PÓLIZA DE GARANTÍA
Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en todos sus componentes y mano de obra, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y funcionamiento, a
partir de la fecha de entrega.
CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente esta póliza y el producto, en donde fue adquirido o en Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de transportación
serán cubiertos por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días,contados a partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde pueda hacerse
efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta garantía es en cualquiera de las direcciones
mencionadas posteriormente.
ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARÁ EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no autorizado por Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el
consumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor para que le expida otra póliza, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

Tenga en cuenta que si se conecta la batería antes de conectar
a la toma de corriente, el modo de cargador de batería no se
puede seleccionar, se utilizará el último modo de selección (6 V
o 12 V), que será un error de operación con frecuencia.

8. La carga comenzará y los indicadores LED se encenderán uno por uno según el nivel de
carga. Si la batería tiene un voltaje muy bajo, el cargador entrará en modo de recuperación
y el LED correspondiente se encenderá (puede pasar un momento). Cuando haya finalizado
la carga y el LED de 100% se encienda, el cargador regresará al estado de carga flotante (Si
el estado de carga de flotación se mantiene más de 72 horas, el cargador de baterías no
permitirá más carga por seguridad de protección). Cuando la batería esté cargada, puede
desconectar el cargador.

LED de error se enciende constantemente, intente lo siguiente:
1. Revise que el modo 6 V / 12 V está seleccionado adecuadamente
2. Si el modo está seleccionado correctamente, la batería puede estar dañada.
Intente lo siguiente para recuperarla:
a) Desconecte la punta de la terminal positiva
b) espere 10 segundos para reconectar la terminal, despúes de la conexión ,
deberá cargar normalmente (el LED de carga encenderá al 25%.) , intentelo
algunas veces , en caso de no funcionar, la batería esta dañada, reemplacela.
1. Deje el cargador conectado a la batería durante un lapso de 10 a 15 minutos.
2. Después de realizar la conexión debe iniciar la carga de forma normal (encenderá el
indicador LED de nivel de carga 25%).

Specifications
• This device cannot be used by people with different abilities, unless they have

1. Select type of tips that fit
your needs and connect
corresponding harness to
the charger.
3. Press the MODE button to select the
connected battery voltage (6 or 12 V). It
lights up the LED corresponding to the
selected operating mode
8. The charging will begin and the led indicators will light up one by
one according to the charge level. If battery has very low voltage, the
charger will enter in recovery mode and the corresponding LED will
turn on (a moment may pass). When charging is complete and
100%LED will turn on, the charger will turn to floating charge status(If
floating charge status keep more than 72hours, the battery charger
will be closed for safe protected). When the battery is charged, you can
disconnect the charger.
7. Plug the power cord of
the charger into a home
outlet. The power LED
will turn on.
9. To disconnect the charger, remove the power cord from
the outlet, first remove the red lead, and finally, disconnect
the black tip.

operation error.

WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of
purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice, product box or package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4. Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries,
failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper
safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase ticket.

ERROR led constant light, please try below solution:
1. Please check if the 6V/12V Mode select right, if Mode select wrong, please
select right mode as above "Functioning" step.
2. If Mode is selected right, the battery maybe damaged by over discharge. Please
try below steps to recover the battery:
1)Disconnect the tip of the positive terminal.
2) Wait about 10 seconds to reconnect the tip.
After connecting, it should charge normally (it will light the LED charge level 25%)
or in recond mode((it will light the LED RECOND), if it does not work, please try
several times, and if it still does not work, it means the battery is damaged and
irrecoverable. Please replace the battery.
ERROR led flashing light, it means that the battery can not be recovery or the
battery do not have reserve capacity of electricity. Please replace the battery.
