WARNING: When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed as below:
1. To protect against risk of electrical
shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or
any non-removable parts of this oven
in water or other liquid.
2. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED THAT
CHILDREN OPERATE THIS APPLIANCE.
3. Unplug from outlet when not in use
and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts
and before cleaning.
4. Do not leave the appliance
unattended while it is in use.
5. Do not use outdoors.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge
of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
7. Do not place on or near a hot gas or
electrical burner, or in a heated oven.
8. Turn all controls to “OFF” before
inserting or removing plug from wall
outlet.
9. To disconnect, grasp plug and
remove from outlet. Do not pull by
the cord.
10. To avoid the risk of an electrical
shock, always make sure the product
is unplugged from the electrical
outlet before cleaning, assembling,
disassembling, or relocating it.
11. Do not operate any appliance with
a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or has been
damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination,
repair or electrical or mechanical
adjustment.
12. Do not use this product for anything
other than its intended use.
13. Oversize foods or metal utensils must
not be inserted in this appliance, as
they may create a re or risk of electric
shock.
14. A re may occur if this product is
covered by or touching ammable
material including curtains, draperies,
walls and the like, when in operation.
Do not store any item on top of unit
when in operation.
15. Do not store any material, other
than manufacturer’s recommended
accessories, on this product when it is
not in use.
16. Do not clean with metal scouring
pads. Pieces can break off the pad and
touch electrical parts resulting in a
risk of electric shock.
17. To reduce the risk of re, do not place
any heating or cooking appliance
beneath the appliance.
18. To reduce the risk of re, do not
mount unit over or near any portion
of a heating or cooking appliance.
19. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do
not mount over a sink.
20. To reduce the risk of re, do not
store anything directly on top of the
appliance surface when the appliance
is in operation.
21. Keep all body parts and extremities
away from the blade when the
appliance is in operation.
22. Use extreme care when handling the
blade.
23. Do not operate the appliance
continuously for more than 10
minutes. Allow the appliance to cool
down for 1 hour in between use.

24. Do not use the appliance to cut deep
frozen food, bones, or any other

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Wash the Cutting Blade and Meat/Food Holder in warm
soapy water.
• DO NOT WASH ANY PART OF THIS APPLIANCE USING A
DISHWASHER.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the rest of the Meat Slicer.
• NEVER SUBMERGE THE MEAT SLICER BASE IN WATER OR
ANY OTHER LIQUID!
• Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling the unit for
use or storage.
• Do not use any abrasive soaps, detergents, or cleaning
materials to clean any part of this appliance.
NOTE:
Remove all
packaging from your
new Electric Meat
Slicer. Clean all parts
before using for the
rst time to remove
any dust that may
have accumulated
while the appliance
was in its original
packaging. (See

It helps to pull the

back and out of the
way when attempting
to secure the Cutting
Blade (3).
CAUTION:
Make sure that all
parts have been
properly assembled
and that the cutting
blade (3) has been
secured before
operating your meat
slicer.
ASSEMBLY
• Never set the slicer on top of a hot surface or near an open
ame.
• Make sure that the power cord does not pass over any hot
or sharp edged objects.
• Do not let the power cord hang off of your work surface
or be positioned in such a way where it can be easily or
accidentally pulled, as this could lead to injury or damage
to the unit.
• Do not allow the power cord to become tangled or
trapped. Never wind the power cord around the slicer
during storage.
• Make sure the unit is off and unplugged from the electrical
while assembling it.
1. Place the meat slicer on a at, stable, non-slip surface close
to an electrical socket and away from any edges or places
where it can easily fall off.
2. Place the Cutting Blade (3) in its designated place beneath
the Blade Guard (11). Align the back of the locking piece on
the Cutting Blade (3) with the groove on the area beneath
the Blade Guard (11). Turn the locking piece to the left
to lock the Cutting Blade (3) in place; turning the locking
piece to the right unlocks the Cutting Blade (3).
3. Place the Meat/Food Holder (5) on the Feed Slider Table (4).
4. Place your desired meat, cheese, or vegetable on the Feed
Slider Table (4).
5. Unwind the required length of power cord; insert the plug
into a power outlet.

HOW TO USE
Specic safety advice for slicing and for handling the slicer:
• TO PREVENT SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY, NEVER TOUCH
THE BLADE WHEN THE SLICER IS OPERATING!
• NEVER TRY TO CLEAN OR SERVICE THE MACHINE IN
ANY WAY WHILE IT IS IN OPERATION AND THE BLADE IS
RUNNING!
• Always use the Meat/Food Holder. Make sure that you’re
pressing the meat rmly against the Support Plate so that
it doesn’t fall off and expose your extremities to the blade.
• IF AN ITEM OF FOOD COMES OFF OF THE FEED SLIDER
TABLE OR BECOMES LOOSE AS YOU ARE FEEDING IT TO
THE BLADE, TURN THE MACHINE OFF, WAIT FOR THE
BLADE TO STOP AND THEN TRY TO REPOSITION YOUR
FOOD ONTO THE FEED SLIDER TABLE AND AGAINST THE
SUPPORT PLATE. DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS WHILE THE
BLADE IS RUNNING!
• Use the slicer only for slicing normal household foods and
not for any other purpose. Do not use the slicer for slicing
deep-frozen foods, bones, foods with kernels or for slicing
packaged foods.
• Never use the slicer for more than 10 minutes continuously.
• For safety reasons, the slice thickness must be returned to
the “0” setting after each use.
• After assembling the unit, set your desired slicing thickness
by turning the Thickness Knob. Slicing thickness can be set
to 0 | 5mm (0.2”) | 10 mm (0.4”) |15 mm (0.6”).
• Place your food item on the Feed Slider Table. Use the
Meat/Food Holder to push the food item rmly against the
support plate.
• Pushing the switch to “ON”, the cutting blades will
immediately begin to run. To stop the continuous
operation, move the switch quickly to the “OFF” position
and wait until the cutting blades come to a complete stop.
• Slightly press the food to be sliced forward, guide it along
towards the Cutting Blade.
• When nished, pull your food item away from the
blade and shut the unit off. Wait for the blades to stop
completely before unplugging the unit from the electrical
outlet.
• Switch the Thickness Knob back to “0”.
• Once the blade has stopped and the unit has been
unplugged from the electrical outlet, disassemble the parts
for cleaning.
• Be sure to dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling
them for use or for storage.
NOTE:
Do not push your
food item too hard
against the Support
Plate; only push hard
enough to keep the
food item in place.

HOW TO USE (cont.)
REMOVING THE CUTTING BLADE:
CAUTION: HANDLE BLADE WITH EXTREME CAUTION AS IT IS VERY SHARP.
Shut the meat slicer off and unplug it from the electrical outlet. Once the blade has
stopped spinning, rotate the locking piece at the center of the blade clockwise, and
then pull out the blade. When taking out the blade make sure that you handle it by
the center and be careful of its sharp edge. Wash it by hand using soap and warm
water. Clean the housing behind the blade with a dry cloth or a soft brush.
NOTE: The cutting blade is not dishwasher safe.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before starting to clean the slicer, switch it OFF, wait until the blades have stopped
and pull the plug out of the electrical outlet. Also, set the Thickness Knob to the
“0”setting.
1. Remove the cutting blade and wash with warm water and soap. (See
“REMOVING CUTTING BLADE” for instruction)
2. Remove the Meat/Food Holder and wash with warm water and soap.
3. Clean the Support Plate, Feed Slider Table, Sliding Bar, and Blade Guard with a
damp soapy cloth or sponge.
4. Wipe the entire Meat Slicer Base—except the power cord—with a damp soapy
cloth or sponge.
5. Clean the area behind the Cutting Blade with a dry paper towel or a small
brush.
6. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling for use or for storage.
TIPS & WARNINGS:
• Never immerse the entire appliance in water or any other liquid!
• Handle the cutting blade carefully as it is very sharp!
• Do not try to clean the slicer or reposition items while the blade is running!
• Do not wash any part of the meat slicer in a dishwasher.
• Do not use any abrasive soaps, detergents, or cleaning materials to clean any
part of this appliance.
• Do not use automotive or industrial grade lubricant to replace the lubricant
behind the Cutting Blade.
• It is necessary to clean the slicer at regular intervals as perishable food scraps
could accumulate on the slicer or behind the cutting blade.
• Contact an authorized service center or customer service if the product
requires any type of servicing.
• Do not remove the lubricant on the gears behind the Cutting Blade.
• Re-install the Cutting Blade immediately after cleaning it. Do not leave it lying
around, to reduce the risk of personal injury.
• Use you meat slicer to slice your favorite meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
• Allow warm roast to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
• Remove any tough rinds or casings from your meats and cheeses before
slicing.
• When slicing food that is uneven in size, slice the largest side rst.
• For cold cuts and cheeses, only slice as needed so they better retain their avor.

WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE

If you have any problems with this unit, contact Customer Service for support.
1. Your small kitchen appliance is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from any
manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions for one (1) year, cord excluded.
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this product.
2. Retail stores/merchants selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or in
any way revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.
3. If you use your appliance for household use and according to instructions, it should give
you years of satisfactory service.
4. At its sole discretion, Maxi-Matic USA will either repair or replace the product found to be
defective during the warranty period.
5. The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the remaining balance of the
one-year warranty period and an additional one-month period.
6. Consumer’s remorse is not an acceptable reason to return a product to our Service
Center.
7. This limited warranty covers appliances purchased and used within the 50 U.S. states
plus the District of Columbia and does NOT cover normal wear of parts or:
- Damages caused by unreasonable use, neglect, normal wear and tear, commercial
use, improper assembly or installation of product.
- Damages caused in shipping.
- Damages caused by replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers.
- Defects other than manufacturing defects.
- Breakage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, lack of proper care
and maintenance, or incorrect current or voltage.
- Lost or missing parts of the product. Parts will need to be purchased separately.
- Damages of parts that are not electrical; i.e. cracked or broken plastic/glass,
scratched/dented inner pots.
- Damage from service or repair by unauthorized personnel.
- Extended warranties purchased via a separate company or reseller.
- Acts of God such as re, oods, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.
8. This warranty does not apply to re-manufactured merchandise.
Maxi-Matic, USA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the
breach of any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable
law, any implied warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose is limited in
time to the duration of the warranty.
*One Year Limited Warranty valid only in the 50 U.S. states plus the District of Columbia,
excluding Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA; product
usage which is in violation of the written instructions provided with the unit will void this
warranty. For international warranty, please contact the local distributor.
This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may also have other rights to which you
are entitled which may vary by state, province, and/or jurisdiction.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
RETURNS:
A. Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be
processed accordingly by rst contacting customer service (info@
maxi-matic.com) to obtain an RA # (Return Authorization Number). We
will not accept any returns of merchandise without an applicable RA #.
B. IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. Your Warranty depends on your
following these instructions if you are returning the unit to Maxi-Matic,
USA:
1. Carefully pack the item in its original carton or other suitable
box with sufcient cushioning to avoid damage in shipping.
2. Before packing your unit for return, be sure to enclose:
a) Your name, full address with zip code, daytime telephone
number, and RA#,
b) A dated sales receipt or PROOF OF PURCHASE,
c) The model number of the unit and the problem you
are having (Enclose in an envelope and tape directly to
the unit before the box is sealed,) and
d) Any parts or accessories related to the problem.
3. Maxi-Matic, USA recommends that you ship the package via UPS
ground service for tracking purposes. We cannot assume
responsibility for lost or damaged products returned to us
during incoming shipment. For your protection, always carefully
package the product for shipment and insure it with the carrier.
C.O.D shipments cannot be accepted.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you.
5. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, Maxi-Matic,
USA will repair or replace the product if it is defective in material or
workmanship, subject to the conditions in paragraph B.
6. Maxi-Matic will pay the shipping charges to ship the repaired or
replacement product back to you.

EL USO DE UN CORDÓN CORTO
1. Para reducir el riesgo de daños personales, como un tropezón o enredarse con
el cordón eléctrico, un cordón eléctrico corto es suministrado con la unidad.
2. Una extensión eléctrica más larga podrá ser utilizada, siempre y cuando tome
extremas precauciones durante su uso.
3. Si una extensión eléctrica más larga va a ser utilizada, tenga muy en cuenta las
siguientes recomendaciones:
• Las especicaciones eléctricas especialmente el (amperaje) del cordón
eléctrico a utilizar deberá de ser igual o de más amperaje que el especicado
en el aparato a utilizar.
• La extensión eléctrica deberá de ser colocada de una manera que no
cuelgue de la mesa, donde una mascota, los niños o cualquier otra persona
lo pueda jalar o tropezar sobre ella, accidentalmente.
ENCHÚFE POLARIZADO
Si este aparato es suministrado con un cordón eléctrico de enchufe polarizado (un
lado del enchufe es más ancho que el otro) favor de seguir las siguientes
recomendaciones.
Para reducir el riesgo de una descarga eléctrica, este enchufe está diseñado para

COMO ENSAMBLAR:
• Nunca coloque el aparato cercas de supercies calientes
como estufas, hornos, o llamas.
• Asegure que el cordón eléctrico no esté cercas de ninguna
supercie o artículo caliente o con lo.
• No deje que el cordón eléctrico cuelga de cualquier
supercie o donde puede ser jalado fácilmente dado a que
esto podría resultar en lesiones personales graves y puede
causar daño al aparato.
• No enrolle el cordón eléctrico al rededor del aparato
cuando lo guarde.
• Mantenga el aparato apagado y desenchufado del toma
corriente durante el proceso de ensamble.
1. Coloque el Rebanador de Carne sobre una supercie plana
y estable. Colóquelo en un lugar donde no se puede caer
fácilmente.
2. Coloque la Navaja Cortadora (3) debajo del protector (11).
Alinee la palomita detrás de la Navaja Cortadora (3) con la
ranura debajo del protector (11). Gire la palomita del lado
frontal de la Navaja Cortadora (3) hacia la izquierda para
trabar la Navaja Cortadora (3) en su lugar; gire hacia la
derecha para soltar la Navaja Cortadora (3).
3. Coloque el Soporte para Empujar (5) en su lugar al lado de
la Mesa Deslizante (4).
4. Coloque sus alimentos sobre la Mesa Deslizante (4).
5. Desenrolle el cordón eléctrico y enchufe al tomacorriente.
PRECAUCIÓN:
Asegure que el aparato

COMO USAR
Instrucciones de seguridad para operar el Rebanador:
• ¡NUNCA TOQUE LA NAVAJA CUANDO ESTE GIRANDO PARA
EVITAR UNA LESION GRAVE!
• ¡NUNCA INTENTE DE LIMPIAR O DARLE SERVICIO AL
REBANADOR CUANDO ESTE EN OPERACIÓN Y LA NAVAJA
ESTE GIRANDO!
• Siempre utilice el Soporte para Empujar para mantener
sus alimentos rmemente posicionados contra el Soporte
Estabilizador y para prevenir que se caigan sus alimentos y
expongan sus extremidades a la Navaja Cortadora.
• Cuando un articulo de comida se caiga de la mesa
deslizante durante el proceso de rebanar: primero, apague
el rebanador; luego, despues de que la navaja cortadora
pare de girar, desenchufelo del tomacorriente. Finalmente,
re-acomode su articulo sobre la mesa deslizante y contra
el soporte estabilizador ¡No intente de re-acomodar un
articulo de comida cuando la navaja este girando y cuando
este en operación el aparato!
• Utilice el rebanador de carnes únicamente para alimentos
en uso casero y no para uso comercial. No utilice el aparato
para rebanar alimentos congelados, huesos, frutas con
semillas, o alimentos empacados.
• Nunca utilice el aparato por más de 10 minutos
continuamente.
• Por razones de seguridad, el Control de Grosor deberá de
ser retornado a “0” después de cada uso.
• Después de ensamblar el Rebanador, seleccione el grosor
al cual desea cortar sus alimentos: entre 0 | 5mm | 10mm |
15mm de grosor.
• Coloque sus alimentos para rebanar sobre la Mesa
Deslizante. Use el Soporte para Empujar para presionar sus
alimentos contra el Soporte Estabilizador.
• Presione el Interruptor para prender el aparato. Cuando
quiera apagar el aparato, presione el Interruptor de nuevo
y espere a que pare de girar la Navaja Cortadora.
• Guie sus alimentos hacia la Navaja Cortadora usando la
mesa deslizante.
• Cuando termine de rebanar sus alimentos, use la Mesa
Deslizante para retirarlos de la Navaja Cortadora. Apague
el aparato presionando el Interruptor, espere a que pare
de girar la Navaja Cortadora y desenchufe el aparato del
tomacorriente.
• Regrese el Control de Grosor a la posición de “0”.
• Después de haber apagado el aparato, quite las partes para
lavarlas.
• Asegúrese de secar todas las partes completamente antes
de re-ensamblar para almacenar o usar el aparato de
nuevo.
NOTA:
No ejerce mucha
presión sobre sus
alimentos contra el
Soporte Estabilizador;
solo mantenga el
alimento rmemente
presionado contra el
Soporte Estabilizador
para que no se caiga
o mueva.

COMO REMOVER LA NAVAJA CORTADORA
PRECAUCIÓN: maneje la navaja cortadora con mucho cuidado dado a que es sumamente losa.
Apague el aparato y desconéctelo del tomacorriente. Cuando pare de girar la Navaja
Cortadora, gire la palomita al centro de la Navaja Cortadora hacia la derecha para
soltarla. Cuando remueva la Navaja Cortadora manéjela con extrema precaución
porque es sumamente losa. Lávela usando agua caliente y jabón. Limpie el área en
donde se inserta la Navaja Cortadora usando una toalla seca o un cepillo pequeño.
ADVERTENCIA: La Navaja Cortadora NO se puede lavar en un Lavaplatos.
MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
Antes de limpiar el aparato, apáguelo, espere a que pare de girar la Navaja Cortadora
y desenchúfelo del tomacorriente. Regrese el Control de Grosor a la posición de “0.”
1. Remueva la Navaja Cortadora y lávela con agua caliente y jabón. (Reérase a la
sección de “COMO REMOVER LA NAVAJA CORTADORA” para instrucciones)
2. Remueva el Soporte para Empujar y lávelo con agua caliente y jabón.
3. Limpie el Soporte Estabilizador, la Mesa Deslizante, la Barra Deslizante, y el
Protector usando un trapo húmedo y enjabonado.
4. Limpie la Base —menos el cordón eléctrico— usando un trapo húmedo y
enjabonado.
5. Limpie el área en donde se inserta la Navaja Cortadora usando una toalla seca o
un cepillo pequeño.
6. Seque todas las partes completamente antes de re-ensamblar para usar o para
almacenar.
SUGERENCIAS Y PRECAUCIÓNES:
• ¡Nunca sumerja el aparato entero en agua o en ningun otro liquido!
• ¡Maneje la navaja cortadora con mucho cuidado porque es sumamente losa!
• ¡Nunca intente de acomodar o reacomodar sus alimentos sobre la mesa deslizante
cuando este girando la navaja cortadora!
• No lave ninguna parte de este aparato usando un lavaplatos.
• No limpie ninguna parte de este aparato usando jabones, detergentes o
materiales abrasivos.
• Es necesario limpiar el aparato regularmente dado a que residuos de alimentos se
acumulan.
• Contacte a un centro de servicio autorizado si su producto no está funcionando o
si necesita reemplazar alguna parte.
• No remueva la grasa lubricante de la área detrás de la Navaja Cortadora.
• Inmediatamente después de remover la Navaja Cortadora, regrésela a su lugar
en el aparato. Para reducir el riesgo de una lesión personal, no deje la Navaja
Cortadora suelta, manténgala ensamblada en el aparato.
• Use su Rebanador para rebanar carne, queso, y vegetales.
• Remueva plásticos, empaques o el cuero grueso de sus carnes o quesos antes de
rebanarlos.
• Cuando este rebanando artículos que no sean simétricos, rebane el lado más
grande primero.
• Cuando rebane sus carnes o quesos, solo rebane lo necesario, para que estos
mantengan su sabor.

1. Se garantiza, al comprador original, de estar libres de defectos de fabricación en

2. Si necesita cambiar la unidad, devuélvala en su caja original, con el recibo de compra, a la
tienda donde lo compró. Si usted está más allá del plazo concedido para el retorno por la
política de la tienda, por favor consulte la garantía incluida.
3. Si utiliza el aparato para uso doméstico y de acuerdo con las instrucciones, debería
ofrecerle años de servicio satisfactorio.
4. Durante el período de garantía de un año, un producto con un defecto será reparado
o reemplazado por un modelo nuevo o reacondicionado (a nuestro criterio) cuando el
producto sea devuelto a nuestro Centro de Servicio. (Consulte la sección "Devoluciones"
a continuación).
5. El producto reparado o reemplazado estará garantizado por el saldo restante del período
de garantía de un año y un plazo adicional de un mes.

INSTRUCCIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN
DEVOLUCIONES:
A. Cualquier devolución de mercancía defectuosa al fabricante deben ser procesados
apropiadamente contactando primero al servicio al cliente (información de contacto se
muestra a continuación) para obtener un # RA (Número de autorización de devolución).
No se aceptará ninguna devolución de mercancía sin un # RA aplicable.
B. INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES DE RETORNO. Su garantía depende que usted siga estas
instrucciones si va a devolver la unidad a Maxi-Matic EE.UU.:
1. Empaque cuidadosamente el producto en su caja original o en otra caja adecua
da para evitar daños durante el envío.
2. Antes del envío de la devolución unidad, asegúrese de adjuntar:
a) Su nombre, dirección completa con código postal, número de teléfono
durante el día, y #RA
b) Un recibo de compra fechado o COMPROBANTE DE COMPRA,
c) El número de modelo de la unidad y el problema que tiene (Encierre en un
sobre y pegue directamente a la unidad antes de sellar la caja) y
d) Todas las piezas o accesorios relacionados con el problema.
3. Maxi-Matic EE.UU. recomienda enviar el paquete de servicio terrestre de UPS para
nes de seguimiento. No podemos asumir la responsabilidad por productos
perdidos o dañados devueltos a nosotros durante el transporte entrante. Para su
protección, siempre cuidadosamente empaquetar el producto para su envío y
asegurarlo con la compañía. Envíos C.O.D no puede ser aceptado.
