURANÇA
Atenção:
1. Não utilizar a máquina
- quando entrar em contacto com líquidos inamáveis ou aproximar-se de ar inamável, caso
contrário pode causar explosões ou incêndios.
- a não ser que tenha sido treinado e autorizado para usar a máquina.
- se não leu e entendeu o manual de uso.
- se não estiver nas condições de funcionamento correto.
2. Antes de ativar a máquina:
- Certicar-se de que todos os equipamentos de segurança foram instalados e utilizados de modo
correto.
3. Quando estiver a utilizar a máquina:
- diminuir a velocidade nas proximidades de encostas e superfícies escorregadias.
- diminuir a velocidade ao virar o volante.
- avisar imediatamente quando a máquina estiver danicada ou não funcionar.
- não deixar que as crianças brinquem em cima ou ao redor da máquina.
4. Quando a máquina para:
- soltar o pedal do travão e atuar no comando na frente do pedal do travão ( pág.7, imagem 17),
esta operação serve como travão de estacionamento.
5. Antes de estacionar ou realizar a manutenção da máquina:
- parar e posicionar a máquina sobre um terreno estável.
- desligar a máquina.
6. Quando consertar a máquina:
- não usar roupas largas que possam encravar-se na máquina.
- antes de ativar a máquina, desligar primeiro a cablagem da bateria.

7 DESEMBALAGEM DA MÁQUINA
1. Controlar com atenção se há danos na caixa de embalagem da máquina. Se houver, enviar
imediatamente ao correio.
2. Antes de desembalar a máquina, desmontar as partes xas da carga e os cabos que xam a
máquina à palete.
Nota: se não for utilizado um transpalete, não empurrar diretamente a máquina para evitar danos
na mesma.
Nota: para evitar danos na máquina, instale a bateria após descarregar a máquina da palete.
8 INSTALAÇÃO DA BATERIA
Atenção: perigo de incêndio ou explosão. Ficar longe de faíscas ou chamas abertas. A
tampa da bateria deve ser mantida aberta durante a recarga.
Para a segurança: usar luvas de proteção e proteções para os olhos quando manusear a bateria e a
cablagem da bateria durante a reparação da máquina. Evitar o contacto com o ácido da bateria.
1. Parar, posicionar a máquina sobre uma superfície plana e extrair a chave.
2. Instalar a bateria no espaço da bateria e ligá-la à máquina conforme a folha anexada ao manual
de instruções
Atenção: a ligação incorreta das baterias pode causar sérios danos aos
componentes eletrónicos da máquina.
3. Antes de ligar a bateria, certicar-se de que os elétrodos e os terminais elétricos estejam limpos.
Utilizar líquido para a limpeza dos elétrodos e uma escova metálica conforme as exigências.
Nota: aplicar um o de óleo lubricante especíco para os contactos da bateria para evitar a
corrosão.

9 FUNCIONAMENTO DA MÁQUINA
1. Descrição das funções do Painel:
Interruptor de chave. Rodar o interruptor no sentido horário para acender, no sentido anti-
horário para apagar.
Usar o interruptor de direção para avançar ou recuar.
Interruptor de varredura. Aquando do acendimento, ativa a varredura.
Interruptor do spray. Aquando do acendimento, ativa a pulverização.
Interruptor da luz. Acender o interruptor quando for necessário.
Indicador da bateria. O indicador da bateria mostra a carga residual da bateria.
2. Pedal do travão, pedal do acelerador
O operador pode premir o pedal do acelerador para acelerar e conduzir a máquina. Se for
necessário parar a máquina, premir o pedal do travão.
3. Remoção e instalação da caixa de recolha do lixo
Quando for necessário descarregar o lixo, desbloquear a caixa empurrando para cima a barra
vermelha, de seguida puxar para trás a pega da caixa para extrair a mesma com facilidade. Após
descarregar o lixo, reposicionar a caixa e empurrá-la para cima para ligá-la na posição correta,
de seguida, com a barra vermelha (23), bloquear as ligações.
4. A cada esvaziamento do carrinho de recolha do lixo ativar o ltro elétrico, posicionado atrás da
máquina, por cerca de 60 segundos, para uma boa manutenção da varredoura.
10 CARREGAR A BATERIA
Nota: Para prolongar a duração da bateria e garantir a eciência perfeita da máquina, não deixar
que a bateria que descarregada por muito tempo.
Em caso de não utilização prolongada, recarregar as baterias a cada 3 meses. O
não cumprimento desta instrução pode danicar as baterias de forma irreversível.
As seguintes instruções de recarga são adequadas para o carregador de baterias ligado nesta
máquina. Certicar-se de que utiliza o carregador de baterias com as seguintes especicações
para evitar danos na bateria. As especicações do carregador de baterias:
• Tipo de carregador de bateria: - carregador de bateria para bateria de ácido alumínico.
• Tensão de saída - 48V
• Corrente de saída -10 A
• Circuito APO
• Adequado para a recarga da bateria de ciclo profundo
1. Deslocar a máquina para um local com boa ventilação para a recarga.
Atenção: perigo de incêndio ou explosão. Ficar longe de faíscas ou chamas abertas. O
espaço da bateria deve ser mantido aberto durante a recarga.
2. Parar e posicionar a máquina sobre uma superfície plana e rodar a chave para a posição de
desligado.

3. Antes de carregar, controlar o nível do eletrólito em cada unidade de bateria.
Para a segurança: usar luvas de proteção e proteções para os olhos quando manusear a bateria
e a cablagem da bateria durante a reparação da máquina. Evitar o contacto com o ácido da
bateria.
4. Ligar o cabo de alimentação AC (corrente alternada) do carregador de baterias à tomada de
corrente com ligação à terra.
5. O carregador de baterias inicia automaticamente carregar e desliga automaticamente quando a
bateria estiver cheia.
Nota: A máquina não funciona quando está ligada ao carregador de baterias.
Nota: durante a recarga do carregador de baterias, não extrair o cabo DC do mesmo do conector
da máquina, para evitar gerar arcos elétricos. Se a recarga tiver que ser suspendida, extrair
primeiro o cabo de alimentação AC.
Atenção: perigo de incêndio ou explosão. Ficar longe de faíscas ou chamas abertas. O
espaço da bateria deve ser mantido aberto durante a recarga.
6. Ao terminar a recarga, controlar o nível do eletrólito.
11 TRANSPORTAR A MÁQUINA
Quando transportar a máquina com camião ou reboque, certicar-se de que seguiu o seguinte
procedimento vinculativo:
1. Erguer a cabeça da escova na posição de transporte
2. Utilizar o transpalete para carregar e descarregar a máquina.
3. Apoiar a parte dianteira da máquina perto da parte dianteira do camião ou do reboque. Quando
a máquina estiver posicionada de forma correta, abaixar a cabeça da escova e rodar a chave na
posição de desligado.
4. Posicionar travas atrás de cada roda motora para evitar que a máquina derrape.
5. Utilizar o cabo para xar a parte superior da máquina, para evitar a viragem. É necessário
instalar a braçadeira no eixo de varredura do camião ou do reboque. Para a segurança: durante
o transporte da máquina, utilizar o transpalete.
12 ESTOCAGEM
1. Carregar a bateria antes de guardá-la. Não conservar a bateria com a alimentação prestes a
esgotar.
2. Drenar e enxaguar com cuidado o fundo do depósito da água.
3. Conservar a máquina num local enxuto
Se a máquina for conservada num ambiente frio, descarregar todo o líquido presente na máquina.

Quando for necessário substituir a escova
lateral, atuar primeiro no nivelador da
escova, de seguida, desatarraxar os botões.

nacionais dos Estados-Membros da UE que implementaram essa diretiva) proíbe a eliminação
deste produto ou dos seus acessórios elétricos / eletrónicos como resíduo doméstico sólido urbano
e obriga a eliminá-lo nos especícos centros de receção. É possível eliminar o produto diretamente
no distribuidor por meio da aquisição de um produto novo, equivalente àquele a eliminar. Ao
abandonar o produto no ambiente, pode-se criar graves danos ao mesmo e à saúde humana.
O símbolo na gura representa o bidão dos resíduos urbanos e é taxativamente proibido colocar
o aparelho nestes contentores. O não cumprimento das indicações da diretiva 2012/19/EU e dos
decretos de aplicação dos vários Estados-Membros pode ser sancionado administrativamente.

1. Os travões não
funcionam de
maneira correta
1. desatarraxar as porcas no sentido horário em ambos os lados do pneu
para regular os travões, até o travão funcionar bem.
2. Não avança 2. Peças envolvidas: Controlador, fusível, contactor bidirecional (Debaixo
do fusível), acelerador, roda motora (roda dianteira), bateria, conectores
terminais de cablagem correspondentes. Um dos componentes está
danicado ou tem uma ligação ruim que provavelmente causa esse
problema. Controlar os componentes indicados acima ou substituir as
peças danicadas, de seguida a máquina pode avançar novamente.
3. Não varre 3. Controlar os componentes do sistema de varredura. 2 motores para
escova, 1 motor para escova de rolo, 1 ventilador, contactor 1 * 100A,
m de curso, niveladores por impulso da escova de rolo e escova lateral,
cabo de aço e interruptor de varredura. O interruptor de varredura está
danicado ou não está bem ligado, o nivelador por impulso da escova
de rolo pode estar danicado ou a rutura do cabo de aço pode ocorrer
com a função de não varredura. Além disso, controlar os motores se um
dos mesmos não funcionar. Em caso armativo, consertar ou substituir

4. Não pulveriza
água 4. Controlar as peças relativas ao sistema de pulverização: depósito de
água, bomba de água, tubo da água, válvula, bico de pulverização, relé,
interruptor e circuito de controlo. Podem ocorrer alguns problemas como
perdas pelo depósito de água, rutura do tubo da água, afrouxamento
das juntas, obstrução do bico da água, falha na bomba de água e falha
no circuito elétrico.
