1. OPERAÇÕES BÁSICAS
1.1. ABERTURA DA TAMPA

Segure a alça e abra a tampa com firmeza (Figura 1).
1.2. FECHAMENTO DA PROTEÇÃO
g
Levar a cabo e feche a tampa até resistência firme (Figura 2);
g
Mova a tampa ao longo da base da seccionadora e então retire a tampa (Figura 3).
1.3. RETIRADA DA PROTEÇÃO
g
Abra a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.1);
g
Mova a tampa ao longo da base da seccionadora e então retire a tampa (Figura 3).
1.4. MONTAGEM DA TAMPA
g
Insira a tampa na base da seccionadora e então mova a tampa ao longo da base da
seccionadora firmemente (Figura 4).
1.5. RETIRADA DA COBERTURA PARA TERMINAIS
g
Na proteção de terminais selecionada (Figura 5), com uma chave de fenda desloque um
dos grampos da proteção (Figura 6) 1 e então desloque o segundo grampo (Figura 7) 2 e
ao mesmo tempo retire a proteção da base (Figura 8).

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

Retire a proteção de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.5);

Fixe a seccionadora com parafusos 4xM8 ou 4xM10 (Figura 10) até que se tenha uma
boa fixação no painel;
g
Montar os protetores para terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.6);
g
Monte a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.4).

3.1. FIXAÇÃO DOS CONDUTORES COM TERMINAL DE CABO -
GRAMPO PARAFUSO TIPO M

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

Retire a proteção de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.5);
g
Fixe os condutores com parafuso M8 com torque de 10 Nm (Figura 11);
g
O kit de parafusos é composto por 12 parafusos M8 e 6 grampos tipo S;
g
Destaque os elementos apropriados da proteção de terminais (Figura 12,13) e/ou
(Figura 14,15);
g
Monte as proteções de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.6);
g
Monte a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.4).

4. INSERÇÃO, RETIRADA E VERIFICAÇÃO DAS CONDIÇÕES

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

Coloque o elo-fusível em um porta-fusível (Figura 17);

Retire os elementos de proteção de terminais apropriados (Figura 12,13) e/ou

Monte as proteções de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.6);

Monte a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.4).

4.2. RETIRADA DOS ELOS-FUSÍVEIS

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

Pressione o botão de liberação para travamento de elos-fusíveis (Figura 19) e, em
seguida, afaste e retire o elo-fusível do porta-fusível (Figura 20).
4.3. VERIFICAÇÃO DAS CONDIÇÕES DOS ELOS-FUSÍVEIS
g
Mova um corrediça da tampa para cima a fim de expor os pontos de medição
(Figura 21);

Verifique as condições dos elos-fusíveis através do detector de tensão, por exemplo
(Figura 22);

Mova uma corrediça da tampa para baixo a fim de cobrir os pontos de medição
(Figura 23).
5. VEDAÇÃO DA SECCIONADORA
5.1. LACRE COM FIO LACRE
g
Feche a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.2);
g
Sele a seccionadora passando um fio através do orifício 2 e alça 1 da tampa (Figura 24).

5.2. LACRE COM CADEADO
g
Feche a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.2);
g
Monte um cadeado no orifício 3 do elemento de vedação (Figura 25).
5.3. TRAVAMENTO E DESTRAVAMENTO DOS PONTOS DE MEDIÇÃO
O travamento e o destravamento dos pontos de medição é possível quando não há
elos-fusíveis na tampa.
g
Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);
g
Mova uma corrediça da tampa para baixo a fim de cobrir os pontos de medição
(Figura 23);
g
Para travar, mova os elementos de travamento de acordo com a direção da seta até
encaixarem na guia da tampa (Figuras 26,27);

Para destravar, mova os elementos de travamento de acordo com a direção da seta

6. CONTATO AUXILIAR
6.1. MONTAGEM DO CONTATO AUXILIAR
Os condutores do contato auxiliar devem ser dispostos conforme a figura acima,
empurrar o contato auxiliar conforme as direções das setas.
6.2. DESMONTAGEM DO CONTATO AUXILIAR
Segurar e puxar a chave de contato auxiliar conforme figura abaixo:
7. DESCARTE DO MATERIAL UTILIZADO
As seccionadoras tipo fusível FSW são fabricadas com materiais e tecnologia que não
agridem o meio ambiente.
Normas referentes à proteção do meio ambiente devem ser respeitadas.
O produto utilizado deve ser desmontado e as peças de metal devem ser separadas
das peças plásticas. Peças metálicas sem uso devem ser segregadas em metais não
ferrosos e outros e devem ser sucateadas. Peças plásticas que podem ser recicladas
devem ser enviadas para empresa de reciclagem. Peças plásticas que não podem ser
recicladas devem ser enviadas para empresa especializadas. Embalagens de papelão e
sacos plásticos que são reciclados devem ser enviados para empresas de reciclagem.
Em caso de dúvidas, entre em contato com o fabricante.
8. CONDIÇÕES DE TRANSPORTE E ARMAZENAMENTO
O armazenamento deve ser realizado na embalagem original, em locais secos e limpos
em temperatura superior a -5 ºC e umidade relativa não superior a 80% a temperatura de
+35 ºC.
A temperatura mais alta de 40 ºC, a umidade relativa do ar não deve ser superior a 50%.

Take the handle and open the cover up to firm resistance (Figure 1).

Take the handle and close the cover up to firm resistance (Figure 2);

Move the cover along the base of the disconnector and then take off the cover (Figure 3).

Open the cover (acc. to chapter 1.1);

Move the cover along the base of the disconnector and then take off the cover (Figure 3).
1.4. MOUNTING THE COVER

Insert the cover into the base of disconnector and then move the cover along the base
of disconnector up to firm resistance (Figure 4).

Take selected shield for terminals (Figure 5) and deflect by a screwdriver one of the
fasteners of the shield (Figure 6) 1 and then deflect the second fastener of the cover
(Figure 7) 2 and at the same time withdraw selected shield for terminals from the base

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);

Press the release button for locking of fuse links (Figure 19) and then withdraw and take
out the fuse link from the fuse holder (Figure 20).
4.3. CHECKING THE CONDITIONS OF THE FUSE LINKS

Move a slider of the cover upwards in order to expose the measuring points (Figure 21);
g
Make checking the conditions of the fuse links for example by voltage detector (Figure 22);
g
Move a slider of the cover downwards in order to cover the measuring points (Figure 23).
5. SEALING THE DISCONNECTOR
5.1. SEALING BY USE OF THE WIRE OF THE SEAL

Close the cover (acc. to chapter 1.2);
g
Seal the disconnector passing a wire through sealing eye 2 and handle 1 of the cover
(Figure 24).

5.2. SEALING BY THE PADLOCK

Close the cover (acc. to chapter 1.2);

Mount a padlock in the hole 3 of sealing element (Figure 25).
5.3. LOCKING AND UNLOCKING OF MEASURING POINTS
Locking and unlocking of measuring points is possible when there are no fuse links in the
cover.

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);
g
Move a slider of the cover downwards in order to cover the measuring points (Figure 23);
g
In order to lock move locking elements according to direction of the arrow until they get
the moment of skipping in the guidance of the cover (Figures 26, 27);
g
In order to unlock move locking elements according to the direction of the arrow until
they get the moment of skipping in the guidance of the cover (Figure 28).

6. AUXILIARY CONTACT BLOCK
6.1. MOUNTING OF AUXILIARY BLOCK
The conductors of auxiliary contact block should be arranged according to the figure
above, push the auxiliary contact according to the directions of the arrows.
6.2. DISMOUNTING OF AUXILIARY BLOCK
Hold and pull the auxiliary contact block as shown below:
7. PROCEEDING WITH THE MATERIAL UTILIZED
FSW type fuse switch disconnectors are manufactured with the use of materials and
technology which are not harmful to the natural environment.
Obligatory regulations regarding protection of the environment should be respected.
The product utilized should be dismantled and metal parts should be apart from plastic
ones. Useless metal parts should be segregated to non- ferrous metals and others and
they are to be scraped. Plastic parts which can be recycled should be sent to recycling
company. Plastic parts which can not be recycled should be sent to utilization company.
Cardboard packaging and plastic bags which are recycled should be sent to recycling
companies. In case of any doubts please contact with the manufacturer.
8. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONDITIONS
Storage should be performed in original packaging, in dry and clean rooms at
temperature higher than -5
o
C and related humidity not higher than 80% at temperature
+35
o
C. At the highest temperature +40
o
C air humidity should not be higher than 50%.

Sujete el asa y abra la tapa con firmeza (Figura 1).
1.2. CIERRE DE LA PROTECCION

Lleve a cabo y cierre la tapa hasta obtener una resistencia firme (Figura 2).
1.3. REMOCION DE LA PROTECCION
g
Abra la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.1);
g
Mueva la tapa a lo largo de la base de la seccionadora, a continuación retire la tapa
(Figura 3).
1.4. MONTAJE DE LA TAPA
g
Inserte la tapa en la base de la seccionadora, luego mueva firmemente la tapa a lo
largo de la base (Figura 4).
1.5. REMOCION DE LA COBERTURA PARA TERMINALES
g
En la protección de terminales seleccionada (Figura 5), retire una de las grapas de la
protección (Figura 6) 1 con un destornillador, luego retire la segunda grapa (Figura 7) 2 y
al mismo tiempo retire la protección de la base (Figura 8).

Mueva la protección de terminales hacia la base, hasta que sus grapas se sujeten
(Figura 9).

3. FIJACION DE LOS CONDUCTORES DE SALIDA
3.1. FIJACION DE LOS CONDUCTORES CON TERMINAL DE CABLE
GRAPA TORNILLO TIPO M
g
Reitre la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);
g
Retire la protección de terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.5);
g
Fije los conductores con tornillo M8 y esfuerzo de torsión 10 Nm (Figura 11);
g
El kit es compuesto por 12 tornillo M8 y 6 presillas tipo S;
g
Destaque los elementos apropiados de la protección de terminales (Figura 12, 13)
y/o (Figura 14, 15);
g
Monte las protecciones de terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.6);
g
Monte la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4).

4. INSERCION, REMOCION Y VERIFICACION DE LAS
CONDICIONES DE LOS ESLABONES-FUSIBLES
4.1. INSERCION DE LOS ESLABONES-FUSIBLES
g
Reitre la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);
g
Coloque el eslabón-fusible en un portafusible (Figura 17);
3.2. MONTAJE DE CONDU CTORES CON TERMINAL SIN
AISLAMIENTO - GRAPA PUENTE TIPO S
g
Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);
g
Retire la protección de terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.5);
g
Fije los conductores con (tornillos M8, 10 Nm) (Figura 16);
g
Retire los elementos de protección de terminales apropiados (Figura 12, 13) y/o
(Figura 14, 15);
g
Monte las protecciones de terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.6);
g
Monte la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4).
g
Mueva un eslabón-fusible a lo largo de la tapa hasta la traba de eslabones-fusibles se
sujete (Figura 18);
g
Monte la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4).

4.2. REMOCION DE LOS ESLABONES-FUSIBLES
g
Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);
g
Presione el botón de liberación para trabado de eslabones-fusibles (Figura 19) y, de
inmediato, aparte y retire el eslabón-fusible del portafusible (Figura 20).
4.3. VERIFICACION DE LAS CONDICIONES DE LOS ESLABONES-
FUSIBLES
g
Mueva una corredera de la tapa para arriba a fin de exponer los puntos de medición
(Figura 21);
g
Verifique las condiciones de los eslabones-fusibles a través del detector de tensión,
por ejemplo (Figura 22);
g
Mueva una corredera de la tapa para abajo a fin de cubrir los puntos de medición
(Figura 23).
5. SELLADO DE LA SECCIONADORA
5.1. LACRADO CON ALAMBRE LACRE
g
Cierre la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.2);
g
Selle la seccionadora pasando un alambre a través del orificio 2 y el asa 1 de la tapa
(Figura 24).

5.2. LACRADO CON CANDADO
g
Cierre la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.2);
g
Monte un candado en el orificio 3 del elemento de sellado (Figura 25).
5.3. TRABADO Y DESTRABADO DE LOS PUNTOS DE MEDICION
El trabado y el destrabado de los puntos de medición es posible cuando no hay
eslabones-fusibles en la tapa.
g
Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);
g
Mueva una corredera de la tapa para abajo a fin de cubrir los puntos de medición
(Figura 23);
g
Para trabar, mueva los elementos de trabado de acuerdo con la dirección de la flecha
hasta que se encajen en la guía de la tapa (Figura 27);
g
Para destrabar, mueva los elementos de trabado de acuerdo con la dirección de la
flecha hasta que salten en la guía de la tapa (Figura 27).

6. BLOQUE DE CONTACTO AUXILIAR BLOQUE DE
CONTACTO AUXILIAR
6.1. MONTAJE DO BLOQUE DE CONTACTO AUXILIAR
Los conductores de bloque de contacto auxiliar se definirán de acuerdo a la figura
anterior, empuje el bloque de contacto auxiliar como las direcciones de las flechas.
6.2. DESMONTAJE DO BLOQUE DE CONTACTO AUXILIAR
Mantener y tirar el bloque de contacto auxiliar como se muestra la siguiente figura:
7. DESCARTE DEL MATERIAL UTILIZADO
Las seccionadores tipo fusible FSW son fabricadas con materiales y tecnología que no
agreden el medio ambiente.
Las normas referentes a la protección del medio ambiente deben ser respetadas.
El producto utilizado debe ser desmontado y las piezas de metal deben ser separadas
de las piezas plásticas. Las piezas metálicas sin uso deben ser segregadas en metales
no ferrosos y otros, debiendo ser clasificadas como chatarra. Las piezas plásticas
que pueden ser recicladas deben ser enviadas a la empresa de reciclaje. Las piezas
plásticas que no pueden ser recicladas deben ser enviadas a empresas especializadas.
Los embalajes de cartón y bolsas plásticas que son reciclados deben ser enviados a
empresas de reciclaje. En caso de dudas, entre en contacto con el fabricante.
8. CONDICIONES DE TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENADO
El almacenado debe ser realizado en el embalaje original, en locales secos y limpios a
temperatura entre -5 ºC y 35 ºC y una humedad relativa no superior a 80%. A más de
40 ºC, la humedad relativa del aire no debe ser superior a 50%.
