CAUTION
1. To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan with any solid-
state speed control device.
2. If the power cord is damaged, it is strongly recommended to request a specialist
to handle.
3. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce
the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
4. Do not leave the fan running unattended.

1. Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other object through the grille when fan is
running.Unplug the fan when moving it from one location to another.
2. Disconnect fan before cleaning.
3. Be sure fan is on a stable surface when operating to avoid overturning.
4. To reduce the risk of electric shock, DO NOT use fan by a window.
5. The rules about cord and plug as below:
(1) This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an
overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from
the outlet. Replace the fuse as per the User Servicing Instructions (follow
product marking for proper fuse rating) and check the products. If the
replacement fuse blows, a short-circuit may be present and the product
should be discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for
examination and/ or repair.
(2) Do not operate any fan with a damaged
cord or plug. Discard fan or return to
an authorized service facility for
examination and/or repair.
(3) Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not
cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or
similar coverings. Do not route cord
under furniture or appliances. Arrange
cord away from traffic area and where
it will not be tripped over.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Speed control
Speed is controlled by knob switch.
0--Off 1--Low 2--Medium 3--High
ROUND BASE & COLUMN UNIT ASSEMBLY
1. Take the base and pole assembly out of the box, Loosen the fastening bolt from
the bottom of the pole assembly (see Fig. 1) .
2. Put the pole assembly into the base, and lock them together by tightening
the fastening bolt (see Fig. 2) .
3. Loosen the height-adjustment ring and adjust the internal pole to desired
height. Note: If you can’t find the internal pole, it may have slid into the
external pole and can be pulled out (see Fig. 3) .
4. Loosen the thumb screw on the bottom of the head unit. Then place the
head unit on the pole and tighten the thumb screw in alignment with the
groove on the internal pole (see Fig. 4) .

GUARD & FAN BLADE ASSEMBLY
1. Take the Spinner out from the bag, then remove the plastic nut by turning it
counterclockwise.
2. Place the rear guard to the head unit make sure the handle is upward.
3. Screw on the plastic nut (clockwise) securing the fan guard on the head unit.
(Step 1,2,3 see Fig.5)
4. Install the fan blade onto the motor shaft. Make sure the fan blade slot fits into
the retaining pin of the motor shaft.
5. Attach the spinner to the motor shaft by turning it counterclockwise to secure the
fan blade. (Step 4,5,see Fig.6)
6. Mount the front guard and join both guards together using the Clips.
(Step 6 see Fig.7)

CAUTION: Height adjustment ring must be fully fastened before the assembly
of the motor section to the internal pole.

The fan requires little maintenance. Do not try to fix it by yourself. Refer it to
qualified service personnel if service is needed.
1. Do not leave the unit plugged in while cleaning or assembling.
2. To ensure adequate air circulation to the motor. Keep vents at the rear of the
motor housing from dust, fluff and etc. A vacuum cleaner can not be used to
clean these vents before unplugging. Do not disassemble the fan to remove fluff.
3. Please wipe the exterior parts with a soft cloth soaked in a mild detergent.
Do not use any abrasive detergent or solvents to avoid scratching the surface.
Do not use of the following as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner, bending.
4. Do not allow water or any other liquid into the motor housing or interior parts.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING
1. Be sure to unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning.
2. Plastic parts should be cleaned with mild soap and damp cloth or sponge.
Thoroughly remove soap film with clean water.
3. Be sure not to get water or other liquid enter the inside of the motor.
2. Clutch knob
Press down on clutch knob to oscillate the fan. To stop
oscillation, pull up on the clutch knob once the fan is in the
desired position.
3. Tilt adjusting
To adjust the air flow upward or downward, slightly push
the guards.
4. Height adjusting
From the external pole loosen the height adjustment ring and
adjust the internal pole to the desired height. (See Fig.3)

1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other
outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
2. Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of
attachment plug towards blades.
3. Remove fuse carefully.Push the fuse from the other side
or turn fuseholder over to remove fuse.
4. Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse.
5. Close fuse cover. Slide closed the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug.
6. Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. It contains safety device (fuse) that
should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
Notice:
1. When you replace fuse, please don’t operate suddenly or overexert, or else the
product will be damage or cause accident.
2. When you feel it hard to be operated, please make sure you have got the right way.

ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Please read all instructions before attempting to use this product.
In the event of malfunctions or failure of your Fan, simply deliver or send the Fan,
postage prepaid along with PROOF OF PURCHASE, within the warranty period of one (1)
year, to Midea America Corporation. Midea America Corporation reserves the right to
inspect the claimed defective part or parts to determine if the defect or malfunction
complaint is covered by this warranty. Midea America Corporation shall, within sixty(60)days
after receipt of the product, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective part or parts free
of charge. This warranty shall only cover defect arising from normal usage. Midea America
Corporation assumes no responsibility whatsoever if the Fan should fail during the warranty
period by reason of:
Misuse, negligence, physical damage or accidents.
Lack of maintenance (see instructions for proper maintenance).
Repair by any unauthorized party during the warranty period.
Damage caused by connection to an improper input voltage (see specification
label on your Fan).
Midea America Corporation makes no further warranties or representations, express or
implied except those contained herein. No representative or dealer is authorized to assume
any other liability regarding the Fan. The duration of the implied warranty granted under
State law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are
limited in duration should the duration of the express warranty grant it hereunder. Midea
America Corporation shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential
damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the above
limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Midea America Corporation warrants as limited herein to the original purchaser of retail
thateach new Fan, shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for aperiod of
one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This one (1) year warranty is limited to
the Motor and Electric Element.

1. Para reducir el riesgo de fuego o descarga eléctrica, no use este ventilador con
ningún equipo de control de estado solidó.
2. Si el cable de poder esta dañado se recomienda pedir la ayuda de un especialista.
3. Este aparato tiene un enchufe polarizado (una clavija o borne es mas ancha
que la otra). Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, este enchufe esta
diseñado para caber en una toma corriente polarizado con única forma. Si el
enchufe no entrara completamente, invierta el enchufe, Si aun así no cabe,
contacte a un electricista calificado. No intente obviar este procedimiento de
seguridad.
4. No deje el ventilador funcionando sin atención de alguien.

5. Las reglas sobre los cordones y enchufes son las siguientes:
(1) Este producto utiliza la protección de sobrecarga (fusibles). Un fusible
quemado indica una situación de sobrecarga o corto circuito. Si se quema el
fusible, desconecte el producto de la toma. Reemplace el fusible de acuerdo
con las instrucciones de mantenimiento del propietario (seguimiento del
producto marcado para los fusibles adecuados) y examine los productos. Si se
quema el fusible de recambio, un corto circuito puede estar presente y el
producto se debe desechar o devolver a un centro de servicio autorizado para
su revisión y/o reparación.
(2) NO opere ningún ventilador con un cordón o enchufe dañado. Deseche o
devuelva el ventilador a un centro de servicio autorizado para su revisión y/o
reparación.
(3) NO arrastre el cordón por debajo de la alfombra. No cubra el cordón con
alfombras, tapetes o cubiertas similares. No encamine el cordón debajo de los
muebles o electrodomésticos. Arregle el cordón lejos de zonas de tráfico y
donde no se tropiece con ellos.

1. Aflojar el perno de anclaje del tubo de extensión (Figura 1).
2. Insertar el tubo de extensión en el cahsis y ajustar el perno (Figura 2).
3. Aflojar el anillo de ajuste de altura desde el tubo de extensión y colocar el tubo
interno a la altura deseada (Nota: Si no encuentra el tubo interno, puede haberse
caído dentro del tubo de extensión) (Figura 3)
4. Para fijar la cabeza del ventilador al tubo interior, afloje el tornillo en la parte
inferior de la cabeza, colóquela en el lugar y ajuste el tornillo alinéandolo con la
ranura en el tubo interior. (Figura 4)
PRECAUCIÓN:El anillo de ajuste debe estar bien ajustado antes de instalar el
motor al tubo interior.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Control de velocidad
La velocidad es controlada oprimiendo las teclas.
0 – Apagado, 1 – Baja, 2 – Media, 3 – Alta
2. Perilla de embrague
Presione esta perilla para que el ventilador oscile.
Para seleccionar una dirección, tire de la perilla cuando el
ventilador esté en la dirección que desea.
3. Ajuste de la inclinación
Para ajustar el flujo del aire hacia arriba o hacia abajo, empuje suavemente las
guardas en la dirección deseada.
4. Ajuste de la altura
Sujete el mástil de extensión, afloje el anillo de ajuste de la altura y ajuste el mástil
interno a la altura que desea. (Ver Fig. 3)

ENSAMBLADO DE LAS REJILLAS Y LAS ASPAS
1. Saca la hélice de la bolsa y retira la aguja girándola a las manecias del reloj, y
saca la hélice de la bolsa y retira la tuerca plástica girándola a las manecias del
reloj.
2. Coloque la guarda (derecha) trasera al cabezal y asegúrese de que el asa esté
hacia arriba.
3. Atornille la tuerca plástica (en el sentido del reloj) para fijar la guarda al cabezal.
(Pasos 1, 2, 3 ver Fig. 5).
4. Instale las aspas al eje del motor. Asegúrese de que las ranuras de las aspas
calcen en el pin del eje del motor.
5. Fije las aspas girando el buje en el eje del motor en sentido contrario al de las
agujas del reloj. Pasos 4,5, ver Fig.6)
6. Asegure ambas rejillas firmemente apretándolas y cerrándolas con el clip.
(Pasos 7 ver Fig. 7)
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO
El ventilador no necesita mucho mantenimiento. No intente repararlo usted mismo.
Contacte a un centro de reparación calificado si es necesario.
1. No lo enchufe antes de limpiarlo o ensamblarlo.

2. Asegúrese de que el motor tenga suficiente ventilación. Mantenga limpios los
respiraderos del motor en la parte trasera de la carcasa. No use una aspiradora
para limpiar éstos sin primero desconectar el ventilador. No desarme el
ventilador para limpiarlo.
3. Use un paño suave y detergente no abrasivo para limpiar el exterior. No use
solventes o productos abrasivos que pudieran rayar la superficie. No use
gasolina o quitapinturas para limpiar el ventilador.
4. Asegúrese de que no entre agua u otros líquidos en el motor o en las partes
interiores.
INSTRUCCIÓN DE SERVICIO DE PROPIETARIO
a) Tome el enchufe y retírelo de la toma o el dispositivo
de salida de otros. No desenchufe la máquina tirando
del cordón.
b) Abra la tapa del fusible. Deslice abriendo la tapa de
fusibles de acceso en la parte superior del enchufe
hacia las paletas de ventilador.
c) Retire el fusible con cuidado. Presione el fusible del otro lado o de vuelta la
caja de fusible para quitar el fusible
d) Riesgo de incendio. Reemplace el fusible únicamente con 2.5 amperios,
125 voltios fusible.
e) Cierre la tapa de fusibles. Deslize cerrando la tapa de fusibles de acceso en
la parte superior del enchufe.
f) Riesgo de incendio. No sustituya enchufe. Contiene un dispositivo deseguridad
(fusible) que no se debe quitar. Deseche producto si el enchufe está dañado.
Nota:
1. Al sustituir el fusible, por favor no haga funcionar de repente o excederse, o de
lo contrario el producto será un accidente o causa daños.
2. Cuando usted se siente que sea difícil para ser operado, por favor, asegúrese
de que usted tiene de la manera correcta.
LIMPIANDO
1. Asegúrese de que el cable de poder este desconectado del tomacorriente antes
de limpiar.
2. Las partes plásticas deben ser limpiadas con una paño húmedo o esponja
con detergente suave. Luego remueva la capa de detergente con agua limpia.
3. Asegúrese que ninguna parte adentro del motor sea tocada por agua u otro
liquido.
