Montagehinweise

Einstellung

Benötigte Werkzeuge:

Schraubendreher

Weißes Blatt Papier (mind. 20 x 30 cm) oder Kodak-Weiß- Karte

Maßband

Einstellung der Tastweite:

1) Sensor installieren.

2) Sensor mechanisch ausrichten.

3) Sensor elektronisch anschliessen (Betriebsspannung, Ausgänge).

4) Einstellschraube Pos. A: Pfeil auf minimale Tastweite einstellen.

Achtung! Einstellschraube hat keinen Endanschlag.

5) Tastobjekt auf gewünschter Tastweite positionieren (Funktionsanzeige LED AUS)

6) Einstellschraube (Pos. A) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen bis die Funktionsanzeige LED aufleuchtet.

Achtung! Einstellschraube hat keinen Endanschlag.

Bitte beachten:

Nicht weiter als Markierung 2,2 m drehen.

Nicht in den Objektstrahl greifen.

Tastobjekt mit niedrigstem Reimissionsvermögen (dunkelste Farbe) verwenden.

Principle of Operation

Background suppression (of floors, for example) is detected but not evaluated (ignored).

The relay switches when the IR light beam reflects from an object within the set scan range.

Advantages:

No background required

The scan range depends extensively on shape and color.

Assembly instructions

White sheet of paper (at least 20 x 30 cm) or Kodak white card

Measuring tape

To adjust the detection range:

1) Install the sensor.

2) Align the sensor mechanically.

3) Connect the sensor electronically (operating voltage, outputs).

4) Adjustment screw pos. A: Adjust the arrow to the minimum detection range

Note! The adjustment screw has no end stop.

5) Position an object to be detected at the desired detection range (LED function display OFF)

6) Turn adjustment screw (Pos. A) anti-clockwise until the LED function display lights up

Please note:

Do not turn further than marking for 2.2 m.

Do not reach into the object beam.

Use the detection object with the lowest reimission capacity (the darkest color).

Principio funcional

2) Orientar mecánicamente el sensor.

3) Conectar electrónicamente el sensor (tensión de funcionamiento, salidas).

4) Tornillo de ajuste pos. A: situar la flecha a la apertura al rango de detección mínimo.

¡Atención! El tornillo de ajuste no tiene un tope.

5) Colocar el objeto en el rango de detección deseado (el LED de indicación de función está DESCON)

6) Girar el tornillo de ajuste (pos. A) en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que se ilumine el indicador LED.

¡Atención! El tornillo de ajuste no tiene un tope.

Por favor, tener en cuenta:

No girar más de la marca 2,2 m.

No introducir la mano en el rayo de detección.

Utilizar un objeto de detección con la menor capacidad de reflectancia (color mas oscuro).

6) Girare la vite di registro (pos. A) in senso antiorario, fino a quando l'indicatore di funzionamento a LED si illumina

stabilmente.

Attenzione! La vite di regolazione non ha l'arresto di fine corsa.

Avvertenze:

Evitare di ruotare oltre la demarcazione di 2,2 m.

Evitare di esporre le mani al raggio dell'oggetto.

Utilizzare l'oggetto di scansionamento con minore potenziale di riemissione (colore più scuro).
