TURNING ON THE FRX3
The FRX3 is powered with either the internal rechargeable
Ni-MH battery (600mAh, 3.6V), 3 AAA batteries, the hand
turbine and solar cell, or USB DC-in (included). Select the
power source and press the Power Button < > to turn
radio on.
DYNAMO POWER
(RECHARGEABLE Ni-MH BATTERIES)
The rechargeable Ni-MH (nickel-metal-hydride) battery
is in the battery compartment. To use it, plug the battery
into the socket adjacent to it, then press the Dynamo
Power button < >. Turn the dynamo to recharge the
internal Ni-MH battery. The rechargeable battery will
eventually lose its ability to hold a charge over time.

NOTE: Before initial use, make sure the rechargeable
Ni-MH battery pack (included) is connected to the
unit’s electric socket. The Ni-MH battery is rated
at 3.6V/600mAh.

BATTERY POWER (3 AAA BATTERIES)
Install 3 AAA batteries using the polarity diagram inside
the battery compartment (on the back of the radio). To turn
on the radio using AAA batteries, press the Battery Power
button < >.
SOLAR POWER
When in Dynamo Power mode and the solar panels are
in direct sunlight (not through a window or in the shade),
the Ni-MH rechargeable battery recharges automatically.
The LCD power status bar (under DYN) will show the
recharging icon < >.
USB CABLE POWER
To charge the Ni-MH battery via the USB port (DC-in),
make sure the unit is on Dynamo Power option. Plug the
USB cable port into the computer, plug the other port into
the mini USB jack. The recharge icon < > appears.

CHARGING SMARTPHONES
If your cell phone has a USB charging cord, you can use it.
If not, you can purchase one from www.iGo.com,
or call 1-888-205-0093. To purchase a charging tip
and cord for your cell phone, go to www.iGo.com,
or call 1-888-205-0093.
Plug the USB cell phone charging cord into the USB PHONE
CHARGER jack (located under the rubber cover on the back
of the radio.). Plug the other end of the cord into the cell
phone charging tip and then into the jack of the cell phone.
Press the CELL button to start dump charge. Charging
stops once the internal Ni-MH battery is out of power.
NOTE: When the Ni-MH battery is out of power, the hand
turbine may be used to recharge the battery.
Disconnect the USB cable (to smartphone) before
using the hand turbine. Turn the hand crank at a
rate of 2 or more revolutions per second. Continue
turning until the desired battery level has been
reached. If you decide to stop cranking for whatever
reason, please wait at least 5 seconds before
beginning to crank again. Not following these
instructions may cause damage to your cell phone
for which Soulra disclaims any liability and will not be
held liable for any actual or consequential damages
related to this matter.

FLASHLIGHT
PushtheashlightbuttontoturnitON/OFF.
VOLUME CONTROL
Turn the Volume Adjusting Knob (located on the front left
knob) to adjust volume level. Always turn down the volume
before using earphones.
TUNNING CONTROL
Turn the tuning knob (located on the front right knob)
to change frequencies.
LCD BACKLIGHT
To light the display for about 5 seconds, press the ANY
button located in front if the unit.
ADJUST CLOCK TIME
1. In the standard mode, press the SET button. The LCD
displaytypewillash.
2. Adjust the time by pressing the UP or DOWN button,
thenpressSETtoconrm.Repeatfortheminutevalue.

METTRE EN MARCHE LE FRX3
Le FXR3 est alimenté soit par la batterie interne Ni-HM
rechargeable (600mAH, 3,6V), soit par trois (3) batteries
AAA, soit par la turbine à main et la cellule solaire ou soit
par le USB-entrée CC (inclus). Choisissez votre source
d’alimentation et appuyez le bouton Power < > pour
activer la radio.
ALIMENTATION DYNAMO
(BATTERIES NI-MH RECHARGEABLES)
La batterie Ni-MH rechargeable (nickel-métal-hydrure)
se trouve dans le compartiment de la batterie. Pour l’utiliser,
branchez la batterie dans la douille qui lui est adjacente et
appuyez ensuite sur le bouton Dynamo Power < >.
Tournez le dynamo pour recharger la batterie interne
Ni-MH. Avec le temps, la batterie rechargeable perdra
éventuellement sa capacité de maintenir la charge.

Installez les trois (3) batteries AAA en utilisant le
diagramme de polarité à l’intérieur du compartiment de
la batterie (à l’arrière de la radio). Pour mettre la radio
en marche avec les batteries AAA, appuyez le bouton
Battery Power < >.
ALIMENTATION SOLAIRE
Lorsqu’utilisée en mode d’alimentation Dynamo ainsi
qu’avec les panneaux solaires vers la lumière directe
du soleil, la batterie Ni-MH rechargeable se recharge
automatiquement. La barre de statut d’alimentation
LCD (en dessous de de DYN) montrera l’icône de
recharge < >.
ALIMENTATION AVEC CÂBLE USB
Pour charger la batterie Ni-MH via le port USB (CC-entrée),
assurez-vous que l’unité soit sur l’option d’alimentation
Dynamo. Branchez le port de câble USB à l’ordinateur,
branchez l’autre port dans le mini connecteur USB.

CHARGER LES SMARTPHONES
Si votre téléphone cellulaire a une corde de recharge USB,
vous pouvez l’utiliser. Sinon, vous pouvez en acheter une
sur www.iGo.com, ou appeler le 1-888-205-0093. Pour
acheter une pointe de recharge et une corde pour votre
téléphone cellulaire, allez sur www.iGo.com, ou appeler
le 1-888-205-0093.
Branchez la corde de recharge USB de téléphone cellulaire
dans le connecteur CHARGEUR DE TÉLÉPHONE USB (situé
en dessous de la protection en caoutchouc à l’arrière de
la radio). Branchez l’autre bout de la corde dans la pointe
de recharge du téléphone cellulaire et ensuite dans le
connecteur du téléphone cellulaire. Appuyez le bouton
CELL pour débuter l’évacuation de la charge. La recharge
s’arrête une fois que la batterie Ni-MH interne n’a plus
d’alimentation.
NOTE : Lorsque la batterie Ni-Mhery n’a plus de
charge, la turbine à main peut être utilisée pour
recharger la batterie. Débranchez le câble USB
(du smartphone) avant d’utiliser la turbine à main.
Tournez la manivelle à un rythme de 2 révolutions
ou plus par seconde. Continuez à tourner tant
que le niveau désiré ne soit atteint. Si, pour une
raison quelconque, vous décidez d’arrêter de
tourner, veuillez attendre au moins 5 secondes
avant de recommencer à tourner. Omettre de
suivre ces instructions peut endommager votre
téléphone cellulaire et Soulra se décline de toute
responsabilité et ne sera pas tenu responsable de
tout dommages actuels ou subséquents relatifs à
ce sujet.

Poussez le bouton de la lampe de poche pour la mettre
à ON/OFF.

ENCENDER EL FRX3
El FRX3 funciona con la batería interna de níquel metal

CARGAR SMARTPHONES
Si su teléfono móvil cuenta con un cable de alimentación
USB, puede utilizarlo. De no ser así, puede adquirir un cable
dirigiéndose a www.iGo.com o llamando al

Conecte el cable de alimentación USB de su teléfono móvil
en la entrada de CARGADOR DE MÓVIL USB (ubicada debajo
de la carcasa de goma en la parte posterior de la radio).
Conecte el otro extremo del cable en la punta de carga
del móvil y luego introdúzcala en la entrada de carga del
teléfono móvil. Pulse el botón CELL para empezar la carga.
La carga se detendrá una vez la batería interna de níquel
metal híbrido se apague.
NOTA: Cuando la batería de níquel metal híbrido está
agotada, se puede utilizar la turbina manual
para recargarla. Desconecte el cable USB (del
smartphone) antes de empezar a utilizar la turbina
manual. Haga girar la manivela a un ritmo de 2 o

EINSCHALTEN DES FRX3
Das FRX3 wird entweder mit dem internen
wiederauadbarenNi-MH-Akku(600mAh,3,6V),
3 AAA-Batterien, der Handkurbel und der Solarzelle
oder dem USB DC-Eingang (im Lieferumfang enthalten)
betrieben. Wählen Sie die Stromquelle und drücken Sie

DYNAMOBETRIEB

Sie zum Einschalten des Radios mit AAA-Batteriebetrieb

SOLARBETRIEB
Im Dynamobetrieb sollten sich die Solarmodule in direktem
Sonnenlichtbenden(nichtdurcheinFensteroderim
Schatten). Der Ni-MH-Akku lädt sich automatisch auf.
Die LCD-Energiestatuszeile (unter DYN) zeigt das Symbol

USB-KABELBETRIEB
Um den Ni-MH-Akku über den USB-Port (DC-Eingang)
aufzuladen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Option

Stecken Sie das USB Handy-Ladekabel in die Buchse
desUSB HANDY-LADEGERÄTS (unter der Gummiabdeckung
auf der Rückseite des Radios). Stecken Sie das andere
Ende des Kabels in den Ladeaufsatz des Handys und
anschließend in die Buchse des Handys. Drücken Sie
die HANDY-Taste, um den Ladevorgang zu starten. Der
Ladevorgang stoppt, sobald der interne Ni-MH-Akku keine
Energie mehr hat.
ANMERKUNG: Wenn der Ni-MH-Akku keine Energie mehr
hat, kann man ihn mit der Handkurbel wieder

Drücken Sie die Taste für die Taschenlampe, um sie ein-/
auszuschalten.
LAUTSTÄRKE
Drehen Sie den Lautstärkeregler (auf der vorderen linken
Taste) , um die Lautstärke einzustellen. Reduzieren Sie
immer die Lautstärke, bevor Sie Ohrhörer verwenden.
SENDEREINSTELLUNG
Drehen Sie den Einstellknopf (auf der vorderen rechten
Taste), um die Frequenzen zu ändern.

ALIMENTAZIONE DELLA BATTERIA
(3 BATTERIE AAA)
Installare 3 Batterie AAA che utilizzano lo schema di
polarità all’interno del vano batterie (sul retro della radio)
.Per accendere la radio utilizzando le batterie AAA, premere
il pulsante Alimentazione Batteria < >.
ENERGIA SOLARE
Quando in modalità Accensione Dynamo ed i pannelli solari
sonoinlucedirettadelsole(nonattraversounanestra
o in ombra), la batteria Ni - MH si ricarica automaticamente.
Lo stato della barra di potenza LCD (sotto DYN) mostrerà
l’icona di ricarica < >.
CAVO DI ALIMENTAZIONE USB
Per caricare la batteria Ni - MH tramite la porta USB
(ingresso DC), assicurarsi che l’unità è accesa sull’opzione
Alimentazione Dynamo. Collegare il cavo USB nella porta
del computer, collegare l’altra porta nel mini jack. USB.
L’icona di ricarica < > appare.

CARICARE GLI SMARTPHONES
Se il tuo telefono cellulare dispone di un cavo di ricarica
USB, è possibile utilizzarlo. In caso contrario, è possibile
acquistarne uno su HYPERLINK “http://www.iGo.com”

Per acquistare una ricarica ed un cavo per il tuo cellulare

Collega il cavo USB dell’attacco del cellulare nel jack USB
del CARICATOE DEL TELEFONO ( che si trova sotto il
coperchio di gomma sul retro della radio). Collega l’altra
estremità del cavo nell’attacco del cellulare e poi nel jeck
del cellulare. Premere il pulsante del CELLULARE per avviare
il riversamento della carica. La ricarica si ferma una volta
all’interno che la batteria Ni - MH batteria interna è esaurita.
NOTA: Quando la batteria Ni - MH si è esaurita, la turbina
manuale può essere utilizzata per ricaricare la
batteria. Scollegare il cavo USB ( per smartphone)
prima di utilizzare la turbina manuale. Ruotare la
manovella ad una velocità di 2 o più giri al secondo.

batteria desiderato è stato raggiunto. Se si decide
per qualsiasi motivo di interrompere l’avviamento
, si prega di attendere almeno 5 secondi prima di
iniziare a fare girare di nuovo. Non seguendo queste
istruzioni può causare Danni al tuo telefono cellulare
per il quale Soulra declina ogni responsabilità e non
sarà ritenuto responsabile per eventuali danni, reali
o indiretti relativi a questa materia.

TORCIA
Premere il pulsante torcia per ACCENDERLA/SPEGNERLA.
CONTROLLO DEL VOLUME
Ruotare la manopola di regolazione del volume ( che si trova
sulla manopola anteriore sinistra) per regolare il volume.
Abbassare sempre il volume prima di utilizzare gli auricolari.
SINTONIZZAZIONE DEL CONTROLLO
Ruotare la manopola di sintonizzazione ( che si trova sulla
manopola anteriore destro) per cambiare le frequenze.
LCD CONTROLUCE
Per accendere il display per circa 5 secondi, premere il tasto
ANY situato di fronte l’unità.
REGOLARE IL TEMPO DELL’OROLOGIO
1. In modalità standard, premere il pulsante SET. Il tipo
del display LCD lampeggerà.
2. Regolare il tempo premendo il tasto SOPRA o SOTTO,
quindi premere SELEZIONARE per confermare. Ripetere
l’operazione per il valore dei minuti.

Premere il tasto di sveglia per attivare/disattivare la sveglia.
La parola <SVEGLIA> apparirà sul display.

REGOLARE L’ALLARME
Assicurarsi che <la SVEGLIA> è ATTIVATA, poi premere il
tasto SELEZIONARE nella modalità sveglia.
Regolare l’ora della sveglia premendo il tasto SOPRA o
SOTTO, quindi premere SELEZIONARE per confermare.
Ripetere l’operazione per il valore dei minuti.
