Limpie el calibrador después de usarlo. Asegúrese de que las superficies de medición
estén limpias. Remueva virutas, polvo, rebabas y otros objetos extraños la que será
medida. El cuerpo del calibrador debe ser lubricado con una pequeña cantidad de
aceite para reloj. Las caras de medición deben ser cuidadosamente tratadas, evite
que se raye, golpee u oxide. No lo haga funcionar abruptamente, no deje caer ni
golpee el instrumento.
Clean the caliper gently before use. Make sure the measuring face are clean. Remove cutting
chips, dust, burrs and other foreign substance from the workpiece to be measured. Vernier caliper
body should be lubricated by a small amount of clock oil. Measuring face should be carefully
prevented from being scratched hit or rusty. Do not operate abruptly, drop or strike the caliper.

CALIBRACIÓN / CALIBRATION
Cierre las quijadas a cero en la regleta, si las agujas no llegan al punto
cero en la carátula, el instrumento debe ser calibrado. Afloje el tornillo
de bloqueo de la carátula y gire el bisel hasta que ambas agujas
apunten a cero apriete el tronillo nuevamente para bloquear la nueva
posición, abra y cierre las mordazas para verificar el ajuste. / Close the
external jaws to zero in the beam, if needles do not point at zerocaliper needs to
be calibrated. Loosen bezel locking screw and rotate bezel until both needles point
to zerotighten bezel locking screw to lock bezel at the new position. Open and
close the external jaws to verify if needles return to zero.
