Gonﬁare l’unità gonﬁabile solo seguendo le raccomandazioni del costruttore. Una pressione

4. REGOLE DI SICUREZZA GENERALI

1. CONSIDERARE SEMPRE L’AMBIENTE DI LAVORO.

Non esporre il gonﬁatore alla pioggia. Non utilizzare in presenza di liquidi o gas inﬁammabili.

2. EVITARE L’AVVIO ACCIDENTALE.

Non avviare il gonﬁatore con la bocca di ingresso in contatto con polvere o acqua.

3. PRESTARE ATTENZIONE.

Prestare attenzione a quello che si sta facendo. Usare il buon senso.

4. CONTROLLARE CHE NON VI SIANO PARTI DANNEGGIATE.

Prima di usare il gonﬁatore, ispezionare con attenzione le pareti esterne e i suoi componenti.

5. NON AVVIARE i gonﬁatori portatili nei pressi di liquidi inﬁammabili o atmosfere gassose o

esplosive. I motori di questi gonﬁatori producono scintille che possono rilasciare fumi.

6. ATTENZIONE A NON INALARE!

L’aria compressa proveniente dal gonﬁatore non è pura. Non inalare mai aria dal gonﬁatore.

Leggere queste istruzioni prima di utilizzare il gonﬁatore. La mancata osservanza di

tutte le istruzioni elencate di seguito può provocare danni al prodotto e/o causare lesioni

gravi alle persone.

autorizzati da Scoprega. La manutenzione è necessaria quando l’apparecchio risulta in qualche

modo danneggiato o non funzionante.

5. Non manomettere il prodotto. L’apertura del gonﬁatore comporta la decadenza della garanzia.

6. Fornire una ventilazione adeguata

7. Evitare di posizionare oggetti nelle vicinanze del prodotto durante il suo funzionamento.

8. Tenere il presente prodotto fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

9. Il gonﬁatore in moto produce vibrazioni per cui, per evitare cadute accidentali, ne consigliamo

l’utilizzo a pavimento.

3. AVVERTENZE PRELIMINARI

5. INTRODUZIONE

Il GE 2000 ARS è un dispositivo in grado di mantenere la pressione nominale in gonﬁabili

entro valori prestabiliti (min. 50 mbar, max. 400 mbar), indipendentemente dalla temperatura

ambientale. L’unità monitora costantemente le variazioni di pressione all’interno della struttura e

regole le operazioni di rabbocco e lo sgonﬁaggio in caso di sovrapressione.

1. GE 2000 ARS è una unità che è in grado di GONFIARE e MANTENERE un gonﬁabile a una

pressione preimpostata. QUESTO SIGNIFICA CHE IL GONFIABILE DEVE ESSERE SEMPRE

COLLEGATO AL GONFIATORE.

2. IL GONFIATORE E’ CONSEGNATO CON UNA PRESSIONE PREIMPOSTATA IN FABBRICA. PER

MODIFICARE QUESTA IMPOSTAZIONE BISOGNA LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE LE ISTRUZIONI

(CAPITOLO 8). IN CASO DI DUBBI SI PREGA DI CONTATTARE IL SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA SCOPREGA

3. IL GONFIATORE E’ DOTATO DI PROTEZIONE TERMICA CHE INTERROMPE LE OPERAZIONI DI

GONFIAGGIO IN CASO DI SURRISCALDAMENTO DEI MOTORI. IL NORMALE FUNZIONAMENTO

PROSEGUIRA’ AUTOMATICAMENTE DOPO UNA PAUSA DI 20/40 MINUTI.

7. UTILIZZO

1. Collegare il tubo di gonﬁaggio al bocchettone di gonﬁaggio della GE 2000 ARS e alla valvola

principale della struttura gonﬁabile.

2. Collegare il raccordo (cerchiato nella ﬁgura 2) a un’altra valvola della struttura gonﬁabile. Usare

un tubo in PU (o PA) con diametro di 6 mm e lungo al massimo 5 m.

2. ACCENDERE L’INTERRUTTORE GENERALE VERDE

3. PER REGOLARE LA PRESSIONE SEGUIRE I SEGUENTI PASSI:

Dopo 2 secondi il display ﬁnisce di lampeggiare e la pressione è memorizzata. La pressione è

modiﬁcabile tra 100 e 350 mbar.

C. Modiﬁcare la pressione di riempimento: premere per 3 secondi il pulsante MIN, il display inizia

a lampeggiare. Con SET+ e SET- potete modiﬁcare il valore. Dopo 2 secondi il display termina di

lampeggiare e il valore viene memorizzato. C’è la possibilità di regolare la pressione di riempimento

da 30 a 70 mbar rispetto alla pressione di esercizio. Esempio: se si desidera una pressione di

gonﬁaggio di 250 mbar e il valore per ricaricare è settato su 50 mbar, quando la pressione della

struttura gonﬁabile avrà raggiunto i 200 mbar il GE 2000 ARS si riaccende e porterà la pressione nel

gonﬁabile ﬁno a 250 mbar.

D. Modiﬁcare la pressione di scarico: premere per 3 secondi il pulsante MAX , il display inizia a

lampeggiare. Con SET+ e SET- potete modiﬁcare il valore. Dopo 2 secondi il display termina di

lampeggiare e il valore viene memorizzato. C’è la possibilità di regolare la pressione di scarico da

30 a 70 mbar rispetto alla pressione di esercizio.

Esempio: se si desidera una pressione di gonﬁaggio di 250 mbar e il valore di scarico è settato a 50

mbar, quando la struttura raggiungerà i 300 mbar, l’ARS aprirà la valvola di scarico ﬁno a quando

non avrà raggiunto I 250 mbar.

E. Dopo le modiﬁche premere AUTO CYCLE: I 2 LED si accendono dopo 2 secondi e il LED rosso

si spegne; Il LED verde segnala che la GE 2000 ARS inizierà a gonﬁarsi/scaricare e ricaricare

automaticamente. Con il ciclo automatico attivato (LED accesi), l’unità veriﬁca automaticamente

la pressione della struttura gonﬁabile.

A. PREMERE MODE per selezionare l’unità di misura

(mbar, psi, kPa, bar): premere più volte il pulsante

MODE ﬁno all’unità desiderata.

B. Modiﬁcare la pressione di gonﬁaggio utilizzando

I pulsanti SET+/SET-: premere un pulsante per 2

secondi, il display inizia a lampeggiare e si può quindi

modiﬁcare la pressione premendo i pulsanti SET+/SET-.

9.1 AVVERTENZA SUGLI ACCESSORI

8. CAMBIARE LE IMPOSTAZIONI DELLA PRESSIONE

5. Premere l’interruttore ON/OFF

6. Il display mostrerà la pressione massima presettata che deve raggiungere il gonﬁabile. Se è

necessario modiﬁcarla, passare al cap. 8 “CAMBIARE LE IMPOSTAZIONI DELLA PRESSIONE”.

7. Premere il pulsante AUTO CYCLE. I 2 LED si accendono dopo 2 secondi e il LED rosso si spegne; Il

LED verde segnala che la GE 2000 ARS inizierà a gonﬁarsi alla pressione automaticamente.

3. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla rispettiva presa.

4. Premere l’interruttore generale del gonﬁatore (Punto 5

Fig.1). L’accensione della luce verde indica che il gonﬁatore

è pronto per operare.

4. GENERAL SAFETY RULES

1. ALWAYS TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

Do not expose the inﬂator to rain. Do not use in the presence of ﬂammable liquids or gases.

2. AVOID UNINTENTIONAL STARTING.

Do not start the inﬂator with the inlet in contact with dust or water.

3. PAY ATTENTION.

Pay attention to what you are doing. Use common sense.

4. CHECK THAT THERE ARE NO DAMAGED PARTS.

Before using the inﬂator, carefully check its outer sides and components.

5. DO NOT OPERATE portable inﬂators near ﬂammable liquids or in gaseous or explosive

atmospheres. The inﬂator motors produce sparks that can release fumes.

6. DO NOT INHALE!

The compressed air coming from the inﬂator is not clean. Never inhale air from your inﬂator.

Read these instructions before using the inﬂator. Failure to follow all the instructions listed

below may result in damage to the product and/or cause serious injury to persons.

7. Avoid placing objects near the product during operation.

8. Keep this product out of the reach of children.

9. The operating inﬂator produces vibrations: therefore, we recommend you to use it on the ﬂoor, so as

to avoid accidental falls.

Inﬂate the inﬂatable unit only complying with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Exceeding the

pressure rating could cause the inﬂator to explode, resulting in personal injury.

8. NEVER LEAVE THE DEVICE UNATTENDED.

Overinﬂation could result in serious injury and property damage.

9. WARNING! RISK OF UNSAFE OPERATION.

Do not modify or attempt to repair the unit. Do not drill into or make any modiﬁcations to the inﬂator

or its accessories. Any modiﬁcation to the product will void its warranty.

10. Never carry the inﬂator by the ﬂexible hose or power cable.

5. INTRODUCTION

The GE 2000 ARS is a device capable of maintaining the nominal pressure in inﬂatable items

within preset values (min. 50 mbar, max. 400 mbar), regardless of ambient temperature. The unit

constantly monitors pressure variations within the item and regulates reﬁlling and deﬂation in case of

overpressure.

1. The GE 2000 ARS is a unit that is able to INFLATE and MAINTAIN an inﬂatable item at a preset

pressure. THIS MEANS THAT THE INFLATABLE ITEM MUST ALWAYS BE CONNECTED TO THE

INFLATOR.

2. THE INFLATOR IS DELIVERED WITH A FACTORY PRE-SET PRESSURE. TO CHANGE THIS SETTING

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY (CHAPTER 8). IN CASE OF DOUBT, PLEASE CONTACT

THE SCOPREGA SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

3. THE INFLATOR IS EQUIPPED WITH A THERMAL OVERLOAD CUTOUT THAT INTERRUPTS THE

INFLATING OPERATIONS IN CASE OF MOTOR OVERHEATING. NORMAL OPERATION WILL CONTINUE

AUTOMATICALLY AFTER A 20/40-MINUTE PAUSE.

4. THE INFLATOR IS SUPPLIED WITHOUT HOSES OR FITTINGS. HOSES AND FITTINGS SUITABLE FOR

THIS INFLATOR FOR CONNECTING TO THE MOST COMMON INFLATION VALVES CAN BE PURCHASED

FROM AUTHORISED SCOPREGA CENTRES.

7. HOW TO USE

1. Connect the inﬂation hose to the inﬂation port of the GE 2000 ARS and to the main valve of the

inﬂatable item.

2. Connect the ﬁtting (circled in ﬁgure 2) to another valve on the inﬂatable item. Use a PU (or PA) hose

with a 6 mm diameter and a maximum length of 5 m.

1. CONNECT THE POWER CABLE TO THE SOCKET.

2. TURN ON THE MAIN GREEN SWITCH

3. FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO ADJUST THE PRESSURE:

After 2 seconds, the display stops blinking and the pressure is memorised. The pressure can be

set between 100 and 350 mbar.

C. Changing the ﬁlling pressure: when the MIN button is pressed for 3 seconds, the display starts

blinking. The value may be changed by using SET+ and SET-. After 2 seconds, the display stops

blinking and the value is memorised. The ﬁlling pressure may be adjusted from 30 to 70 mbar with

respect to the operating pressure. Example: if you wish to reach an inﬂation pressure of 250 mbar and

the reﬁlling value is set to 50 mbar, when the pressure of the inﬂatable item reaches 200 mbar, the GE

2000 ARS switches back on and brings the pressure of the inﬂatable item to 250 mbar.

D. Changing the deﬂation pressure: when the MAX button is pressed for 3 seconds, the display starts

blinking. The value may be changed by using SET+ and SET-. After 2 seconds, the display stops

blinking and the value is memorised. The deﬂation pressure may be adjusted from 30 to 70 mbar with

respect to the operating pressure.

Example: if you wish to reach an inﬂation pressure of 250 mbar and the deﬂation value is set to 50

mbar, when the item reaches 300 mbar, the ARS opens the deﬂation valve until it reaches 250 mbar.

E. After the changes press AUTO CYCLE: The 2 LEDs light up after 2 seconds and the red LED turns o;

the green LED indicates that the GE 2000 ARS will automatically start to inﬂate/deﬂate and reﬁll to the

pressure. With the automatic cycle activated (LEDs on), the unit automatically checks the pressure of

the inﬂatable item.

A. PRESS MODE to select the unit of measurement

(mbar, psi, kPa, bar): press the MODE button multiple

times, until you ﬁnd the desired unit.

B. Changing the inﬂation pressure using the SET+/SET-

buttons: when a button is pressed for 2 seconds, the

display starts blinking and the pressure can be adjusted

by pressing the SET+/SET- buttons.

8. HOW TO CHANGE THE PRESSURE SETTINGS

5. Press the ON/OFF switch.

6. The display will show the maximum preset pressure that the inﬂatable item must reach.

If it needs to be changed, refer to chapter 8 "HOW TO CHANGE THE PRESSURE SETTINGS".

7. Press the AUTO CYCLE button. The 2 LEDs light up after 2 seconds and the red LED turns o; the

green LED indicates that the GE 2000 ARS will automatically start to inﬂate to the set pressure.

3. Connect the power cable to the appropriate socket.

4. Press the main switch of the inﬂator (Point 5 Fig.1). When

the green light comes on, the inﬂator is ready to work.

5. EINLEITUNG

Das GE 2000 ARS ist ein Gerät, das in der Lage ist, den Nenndruck in aufblasbaren Produkten

unabhängig von der Umgebungstemperatur innerhalb der voreingestellten Werte (min. 50 mbar, max.

400 mbar) zu halten. Das Gerät hält die Druckschwankungen innerhalb der Struktur ständig unter

Kontrolle und regelt die Nachfüllung sowie den Ablass, wenn es zu einem Überdruck kommt.

1. Das GE 2000 ARS ist ein Gerät, das in der Lage ist, einen aufblasbaren Gegenstand auf einem

voreingestellten Druck AUFZUPUMPEN und auf diesen DRUCK ZU HALTEN. DIES BEDEUTET, DASS

DER AUFBLASBARE GEGENSTAND STETS MIT DER LUFTPUMPE VERBUNDEN SEIN MUSS.

7. VERWENDUNG

1. Schließen Sie den Luftschlauch an den Aufpumpanschluss des GE 2000 ARS und an das

Hauptventil des aufblasbaren Gegenstands an.

2. Verbinden Sie den (in der Abbildung 2 eingekreisten) Anschluss mit einem anderen Ventil des

aufblasbaren Gegenstands. Verwenden Sie einen Schlauch aus PU (oder PA) mit einem Durchmesser

von 6 mm und einer maximalen Länge von 5 m.

kann zwischen 100 mbar und 350 mbar eingestellt werden.

C. Ändern Sie den Fülldruck: Drücken Sie 3 Sekunden lang auf die Taste MIN, das Display beginnt

zu blinken. Über die Tasten SET+ und SET- können Sie den Wert ändern. Nach 2 Sekunden hört die

Anzeige auf zu blinken und der Wert wird gespeichert. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Fülldruck von

30 mbar bis 70 mbar in Bezug auf den Betriebsdruck einzustellen. Beispiel: Wenn ein Aufblasdruck von

250 mbar gewünscht wird und der Wert für das Nachfüllen auf 50 mbar eingestellt ist, schaltet sich

das GE 2000 ARS wieder ein, wenn der Druck im aufblasbaren Gegenstand 200 mbar erreicht hat und

bringt den Druck im aufblasbaren Produkt auf 250 mbar.

D. Ändern Sie den Ausgangsdruck: Drücken Sie für 3 Sekunden auf die Taste MAX, die Anzeige

beginnt zu blinken. Über die Tasten SET+ und SET- können Sie den Wert ändern. Nach 2 Sekunden

hört die Anzeige auf zu blinken und der Wert wird gespeichert. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den

Förderdruck von 30 bis 70 mbar in Abhängigkeit vom Betriebsdruck einzustellen.

Beispiel: Wenn ein Aufpumpdruck von 250 mbar gewünscht wird und der Ablasswert auf 50 mbar

eingestellt ist, önet das ARS das Ablassventil, wenn das die aufblasbare Struktur den Wert von 300

mbar erreicht, bis der Druck wieder 250 mbar beträgt.

E. Nach erfolgter Änderung, auf AUTO CYCLE drücken: Die 2 LEDs leuchten nach 2 Sekunden auf

und die rote LED erlischt; die grüne LED weist darauf hin, dass das GE 2000 ARS mit dem Aufblasen/

Entladen und dem automatischen Nachfüllen beginnt. Wenn der automatische Zyklus aktiviert ist

(LEDs leuchten), prüft das Gerät automatisch den Druck des aufblasbaren Gegenstands.

A. DRÜCKEN Sie MODE, um die Maßeinheit zu wählen

(mbar, psi, kPa, bar): Drücken Sie die Taste MODE so oft,

bis Sie die gewünschte Einheit erhalten.

B. Ändern Sie den Aufpumpdruck über die Tasten SET+/

SET-: drücken Sie eine Taste 2 Sekunden lang, das

Display beginnt zu blinken, dann können Sie den Druck

durch Drücken der Tasten SET+/SET- ändern.

7. Drücken Sie die Taste AUTO CYCLE. Die 2 LEDs leuchten nach 2 Sekunden auf und die rote LED

erlischt; die grüne LED weist darauf hin, dass das GE 2000 ARS automatisch mit dem Füllen beginnt.

3. Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an der entsprechenden Steckdose an.

4. Drücken Sie den Hauptschalter der Luftpumpe (Punkt 5

Abb. 1). Wenn das grüne Licht leuchtet, ist die Luftpumpe

betriebsbereit.

5. INTRODUCTION

Le GE 2000 ARS est un dispositif en mesure de maintenir la pression nominale des gonﬂables

dans des valeurs prédéﬁnies (min. 50 mbar, max. 400 mbar), indépendamment de la température

ambiante. L’unité surveille en permanence les variations de pression à l’intérieur de la structure et règle

les opérations de remplissage et le dégonﬂage lors d’une surpression.

7. UTILISATION

1. Brancher le tuyau de gonﬂage au goulot de gonﬂage du GE 2000 ARS et à la vanne principale de

la structure gonﬂable.

2. Brancher le raccord (entouré dans la ﬁgure 2) à une autre vanne de la structure gonﬂable. Utiliser

un tuyau en PU (ou PA) présentant un diamètre de 6 mm et une longueur maximale de 5 m.

Après 2 secondes, l’acheur arrête de clignoter et la pression est enregistrée. La pression peut

être modiﬁée entre 100 et 350 mbar.

C. Modiﬁer la pression de remplissage: appuyer sur le bouton MIN pendant 3 secondes, l’acheur

commence à clignoter. SET+ et SET- permettent de modiﬁer la valeur. Après 2 secondes, l’acheur

arrête de clignoter et la valeur est enregistrée. Il est possible de régler la pression de remplissage de

30 à 70 mbar par rapport à la pression de service. Exemple: si l’on souhaite une pression de gonﬂage

de 250 mbar et que la valeur de recharge est réglée à 50 mbar, lorsque la pression de la structure

gonﬂable atteint 200 mbar, le GE 2000 ARS se rallume, amenant la pression du gonﬂable jusqu’à 250

mbar.

D. Modiﬁer la pression de décharge: appuyer sur le bouton MAX pendant 3 secondes, l’acheur

commence à clignoter. SET+ et SET- permettent de modiﬁer la valeur. Après 2 secondes, l’acheur

arrête de clignoter et la valeur est enregistrée. Il est possible de régler la pression de décharge de 30 à

70 mbar par rapport à la pression de service.

Exemple: si l’on souhaite une pression de gonﬂage de 250 mbar et que la valeur de décharge est

réglée à 50 mbar, lorsque la structure atteint 300 mbar, l’ARS ouvre la vanne de décharge jusqu’à

atteindre 250 mbar.

E. Après la modiﬁcation, appuyer sur AUTO CYCLE: Les 2 LED s’allument après 2 secondes et la LED

rouge s’éteint; la LED verte indique que le GE 2000 ARS va commencer à se gonﬂer/décharger et

recharger automatiquement. Lorsque le cycle automatique est activé (LED allumées), l’unité vériﬁe

automatiquement la pression de la structure gonﬂable.

A. APPUYER SUR MODE pour sélectionner l’unité de

mesure (mbar, psi, kPa, bar): appuyer plusieurs fois sur le

bouton MODE jusqu’à voir apparaître l’unité souhaitée.

B. Modiﬁer la pression de gonﬂage à l’aide des

boutons SET+/SET-: appuyer sur un bouton pendant

2 secondes, l’acheur commence à clignoter et il est

alors possible de modiﬁer la pression en appuyant sur les

boutons SET+/SET-.

4. Appuyer sur l’interrupteur général du gonﬂeur (Point 5

Fig.1). Lorsque la lumière verte est allumée, le gonﬂeur est

prêt pour le fonctionnement.

4. REGLAS GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD

1. CONSIDERE SIEMPRE EL ENTORNO DE TRABAJO.

No exponga el inﬂador a la lluvia. No utilice en presencia de líquidos o gases inﬂamables.

2. EVITE LA PUESTA EN MARCHA ACCIDENTAL.

No encienda el inﬂador con el puerto de entrada en contacto con polvo o agua.

3. PRESTE ATENCIÓN.

Preste atención a lo que está haciendo. Use el sentido común.

4. COMPRUEBE QUE NO HAYA PIEZAS DAÑADAS.

Antes de usar el inﬂador, inspeccione atentamente las paredes externas y sus componentes.

5. NO PONGA EN MARCHA los inﬂadores portátiles en proximidad de líquidos inﬂamables o atmósferas

gaseosas o explosivas. Los motores de estos inﬂadores producen chispas que pueden generar humo.

6. ¡NO INHALAR!

El aire comprimido que sale del inﬂador no es puro. No inhalar nunca aire del inﬂador.

Lea estas instrucciones antes de utilizar el inﬂador. El incumplimiento de las instrucciones

mencionadas a continuación podría resultar en daños al producto y/o causar lesiones graves.

4. No abra el inﬂador. Asegúrese de que todas las actividades de mantenimiento sean efectuadas

por personal de mantenimiento cualiﬁcados autorizados por Scoprega. El mantenimiento es

necesario cuando el dispositivo resulta dañado en alguna medida o no funciona.

5. No altere el producto. La apertura del inﬂador implica la nulidad de la garantía.

6. Asegúrese de proporcionar una ventilación adecuada

7. Evite colocar objetos en proximidad del producto durante su funcionamiento.

8. Mantenga el presente dispositivo fuera del alcance de los niños.

9. El inﬂador en movimiento produce vibraciones por tanto, para evitar caídas accidentales,

recomendamos el uso en el suelo.

7. ¡ATENCIÓN! PELIGRO DE EXPLOSIÓN.

Inﬂe la unidad hinchable solo siguiendo las recomendaciones del fabricante. Una presión excesiva

puede causar la explosión del hinchable, provocando lesiones personales.

8. NO DEJE NUNCA EL DISPOSITIVO SIN LA SUPERVISIÓN DE ALGUIEN.

Una inﬂación excesiva puede provocar graves lesiones y daños materiales.

9. ¡ATENCIÓN! PELIGRO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO NO SEGURO

No modiﬁque ni intente reparar la unidad. No perfore ni efectúe modiﬁcaciones al inﬂador o a sus

accesorios. Cualquier modiﬁcación al producto implica la nulidad de la garantía.

10. No trasporte nunca el inﬂador del tubo ﬂexible ni del cable de alimentación.

5. INTRODUCCIÓN

El GE 2000 ARS es un dispositivo que mantiene la presión nominal en hinchables dentro de los valores

establecidos (mín. 50 mbar, máx. 400 mbar), independientemente de la temperatura ambiental. La

unidad monitoriza constantemente las variaciones de presión dentro de la estructura y regula las

operaciones de llenado y deﬂación en caso de sobrepresión.

1. GE 2000 ARS es una unidad capaz de INFLAR y MANTENER un hinchable a una presión

establecida. ESTO SIGNIFICA QUE EL HINCHABLE DEBE ESTAR SIEMPRE CONECTADO AL

INFLADOR.

2. EL INFLADOR SE ENTREGA CON UNA PRESIÓN CONFIGURADA PREVIAMENTE EN LA FÁBRICA.

PARA MODIFICAR ESTÁ CONFIGURACIÓN ES NECESARIO LEER ATENTAMENTE LAS INSTRUCCIONES

(CAPÍTULO 8). EN CASO DE DUDA SE RECOMIENDA CONTACTAR CON EL SERVICIO DE ASISTENCIA

7. USO

1. Conecte el tubo de inﬂación a la boca de inﬂación de la GE 2000 ARS y a la válvula principal de la

estructura hinchable.

2. Conecte el empalme (marcado en la ﬁgura 2) a otra válvula de la estructura hinchable. Use un

tubo de PU (o PA) con diámetro de 6 mm y longitud máxima de 5 m.

2. ENCENDER EL INTERRUPTOR GENERAL VERDE

3. PARA REGULAR LA PRESIÓN SEGUIR LOS PASOS A CONTINUACIÓN:

Después de 2 segundos la pantalla dejará de parpadear y se memorizará la presión.

La presión se puede modiﬁcar entre 100 y 350 mbar.

C. Modiﬁcar la presión de llenado: presionar por 3 segundos el pulsador MÍN., la pantalla comienza

a parpadear. Con SET+ y SET- se puede modiﬁcar el valor. Después de 2 segundos la pantalla

dejará de parpadear y se memorizará el valor. Existe la posibilidad de regular la presión de llenado

de 30 a 70 mbar con respecto a la presión de funcionamiento. Por ejemplo: si se desea una presión

de inﬂación de 250 mbar y el valor para recargar se ajusta en 50 mbar, cuando la presión de la

estructura hinchable alcance los 200 mbar, el GE 2000 ARS se volverá a encender colocando la

presión nominal del hinchable en 250 mbar.

D. Modiﬁcar la presión de descarga: presionar por 3 segundos el pulsador MÁX., la pantalla

comienza a parpadear. Con SET+ y SET- se puede modiﬁcar el valor. Después de 2 segundos la

pantalla dejará de parpadear y se memorizará el valor. Existe la posibilidad de regular la presión de

descarga de 30 a 70 mbar con respecto a la presión de funcionamiento.

Por ejemplo: si se desea una presión de inﬂación de 250 mbar y el valor de descarga se ajusta en 50

mbar, cuando la estructura alcance los 300 mbar, el ARS abrirá la válvula de descarga hasta alcanzar

los 250 mbar.

E. Después de las modiﬁcaciones presionar AUTO CYCLE: Los 2 LED se encienden después de 2

segundos y el LED rojo se apaga; el LED verde indica que la GE 2000 ARS comenzará a inﬂarse/

descargar y recargar automáticamente. Con el ciclo automático activado (LED encendidos), la

unidad comprueba automáticamente la presión de la estructura hinchable.

A. PRESIONAR MODE para seleccionar la unidad de

medida (mbar, psi, kPa, bar): presionar varias veces el

pulsador MODE hasta la unidad deseada.

B. Modiﬁcar la presión de inﬂación utilizando los

pulsadores SET+/SET-: presionar un pulsador durante

2 segundos, la pantalla comenzará a parpadear;

ahora se puede modiﬁcar la presión presionando los

pulsadores SET+/SET-.

8. CAMBIAR LA CONFIGURACIÓN DE LA PRESIÓN

5. Presione el interruptor ON/OFF

6. La pantalla mostrará la presión máxima ajustada que debe alcanzar el hinchable. Si es necesario

modiﬁcarla, pasar al cap. 8 “CAMBIAR LA CONFIGURACIÓN DE LA PRESIÓN”.

7. Presione el botón de AUTO CYCLE. Los 2 LED se encienden después de 2 segundos y el LED rojo se

apaga; El LED verde indica que la GE 2000 ARS comenzará a inﬂarse a la presión automáticamente.

3. Conecte el cable de alimentación a la relativa toma.

4. Presione el interruptor general del inﬂador (Punto 5 Fig.1).

El encendido de la luz verde indica que el inﬂador está listo

para usar.

VERIFIQUE QUE EL TUBO DE CONTROL DE LA PRESIÓN ESTÉ SIEMPRE
