The motion sensor is more sensitive to motion across the front of the sensor than motion towards the sensor. The detector senses
heat in motion and possible heat sources that change temperature quickly. Therefore, to avoid false triggering, avoid placing the
sensor where it will be aimed at air conditioners, heaters, laundry equipment, and other sources of heat or cold.

2. Receiver (A) Installation:
• Plug the indoor receiver (A) into
a standard indoor grounded
receptacle.
• Plug lighting device to be
controlled into the outlet on the receiver (A).
• Make sure outlet supplying receiver (A) is powered.
• Make sure lighting device is turned to the “ON” position.
*Lighting device will not activate until triggered by the
motion sensor.
• Device is ready to use. The receiver (A) will activate the
lighting device when motion is detected and continue to
stay on for 10 minutes after there is no motion detected.

• Remove screw on back battery
cover.
• Remove old batteries.
• Install new AAA alkaline batteries
(C), noting polarity.
• Replace battery cover.

1. Installing the Wireless Motion
Sensing Transmitter (B):
• Open the battery compartment
located on the back of the
wireless motion sensing
transmitter (B) and install the
batteries (C) (provided). Make sure
you install according to polarity.
• For Mounting: use screws
provided to install mounting device where desired.
• The keyhole slots are from center to center. The distance
is 1 and 7/16th of an inch center to center.
• To achieve the maximum coverage Mount - 6 to 8 feet
from the ground.
1. Place wireless motion sensing transmitter (B) securely in
mount.
2. Use swivel on the mount to point wireless motion sensing
transmitter (B) in desired direction of detection.
3. Remove any line of sight obstacles that could interfere with
device’s ability to sense motion.
4. Indicator light on wireless motion sensing
transmitter (B) will be lit when motion is detected.
5. Device is ready to use.
• For Non-Mounting: Place wireless motion sensing
transmitter (B) on table top, ledge or adhere directly to
wall using the screws provided.
1. Face wireless motion sensing transmitter (B) in desired
direction of detection.
2. Remove any line of sight obstacles that could interfere with
device’s ability to sense motion.
3. Indicator light on wireless motion sensing
transmitter (B) will be lit when motion is detected.
4. Device is ready to use.
