Importante
Al conectar el módulo WIFI (CL93600) a su equipo de aire acondicionado, este dispondrá de la
tecnología de control mediante APP. Una vez instalado este módulo en el equipo
debe mantener constatemente la conexión con el router Wifi. El equipo de aire acondicionado
se podrá controlar desde los Smartphones o Tabletas en los que se instale la APP y se
registre el usuario.

No todos los sistemas Android e iOS son compatibles con esta aplicación. El fabricante
no se responsabiliza de los problemas ocasionados como resultado de esta incompatibilidad.

Atención:
A la hora de realizar la configuración del Wifi tener en cuenta los siguientes detalles:
a) El móvil con el que se va a configurar el Wifi debe tener desconectados los datos móviles (3G o 4G).
b) El router Wifi debe proporcionar una buena señal Wifi, la mayoría de routers que suministran las
empresas telefónicas, dan una señal muy débil, por lo que si el equipo de aire no está muy
cerca no funcionará.
c) El móvil solo debe tener memorizada la red Wifi a la cual se va a conectar el equipo y debe
estar conectado a esta red para realizar la configuración.
d) La contraseña de la red Wifi debe ser inferior a 32 bits y no tener caracteres especiales (solo
números y letras).
e) El Módulo Wifi solo soporta redes con encriptación WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK o sin encriptación.
g) La primera configuración se debe realizar sin tener activo el filtro MAC en el router. Una vez
terminada la configuración, aparecerá la dirección MAC del equipo en la lista de dispositivos,
entonces ya podrá volver a activar el filtro MAC en el router con la dirección correspondiente
del equipo.

Instalación del módulo Wifi
Pasos a seguir para instalar el módulo Wifi en la unidad interior:

1. Para usar la función WIFI, es necesario un Router WIFI un Smartphone y el
módulo WIFI instalado en el equipo de aire acondicionado.

2. ¿Cómo instalar el Módulo WIFI?
Extraer la tapa protectora del Módulo WIFI.
Abrir el panel frontal del equipo de Aire Acondicionado e insertar el módulo
WIFI en el puerto reservado para este proposito.
El puerto se ubica bajo el panel frontal.

El software
de control se puede descargar e instalar
de la manera siguiente:
1.
Para terminales móviles como smartphone y tabletas (Android 4.1 e iOS 6.0) buscar y
descargar "AC Freedom" desde Google Play o App Store e instálelo en su sistema.
2.
También puede usar el móvil (Android 4.1e iOS 6.0) para
escanear el código “QR”
(véase la Fig.1). Si no lo puede escanear con otro dispositivo que le dirigirá
automáticamente a la interfaz de "AC Freedom" para que descargue e instale el
software.

En la pantalla "Device List" (lista de dispositivos), pulse y mantenga pulsado por más
de 0,5 seg (para el sistema Android)
o (para el sistema iOS) el icono de un dispositivo existente para activar la pantalla
“modify the name” (cambio de nombre).

Apéndice A: <<Fallo
de configuración, comprobar>>

Compruebe que el icono WIFI aparece en el panel del aire acondicionado, si no se
muestra el
icono

rogamos se ponga en contacto con el servicio de asistencia al
cliente.
2.
Asegúrese de que la red telefónica conectada al router WIFI es la
misma que la
del teléfono móvil: Los datos móviles deben tener un nivel de cobertura 3G o 4G
de conexión al par WIFI.

Compruebe s
i el módulo se puede reiniciar correctamente: Pulse el botón "health"

indicando que se ha reiniciado correctamente.

Compruebe el nombre WIFI del router, se recomienda no dejar espacios en blanco ni

está correcta.

Verifique si la contraseña WIFI está bien escrita en la entrada de la APP

función de configuración: puede comprobarlo mostrando la
contraseña
WIFI.

7. Tener buena señal de la red wifi en el local donde se ha instalado el módulo wifi.
8. Realizar la configuración desde el teléfono móvil del usuario.

Introduction to WI-FI Functions

Not all Android and iOS systems are compatible with this application. The manufacturer

When making the configuration of the Wifi take into account the following details:
a) The mobile with which the Wi-Fi is to be configured must have the mobile data (3G or 4G)
disconnected.
b) The Wi-Fi router should provide a good Wi-Fi signal, most routers that telephone companies
provide, give a very weak signal, so if the air equipment is not very close it will not work.
c) The mobile must only have memorized the Wifi network to which the equipment is going to
connect and must be connected to this network to carry out the configuration.
d) The Wifi network password must be less than 32 bits and have no special characters
(only numbers and letters).
e) The Wifi Module only supports networks with WPA-PSK / WPA2-PSK encryption or without
encryption.
f) Make sure that the equipment has the Wifi function, to find out when the equipment is running,
press 8 times in a time of 5 seconds the HEALTH button, if the equipment gives a double 'beep'
it is that the equipment has the function Wifi.
g) The first configuration must be done without having the MAC filter active in the router. Once the
configuration is complete, the MAC address of the device will appear in the list of devices, then
you can activate the MAC filter on the router with the corresponding address of the device.
By connecting the WIFI module (CL93600) to your air conditioner, it will have control technology
through APP. Once this module is installed in the equipment, you must constantly maintain the
connection with the Wi-Fi router. The air conditioning equipment can be controlled from the
Smartphones or Tablets in which the APP is installed and the user is registered.

Follow these steps to install the Wifi module on the indoor unit:

Download and install the control software
The control software can be downloaded and installed
as follows.
1. For mobile terminals such as smart phones and tablet ( Android 4.1 and iOS 6.0
or above only), search and download “AC Freedom” from Google Play or App
store on and install it on your system.
2. You may also use your mobile terminal (Android 4.1 and iOS 6.0 or above only)
to scan the “QR code” (see Fig.6) with a third party scan tool, which will
automatically direct you to the download interface of AC Freedom for you to
download and install the software.

Reset AC WI-FI module
In the case of first time
configuration or after
changing the connected
wireless router is, the
WI-FI module inside the
air conditioner needs to
be reset.
To reset the module:
Press the “HEALTH” key on the
remote control for 8 times
(see Fig.10) within 5 seconds after
the air conditioner is turned on.
The reset is not done until you
hear two beeps of the buzzer.
The remote control provided in this figure is just
one of many models which is for your reference
only. Please rely on the model you have actually
bought, though the operations are the same for
all models.
Note:
Activate the WI-FI function of the mobile terminal and connect
it to a wireless router or an access point.
Note:
A wireless router is required for the WI-FI function to work. Please purchase one if you
do not already have one.

Configure the Devices
After the control software is downloaded and installed on the
mobile terminal, configure the AC devices according to the
following figure.

notes about the failure before reconfigure the AC.
After the configuration is successful, click the corresponding
AC name to enter the control interface for further operation.

Manage the Devices
1. Modify and Lock the Devices
In the “Device List” interface, press and hold for more than 0.5 second (for Android
system )or press (for IOS system) the icon of an existing device to activate the
“modify the name” interface.
You can change the name or the icon, to identify different AC devices.
To lock a device, simply touch the “Locking Device” icon. Once a device is locked,
other users won't be able to search for it, thus preventing it from hostile control.
After the configurations of the AC device names, icons and locking status are
complete, touching “Save” will save and validate them.

2. Delete an AC under control
For Android: Click “Delete Device” button under “Modify the name” in Fig.12.
For IOS: Swipe over the AC name to the left under “Device List” and click “Delete”.
3.Remote control with wireless router
Once the wireless router is connected to the Internet, activating the GPRS on the
mobile terminal will enable the remote control of the devices.

7. Have a good signal of the wifi network in the place where the wifi module has been installed.

1. The software provides help service through which the users may check the
operational instructions of the software and other information.
2. Besides, as the operation interface and the function of the software is under
constant improvement, we will keep you informed about the subsequent upgrades
for your updating.
3. As the operation interface may change due to the constant version upgrading,
the figures in this manual are for reference only, so please rely on the actual
operation interface.
1. Please check the Wi-Fi icon on the air conditioner panel, if the icon not display，
please contact customer service.
2. Please make sure the mobile phone network under the current router WI-FI
environment: Close the mobile phone 3G/4G data connection, to be connected
to the router WI-FI pairing.
3. Please check whether the module reset successfully: Press the button health
on the remote controller 8 times to reset, a "drip drip " sound said reset
successfully.
4. Please check the Wi-Fi name of the router, recommended not contain spaces and
other non-alphanumeric characters.
5. Please check the Wi-Fi password of the router, not allowed more than 32 bits,
recommended not contain spaces and special symbols in addition to letters
and numbers.
6. Please check whether the Wi-Fi password input is correct when APP
configuration：you can check show password to confirm when input the
WI-FI password.
