ACOUSTIC SAFETY
Exposure to loud noises from any source for
extended periods of time may temporarily or
permanently affect your hearing. The louder
the radio’s volume, the less time is required
before your hearing could be affected.
Hearing damage from loud noise is
sometimes undetectable at first and can have
a cumulative effect.
To protect your hearing:
• Use the lowest volume necessary to do
your job.
• Turn up the volume only if you are in noisy
surroundings.
• Turn down the volume before connecting
headset or earpiece.
• Limit the amount of time you use headsets
or earpieces at high volume.

• When using the radio without a headset or
earpiece, do not place the radio’s speaker
directly against your ear.
DESCRIPTION
The PMLN6530 and PMLN6445 is a two-wire
surveillance style accessory with one wire for
listening through an acoustic tube and another
separate wire for transmitting using an
integrated microphone/PTT housing.
The Clear Acoustic Tube snaps on the earbud
part of the kit for enhanced discrete
communication. The integrated microphone/
PTT comes with a clothes clip allowing you to
wear it under your uniform for more discreet
covert operations, yet giving the flexibility of
hands-free communication.
NOTE: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure
that the chosen accessory is suitable
for his/her intended use.
OPERATION
Attaching and Removing the Surveillance
Accessory to the Radio
1. Always turn the radio OFF before
connecting the accessory.
2. Plug the accessory connector into the
radio.
3. Turn the radio ON - make sure you do
not set the volume level too high.

NOTE: Once the accessory is connected, the
radio’s microphone and radio’s
speaker will be disabled. User must
use the accessory microphone and
acoustic tube rubber ear tip to transmit
and listen on incoming calls.
4. Insert rubber ear tip into the ear with the
inverted “U” tube hanging over the top of
the ear lobe and the coiled air tube
running behind the ear lobe.
5. Adjust the volume on the radio to a
comfortable listening level.
6. Press the Push-to-Talk (PTT) button,
and speak into microphone to confirm
that the two-way communication works
(the radio-in-transmission light (LED) will
be illuminated).
7. To receive, release the button.
8. Always turn your radio OFF before
disconnecting the accessory.

BESCHREIBUNG
PMLN6530 und PMLN6445 ist ein Über-
wachungszubehör mit zwei Kabeln. Ein Kabel
dient dem Zuhören über einen Akustikschlauch
und das zweite Kabel der Übertragung über
das integrierte Mikrofon-/PTT-Gehäuse.
Der transparente Akustikschlauch wird zur
Verbesserung der diskreten Kommunikation am
Ohrhörer des Sets eingerastet. Das integrierte
Mikrofon/PTT wird mit einem Kleidungsclip
geliefert, sodass es bei diskreteren verdeckten
Operationen unter der Uniform getragen
werden kann, und Ihnen doch die Flexibilität
des freihändigen Sprechens gibt.

BETRIEB
Anbringen des Überwachungszubehörs an
das Funkgerät und Entfernen vom Funkgerät
1. Schalten Sie das Funkgerät immer aus,
bevor Sie das Zubehör anschließen.
2. Schließen Sie den Zubehöranschluss an
das Funkgerät an.
3. Schalten Sie das Funkgerät EIN –
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die

FONCTIONNEMENT
Installation et retrait de l'accessoire de
surveillance
1. Éteignez toujours la radio avant de
brancher l'accessoire.
2. Branchez le connecteur de l'accessoire à
la radio.
3. Allumez la radio. Assurez-vous de ne
pas régler le volume sur un niveau trop
élevé.
REMARQUE : une fois l'accessoire connecté,
le micro et le haut-parleur de
la radio seront désactivés.

4. Insérez l'embout auriculaire dans votre

DESCRIPCIÓN
Los modelos PMLN6530 y PMLN6445 son

USO
Conexión del accesorio para vigilancia a la

7. Per ricevere, rilasciare il pulsante.
8. Spegnere SEMPRE la radio prima di

Para proteger a sua audição:
• Utilize o volume no mínimo necessário ao
seu trabalho.
• Aumente o volume apenas se estiver num

• Reduza o volume antes de ligar um
auricular ou auscultador.
• Limite o tempo de utilização dos auriculares
ou auscultadores com o volume elevado.
• Quando utilizar o rádio sem auriculares ou
auscultadores, não coloque o altifalante do
rádio diretamente junto ao seu ouvido.
DESCRIÇÃO
O PMLN6530 e o PMLN6445 são acessórios
de vigilância de dois fios, com um fio para
ouvir através de um tubo acústico e outro fio
separado para transmitir através de uma caixa
com microfone/PTT integrado.
O tubo acústico transparente encaixa nos
auriculares do kit proporcionando uma
comunicação mais discreta. O microfone/PTT
integrado inclui um clipe de fixação ao vestuário,
permitindo-lhe utilizá-lo debaixo da roupa para
operações secretas mais discretas, sem perder
a flexibilidade da comunicação mãos-livres.

FUNCIONAMENTO
Ligar e desligar o acessório de vigilância do
rádio
1. DESLIGUE sempre o rádio antes de ligar
o acessório.
2. Ligue o conector do acessório ao rádio.
3. LIGUE o rádio - certifique-se de que não
coloca o volume demasiado alto.
NOTA: depois de o acessório estar ligado, o
microfone e o altifalante do rádio serão
desativados. O utilizador tem de
utilizar o microfone e a ponteira de
borracha com tubo acústico para
transmitir e ouvir ao receber
chamadas.
4. Introduza a ponteira de borracha na
orelha fazendo com que o tubo em "U"
invertido passe por cima do lóbulo da
orelha e o tubo em espiral por trás do
lóbulo da orelha.
5. Ajuste o volume do rádio para um nível
confortável.
6. Prima o botão Premir para falar (PTT)
e fale ao microfone para se certificar de
que a comunicação bidirecional funciona
(a luz de rádio em transmissão (LED)
ficará acesa).
7. Para receber, solte o botão.
8. DESLIGUE sempre o rádio antes de
remover o acessório.

АКУСТИЧЕСКАЯ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ
Продолжительное воздействие звука
с высоким уровнем громкости из любого
источника может привести к временному
или постоянному повреждению слуха.
Чем выше громкость радиостанции, тем
быстрее можно повредить слух. Повреждение
слуха из-за высокого уровня громкости
может быть замечено не сразу и иметь
накопительный эффект.

ОПИСАНИЕ
В двухпроводных аксессуарах для скрытого
использования PMLN6530 и PMLN6445
один провод используется для прослушивания
при помощи акустической трубки, а второй
отдельный провод — для передачи при
помощи встроенного блока с микрофоном
и кнопкой PTT.
Прозрачная акустическая трубка крепится
на наушнике и обеспечивает качественную
связь в режиме скрытого использования.
Встроенный блок с микрофоном и кнопкой
PTT оснащен зажимом для одежды, что
позволяет надевать его под униформу при
проведении секретных операций, при этом
