USING YOUR EARBUDS
Bluetooth Caution
• Place the two devices to be connected close to each other and turn off
other Bluetooth devices.
• The maximum effective Bluetooth range may vary with the environmental
circumstances. Obstacles (walls, fences, etc.) between the two devices
may shorten the effective range.
Bluetooth Pairing - Binaural Mode
1. Uncover the lid to bring into pairing mode automatically.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device and search for nearby devices.
3. Find “TaoTronics S10” in the search results, tap to connect.
• Each time you power on your earbuds, it will automatically connect to your
last successfully connected device if available within the Bluetooth range.
• When the earbuds are disconnected from your device for more than
10 minutes, they will turn off automatically.
Bluetooth Pairing - Mono Mode
• When Bluetooth connected, you can use either one of the earbuds as per
your preference.
• Take out one earbud, and make sure the other one is placed in the case with the
lid covered.
• If you want to change to binaural mode, simply take out the other
earbud from the charging case, they will pair with each other automatically.
• Under Mono mode, swiping up or down is changing the volume, no matter
which earbud is in use.

When the earbud is taken off
under music, the music will be
paused. And the touch control
will be deactivated.
Voice Control
· Voice control is enabled by default. Tap and hold the left earbud for 5s to
disable/enable voice control. The battery life would be longer if voice
control is disabled.
· You can easily control your earbuds with the voice commands below.
The wake-up rate may be affected when using voice control in noisy
environment.

Manually Pairing
1. Place both earbuds back in the charging case with the lid uncovered.
2. Press and hold the Reset Button for 3 seconds until the LED indicators on the
charging case flash white twice.
3. The earbuds will go into pairing modeautomatically.
• Wipe only with a dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent.
• Never insert anything into the nozzle.
• Clean the earbuds and the charging case regularly.
• Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratches.
• Place in a dry and shady place if they are not in use for a long time.
• DO NOT clean with detergent or chemicals.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Securely wear the earbuds (see “Wearing”).
Earbuds fall off easily :
• Make sure the Bluetooth function is activated before pairing.
• Place the device to be connected close to the earbuds.
Move both devices away from other Bluetooth devices.
• Remove the earbuds from the Bluetooth list when
already paired before.
• Reset the earbuds and pair again
(see "Resetting Your Earbuds").
Cannot connect with your device :
• Make sure there are no obstacles between the two devices.
• Fully charge the earbuds.
• Reset the earbuds and pair again
(see "Resetting Your Earbuds").
Intermittent connection for one of the earbuds :
• Make sure the earbuds are within the effective range
of your device. The range may vary with the
environmental circumstances.
• Turn off other Bluetooth devices to decrease
the interference.
• Remove the earbuds from the Bluetooth list and
connect again.

If you want to pair the earbuds with a new device.
• Try in a quiet indoor environment.
• Clear any debris from the earbud nozzles.
• Place both devices close to each other or remove the
obstacles between them.
• Try with a different audio source or device.
• For poor call quality, check that the microphone is not
blocked or covered.
Poor sound quality :
• Clear any debris from the earbud nozzles.
• Try with a different audio source.
Earbuds in different volume :
• It is normal that a slight white noise will be heard under
in a quiet environment.
• Try in an open space without disturbance.
Chirping sound :
• Check if the battery of the earbuds or charging case
is low or empty (see “Charging”).
• Make sure there is no dirt or debris covering the
charging contacts on the earbuds or the charging
pins in the case.
Earbuds do not turn on / working :
• Make sure you are touching the correct touch
control area.
• Make sure you put on the earbuds properly.
• Make sure your fingers are dry.
Earbuds do not respond to touch control :
• Make sure there is no dirt or debris covering the
charging contacts on the earbuds or the charging
pins in the case.
• Place both earbuds in the charging case properly
until they magnetically snap into place.
• Make sure the charging case is fully charged.
If charging failed, try with another 5V 1A charger.
Failed to charge the earbuds / charging case :
• For optimal battery life, make sure the earbuds are
fully charged.
• The actual battery life may vary with the music type
and volume used to some extent. If it is 2 or more
hours shorter as described, please contact our
Customer Support for replacement.
• The more the number of charge and discharge cycles,
the shorter the battery life.
• The more the number of over discharges, the shorter
the battery life. Charge the earbuds at least once
every 6 months.

BENUTZEN IHRER OHRHÖRER
Hinweise zum Bluetooth
• Platzieren Sie die beide zu verbindenden Geräte nahe beieinander und
schalten Sie andere Bluetooth-Geräte aus.
• Die maximale effektive Bluetooth-Reichweite kann je nach
Umgebungsbedingungen variieren. Hindernisse (Mauern, Zäune usw.)
zwischen den beiden Geräten können die effektive Reichweite verringern.
Bluetooth-Kopplung - Binauraler Modus
1. Öffnen Sie den Deckel, damit diese automatisch in den Kopplungsmodus wechseln.
2. Schalten Sie die Bluetooth-Funktion Ihres Geräts ein und suchen Sie nach
Geräten in der Nähe.
3. Suchen Sie in den Suchergebnissen “TaoTronics S10” und tippen Sie zum
Verbinden darauf.
• Jedes Mal, wenn Sie Ihre Ohrhörer einschalten, wird automatisch eine
Verbindung zu Ihrem letzten erfolgreich verbundenen Gerät hergestellt,
sofern es sich innerhalb der Bluetooth-Reichweite befindet.
• Wenn die Ohrhörer über 10 Minuten von Ihrem Gerät getrennt sind,
schalten Sie sich automatisch ab.
Bluetooth-Kopplung - Mono-Modus
• Wenn eine Bluetooth-Verbindung besteht, können Sie je nach Wunsch einen der
beiden Ohrhörer verwenden.
• Nehmen Sie einen Ohrhörer heraus und vergewissern Sie sich, dass der andere
Ohrhörer bei geschlossenem Deckel im Gehäuse liegt.
• Wenn Sie in den binauralen Modus wechseln möchten, nehmen Sie
einfach den anderen Ohrhörer aus dem Ladegehäuse heraus; die beiden
Ohrhörer werden automatisch miteinander gekoppelt.
• In Mono-Modus lässt sich die Lautstärke durch Wischen nach oben oder
unten regeln, unabhängig davon, welcher Ohrhörer verwendet wird.
· Sprachsteuerung ist standardmäßig aktiviert. Halte den linken Ohrhörer 5s
angetippt, um die Sprachsteuerung zu deaktivieren/aktivieren.
Die Akkulaufzeit verlängert sich bei ausgeschalteter Sprachsteuerung.
· Sie können Ihre Ohrhörer einfach mit den folgenden Sprachbefehlen steuern.
Die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit kann beeinträchtigt werden, wenn die
Sprachsteuerung in lauter Umgebung verwendet wird.

Manuelles Koppeln
1. Legen Sie beide Ohrhörer bei geöffnetem Deckel wieder ins Ladegehäuse.
2. Halten Sie die Reset-Taste 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, bis die LED-Anzeigen

3. Die Ohrhörer wechseln automatisch in den Pairing-Modus.
• Nur mit einem trockenen, weichen Wattestäbchen oder etwas
Ähnlichem abwischen.
• Stecken Sie niemals etwas in das Endstück.
• Reinigen Sie Ohrhörer und Ladegehäuse regelmäßig.
• Schützen Sie sie vor scharfkantigen Gegenständen, um Kratzer zu vermeiden.
• Legen Sie sie an einen trockenen und schattigen Ort, wenn sie für längere Zeit
nicht benutzt werden.
• NICHT mit Reinigungsmitteln oder Chemikalien reinigen.

Bluetooth-Geräten fern.
• Löschen Sie die Ohrhörer aus der Bluetooth-Liste.
• Setzen Sie die Ohrhörer zurück und koppeln Sie sie
erneut (sehen Sie hierzu das Kapitel “Zurücksetzen Ihrer
Ohrhörer”).
Keine Verbindung zu Ihrem Gerät herstellbar :
• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich zwischen den beiden
Geräten keine Hindernisse befinden.
• Laden Sie die Ohrhörer vollständig auf.
• Setzen Sie die Ohrhörer zurück und koppeln Sie sie

• Testen Sie den Klang drinnen in leiser Umgebung.
• Reinigen Sie die Ohrhörer-Ausgänge von
Verschmutzungen.
• Platzieren Sie beide Geräte nahe beieinander oder
entfernen Sie die Hindernisse zwischen ihnen.
• Testen Sie eine andere Audioquelle oder ein
anderes Gerät.
• Prüfen Sie bei schlechter Gesprächsqualität, ob das
Mikrofon nicht blockiert oder abgedeckt ist.
Schlechte Soundqualität :
• Reinigen Sie die Ohrhörer-Ausgänge von
Verschmutzungen.
• Probieren Sie eine andere Audioquelle aus.
Schlechte Soundqualität Ohrhörer mit
unterschiedlicher Lautstärke :
• Es ist normal, dass in einer ruhigen Umgebung ein
leichtes weißes Rauschen zu hören ist.
• Versuchen Sie es in offenem Gelände ohne Störungen.
Piepender Ton :
• Überprüfen Sie, ob der Akkustand des Ladegehäuses
oder der Ohrhörer niedrig oder leer ist (sehen Sie hierzu
das Kapitel "Ladevorgang").
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Ladekontakte an den
Ohrhörern oder die Ladekontaktstifte im Gehäuse nicht
mit Schmutz oder Ablagerungen bedeckt sind.
Ohrhörer lassen sich nicht einschalten/
funktionieren nicht :
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die die korrekte
Touch-Steuerungsoberfläche berühren.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Ohrhörer richtig einsetzen.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass Ihre Finger trocken sind.
Ohrhörer reagieren nicht auf Touch-Steuerung :
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Ladekontakte an den
Ohrhörern oder die Ladekontaktstifte im Gehäuse nicht
mit Schmutz oder Ablagerungen bedeckt sind.
• Setzen Sie beide Ohrhörer ordnungsgemäß in das
Ladegehäuse ein, bis sie magnetisch einrasten.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Ladegehäuse vollständig
geladen ist. Sollte das Laden fehlschlagen, probieren
Sie ein anderes 5V 1A Ladegerät aus.
Laden der Ohrhörer/des Ladegehäuses
fehlgeschlagen :
• Um eine optimale Akkulebensdauer zu erreichen,
sollten Sie die Ohrhörer stets vollständig laden.
• Die tatsächliche Akkulaufzeit kann je nach Art und
Lautstärke der verwendeten Musik bis zu einem
gewissen Grad variieren. Sollte Sie mehr als 2 Stunden
von der beschriebenen Dauer abweichen, kontaktieren
Sie bitte den Kundenservice für Ersatz.
• Mit steigender Anzahl an Lade- und Entladezyklen sinkt
die Akkulebensdauer.
• Mit steigender Anzahl an Überentladungen sinkt die
Akkulebensdauer. Laden Sie die Ohrhörer mindestens
alle 6 Monate auf.

Informations sur le Bluetooth

Couplage manuel
1. Remettez les deux écouteurs dans le boîtier de chargement en laissant le
couvercle découvert.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de réinitialisation et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant
3 secondes jusqu'à ce que les voyants LED du boîtier de chargement clignotent
deux fois en blanc.
3. Les écouteurs passeront automatiquement en mode de couplage.
• Essuyez uniquement avec un coton-tige sec et doux ou un équivalent.
• N'insérez jamais rien dans la buse.
• Nettoyez régulièrement les écouteurs et le boîtier de charge.

Les écouteurs tombent facilement :
• Assurez-vous que la fonction Bluetooth est activée
avant de procéder au couplage.

• Retirez les écouteurs de la liste Bluetooth.

deux appareils.

1. Supprimez "TaoTronics S10" de la liste des appareils Bluetooth.
2. Remettez les deux écouteurs dans le boîtier de chargement en laissant le

• Essayez dans un environnement intérieur calme.
• Débarrassez les buses des écouteurs de tout
encombrement.

supprimez les obstacles qui se trouvent entre eux.
• Essayez avec une autre source audio ou un
autre appareil.
• Pour les appels de mauvaise qualité, vérifiez que le
microphone n'est pas bloqué ou couvert.
Qualité sonore médiocre :
• Débarrassez les buses des écouteurs de tout
encombrement.
• Essayez avec une autre source audio.
Oreillettes à différents volumes :
• Il est normal qu'un léger bruit blanc se fasse entendre
en dessous dans un environnement calme.
• Essayez dans un espace ouvert sans être dérangé.
Bruit de grésillement :
• Vérifiez si la batterie du boîtier de chargement ou des
écouteurs est faible ou vide (voir "Chargement").
• Assurez-vous qu'aucune saleté ou débris ne recouvre
les contacts de charge sur les écouteurs ou les broches
de charge dans le boîtier.
Les écouteurs ne s'allument pas/ne
fonctionnent pas :
• Assurez-vous que vous touchez la bonne zone de
contrôle tactile.
• Veillez à bien mettre les écouteurs.
• Assurez-vous que vos doigts sont secs.
Les écouteurs ne répondent pas au contrôle
du toucher :
• Assurez-vous qu'aucune saleté ou débris ne recouvre
les contacts de charge sur les écouteurs ou les broches
de charge dans le boîtier.
• Placez correctement les deux écouteurs dans le boîtier
de chargement jusqu'à ce qu'ils s'enclenchent
magnétiquement.
• Assurez-vous que le boîtier est bien chargé. Si la
charge échoue, essayez avec un autre chargeur 5V 1A.
Impossible de charger les écouteurs / le boîtier :
• Pour une durée de vie optimale de la batterie,
assurez-vous que les écouteurs sont complètement
chargés.
• L'autonomie réelle de la batterie peut varier selon le
type de musique et le volume utilisé dans une certaine
mesure. Si elle est inférieure de 2 heures ou plus à la
durée décrite, veuillez contacter notre service clientèle
pour un remplacement.
• Plus le nombre de cycles de charge et de décharge est
élevé, plus la durée de vie de la batterie diminue avec
le temps.
• Plus le nombre de surcharges est important, plus la
durée de vie de la batterie diminue. Chargez les
écouteurs au moins une fois tous les 6 mois.

USO DE LOS AURICULARES
Precaución Bluetooth
• Coloque los dos dispositivos que se conectarán cerca uno del otro y

Emparejamiento Bluetooth - Modo Dual

Los auriculares se caen fácilmente :

Mala calidad de sonido :

Avvertenza Bluetooth
• Collocare i due dispositivi da collegare vicini uno all’altro e spegnere
eventuali altri dispositivi Bluetooth nelle vicinanze.
• Il raggio di funzionamento massimo del Bluetooth può variare in base
alle condizioni ambientali. Ostacoli (come muri, pareti divisorie, ecc.)
tra i due dispositivi possono accorciare il raggio di funzionamento effettivo.
Accoppiamento Bluetooth – Modalità Binaurale
1. Togliere il coperchio per attivare automaticamente la modalità di accoppiamento.
2. Accendere la funzione Bluetooth sul proprio dispositivo e cercare i dispositivi
nelle vicinanze.
3. Trovare “TaoTronics S10” nei risultati di ricerca. Premere per collegare.
• Ogni volta che si accendono gli auricolari, essi si collegheranno
automaticamente all’ultimo dispositivo a cui erano stato connessi,
a condizione che siano nel raggio d’azione del Bluetooth.
• Quando gli auricolari vengono scollegati dal dispositivo per più di
10 minuti, si spegneranno automaticamente.
Accoppiamento Bluetooth – Modalità Mono
• Quando il Bluetooth è collegato, è possibile usare uno dei due auricolari
a piacimento.
• Estrarre un auricolare, e assicurarsi che l’altro sia nella custodia con il
coperchio chiuso.
• Se si vuole passare alla modalità binaurale, è sufficiente estrarre l’altro
auricolare dalla custodia di ricarica. I due auricolari si accoppieranno
automaticamente.
• In questa modalità, lo scorrimento in alto o in basso modifica il volume,
indipendentemente da quale auricolare viene utilizzato.
· Il controllo vocale è abilitato per default. Premere e tenere premuto
l’auricolare sinistro per 5 secondi per disabilitare/abilitare il controllo vocale.
La durata di vita della batteria sarà più lunga se il controllo vocale è
disabilitato.
· La velocità di risposta può variare se il controllo vocale viene utilizzato in un
ambiente rumoroso. Puoi controllare facilmente i tuoi auricolari con i
comandi vocali di seguito.

Gli auricolari cadono facilmente :
• Assicurarsi che la funzione Bluetooth sia attivata prima

Tenere entrambi i dispositivi lontani da altri
dispositivi Bluetooth.

Scarsa qualità del suono :

• Provare con una diversa fonte audio.
Gli auricolari hanno volumi diversi :
• E’ del tutto normale udire un po’ di rumore bianco in
sottofondo in un ambiente silenzioso.
• Provare all’aperto senza fonti di rumore.
Suono “sporco” :
• Verificare se la batteria della custodia di ricarica è bassa
o vuota (vedi la sezione “Ricarica”).
• Assicurarsi che non ci sia sporco a coprire i contatti di
ricarica sugli auricolari o sui contatti di ricarica
nella custodia.
Gli auricolari non si accendono/non funzionano :
• Assicurarsi di toccare l’area corretta del controllo touch.
• Assicurarsi di aver indossato correttamente gli auricolari.
• Assicurarsi di avere le dita asciutte.
Gli auricolari non rispondono ai controlli touch :
• Assicurarsi che non ci sia sporco a coprire i contatti di
ricarica sugli auricolari o sui contatti di ricarica
nella custodia.
• Collocare entrambi gli auricolari nella custodia di
ricarica in modo corretto, finché non verranno attratti
magneticamente nella posizione di ricarica.
• Assicurarsi che la custodia di ricarica sia completamente
carica. Se la ricarica non funziona, provare con un altro
caricabatterie da 5V 1A.
Impossibile ricaricare gli auricolari/la custodia
di ricarica :
• Per una durata di vita ottimale della batteria, assicurarsi
che gli auricolari siano completamente carichi.
