Serrare gli elementi di fissaggio senza forzare eccessivamente per evitare che il carbonio si danneggi. Montaggio parafango posteriore in carbonio Inserire le n.4 rosette in nylon (2) sul filetto delle n.4 viti originali (A1). Verificare che sulle n.4 viti (A1) sia ancora presente il frenafiletti preapplicato. In caso contrario applicare Loctite 243. Posizionare il parafango posteriore in carbonio (1) sul forcellone (D) e impuntare le n.4 viti (A1). Serrare le n.4 viti (A1) alla coppia indicata. Introdurre il cavo sensore velocità (C) all'interno del passacavo (1A). Utilizzando una fascetta a strappo piccola (B) fissare il cavo sensore velocità (C) al parafango in carbonio (1), come mostrato nel riquadro. 4 B Kit installation Caution Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before installation. Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to any part of the motorcycle you are working on. Warning When fitting carbon parts, take special care when tightening fastening screws. Tighten fasteners without forcing too much to prevent carbon parts from being damaged. Carbon rear mudguard assembly Insert no.4 nylon washers (2) on the thread of no.4 original screws (A1). Check that the pre-applied threadlocker is still on the 4 screws (A1). If not, apply Loctite 243. Position the carbon rear mudguard (1) on the swinging arm (D) and start no.4 screws (A1). Tighten no.4 screws (A1) to the specified torque. Route the speed sensor cable (C) inside cable ring (1A). Use a small self-locking tie (B) to secure the speed sensor cable (C) to carbon mudguard (1), as shown in the box. Desserrer les 4 vis (A1) et déposer le garde-boue arrière (A). Récupérer les 4 vis (A1). Nettoyer et éliminer tous résidus éventuels de frein-filet. Serrer les éléments de fixation sans forcer excessivement pour éviter que le carbone s'abîme. Pose du garde-boue arrière en carbone Insérer les 4 rondelles en nylon (2) sur le filetage des 4 vis d'origine (A1). Vérifier que le frein-filet pré-appliqué est encore présent sur les 4 vis (A1). Dans le cas contraire, appliquer du Loctite 243. Positionner le garde-boue arrière en carbone (1) sur le bras oscillant (D) et présenter les 4 vis (A1). Serrer les 4 vis (A1) au couple prescrit. Introduire le câble transmetteur de vitesse (C) à l’intérieur du passe-fil (1A). En utilisant un petit collier rislant (B) fixer le câble transmetteur de vitesse (C) au garde-boue en carbone (1), comme l’encadré le montre. 4 B Montage der Komponenten des Kits Wichtig Vor der Montage überprüfen, dass sich alle Komponenten im sauberen und perfekten Zustand befinden. Die Befestigungselemente ohne übermäßigen Kraftaufwand befestigen, um eine Beschädigung der Kohlefaserteile zu vermeiden. Montage des hinteren Kotflügels aus Kohlefaser Die 4 Nylon-Unterlegscheiben (2) auf das Gewinde der 4 OriginalSchrauben (A1) fügen. Überprüfen, dass die zuvor aufgetragene Schraubensicherung noch auf den 4 Schrauben (A1) vorhanden ist. Andernfalls Loctite 243 auftragen. Den hinteren Kotflügel aus Kohlefaser (1) an der Hinterradschwinge (D) anordnen und die 4 Schrauben (A1) ansetzen. Die 4 Schrauben (A1) mit dem angegebenen Anzugmoment anziehen. Das Kabel des Geschwindigkeitssensors (C) in die Kabelführung (1A) einfügen. Das Kabel (C) des Geschwindigkeitssensors mit einem schmalen Kabelbinder (B), wie im Detailausschnitt dargestellt, am Kotflügel aus Kohlefaser (1) fixieren. Colocar el guardabarros trasero de carbono (1) en el basculante (D) e introducir los 4 tornillos (A1). Ajustar los 4 tornillos (A1) al par de apriete indicado. Introducir el cable sensor velocidad (C) en el pasacable (1A).
