SPECIAL WARNINGS
• Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
• Do not use while bathing or showering. Use only in a dry area.
• Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
• Do not attempt to plug or unplug unit while feet are in the water.
• Use appliance on a dry sturdy level surface.
• If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using your
HoMedics footbath.
• Consult your doctor before using in case of illness or medical condition, including but not
limited to pacemaker use and pregnancy.
• DO NOT use this unit for longer than 30 minutes at a time. Extensive use could cause
excessive evaporation of the water, and / or cause the product to overheat. Should this
occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
• Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
• If you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a prolonged period of time, discontinue use
and consult your doctor. Persistent pain could be a symptom of a more serious condition.
• Never use any footbath on open wounds, discolored areas, or any area of the body that is
swollen, burned, inflamed or where skin eruptions or sores are present.
• Use of this product should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result,
discontinue use and consult your physician.
• Never use while sleeping or drowsy.
• Always unplug the unit when filling or moving the unit.
• Ensure that your hands are dry when operating the controls or removing the plug.
• This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any ailments that would
limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls.
• This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any ailments that would
limit or altogether inhibit the user’s capacity to feel or have any sensation in the body part
that the product is being used for.
• Consult your doctor before using this unit if you have diabetes, as diabetes can contribute to
foot problems including decreased feeling or circulation to the feet. Given the existing risk of
foot problems for diabetics, this unit must not be used prior to consulting your doctor.
Grounding Instructions
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown,
grounding provides a path of least resistance for the electric current to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord
having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The
plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly
installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER
Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor
can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified
electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether
the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug
provided with the product - if it will not fit the outlet, you may
temporarily use an adaptor (such as the one shown
in Figure B) until you have a proper outlet (such as the one
shown in Figure C) installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit, and has a grounding
plug that looks like the plug illustrated in Figure A. A temporary
adapter that looks like the adapter illustrated in Figure B may be used
to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in Figure D if a
properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should
be used only until a properly grounded outlet Figure C can be installed
by a qualified electrician. The tab for grounding screw Figure B extending
from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a
properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used,
it must be held in place by a metal screw. See Figures D and E.

Instructions for Use
1. Ensure that the unit is unplugged before filling with water. Lift the carry handle into the full
upright position (Fig 2) and carry to a water faucet. Fill with warm water to the fill line located
on the inside of the tub (Fig 1). When finished, carry tub to a flat, steady surface for use and
place handle in resting position (Fig 2).
NOTE: Heat will only help to maintain the temperature of water placed inside the footbath. It
will not heat cold water. For a warm water massage, fill the unit with warm water.
2. Plug the unit into a 120 volt household outlet.
3. Sit down and with the touch of your toe, press the power button (may also be turned on by
hand). Press again to turn the feature off.
4. While seated, place your feet in the spa.
5. To use the pedicure center:
a. Select the desired attachment from the Side Storage (Fig 1):
Pumice Stone: Contoured pumice cradles the heels and balls of your
feet to smooth and soften dry skin
Cleansing Brush: Use to cleanse and exfoliate your feet
b. Simply place the attachment on the pedicure center post (Fig 1).
c. Rub your feet back and forth over the attachment.
6. Enjoy a deep penetrating massage by sliding feet back and forth over the raised nodes
on the footbath floor.
7. To empty: First, unplug the unit. Lift the carry handle into the full upright position and take the
footbath to the closest drain. Tip the unit, allowing water to pour out along the drain spout.
DO NOT pour water over the control panel (Fig 1.)
Maintenance
To Clean
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean only with
a soft, damp cloth and mild cleansing agent.
• After cleaning, wipe surfaces with a dry cloth.
• Never use strong abrasives, detergents or cleansing agents.
• Periodically straighten cord if it becomes twisted.
To Store
Unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow to cool and dry.
• Store in its box or a clean, dry place.
• Do not hang the unit by the power cord.
• This appliance is designed for household use only.

HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for
a period of two years from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. HoMedics warrants that its
products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty
extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, mail the product and your dated sales receipt (as
proof of purchase), postpaid, to the following address:

HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer
purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate HoMedics in any way beyond the
terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the
attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized
repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunc-
tion or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance;
transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period
the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever
that are beyond the control of HoMedics.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product
is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any other country
than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products
damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE SHALL BE
NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MER-
CHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY WITH
RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. HOMEDICS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE
MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFEC-
TIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACE-
MENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, HOMEDICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed prod-
ucts, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such prod-
ucts by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and termi-

Instrucciones de conexión a tierra
Este producto debe ser conectado a tierra. Si llegara a funcionar
incorrectamente o a descomponerse, la conexión a tierra proporciona
una ruta de mínima resistencia para la corriente eléctrica reduciendo
así el riesgo de choque eléctrico. Este producto está equipado con
un conductor de conexión a tierra y un enchufe de conexión a tierra.
El enchufe debe estar enchufado en un tomacorriente apropiado que
esté adecuadamente instalado y conectado a tierra de acuerdo con
todos los códigos y ordenanzas locales.
PELIGRO
Una conexión inadecuada del conductor de conexión a tierra
puede dar como resultado un riesgo de choque eléctrico.
Verifique con un electricista calificado o un técnico de
servicio si está en duda sobre si el producto está conectado
a tierra adecuadamente. No modifique el enchufe que se
proporciona con el producto – si no entra en el
tomacorriente, usted puede usar temporalmente un
adaptador (como el que se muestra en la Figura B) hasta que
disponga de un tomacorriente apropiado (como el que se
muestra en la Figura C) que haya sido instalado por un
electricista calificado.
Este producto está diseñado para ser utilizado en un circuito de
120 voltios nominales, y tiene un enchufe de conexión a tierra que se
ve como el que se ilustra en la Figura A
.
Si no fuera posible conseguir
una toma con la apropiada conexión a tierra, es posible usar un
adaptador temporal, parecido al que se ilustra en la Figura B, para
conectar este enchufe a una toma de dos polaridades como se indica
en la Figura D. El adaptador temporal debería usarse sólo hasta que
un electricista calificado pueda instalar una toma con la conexión
a tierra apropiada (Figura C). La lengüeta para el tornillo de conexión
a tierra (Figura B) que sobresale del adaptador debe conectarse a una
tierra permanente como una caja eléctrica propiamente conectada a
tierra. Cada vez que se utilice el adaptador, el mismo debe ser
mantenido en su lugar con un tornillo metálico. Ver Figuras D y E.

Instrucciones de uso
1. Asegúrese de que la unidad esté desenchufada antes de llenarla con agua. Levante la
manija en la posición completamente vertical (Fig. 2) y acerque la unidad a la llave de agua.
Llene la unidad con agua tibia hasta la línea de llenado ubicada al interior de la tina
(Figura 1). Cuando termine, coloque la tina sobre una superficie plana y firme para poderla
usar, y ponga la manija en la posición de descanso (Fig. 2).
NOTA: El calor sólo mantendrá la temperatura del agua colocada dentro del baño para los
pies. No calentará agua fría. Para un masaje con agua tibia, llene la unidad con agua tibia.
2. Enchufe la unidad a un tomacorriente domiciliario de 120 voltios.
3. Siéntese, y con el toque del dedo del pie, oprima el botoón de encendido (puede también
encenderse a la mano). Oprima el botón otra vez para apagar la función.
4. Estando sentado, coloque sus pies en el baño.
5. Para usar el centro pedicuro:
a.
Seleccione el accesorio deseado del almacén lateral (Fig. 1):
Piedra Pómez: La piedra pómez contorneada acomoda los talones y las yemas de sus
pies para suavizar y ablandar la piel seca
Cepillo de Limpieza: Úselo para limpiar y exfoliar sus pies.
b. Simplemente coloque el accesorio en el espigo central del pedicuro (Fig. 1).
c. Sobe su pie adelante y atrás sobre el accesorio.
6. Disfrute de un masaje profundo deslizando los pies adelante y atrás sobre la superficie
de acupresión en el piso de su baño para los pies.
7. Goce de un masaje penetrante profundo resbalando de los pies el excedente hacia adelante y hacia
atrás que los nodos levantados en el footbath suelan.
8. Para vaciar: Primero desenchufe la unidad. Levante la manija en la posición completamente
vertical y acerque el baño al drenaje más cercano. Incline la unidad para verter el agua por
el pico de drenaje. NO deje verter el agua por encima del panel de control (Fig. 1).
Mantenimiento
Para limpiar
Desenchufe la unidad y deje que se enfríe antes de limpiarla.
Limpie únicamente con un paño suave, apenas humedecido
y un agente de limpieza suave.
• Después de limpiar las superficies, séquelas con un paño seco.
• Nunca use productos muy abrasivos, detergentes o agentes
de limpieza.
• Enderece periódicamente el cable si éste se enrosca.
Para guardar
Desenchufe el artefacto del tomacorriente y deje que se enfríe.
• Guárdelo en su caja o en un lugar limpio y seco.
• No cuelgue la unidad del cable de corriente.
• Este artefacto está diseñado para uso doméstico exclusivamente.
