PEDAL EXERCISER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

ARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the
following precautions before using the pedal exerciser.
1. Read all instructions in this manual and all warnings on
the pedal exerciser.
2. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all
users of the exerciser are adequately informed of all
precautions.
3. The exerciser is intended for home use only.
4. Keep the exerciser indoors, away from moisture and
dust. Place on a level surface, it is suggested to use a
mat underneath to protect the floor or carpet. Make sure
there is enough clearance around the exerciser to use it.
5. Inspect and tighten all parts regularly. Replace any worn
parts immediately.
6. Keep children and pets away from the exerciser at all
times.
7. The exerciser should not be used by persons weighing
more than 220 lbs (100kg).
8. Wear appropriate clothes while exercising. Do not wear
loose clothes that could become caught in the exerciser.
In addition, wear athletic shoes for foot protection while
exercising.
9. Use the exerciser only as described in the manual.
10. Always keep your back straight while using the exerciser,
do not arch your back.
11. If you feel pain or dizziness at any time while exercising,
stop immediately and begin cooling down.
12. The exerciser does not have a freewheel; the pedals will
continue to move until the flywheel stops.
13. A WARNING LABEL has been placed on the bottom left
of the product (see photo on the page 15).
14. Please replace WARNING LABEL on the pedal exerciser
if it becomes illegible or damaged.
WARNING: Before beginning this or any exercise program,
consult your physician. This is especially important for
persons with pre-existing health problems. Read all
instructions before using.

Step 1: Install Battery
To install the battery, you must take
the Digital Display (2) out of the
pedal exerciser. Remove plastic
from the provided battery (11)
before inserting into the battery
compartment. Gently place the
Digital Display (2), with the sensor
bar loose, into the pedal exerciser.
Step 2: Install Support Bars
Secure the support bars (3) with
the washers (8) and the screws (7)
to the base of the pedal exerciser.
See figure.
Step 3: Install Pedals
Using the supplied wrench (9),
screw the left pedal (6) counter-
clockwise into the left crank arm
of the pedal exerciser. An “L” is
etched on the end of the pedal
indicating the left side pedal. Using
the supplied wrench (9), screw
the right pedal (4) clockwise into
the right crank arm of the pedal
exerciser. An “R” is etched on the
end of the pedal indicating the right
side pedal.
Double check that all bolts, nuts and screws
are securely tightened before use.

The Digital Display switches on automatically when you start pedaling. The
Digital Display switches off automatically when the pedals on the exerciser
do not move for 3 minutes.
Speed MPH (A) shows the speed of the pedal exerciser in miles per hour.
MODE Value (B) shows the value of the current MODE. The values accumulate
unless pedal exerciser is reset. To reset, press the MODE button (D) until all the
modes flash. The displayed values are now reset. The Odometer (ODO) is an
accumulated value that is reset by removing and replacing the battery.
If SCAN is not shown next to the MODE Value (B) line, the value shown is the
MODE that is lit on the Current Mode (C) line.
If SCAN is shown next to MODE Value (B) line, the values shown correspond
to the displayed flashing MODE. The SCAN and the Current MODE will flash 6
times. After the sixth flash, the MODE will switch to the next MODE. During the
SCAN function all the MODES will quickly display one after another.

To replace the battery, you must take the Digital Display (2) out of
the pedal exer
ciser. Insert a new AAA 1.5V battery into the battery
compartment. Gently place the Digital Display with the new battery into
the pedal exerciser.
By removing the battery, the Odometer (ODO) is reset.
Caution: Do not attempt to change or modify the unit. Changes or
modifications will void the warranty and could potentially make it
unsafe for use.
Claim: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates,
uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with

erifique que todos los pernos, tuercas y
tornillos estén bien ajustados antes de usar.

Paso 1: Instalar pila
Para instalar la pila, debe quitar
la pantalla digital (2) de la mini
escaladora. Quite el plástico de
la pila (11) antes de insertar en el
compartimento de la pila. Coloque
con cuidado la pantalla digital (2),
con la barra del sensor suelta, en la
mini escaladora.
Paso 2: Instalar las barras de
soporte
Fije las barras de soporte (3) con
las arandelas (8) y los tornillos (7) a
la base de la mini escaladora. Ver
la figura.
Paso 3: Instalar pedales
Con la llave incluida (9), atornille
el pedal izquierdo (6) en sentido
antihorario al brazo de manivela
izquierdo de la mini escaladora.
Hay una “L” grabada en el extremo
del pedal que indica que es el
pedal izquierdo. Con la llave
incluida (9), atornille el pedal
derecho (4) en sentido horario al
brazo de manivela derecho de
la mini escaladora. Hay una “R”
grabada en el extremo del pedal
que indica que es el pedal derecho.

MINI ESCALADORA Ensamblaje
La pantalla digital se enciende automáticamente cuando comienza
a pedalear. La pantalla digital se apaga automáticamente cuando
no se mueven los pedales por 3 minutos.
La velocidad en MPH (A) muestra la velocidad de la mini escaladora en
millas por hora.
Valor del MODO (B) muestra el valor del MODO actual. Los valores se
acumulan a menos que se reinicie la mini acumuladora. Para reiniciarla,
presione el botón de MODO (D) hasta que todos los modos parpadeen.
Los valores mostrados ahora se reiniciaron. El odómetro (ODO) es un
valor acumulado que se reinicia al quitar y volver a colocar la pila.
Si no aparece SCAN junto a la línea del valor del MODO (B), el valor
mostrado es el MODO que esté encendido en la línea del modo actual
(C).
Si aparece SCAN junto a la línea del valor del MODO (B), los valores
mostrados corresponden al MODO que parpadea. SCAN y el MODO
actual parpadeará 6 veces. Después del sexto parpadeo, el MODO
cambiará al siguiente MODO. Durante la función SCAN todos los MO-
DOS rápidamente aparecerán uno tras otro.

Para sustituir la pila, debe quitar la pantalla digital (2) de la mini
escaladora. Inserte una nueva pila AAA de 1.5 V en el compartimient
