Carefully stand your unit upright.
å
To insert the drawer into your unit, line up the grooves on
the DRAWER SIDES with the SLIDES on your unit. Slide
the drawer into the unit until it is about 3" or 4" away from
the back of your unit.
å
Using your hammer, gently tap two DRAWER PINS (from
Step 2) into the holes in your DRAWER SIDES (D486).
å
NOTE: The DRAWER PINS are used as a locking system
for your drawer. When the DRAWER PINS are in place,
you will not be able to remove the drawer from your unit.
å
Repeat this step for the other drawers.

NOTE: Be sure you insert the smaller drawer (L) into the
top space of your unit.

Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the upper LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D488). You should be able to read the label when the drawer is
open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel o the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.

NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it.
å
We recommend using the SAFETY BRACKET (1G) for added stability. Use a BLACK 9/16” LARGE HEAD SCREW (1S) into
the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8” FLAT HEAD SCREW (2S) into a stud in your wall.
å
Peel the APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARD (29P). Stick the APPLIQUES over the heads of each visible SCREW in
the ENDS (A2 and B2).

This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale.
Pour insérer le tiroir dans l'unité, aligner les rainures des CÔTÉS DE
TIROIR avec les COULISSES de l'unité. Faire glisser le tiroir dans l’unité
jusqu’à ce qu’il se trouve à environ 7 cm ou 10 cm de l’arrière de l’unité.
À l’aide d’un marteau, enfoncer délicatement deux GOUPILLES DE
TIROIR (de l’Étape 2) dans les trous des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D486).
REMARQUE : Les GOUPILLES DE TIROIR sont utilisées comme
système de verrouillage pour le tiroir. Lorsque les GOUPILLES DE
TIROIR sont en place, il n’est pas possible de retirer le tiroir de l’unité.
Répéter cette étape pour les autres tiroirs.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer le plus petit tiroir (L) dans l’espace supérieur
ÉTAPE 10
Fixer les DEVANTS DE TIROIR (H et L) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D486
et D488). Utiliser six VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).
Fixer les POIGNÉES (45K) aux DEVANTS DE TIROIR (H et L).
Utiliser quatre VIS ARGENTÉES À MÉTAUX 19 mm (53S).
Répéter cette étape pour les autres tiroirs.
ÉTAPE 9
Enfoncer quatre CONSOLES DE DEVANT DE TIROIR (30G) dans
les trous des CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (D486).
Fixer les CONSOLES DE DEVANT DE TIROIR (30G) aux CÔTÉS DE GRAND
TIROIR (D486). Utiliser huit VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 13 mm (43S).
Répéter cette étape pour les autres tiroirs. Le petit tiroir n’utilisera
que deux CONSOLES DE DEVANT DE TIROIR.
ÉTAPE 8
Fixer les CÔTÉS DE GRAND TIROIR (D486) à l'ARRIÈRE DE
GRAND TIROIR (D487). Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE
38 mm (49S).
Enfi ler le FOND DE TIROIR (D610) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE
GRAND TIROIR (D486) et de l'ARRIÈRE DE GRAND TIROIR (D487).
Répéter cette étape pour les autres tiroirs. Utiliser les CÔTÉS DE
TIROIR (D488) et l’ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D489) pour le petit tiroir.
ÉTAPE 4
Fixer les EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2) au DESSUS (C). Serrer quatre
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
ÉTAPE 3
Fixer quatre CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) aux ARRIÈRES (E). Utiliser
quatre VIS MARRON TÊTE LARGE 11 mm (6S).
Fixer deux CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) à la PLINTHE (G). Utiliser deux
VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE sont
à fl eur des chants des ARRIÈRES et de la PLINTHE.
ÉTAPE 2
REMARQUE : Avant de commencer cette étape, séparer les COULISSES
des JEUX DE COULISSES (16B) et les GOUPILLES DE TIROIR à
l’extrémité des COULISSES à l’aide d’une paire de CISEAUX. Conserver
les GOUPILLES DE TIROIR. On les utilisera à l’Étape 11.
Fixer les COULISSES (16B) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2). Utiliser
seize VIS TÊTE GOUTTE DE SUIF 19 mm ARGENTÉE (52S) à
travers les premiers et derniers trous des COULISSES.
REMARQUE : Les COULISSES ont une inscription « RIGHT » [droite] et « LEFT »
[gauche] pour faciliter leur identifi cation. Les COULISSES marquées « RIGHT » [droite]
se fi xeront sur l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A2) et les COULISSES marquées « LEFT »
[gauche] se fi xeront sur l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B2). Il ya également des fl èches sur les
COULISSES pour leur positionnement correct sur les EXTRÉMITÉS.
ÉTAPE 1
Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans cette étape.
Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.
Enfoncer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les
EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité en métal d'une CHEVILLE
D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

Insérer quatre GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) dans les ARRIÈRES (E).
Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R) situées sur les ARRIÈRES (E)
dans les trous du DESSUS (C).
Fixer les ARRIÈRES (E) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2). Utiliser quatre
VIS MARRON TÊTE LARGE 11 mm (6S) à travers les CONSOLES À
ÉQUERRE situées sur les ARRIÈRES, et dans les EXTRÉMITÉS.
ÉTAPE 6
Fixer les DESSOUS (D) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2). Utiliser
douze VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (2S).
Fixer le DESSOUS (D) inférieur aux ARRIÈRES (E). Utiliser quatre
VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (2S).
ÉTAPE 7
Fixer deux CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) au DESSOUS (D)
supérieur. Utiliser deux VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À
ÉQUERRE sont à fl eur des chants du DESSOUS (D).
Fixer la PLINTHE (G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2) et au DESSOUS (D).
Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).
ÉTAPE 12
Apposer l'ÉTIQUETTE DE MISE EN GARDE (5L) sur le CÔTÉ DE
TIROIR (D488). Cette étiquette doit pouvoir être lisible lorsque
le tiroir est ouvert. Lorsque le tiroir est fermé, il doit la dissimuler.
Décoller le fi lm protecteur et apposer l'étiquette comme l'indique
le schéma.
REMARQUE : Cette étiquette permanente est prévue pour durer
pendant toute la vie du produit. Une fois apposée ne pas essayer
de la retirer.
Il est recommandé d'utiliser la CONSOLE DE SÉCURITÉ (1G) pour
renforcer la stabilité. Utiliser une VIS NOIRE TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S)
dans le haut de l'élément et une VIS NOIRE TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (2S)
dans un montant du mur.
Décoller les AUTO-COLLANTS de la FICHE D'AUTO-COLLANTS (29P).
Centrer les AUTO-COLLANTS sur la tête de la chaque VIS visible dans
les EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2).
REMARQUE : Prière de lire les informations importantes sur la
sécurité fi gurant sur les pages arrière du manuel d’instructions.
Ceci complète l'assemblage. Nettoyer à l’aide d’une encaustique
pour meubles ou d’un chi on humide. Essuyer.

PASO 11
Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical.
Para insertar el cajón dentro de la unidad, alinee las ranuras en los LADOS DE
CAJÓN con las CORREDERAS de la unidad. Deslice el cajón en la unidad hasta
que se halle aproximadamente a 7 cm o 10 cm de la parte posterior de su unidad.
Usando el martillo, inserte suavemente dos PASADORES DE CAJÓN (del
paso 2) en los agujeros de los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D486).
NOTA: Los PASADORES DEL CAJÓN se utilizan como un sistema de
bloqueo para su cajón. Cuando los PASADORES DEL CAJÓN están en su
lugar, usted no puede retirar el cajón de la unidad.
Repita este paso para los otros cajones.
NOTA: Asegúrese de insertar el cajón más pequeño (L) en el espacio
superior de la unidad.
PASO 10
Fije las CARAS DE CAJÓN (H y L) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D486 y N).
Utilice seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
Fije los TIRADORES (45K) a las CARAS DE CAJÓN (H y L). Utilice cuatro
TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE METAL de 19 mm (53S).
Repita este paso para los otros cajones.
PASO 9
Empuje cuatro MÉNSULAS DE CARA DE CAJÓN (30G) dentro de los
agujeros de los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D486).
Fije las MÉNSULAS DE CARA DE CAJÓN (30G) a los LADOS DE
CAJÓN GRANDE (D486). Utilice ocho TORNILLOS NEGROS DE
CABEZA PERDIDA de 13 mm (43S).
Repita este paso para los otros cajones. El cajón pequeño sólo utiliza
dos MÉNSULAS DE CARA DE CAJÓN.
PASO 8
Fije los LADOS DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D486) al DORSO DE
CAJÓN GRANDE (D487). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE
CABEZA PERDIDA de 38 mm (49S).
Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN (D610) dentro de las ranuras de los LADOS
DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D486) y del DORSO DE CAJÓN GRANDE (D487).
Repita este paso para los otros cajones. Utilice los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D488)
y el DORSO DE CAJÓN (D489) para el cajón pequeño.
PASO 4
Fije los EXTREMOS (A2 y B2) al PANEL SUPERIOR (C). Apriete
cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 3
Fije cuatro SOPORTES ANGULARES (5G) a los DORSOS (E). Utilice
cuatro TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA GRANDE de 11 mm (6S).
Fije dos SOPORTES ANGULARES (5G) al FALDÓN (G). Utilice dos
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
NOTA: Asegúrese que los bordes de los SOPORTES ANGULARES
estén nivelados con los bordes de los DORSOS y del FALDÓN.
PASO 2
NOTA: Antes de comenzar con este paso, separe las CORREDERAS
del juego de CORREDERAS (16B) y los PASADORES DEL CAJÓN en
los extremos de las CORREDERAS utilizando unas tijeras. Guarde los
PASADORES DEL CAJÓN Se van a utilizar más adelante en el paso 11.
Fije las CORREDERAS (16B) a los EXTREMOS (A2 y B2). Use dieciséis
TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA REDONDA de 19 mm (52S) a
través del primero y el último agujero en las CORREDERAS.
NOTA: Las CORREDERAS tienen una inscripción "RIGHT" (derecha) y
una inscripción "LEFT" (izquierda) para identifi carlas fácilmente. Las
CORREDERAS marcadas "RIGHT" (derecha) se fi jan en el EXTREMO
DERECHO (A2) y las CORREDERAS marcadas "LEFT" (izquierda) se
fi jan en el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B2). También hay fl echas en las
CORREDERAS para el posicionamiento correcto en los EXTREMOS.
PASO 1
No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso.
Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón
vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Empuje cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de los
EXTREMOS (A2 y B2). A continuación, introduzca el extremo en metal de un
PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO (2F) dentro de cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.

PASO 6
Fije los FONDOS (D) a los EXTREMOS (A2 y B2). Utilice doce
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 48 mm (2S).
Fije el FONDO (D) inferior a los DORSOS (E). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS
NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 48 mm (2S).
PASO 7
Fije dos SOPORTES ANGULARES (5G) al FONDO (D) superior. Utilice dos
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
NOTA: Asegúrese que los bordes de los SOPORTES ANGULARES
estén nivelados con los bordes del FONDO (D).
Fije el FALDÓN (G) a los EXTREMOS (A2 y B2) y al FONDO (D). Utilice
cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
PASO 12
Aplique la ETIQUETA DE ADVERTENCIA (5L) al
LADO DE CAJÓN (D488)
.
Usted debe poder leer la etiqueta cuando el cajón está abierto. Cuando el
cajón está cerrado, éste ocultará la etiqueta. Quite el material protector y
aplique la etiqueta tal como se muestra en el diagrama.
NOTA: Esta etiqueta es permanente e intencionada a durar por la vida
del producto. Una vez aplicada, no intente quitarla.
Se recomienda que utilice la MÉNSULA DE SEGURIDAD (1G) para
aumentar la estabilidad. Utilice un TORNILLO NEGRO DE CABEZA
GRANDE de 14 mm (1S) a través de la parte superior de la unidad y un
TORNILLO NEGRO DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 48 mm (2S) dentro de un
montante de la pared.
Separe las APLICACIONES de la TARJETA CON APLICACIONES (29P).
Centre las APLICACIONES sobre la cabeza de cada TORNILLO visible
dentro de los EXTREMOS (A2 y B2).

original purchaser of this product for a period of one year from the date of purchase
against defects in materials or workmanship of Sauder furniture components.
As used in this Warranty, “defect” means imperfections in components which
substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty gives you specifi c legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure
to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse,
intentional damage, fi re, fl ood, alteration or modifi cation of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no
warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at
a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair
or replace any defective furniture component. Sauder may require independent
confi rmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be
warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF
ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such
as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near
the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that fi rst arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law,
whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
