1. Make sure the sharpener knob at the base of the sharpener is loose (about 10 turns).

2. Insert the sharpener as shown in the picture until it stops at its correct position and screw

CAUTION

The knife should be sharpened at a minimum on a daily basis. Do not sharpen a knife that is not
