Introducción
Familiarícese con el funcionamiento del
dispositivo antes de ponerlo en marcha
e infórmese sobre cómo trabajar ade-
cuadamente con herramientas eléctricas. Para
ello, lea las siguientes instrucciones. Guarde estas
instrucciones en un lugar seguro. En caso de trans-
ferir el dispositivo a terceros entrégueles toda la
documentación.

Utilización correcta
El dispositivo es adecuado para la remoción de tinta,
para calentar (por ejemplo, mangueras retractiles)
y para moldar y soldar plásticos. También puede
utilizarse para separar uniones pegadas y desoxidar
o descongelar conductos de agua. Cualquier otra
utilización o alteración del dispositivo se considera
indebida y envuelve peligros de accidente signifi-
cativos. El fabricante no asume cualquier responsa-
bilidad por daños resultantes de una utilización
incorrecta. El dispositivo no está destinado a una
utilización industrial.

Una herramienta eléctrica que no se puede en-
cender o apagar es un peligro y debe repararse.
c) Conserve las herramientas eléctricas
que no use fuera del alcance de los
niños. No permita utilizar el aparato
a personas que no estén familiariza-
das con él o que no hayan leído estas
indicaciones. Las herramientas eléctricas son
peligrosas si las usan personas sin experiencia.
d) Cuide el aparato. Compruebe que las
piezas móviles funcionen correctamente
y no se atasquen, y que no haya piezas
rotas o tan dañadas que perjudiquen al
funcionamiento del aparato. Haga re-
parar las piezas dañadas antes de usar
el equipo. La causa de muchos accidentes es el
uso de herramientas eléctricas que no han recibi-
do el mantenimiento adecuado.
e) Mantenga las herramientas de corte afi-
ladas y limpias. Las herramientas de corte con
filos cortantes conservadas cuidadosamente se
enganchan menos y son más fáciles de manejar.
f) Utilice la herramienta eléctrica, los acce-
sorios, las herramientas adicionales,
etc. de acuerdo con estas indicaciones y
del modo que se describe para este tipo
de aparato en concreto. Tenga en cuen-
ta las condiciones de trabajo y la activi-
dad que se va a realizar. El uso de herra-
mientas eléctricas para fines diferentes de los

No toque la boquilla cuando esté
caliente. Utilice guantes de protección.

Utilice gafas de protección.

¡PELIGRO DE INCENDIO Y
EXPLOSIÓN! El aparato genera
mucho calor.
Una utilización descuidada puede
conllevar a un elevado peligro de
incendio y de explosión.
J No trabaje cerca de gases o materiales fácil-
mente inflamables. Durante el trabajo con plás-
ticos, tintas, revestimientos etc. pueden originarse
gases perjudiciales para la salud. Procure para
trabajar en sitios en los que exista una ventila-
ción suficiente.
J Deje enfriar completamente el dispositivo antes
de guardarlo. Para eso, colóquelo a parte con
la boquilla hacia arriba.
J No utilice el dispositivo sin vigilancia.
J Desenchufe siempre el dispositivo durante las
pausas durante el trabajo, antes de efectuar
cualquier trabajo en el dispositivo (por ejem-
plo, sustituir la boquilla adaptadora) y durante
su no utilización.
J No dirija el dispositivo hacia el mismo punto
durante un largo período de tiempo.
J Mantenga la salida de la boquilla a cierta dis-
tancia de la pieza o la superficie en la que va
a trabajar. Una acumulación de aire puede
provocar el sobrecalentamiento del aparato.
J Preste atención al área de trabajo directa y a
sus alrededores. El calor puede alcanzar piezas
inflamables que no se encuentren a la vista.
J El dispositivo debe encontrarse siempre limpio,
seco y sin aceite o lubricantes.
J No utilice el dispositivo para fines que no
le correspondan.
J Los niños o las personas que carezcan de los
conocimientos o la experiencia necesarios
para manipular el aparato, o aquellas cuyas
capacidades físicas, sensoriales o psicológicas
estén limitadas, no deben utilizar el aparato
sin la supervisión o la dirección de una perso-
na responsable por su seguridad. Debe mante-

b) Evite el contacto físico con superficies
conectadas a tierra, como tubos me-
tálicos, radiadores, cocinas o frigorí-
ficos. Existe un riesgo muy elevado de des-
carga eléctrica si su cuerpo deriva a tierra.

Mantenga el aparato protegido
de la lluvia y la humedad. Si
penetra agua en un aparato eléctrico
aumenta el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
d)
No utilice el cable para otros
fines, como para transportar
o colgar el aparato o
para tirar de la clavija de red al des-
enchufarlo. Mantenga el cable al res-
guardo del calor, del aceite, de los
bordes afilados o de las piezas móvi-
les del aparato. Los cables dañados o retor-
cidos aumentan el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
e) Al trabajar con herramientas eléctricas
al aire libre, utilice sólo cables de ex-
tensión que también estén autorizados
para su uso en exteriores. El uso de una
extensión adecuada para su empleo en exterio-
res disminuye el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
f) Si es inevitable usar esta herramienta
eléctrica en un entorno húmedo, utili-
ce un interruptor de corriente de de-
fecto. El uso de un interruptor de corriente de
defecto reduce el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
3. Seguridad de las personas
a) Sea cuidadoso en todo momento, pres-
te atención a lo que hace y proceda con
prudencia al trabajar con una herra-
mienta eléctrica. No utilice el aparato si
está cansado o si se encuentra bajo el
efecto de drogas, alcohol o medicamen-
tos. Un simple momento de descuido durante el
uso del aparato podría causar lesiones graves.
b)
Lleve equipo de protección
individual y siempre unas
gafas de protección. Si lleva
equipo de protección personal, como mascari-
lla antipolvo, zapatos de seguridad antidesli-
zantes, casco de seguridad o protección auditiva,
en función del tipo y la utilización de la herra-
mienta eléctrica, reducirá el riesgo de daños.
c) Evite que el aparato se ponga en
marcha accidentalmente. Asegúrese
de que el interruptor está en la posi-
ción «DESCONECTADO» antes de in-
troducir el enchufe en la toma de
corriente. Si al mover el aparato ha puesto
el dedo sobre el interruptor o si conecta el
aparato al suministro eléctrico ya encendido,
podrían producirse accidentes.
d) Extraiga las herramientas de ajuste
o llaves antes de encender el aparato.
Cualquier herramienta o llave que se encuentre
en una pieza giratoria del aparato puede
provocar lesiones.
e) No confíe excesivamente en sus capaci-
dades. Procure estar en una posición se-
gura y mantenga en todo momento el
equilibrio. De este modo podrá controlar mejor
el aparato en situaciones inesperadas.
f) Utilice ropa adecuada. No use joyas
ni ropas flojas. Mantenga su cabello,
ropa y guantes alejados de las partes
móviles. La ropa floja, las joyas o el pelo lar-
go pueden engancharse en las piezas móviles.
g) Si los dispositivos de aspiración y r
ecolección de polvo están montados,
asegúrese de que estén conectados y
sean correctamente utilizados. El uso
de estos dispositivos disminuye los peligros
causados por el polvo.
4. Manejo y uso cuidadoso de las
herramientas eléctricas
a) No sobrecargue el aparato. Emplee
en su trabajo la herramienta eléctri-
ca adecuada para el mismo. Si usa la
herramienta adecuada dentro de la potencia in-
dicada trabajará mejor y de forma más segura.
b) No utilice una herramienta eléctrica
cuyo interruptor tenga algún defecto.

j Evite dejar actuar la fuente de calor demasia-
do prolongadamente sobre un punto, puesto
que la pintura quemada es más difícil de extraer.
Muchos de los materiales adhesivos pueden
ablandarse a través del calor. De esta forma,
muchas uniones pegadas se pueden separar
y retirar el pegamento excedente.

Descongelar conductos de agua:
¡Observación! Los tubos en PVC no pueden
descongelarse.
¡Observación! Exteriormente los conductos de
agua no suelen ser diferentes a los conductos del gas.
En caso de duda pida informaciones a un técnico.
¡Observación! Los cables de cobre están
conectados con estaño y no pueden calentarse
más de 200 °C.
j Para descongelar conductas de agua utilice
la boquilla-reflectora

Desapretar uniones roscadas:
j Caliente la unión roscada cuidadosamente
con aire caliente y así se podrán retirar los
tornillos, por regla general, más fácilmente.
Retirar hierbas dañinas:
j El aire caliente seca las hierbas dañinas
y los gérmenes.
Encender carbón para barbacoa:
¡ADVERTENCIA!
No utilice alcohol de
quemar.
j Encienda el carbón para barbacoa en pocos
minutos.
Quitar cera:
j Quite los restos de cera de los esquíes /
snowboards o de cualquier candelabro,
teniendo siempre el debido cuidado con
cada uno de los productos.

¡ADVERTENCIA!
Antes de realizar traba-
jos en el aparato, extraiga siempre la clavija de
red de la base de enchufe.
j Mantenga la admisión y la salida de aire
siempre limpias.
j Utilice un paño para limpiar la carcasa del
aparato. No utilice gasolina, productos de
limpieza o detergentes que corroan el plástico.

De acuerdo con la directriz europea 2002 / 96 / CE

La tensión de la fuente de alimentación debe co-
rresponder a las indicaciones de la placa de iden-
tificación del dispositivo. Los dispositivos identifica-
dos con 230 V pueden funcionar con 220 V.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! No tape las ranuras de ventilación
durante la utilización.
Encender el aparato:
j Coloque el interruptor ENCENDER / APAGAR

en la posición nivel “I”, “II” o “III”.
Apagar el aparato:
j Coloque el interruptor ENCENDER / APAGAR

en la posición “0”.
Regular cantidad de aire y temperatura:
El regulador de la temperatura y del caudal de
aire

permite seleccionar tres niveles de aire de
soplado. Dependiendo de la utilización pretendida
puede seleccionar el caudal de aire y la tempera-
tura adecuada.
Nivel I 250 l / min 30 °C
Nivel II 350 l / min 400 °C
Nivel III 500 l / min 600 °C
El nivel de aire frío I sirve para:
- Secar pinturas y tintes
- Enfriar piezas de trabajo calientes
- Enfriar el aparato antes de montar / cambiar
la boquilla adaptadora
Retirar protección térmica:
¡PRECAUCIÓN! El aparato debe encontrarse
totalmente frío antes de retirar o colocar la protec-
ción térmica.
¡CUIDADO! ¡PELIGRO DE QUEMADURAS!
No toque la boquilla cuando esté caliente. Cuando

parecchio e vi dovete informare sull‘uso
correttodelle attrezzature elettriche. Leggete bene
il seguente manuale d’uso. Conservate bene questo
manuale. In caso di cessione a terzi dell’apparecchio,
dovete consegnare anche tutta la documentazione.

Utilizzo corretto
L’apparecchio è adatto per togliere la vernice, per
riscaldare (p.es. tubi restringibili) e per deformare e
saldare materie plastiche. L’apparecchio può esse-
re usato inoltre, per staccare collegamenti incollati
e per togliere la ruggine oppure per scongelare tu-
bazioni d’acqua. Ogni altro utilizzo oppure modifi-
ca dell’apparecchio non è corrispondente al uso
corretto e comporta gravi pericoli di incidenti. Il
produttore non risponde per danni causati dall’uso
improprio dell’apparecchio. L’apparecchio non è
destinato all’uso professionale.

1. Area di lavoro
a) Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita ed

2. Sicurezza elettrica

c) Mantenere l’apparecchio lon-
tano da pioggia o umidità. La
penetrazione di acqua in un
apparecchio elettrico accresce il rischio di
scossa elettrica.

Non utilizzare il cavo in modo
non conforme, cioè per tirare
l’apparecchio, per appenderlo
o per estrarre la spina dalla presa elet-
trica. Tenere il cavo lontano da calore,
olio, spigoli acuti o di parti in movimen-
to dell’apparecchio. Cavi danneggiati o at-
torcigliati accrescono il rischio di scossa elettrica.
e) In caso di lavori all’aperto utilizzare so-
lamente prolunghe ammesse anche per
un loro utilizzo all‘aperto. L’utilizzo di una
tale prolunga riduce il rischio di scossa elettrica.
f) Qualora non si possa evitare l‘eserci-
zio dell’elettroutensile in un ambiente
umido, fare uso di un interruttore
differenziale, circostanza che riduce il
rischio di una scossa elettrica.
3. Sicurezza delle persone
a)
Fare sempre estrema attenzione a ciò che
si fa e accostarsi al lavoro con il dispositi-
vo elettrico sempre in modo cosciente.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio quando si è
stanchi o sotto l’influsso di droghe, alcol o
medicinali. Un solo attimo di disattenzione nell’uti-
lizzo dell’apparecchio può provocare serie lesioni.
b) Indossare sempre l’equipag-
giamento di protezione perso-
nale e gli occhiali protettivi.
Indossando l’equipaggiamento di protezione
personale, quale una maschera antipolvere,
scarpe di sicurezza antisdrucciolevoli, un casco
di protezione o una protezione auricolare, a
seconda del tipo e dell’utilizzo dell’apparec-
chiatura elettrica, riduce il rischio di lesioni.
c)
Fare in modo che non vi sia un avvio invo-
lontario dell‘apparecchio. Assicurarsi che
l’interruttore si trovi in posizione “OFF”
prima di inserire la spina nella presa elet-
trica. L’avere in mano l’apparecchio con il dito po-
sto sull’interruttore ON / OFF o l’avere l’apparecchio
è già inserito quando si infila la spina nella presa di
alimentazione elettrica può provocare incidenti.
d) Prima di avviare l’apparecchio, ri-
muovere il dispositivo di regolazione
o la chiave per dadi. Un utensile o una
chiave che si trovi in una parte di apparecchio
in rotazione può provocare lesioni.
e) Non sopravvalutarsi mai. Assicurarsi
di essere in una posizione eretta sicu-
ra e mantenere in ogni istante l’equi-
librio. In questo modo è possibile controllare
l’apparecchio in eventuali situazioni improvvise.
f)
Indossare un abbigliamento appropriato.
Non indossare un abbigliamento largo o
gioielli. Mantenere capelli, abbigliamento
e guanti lontano da parti in movimento.
Abbigliamento sciolto, gioielli o capelli lunghi posso-
no essere trascinati da parti in movimento.
g)
Quando vengono montati dispositivi di
aspirazione e di cattura della polvere, as-
sicurarsi che questi siano stati montati ed
utilizzati correttamente. L’utilizzo di questi di-
spositivi riduce i pericoli provocati dalla polvere.
4. Utilizzo attento di dispositivi
elettrici
a) Non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio.
Per un determinato lavoro utilizzare
sempre il dispositivo elettrico a ciò
appropriato. Con il dispositivo elettrico
appropriato si lavora meglio e con maggiore
sicurezza nello specifico ambito di utilizzo.
b) Non utilizzare dispositivi elettrici il cui
interruttore sia difettoso. Un dispositivo
elettrico che non si può più accendere e spegnere
rappresenta un pericolo, e deve essere riparato.
c) Mantenere il dispositivo elettrico
non utilizzato fuori dalla portata di
bambini. Non fare utilizzare l’appa-
recchio da persone che non lo cono-
scano o del quale non abbiano letto
le istruzioni d’uso. I dispositivi elettrici
sono pericolosi se utilizzati da persone inesperte.
d)
Avere cura dell’apparecchio. Controllare
se parti mobili dell’apparecchio funzio-
nano perfettamente e non si bloccano,
se parti di esso sono rotte o danneggia-
te, che la funzionalità dell’apparecchio
non sia messa a rischio. Fare riparare le
parti danneggiate prima di utilizzare di
nuovo l’apparecchio. Molti incidenti sono pro-
vocati dal fatto che i dispositivi elettrici non vengo-
no sottoposti ad una corretta manutenzione.
e) Mantenere gli utensili di taglio affilati
e puliti. Utensili di taglio curati con attenzione
e forniti di bordi taglienti si incastrano meno
frequentemente e sono semplici da guidare
durante il lavoro.
f) Utilizzare dispositivi elettrici, accessori,
i dispositivi da inserire ecc, in confor-
mità alle presenti istruzioni e nel
modo descritto per questo particolare
tipologia di apparecchio. In questo
senso, tenere presente le condizioni
di lavoro e l’attività da eseguire.
L’utilizzo di dispositivi elettrici per scopi diversi
da quelli previsti può provocare situazioni di

l’ugello che indica verso l’alto.
J Non usare l’apparecchio senza controllare.
J Togliere la spina dalla presa durante le pause
di lavoro, prima di qualsiasi lavoro sull’appa-
recchio (p.es. sostituzione dell’ugello) e quando
non usate l’apparecchio.
J Non indirizzare l’apparecchio per un tempo
prolungato sullo stesso punto.
J Tenere l’ugello a distanza rispetto al pezzo o alla
superficie da lavorare. Il ristagno d’aria può dare
luogo al surriscaldamento dell’apparecchio.
J Fare attenzione all’area di lavoro diretta e an-
che all’ambiente circostante. Il calore potrebbe
raggiungere parti infiammabili situate al di fuo-
ri della visuale dell’operatore.
J Tenere l’apparecchio sempre pulito, asciutto e
privo di olio o grassi lubrificanti.

The hot air gun is intended for the removal of paint,
for warming (e.g. heat-shrinkable sleeves) and for
reshaping and welding of plastics. It may also be
used for detaching glued connections and for de-
frosting or thawing water pipes. Any other use or
modification to the device shall be considered as
improper use and could give rise to considerable
dangers. The manufacturer will not accept liability
for loss or damage arising from improper use. The
device is not intended for commercial use.

2. Electrical safety

creased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed.

Do not use the mains lead for
any purpose for which it was
not intended, e.g. to carry the
device, to hang up the device or to pull
the mains plug out of the mains socket.

e) When working outdoors with an electri-
cal power tool always use extension ca-
bles that are also approved for use out-

f) Use a residual current device (RCD)
for protection if operating the electri-
cal power tool in a moist environ-
ment is unavoidable. The use of an RCD
reduces the risk of electric shock.
3. Personal safety
a)
Remain alert at all times, watch what you
are doing and always proceed with cau-
tion. Do not use the device if you are tired
or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
One moment of carelessness
when using the device can lead to serious injury.
b)
Wear personal protective
equipment and always wear
safety glasses. The
wearing of personal protective equipment such
as dust masks, non-slip safety shoes, safety
helmets or ear protectors, appropriate to the
type of electrical power tool used and work
undertaken, reduces the risk of injury.
c)
Avoid unintentional operation of the de-
vice. Make sure that the switch is in the
“OFF” position before you insert the
mains plug into the mains socket. Acci-
dents can happen if you carry the device with your
finger on the switch or you have already switched
the device on before you connect it to the mains.
d) Remove any setting tools or spanners
before you switch the device on. A
tool or spanner left attached to a rotating part
of a device can lead to injury.
e) Do not overestimate your own abili-
ties. Keep proper footing and balance
at all times. By doing this you will be in a
better position to control the device, especially
in unforeseen circumstances.
f) Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear
loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your
hair, clothing and gloves clear of mov-
ing parts. Loose clothing, jewellery or long
hair can become trapped in moving parts.
g) If vacuum dust extraction and collec-
tion devices are fitted do not forget to
check that they are properly connect-
ed and correctly used. The use of these
devices reduces the hazard presented by dust.
4. Careful handling and use of
electrical power tools
a) Do not overload the device. Always use
an electrical power tool that is intended
for the task you are undertaking. By us-
ing the right electrical power tool for the job you
will work more safely and achieve a better result.
b) Do not use an electrical power tool if
its switch is defective. An electrical pow-
er tool that can no longer be switched on and
off is dangerous and must be repaired.
c) When not in use always ensure that
electrical power tools are kept out of
reach of children. Do not let anyone use
the device if he or she is not familiar
with it or has not read the instructions
and advice. Electrical power tools are danger-
ous when they are used by inexperienced people.
d)
Look after the device carefully. Check that
moving parts are working properly and
move freely. Check for any parts that are
broken or damaged enough to detrimen-
tally affect the functioning of the device.
Have damaged parts repaired before
you use the device. Many accidents have their
origins in poorly maintained electrical power tools.

Keep cutting tools clean and sharp. Care-
fully maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edg-
es are less likely to jam and are easier to control.
f) Use the electrical power tool, accesso-
ries, inserted tools etc. in accordance
with these instructions and advice, and
the stipulations drawn up for this
particular type of device. In doing this,
take into account the working condi-

Machen Sie sich vor der ersten Inbe-
triebnahme mit den Funktionen des Ge-
rätes vertraut und informieren Sie sich
über den richtigen Umgang mit Elektrowerkzeugen.
Lesen Sie hierzu die nachfolgende Bedienungsanlei-
tung. Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung gut auf. Händi-
gen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weitergabe des Gerätes
an Dritte ebenfalls aus.

Bestimmungsgemäßer
Gebrauch
Das Gerät ist zum Entfernen von Farbanstrichen,
zum Erwärmen (z.B. von Schrumpfschläuchen) und
zum Verformen und Verschweißen von Kunststoffen
geeignet. Es kann ferner dafür eingesetzt werden,
Klebeverbindungen zu lösen und Wasserleitungen
aufzutauen. Jede andere Verwendung oder Verände-
rung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß
und birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren. Für aus bestim-
mungswidriger Verwendung entstandene Schäden
übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung. Das Gerät
ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt.

1. Arbeitsplatz
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber
und aufgeräumt. Unordnung und unbeleuch-
tete Arbeitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen.

Arbeiten Sie mit dem Gerät
nicht in explosionsgefährdeter
Umgebung, in der sich brenn-
bare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube
befinden. Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen Funken,

2. Elektrische Sicherheit
a) Der Anschlussstecker des Gerätes muss
in die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker

b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit ge-
erdeten Oberflächen, wie von Rohren,
Heizungen, Herden und Kühlschränken.
Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko durch elektrischen
Schlag, wenn Ihr Körper geerdet ist.
c)
Halten Sie das Gerät von Regen
oder Nässe fern. Das Eindringen
von Wasser in ein Elektrogerät erhöht
das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
d)
Zweckentfremden Sie das Kabel
nicht um das Gerät zu tragen,
aufzuhängen oder um den
Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.
Halten Sie das Kabel fern von Hitze, Öl,
scharfen Kanten oder sich bewegenden
Geräteteilen. Beschädigte oder verwickelte Ka-
bel erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
e)
Wenn Sie mit einem Elektrowerkzeug im
Freien arbeiten, verwenden Sie nur Ver-
längerungskabel, die auch für den Außen-
bereich zugelassen sind. Die Anwendung eines
für den Außenbereich geeigneten Verlängerungska-
bels verringert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
f)
Wenn der Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeuges
in feuchter Umgebung nicht vermeidbar
ist, verwenden Sie einen Fehlerstrom-
schutzschalter. Der Einsatz eines fehlerstrom-
schutzschalters vermindert das Risiko eines elektri-
schen Schlages.
3. Sicherheit von Personen
a) Seien Sie stets aufmerksam, achten Sie
darauf, was Sie tun und gehen Sie mit
Vernunft an die Arbeit mit einem Elekt-
rowerkzeug. Benutzen Sie das Gerät
nicht, wenn Sie müde sind oder unter
dem Einfluss von Drogen, Alkohol oder
Medikamenten stehen. Ein Moment der Un-
achtsamkeit beim Gebrauch des Gerätes kann zu
ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
b)
Tragen Sie persönliche Schutz-
ausrüstung und immer eine
Schutzbrille. Das Tragen persönlicher
Schutzausrüstung wie Staubmaske, rutschfeste
Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzhelm oder Gehör-
schutz, je nach Art und Einsatz des Elektrowerk-
zeuges, verringert das Risiko von Verletzungen.
c) Vermeiden Sie eine unbeabsichtigte
Inbetriebnahme. Vergewissern Sie sich,
dass der Schalter in der „AUS“-Position
ist, bevor Sie den Stecker in die Steckdo-
se stecken. Wenn Sie beim Tragen des Gerätes
den Finger am Schalter haben oder das Gerät
bereits eingeschaltet an die Stromversorgung
anschließen, kann dies zu Unfällen führen.
d) Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeuge oder
Schraubenschlüssel, bevor Sie das Ge-
rät einschalten. Ein Werkzeug oder Schlüs-
sel, der sich in einem drehenden Geräteteil
befindet, kann zu Verletzungen führen.
e) Überschätzen Sie sich nicht. Sorgen Sie
für einen sicheren Stand und halten Sie
jederzeit das Gleichgewicht. Dadurch kön-
nen Sie das Gerät in unerwarteten Situationen
besser kontrollieren.
f) Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung. Tragen
Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Hand-
schuhe fern von sich bewegenden Teilen.
Lockere Kleidung, Schmuck oder lange Haare kön-
nen von sich bewegenden Teilen erfasst werden.
g) Wenn Staubabsaug- und -auffangein-
richtungen montiert werden können,
vergewissern Sie sich, dass diese ange-
schlossen sind und richtig verwendet
werden.
Das Verwenden dieser Einrichtungen
verringert Gefährdungen durch Staub.
4. Verwendung und Behandlung
des Elektrowerkzeugs
a) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht. Ver-
wenden Sie für Ihre Arbeit das dafür
bestimmte Elektrowerkzeug. Mit dem
passenden Elektrowerkzeug arbeiten Sie besser
und sicherer im angegebenen Leistungsbereich.
b) Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug,
dessen Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektro-werk-
zeug, das sich nicht mehr ein- oder ausschalten
lässt, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden.

zeuge außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern auf. Lassen Sie Personen das
Gerät
nicht benutzen, die mit diesem nicht

d)
Pflegen Sie das Gerät mit Sorgfalt. Kont-
rollieren Sie, ob bewegliche Geräteteile
einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht
klemmen, ob Teile gebrochen oder so
beschädigt sind, dass die Funktion des
Gerätes beeinträchtigt ist. Lassen Sie be-
schädigte Teile vor dem Einsatz des Ge-
rätes reparieren. Viele Unfälle haben ihre Ur-
sache in schlecht gewarteten Elektrowerkzeugen.
e) Halten Sie Schneidwerkzeuge scharf
und sauber. Sorgfältig gepflegte Schneid-
werkzeuge mit scharfen Schneidkanten ver-
klemmen sich weniger und sind leichter zu führen.
f)Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug, Zube-
hör, Einsatzwerkzeuge usw. entsprechend
diesen Anweisungen und so, wie es für
diesen speziellen Gerätetyp vorgeschrie-
ben ist. Berücksichtigen Sie dabei die Ar-
beitsbedingungen und die auszuführende
Tätigkeit.
Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen
für andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen
kann zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.

J Ziehen Sie bei Arbeitspausen, vor allen Ar-
beiten am Gerät (z.B. Wechsel der Vorsatzdü-
se) und bei Nichtgebrauch immer den Netzste-
cker aus der Steckdose.
J Richten Sie das Gerät nur für kurze Zeit auf die
gleiche Stelle.
J Halten Sie mit dem Düsenausgang einen Ab-
stand zum Werkstück oder der zu bearbeiten-
den Fläche. Ein Luftstau kann zur Überhitzung
des Gerätes führen.
J Achten Sie auf den direkten Arbeitsbereich und
auch auf den Umgebungsbereich. Die Wärme
kann zu brennbaren Teilen gelangen, die sich
außerhalb der Sichtweite befinden.
J Das Gerät muss stets sauber, trocken und frei
von Öl oder Schmierfetten sein.
J Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals zweckent-
fremdet.

Seguridad de las personas a) Sea cuidadoso en todo momento, preste atención a lo que hace y proceda con prudencia al trabajar con una herramienta eléctrica. No utilice el aparato si está cansado o si se encuentra bajo el efecto de drogas, alcohol o medicamentos. El uso de estos dispositivos disminuye los peligros causados por el polvo. 4. Manejo y uso cuidadoso de las herramientas eléctricas a) No sobrecargue el aparato. Emplee en su trabajo la herramienta eléctrica adecuada para el mismo. Si usa la herramienta adecuada dentro de la potencia indicada trabajará mejor y de forma más segura. b) No utilice una herramienta eléctrica cuyo interruptor tenga algún defecto. Una herramienta eléctrica que no se puede encender o apagar es un peligro y debe repararse. c) Conserve las herramientas eléctricas que no use fuera del alcance de los niños. No permita utilizar el aparato a personas que no estén familiarizadas con él o que no hayan leído estas indicaciones. Las herramientas eléctricas son peligrosas si las usan personas sin experiencia. d) Cuide el aparato. Compruebe que las piezas móviles funcionen correctamente y no se atasquen, y que no haya piezas rotas o tan dañadas que perjudiquen al funcionamiento del aparato. Haga reparar las piezas dañadas antes de usar el equipo. La causa de muchos accidentes es el uso de herramientas eléctricas que no han recibido el mantenimiento adecuado. e) Mantenga las herramientas de corte afiladas y limpias. Las herramientas de corte con filos cortantes conservadas cuidadosamente se enganchan menos y son más fáciles de manejar. f) Utilice la herramienta eléctrica, los accesorios, las herramientas adicionales, etc. de acuerdo con estas indicaciones y del modo que se describe para este tipo de aparato en concreto. Utilice gafas de protección. J ¡Peligro de incendio y explosión! El aparato genera mucho calor. Una utilización descuidada puede conllevar a un elevado peligro de incendio y de explosión. J No trabaje cerca de gases o materiales fácilmente inflamables. Durante el trabajo con plásticos, tintas, revestimientos etc. pueden originarse gases perjudiciales para la salud. Procure para trabajar en sitios en los que exista una ventilación suficiente. J Deje enfriar completamente el dispositivo antes de guardarlo. Para eso, colóquelo a parte con la boquilla hacia arriba. J No utilice el dispositivo sin vigilancia. J Desenchufe siempre el dispositivo durante las pausas durante el trabajo, antes de efectuar cualquier trabajo en el dispositivo (por ejemplo, sustituir la boquilla adaptadora) y durante su no utilización. J No dirija el dispositivo hacia el mismo punto durante un largo período de tiempo. J Mantenga la salida de la boquilla a cierta distancia de la pieza o la superficie en la que va a trabajar. Una acumulación de aire puede provocar el sobrecalentamiento del aparato. J Preste atención al área de trabajo directa y a sus alrededores. Q Funcionamiento Q Puesta en funcionamiento La tensión de la fuente de alimentación debe corresponder a las indicaciones de la placa de identificación del dispositivo. Los dispositivos identificados con 230 V pueden funcionar con 220 V. ¡Precaución! No tape las ranuras de ventilación durante la utilización. Encender el aparato: j Coloque el interruptor ENCENDER / APAGAR 2 en la posición nivel “I”, “II” o “III”. Apagar el aparato: j Coloque el interruptor ENCENDER / APAGAR 2 en la posición “0”. Regular cantidad de aire y temperatura: El regulador de la temperatura y del caudal de aire 2 permite seleccionar tres niveles de aire de soplado. Dependiendo de la utilización pretendida puede seleccionar el caudal de aire y la temperatura adecuada. Nivel I Nivel II Nivel III 250 l / min 350 l / min 500 l / min 30 °C 400 °C 600 °C ¡Cuidado! ¡Peligro de quemaduras! No toque la boquilla cuando esté caliente. Cuando trabaje sin protección térmica 3 aumenta el riesgo de quemaduras. Cuando trabaje áreas muy estrechas retire la protección térmica 3 . j Extraiga la protección térmica 3 por delante. j Evite dejar actuar la fuente de calor demasiado prolongadamente sobre un punto, puesto que la pintura quemada es más difícil de extraer. Muchos de los materiales adhesivos pueden ablandarse a través del calor. De esta forma, muchas uniones pegadas se pueden separar y retirar el pegamento excedente. Uso como aparato de pie / para enfriar (véase fig. B, E): j Coloque el dispositivo en una superficie plana alta para · poder tener ambas manos libres durante el trabajo · mientras se enfría el dispositivo. Boquilla-reductora 8 – soldadura de plástico: j Ponga la boquilla-reductora 8 en el tubo de salida de aire 4 . j Utilice la boquilla reductora 8 en mangueras retractiles y películas retractiles. Q Q Utilizar una boquilla adaptadora ¡Advertencia! Una fuente de calor demasiado fuerte puede inflamar la pintura y el plástico. ¡Peligro! No respire el vapor que se genera. Boquilla-reflectora 5 – Moldar tubos de plástico (véase la fig. B): j Ponga la boquilla-reflectora 5 en el tubo de salida de aire 4 . j Llene el tubo con arena y cierre sus dos extremidades. Esto impide que el tubo se doble. j Caliente el tubo uniformemente moviéndolo a la vez hacia un lado y hacia el otro. El nivel de aire frío I sirve para: - Secar pinturas y tintes - Enfriar piezas de trabajo calientes - E nfriar el aparato antes de montar / cambiar la boquilla adaptadora Boquilla-espátula 6 – Remoción de tintas e revestimientos (véase la fig. C): j Ponga la boquilla-espátula 6 en el tubo de salida de aire 4 . j La forma en espátula de esta boquilla sirve para dirigir mejor el aire caliente. Para soltar tintas y revestimientos utilice separadamente una espátula. Retirar protección térmica: ¡Precaución! El aparato debe encontrarse totalmente frío antes de retirar o colocar la protección térmica. Boquilla-plana 7 – retirar pegamento, ablandar tintas (véase la fig. Los tubos en PVC no pueden descongelarse. ¡Observación! Exteriormente los conductos de agua no suelen ser diferentes a los conductos del gas. En caso de duda pida informaciones a un técnico. ¡Observación! Los cables de cobre están conectados con estaño y no pueden calentarse más de 200 °C. j Para descongelar conductas de agua utilice la boquilla-reflectora 5 . Desapretar uniones roscadas: j Caliente la unión roscada cuidadosamente con aire caliente y así se podrán retirar los tornillos, por regla general, más fácilmente. Retirar hierbas dañinas: j El aire caliente seca las hierbas dañinas y los gérmenes. Encender carbón para barbacoa: ¡Advertencia! No utilice alcohol de quemar. j Encienda el carbón para barbacoa en pocos minutos. Quitar cera: j Quite los restos de cera de los esquíes / snowboards o de cualquier candelabro, teniendo siempre el debido cuidado con cada uno de los productos. Q Limpieza ¡Advertencia! Antes de realizar trabajos en el aparato, extraiga siempre la clavija de red de la base de enchufe. j Mantenga la admisión y la salida de aire siempre limpias. j Utilice un paño para limpiar la carcasa del aparato. Area di lavoro a) Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita ed ordinata. Il disordine ed aree di lavoro poco illuminate possono determinare incidenti. b) Non lavorare con l’apparecchio in un’atmosfera dove si trovino liquidi infiammabili, esplosiva, gas e polveri. Sicurezza elettrica a) L a spina di connessione dell’apparecchio deve essere adatta alla presa elettrica nella quale essa viene inserita. In nessun caso l’adattatore deve essere modificato. Sicurezza delle persone a) Fare sempre estrema attenzione a ciò che si fa e accostarsi al lavoro con il dispositivo elettrico sempre in modo cosciente. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio quando si è stanchi o sotto l’influsso di droghe, alcol o medicinali. Un solo attimo di disattenzione nell’utilizzo dell’apparecchio può provocare serie lesioni. b) Indossare sempre l’equipaggiamento di protezione personale e gli occhiali protettivi. Indossando l’equipaggiamento di protezione personale, quale una maschera antipolvere, scarpe di sicurezza antisdrucciolevoli, un casco di protezione o una protezione auricolare, a seconda del tipo e dell’utilizzo dell’apparecchiatura elettrica, riduce il rischio di lesioni. 16 IT/MT Indicazioni generali di sicurezza c) F are in modo che non vi sia un avvio involontario dell‘apparecchio. Assicurarsi che l’interruttore si trovi in posizione “OFF” prima di inserire la spina nella presa elettrica. L’avere in mano l’apparecchio con il dito posto sull’interruttore ON / OFF o l’avere l’apparecchio è già inserito quando si infila la spina nella presa di alimentazione elettrica può provocare incidenti. d) Prima di avviare l’apparecchio, rimuovere il dispositivo di regolazione o la chiave per dadi. Un utensile o una chiave che si trovi in una parte di apparecchio in rotazione può provocare lesioni. e) Non sopravvalutarsi mai. Assicurarsi di essere in una posizione eretta sicura e mantenere in ogni istante l’equilibrio. In questo modo è possibile controllare l’apparecchio in eventuali situazioni improvvise. f) Indossare un abbigliamento appropriato. Non indossare un abbigliamento largo o gioielli. Mantenere capelli, abbigliamento e guanti lontano da parti in movimento. Abbigliamento sciolto, gioielli o capelli lunghi possono essere trascinati da parti in movimento. g) Quando vengono montati dispositivi di aspirazione e di cattura della polvere, assicurarsi che questi siano stati montati ed utilizzati correttamente. L’utilizzo di questi dispositivi riduce i pericoli provocati dalla polvere. 4. Utilizzo attento di dispositivi elettrici a) Non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Per un determinato lavoro utilizzare sempre il dispositivo elettrico a ciò appropriato. Con il dispositivo elettrico appropriato si lavora meglio e con maggiore sicurezza nello specifico ambito di utilizzo. b) Non utilizzare dispositivi elettrici il cui interruttore sia difettoso. Un dispositivo elettrico che non si può più accendere e spegnere rappresenta un pericolo, e deve essere riparato. c) Mantenere il dispositivo elettrico non utilizzato fuori dalla portata di bambini. Non fare utilizzare l’appa- recchio da persone che non lo conoscano o del quale non abbiano letto le istruzioni d’uso. I dispositivi elettrici sono pericolosi se utilizzati da persone inesperte. d) Avere cura dell’apparecchio. Controllare se parti mobili dell’apparecchio funzionano perfettamente e non si bloccano, se parti di esso sono rotte o danneggiate, che la funzionalità dell’apparecchio non sia messa a rischio. Fare riparare le parti danneggiate prima di utilizzare di nuovo l’apparecchio. Molti incidenti sono provocati dal fatto che i dispositivi elettrici non vengono sottoposti ad una corretta manutenzione. e) Mantenere gli utensili di taglio affilati e puliti. Utensili di taglio curati con attenzione e forniti di bordi taglienti si incastrano meno frequentemente e sono semplici da guidare durante il lavoro. f) Utilizzare dispositivi elettrici, accessori, i dispositivi da inserire ecc, in conformità alle presenti istruzioni e nel modo descritto per questo particolare tipologia di apparecchio. In questo senso, tenere presente le condizioni di lavoro e l’attività da eseguire. L’utilizzo di dispositivi elettrici per scopi diversi da quelli previsti può provocare situazioni di pericolo. Indicazioni di sicurezza specifiche per questo apparecchio Attenzione! Evitate il pericolo di ferite: J In caso di pericolo si deve togliere immediatamente la spina dalla presa. J Pericolo di lesioni! Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio come asciugacapelli. J Non indirizzare il flusso d’aria calda verso persone o animali. J Non guardate direttamente nell’apertura dell’ugello sul tubo di scarico 4 . J Pericolo di bruciature! Non toccare l’ugello caldo. Portare guanti di protezione. J J Portare occhiali protettivi. Pericolo di incendio e di esplosione! L’apparecchio sviluppa un forte calore. L’uso senza cura aumenta il pericolo di incendio e d’esplosione. J Non lavorare nelle vicinanze di gas o materiali facilmente infiammabili. Durante la lavorazione di materie plastiche, colori, lacche ecc., possono formarsi gas pericolosi per la salute. Tenere sempre cura di aerazione sufficiente. J Fare raffreddare completamente l’apparecchio prima di stoccarlo. Metterlo in verticale con l’ugello che indica verso l’alto. J Non usare l’apparecchio senza controllare. J Togliere la spina dalla presa durante le pause di lavoro, prima di qualsiasi lavoro sull’apparecchio (p.es. sostituzione dell’ugello) e quando non usate l’apparecchio. J Non indirizzare l’apparecchio per un tempo prolungato sullo stesso punto. J Tenere l’ugello a distanza rispetto al pezzo o alla superficie da lavorare. Il ristagno d’aria può dare luogo al surriscaldamento dell’apparecchio. J Fare attenzione all’area di lavoro diretta e anche all’ambiente circostante. Il calore potrebbe raggiungere parti infiammabili situate al di fuori della visuale dell’operatore. J Tenere l’apparecchio sempre pulito, asciutto e privo di olio o grassi lubrificanti. J Non usare mai l’apparecchio per altri scopi. J Senza la sorveglianza o la guida di una persona responsabile, questo apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato da bambini né da persone non in possesso della conoscenza e dell’esperienza necessarie per maneggiarlo, o le cui capacità corporali, sensoriali o intellettuali fossero limitate. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati affinché non giochino con l’apparecchio. IT/MT 17 Uso Uso / Pulizia / Smaltimento / Informazioni Q Uso Q Messa in funzione La tensione della corrente deve corrispondere alle indicazioni sulla targhetta dell’apparecchio. Apparecchi contrassegnati con 230 V possono essere usati anche a 220 V. Attenzione! Non coprire le fessure di aerazione durante l’uso. Accensione dell’apparecchio: j Portate l’interruttore ON / OFF 2 alla posizione“I”, “II” o “III”. Spegnimento dell’apparecchio: j Portate l’interruttore ON / OFF 2 alla posizione “0”. Impostare la quantità e temperatura dell’aria: Con il regolatore di temperatura e quantità dell’aria 2 è possibile impostare tre diversi livelli di ventilazione. A seconda dell’applicazione, è possibile quindi scegliere la quantità d’aria e la temperatura desiderata: Step I Step II Step III 250 l / min 350 l / min 600 l / min 30 °C 400 °C 600 °C Il livello I di aria fredda è adatto per: - asciugatura di vernice / colore - raffreddamento di pezzi da lavoro surriscaldati - raffreddamento dell’apparecchio prima dello spegnimento / sostituzione degli ugelli Rimozione della protezione calore: Attenzione! L’apparecchio dev’essere completamente raffreddato, prima di inserire o disinserire la protezione calore. Pericolo di bruciature! Non toccare l’ugello caldo. Durante i lavori senza protezione calore 3 esiste un consistente pericolo di bruciature. Togliere la protezione calore 3 per lavori su punti particolarmente stretti. j Tirare la protezione calore 3 in avanti. 18 IT/MT Impiego come apparecchio a pavimento / Raffreddamento (vedi Fig. B, E): j Poggiare l’apparecchio su una superficie piana in verticale per · avere entrambe le mani libere per lavorare · raffreddare l’apparecchio. Q Uso degli ugelli supplementari Attenzione! Un’azione eccessiva del calore incendia i colori e la plastica. Pericolo! Non respirare i vapori in fuoriuscita. Ugello riflettore 5 – Deformazione di tubi di plastica (v. ill. B): j Inserire l’ugello riflettore 5 sul tubo di scarico 4 . j Riempire il tubo con sabbia e chiuderlo su entrambi i lati. Questo impedisce che il tubo possa piegarsi. j Riscaldate il tubo uniformemente muovendolo avanti e indietro. Ugello spatola 6 – Togliere vernice e lacca (v. ill. C): j Inserire l’ugello spatola 6 sul tubo di scarico 4 . j La forma a spatola di questo ugello serve per indirizzare correttamente il calore. Usare per la rimozione di vernice e lacca una spatola separata. Ugello piatto 7 staccare colla, ammorbidire vernici (v. ill. D): j Inserire l’ugello piatto 7 sul tubo di scarico 4 . j Evitare l’azione prolungata del calore, perchè risulta molto difficile rimuovere la lacca bruciata. Tante colle possono essere ammorbidite mediante il calore. I collegamenti con colla possono poi essere staccati e la colla in eccesso può essere facilmente rimossa. Ugello riduttore 8 – Saldatura di materiale plastico: j Inserire l’ugello riduttore 8 sul tubo di scarico 4 . j Usare l’ugello riduttore 8 per tubi e fogli restringibili. Q L’imballaggio è composto da materiali ecologici, che possono essere smaltiti presso i siti di riciclaggio locali. Q Altri esempi di lavoro per la casa, l’automobile ed il giardino Scongelamento di tubi d’acqua: Avviso! Non scongelare tubi in PVC. Avviso! Spesso le tubazioni dell’acqua sono spesso indistinguibili da quelle del gas. In caso di dubbi chiedere sempre ad una persona qualificata. Avviso! Le tubazioni di rame sono accoppiati con zinco e non devono essere riscaldati oltre 200 °C. j Per scongelare le tubazioni dell’acqua usare l’ugello riflettore 5 . Smaltimento Non gettate apparecchi elettrici nella spazzatura della casa! Secondo la normativa europee 2002 / 96 / EG su apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici vecchi e la traduzione nel diritto nazionale, i apparecchi elettrici devono essere raccolti separatamente e riciclati in modo da rispettare l´ambiente. Le possibilitá di smaltimento dell’apparecchio usurato potete reperire presso il vostro comune. Staccare collegamenti avvitati: j Riscaldare questi collegamenti attentamente con aria calda. Normalmente le viti possono poi essere facilmente svitati. Q Informazioni Q Service Togliere erbaccia: j L’aria calda asciuga l’erbaccia ed i suoi semi. Devices marked with 230 V can also be operated at 220 V. Caution! When using the device, never allow the ventilation slots to be covered. Switching the appliance on: j Push the ON / OFF switch 2 to the position “I”, “II” or “III”. Switching the appliance off: j Push the ON / OFF switch 2 to the position “0”. Setting the air flow and temperature: With the temperature and air volume regulator 2 you have three different blower levels available. You can thus select an air volume and temperature setting suitable for the particular application: Setting I Setting II Setting III 250 l / min 350 l / min 600 l / min 30 °C 400 °C 600 °C The Cold-Air Setting I is suitable for: - Drying varnish / paint - Cooling of heated workpieces - Cooling the appliance before storage / changing the nozzles Removing the heat shield: Caution! The appliance must be completely cooled down before you remove or put on the heat protector. Caution! Danger of burns! Do not touch the hot nozzle. When you are working without the heat shield 3 there is an increased risk of burns. Remove the heat shield 3 for working in particularly narrow spaces. j Pull the heat protector 3 to the fore. 26 GB/MT Use as free-standing unit / during cooling (see Fig. B, E): j Always set the device down upright on a level surface, this will allow · you to have both hands free · the device to cool Q Changing the nozzle Warning! Too much heat causes paints and plastics to ignite. Danger! Do not inhale the resulting vapours. Reflector nozzle 5 – for shaping plastic pipes or tubes (see Ill. B): j Place the reflector nozzle 5 on the outlet tube 4 . j Fill the pipe or tube with sand and ensure it is closed at both ends. This will prevent the pipe or tube from kinking. j Warm the pipe evenly, in that you move it back and forth. Protector nozzle 6 – for removing paint and varnish (see Ill. C): j Place the protector nozzle 6 on the outlet tube 4 . j The spatula shape of the nozzle ensures the air is properly directed. Use a separate spatula for removing paint or varnish. Flat nozzle 7 – for detaching glues, softening paint (see Ill. D): j Place the flat nozzle 7 on the outlet tube 4 . j Do not apply heat for too long a period, as burnt paint becomes much more difficult to remove. Many glues can be softened by warming. Glued connections can then be detached and excess glue removed. Q Further examples of uses in the house, car and garden Defrosting water pipes: Notice! It must not be used for thawing PVC pipes. Notice! It is often very difficult to tell the difference between gas pipes and water pipes. If in doubt, ask a competent person. Notice! Copper pipes are joined using tin solder and must not be heated above 200 °C. j Use the reflector 5 to defrost water pipes. Loosening a threaded connection: j Heating the threaded connection carefully can often allow the connection to be released. Removing weeds: j The hot air dries out the weeds and micro-organisms. Lighting barbecue charcoal: Warning! Do not use methylated alcohol. j Charcoal ignites in a few minutes. Wax removal: j You can remove wax residues from skis / snowboard or from candle holders. Use the amount of care appropriate to the product. Q Cleaning Warning! Before carrying out work on the appliance, always remove the plug from the power socket. j Keep the air inlet and outlet clean. j Use a cloth to clean the housing. Use a soft cloth to clean the housing. Never use petrol, solvents or cleaning agents as these may attack the plastic. Unsorgsamer Umgang bewirkt eine erhöhte Brand- und Explosionsgefahr. J Arbeiten Sie nicht in der Nähe von leicht entzündbaren Gasen oder Materialien, oder in einer explosionsfähigen Umgebung. Bei der Bearbeitung von Kunststoffen, Farben, Lacken etc. können zudem gesundheitsgefährdende Gase ent stehen. Sorgen Sie stets für ausreichende Belüftung. J Lassen Sie das Gerät vollständig auskühlen, bevor Sie es lagern. Stellen Sie es dafür hochkant, mit nach oben gerichteter Düse auf. J Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt. J Ziehen Sie bei Arbeitspausen, vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät (z.B. Wechsel der Vorsatzdüse) und bei Nichtgebrauch immer den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. J Richten Sie das Gerät nur für kurze Zeit auf die gleiche Stelle. J Halten Sie mit dem Düsenausgang einen Abstand zum Werkstück oder der zu bearbeitenden Fläche. Ein Luftstau kann zur Überhitzung des Gerätes führen. J Achten Sie auf den direkten Arbeitsbereich und auch auf den Umgebungsbereich. Die Wärme kann zu brennbaren Teilen gelangen, die sich außerhalb der Sichtweite befinden. J Das Gerät muss stets sauber, trocken und frei von Öl oder Schmierfetten sein. J Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals zweckentfremdet. Q Q Bedienung Inbetriebnahme Die Spannung der Stromquelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes übereinstimmen. Mit 230 V gekennzeichnete Geräte können auch mit 220 V betrieben werden. Vorsicht! Verdecken Sie beim Gebrauch nicht die Lüftungsschlitze. Gerät einschalten: j Schieben Sie den EIN- / AUS-Schalter 2 in die Position Stufe „I“, „II“ oder „III“. Gerät ausschalten: j Schieben Sie den EIN- / AUS-Schalter 2 in die Position „0“. Luftmenge und Temperatur einstellen: Sie können mit dem Temperatur- und Luftmengenregler 2 drei verschiedene Gebläsestufen einschalten. Je nach Anwendung können Sie so die passende Luftmenge und Temperatur auswählen: Stufe I Stufe II Stufe III 250 l / min 350 l / min 600 l / min 30 °C 400 °C 600 °C Die Kaltluft-Stufe I eignet sich zum: - Trocknen von Lack / Farbe - Abkühlen von aufgeheizten Werkstücken - Abkühlen des Gerätes vor dem Abstellen / Wechsel der Vorsatzdüsen Wärmeschutz abnehmen: Vorsicht! Das Gerät muss vollständig abgekühlt sein, bevor Sie den Wärmeschutz abnehmen oder aufsetzen. 34 DE/AT Bedienung / Reinigung / Entsorgung / Informationen Verbrennungsgefahr! Berühren Sie nicht die heiße Düse. Beim Arbeiten ohne Wärmeschutz 3 besteht erhöhte Verbrennungsgefahr. Entfernen Sie bei Arbeiten an besonders engen Stellen den Wärmeschutz 3 . j Ziehen Sie den Wärmeschutz 3 nach vorne ab. Einsatz als Standgerät / Abkühlen (siehe Abb. B, E): j Stellen Sie das Gerät aufrecht auf eine ebene Fläche · um beide Hände zum Arbeiten frei zu haben. · zum Abkühlen des Gerätes. Q Vorsatzdüsen verwenden Warnung! Zu starke Hitzeeinwirkung lässt Farben und Kunststoffe entflammen. Gefahr! Atmen Sie entstehende Dämpfe nicht ein. Reflektordüse 5 – Kunststoffrohre verformen (siehe Abb. B): j Stecken Sie die Reflektordüse 5 auf das Ausblasrohr 4 . j Füllen Sie das Rohr mit Sand und verschließen Sie es beidseitig. Dies verhindert, dass das Rohr abknickt. j Erwärmen Sie das Rohr gleichmäßig, indem Sie es hin- und her bewegen. Spachteldüse 6 – Farben und Lacke entfernen (siehe Abb. C): j Stecken Sie die Spachteldüse 6 auf das Ausblasrohr 4 . j Die Spachtelform dieser Düse dient der gezielten Heißluftzufuhr. Verwenden Sie zum Ablösen von Farbe und Lacken einen separaten Spachtel. Flächendüse 7 – Kleber lösen, Farben aufweichen (siehe Abb. D): j Stecken Sie die Flächendüse 7 auf das Ausblasrohr 4 . j Vermeiden Sie zu lange Hitzeeinwirkung, denn verbrannter Lack lässt sich nur sehr schwer ent- fernen. Viele Klebemittel können Sie durch Wärme erweichen. Die Klebeverbindungen lassen sich dann trennen und überschüssiger Kleber entfernen. Reduzierdüse 8 – Kunststoff verschweißen: j Stecken Sie die Reduzierdüse 8 auf das Ausblasrohr 4 . j Verwenden Sie die Reduzierdüse 8 bei Schrumpfschläuchen und -folie. Q Warnung! Ziehen Sie immer den Netz stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie Arbeiten am Gerät durchführen. j Halten Sie den Luftein- und auslass stets sauber. j Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen des Gehäuses ein Tuch. Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall Benzin, Lösungsmittel oder Reiniger, die Kunststoff angreifen. Q Q Weitere Arbeitsbeispiele für Haus, Auto, Garten Schraubverbindungen lösen: j Erwärmen Sie die Schraubverbindung vorsichtig mit Heißluft und die Schrauben lassen sich dann in der Regel bequem lösen. Unkraut entfernen: j Die Heißluft sorgt für eine Austrocknung des Unkrauts und der Keime. Grillkohle anzünden: Warnung! Benutzen Sie keinen Brennspiritus. j Entzünden Sie in wenigen Minuten Grillkohle. Entwachsen: j Befreien Sie Skier / Snowboard oder einen Kerzenleuchter, mit der dem Produkt angemessenen Vorsicht, von Restwachs. Entsorgung Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien. Sie kann in den örtlichen Recyclebehältern entsorgt werden. Entfrosten von Wasserrohren: Hinweis! PVC-Rohr darf nicht aufgetaut werden. Hinweis! Äußerlich sind Wasserleitungen von Gasleitungen häufig nicht zu unterscheiden. Fragen Sie im Zweifel immer einen Fachmann. Hinweis! Kupferleitungen sind mit Zinn verbunden und dürfen nicht über 200 °C erhitzt werden. j Verwenden Sie zum Entfrosten von Wasserrohren die Reflektordüse 5 . Reinigung Werfen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in den Hausmüll! Gemäß Europäischer Richtlinie 2002 / 96 / EG über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte und Umsetzung in nationales Recht müssen verbrauchte Elektrowerkzeuge getrennt gesammelt und einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.
