COLLEGAMENTO E MANUTENZIONE VENTILAZIONE OPZIONALE

La centralina e l’impianto dovranno essere installate e collegate da personale abilitato secondo le norme vigenti (vedi

capitolo AVVERTENZE GENERALI).

ATTENZIONE: La centralina e il cavo di alimentazione NON deve essere a contatto con parti calde.

Sui nostri prodotti possono essere installati dei kit di ventilazione OPZIONALI adatti a migliorare la distribuzione del calore attraverso la

ventilazione del solo ambiente di installazione oppure del locale adiacente.

Il Kit è composto da un ventilatore centrifugo, una centralina di accensione e regolazione e da un termostato (TM) che fa avviare il ventilatore

quando l’apparecchio è adeguatamente riscaldato e lo arresta quando è parzialmente freddo.

L’accensione e la regolazione viene e ettuata tramite l’apposita centralina in dotazione la quale dovrà essere installata lontana da fonti di

calore dirette.

COLLEGAMENTO (vedi Figura 1):

Collegare il cavo di alimentazione della centralina ad un interruttore bipolare con distanza tra i contatti di almeno 3 mm (Alimentazione 230V~

50 Hz, indispensabile il corretto collegamento all’impianto di messa a terra).

AVVERTENZA: Il REGOLATORE ELETTRICO VENTILATORE deve essere alimentato in rete con a monte un interruttore generale

di erenziale di linea come dalle vigenti normative. Il corretto funzionamento del comando è garantito solamente per l’apposito

motore per il quale è stato costruito. L’uso improprio solleva il costruttore da ogni responsabilità.

REGOLATORE ELETTRICO VENTILATORE  0020800  A

Il regolatore elettrico ventilatore permette in modo semplice e intuitivo la selezione della velocità dell’aria di convezione dissipata nell’ambiente

dai nostri prodotti. Il regolatore deve essere posizionato in posizione lontana da bocchette o dalla fonte principale di calore; se posizionato

nella contro cappa deve essere alloggiato in un punto di basso calore. La semplice installazione è garantita dall’alloggiamento nelle classiche

scatole elettriche ad incasso in dotazione nei comuni edici, oppure a muro in modo esterno alla parete.

Il regolatore attiva la ventilazione in modo MANUALE/AUTOMATICO/COMFORT selezionabile a display nel regolatore premendo/sorando

i tasti.

FUNZIONAMENTO del regolatore.

Il regolatore elettronico per ventilatore, controlla e gestisce il usso di aria di

ventilazione, led 9.

L’accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo avviene tramite pressione prolungata

del tasto 1 .

Durante il funzionamento il display visualizza alternativamente la velocità impostata

e lo stato del dispositivo. A dispositivo spento il display rimane spento. La regolazione

del dispositivo può essere Manuale o Automatica.

Modalità MANUALE.

Per accedere alla modalità MANUALE premere il tasto 2 quando la spia 3 si accende

la funzione è attiva. Per mezzo dei tasti 4 - 5 si seleziona una delle cinque velocità di

ventilazione, che funzionano anche a camino freddo. L’avvio del motore in funzione

automatico è subordinato all’azione di un termostato meccanico (nel display viene

visualizzata la scritta ATTESA) che interviene dopo avere rilevato una temperatura di almeno 45°C (taratura ssa e non modicabile). Il led 6

indica la chiusura del contatto del termostato.

Modalità AUTOMATICA.

Per accedere alla modalità AUTOMATICA premere il tasto 2 quando la spia 7 si accende la funzione è attiva, per mezzo del pulsante 5 si entra

nel settaggio velocità.

Per mezzo dei tasti 4 - 5 si seleziona una delle cinque velocità di ventilazione. In modalità automatica è inoltre possibile selezionare la

temperatura CONFORT. Premendo il pulsante 4 è possibile entrare e regolare tramite i tasti 4 - 5 il set della temperatura CONFORT. Questa

impostazione permette all’utente di ridurre la rumorosità della ventola una volta che la temperatura ambiente rilevata dalla sonda interna

del dispositivo supera il set confort impostato; il motore scala una marcia (questa modalità non ha e etto sulla prima velocità) ed è segnalata

dal led 8.

Menù LINGUA.

Con la pressione prolungata del tasto 2 si entra nel menu LINGUA dove è possibile, modicare mediante i tasti 4 - 5, la lingua visualizzata

(IT, EN, DE, FR). Con la successiva pressione breve del tasto 2 si entra nel menu DISPLAY dove è possibile regolare la luminosità (tra 10 e

150). Con un‘ulteriore pressione breve del tasto 2 si entra nel menu GRADI dove è possibile cambiare la visualizzazione della temperatura

in °C o °F.

Menu BUZZER

Con l’ultima pressione breve del tasto 2 si accede al menu BUZZER dove è possibile attivare o disattivare il buzzer sonoro.

FUNZIONAMENTO TELECOMANDO:

Il regolatore elettronico può essere gestito da un telecomando ir.

L’accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo avviene tramite pressione prolungata dei due tasti 11 - 12.

Il passaggio da regolazione MANUALE ad AUTOMATICA con il telecomando ir si ottiene mediante la pressione

dei tasti 13 - 14. II led relativo al funzionamento manuale 3 o automatico 7 si accende.

In modalità MANUALE sono attivi solamente i tasti del gruppo 11-13 per selezionare una delle cinque velocità.

In modalità AUTOMATICA sono attivi i tasti del gruppo 12-14 per selezionare una delle cinque velocità e i tasti

del gruppo 11-13 per regolare il set COMFORT.

Ogni pressione sul telecomando viene segnalata dal rispettivo led 10, se questo non avviene controllare le batterie.

FUNZIONAMENTO del regolatore.

L’accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo avviene tramite pressione/soramento

del tasto ON/OFF. Nella posizione spento si visualizza OFF nel display e si ha il punto

luminoso del tasto ON/OFF acceso.

Tramite la pressione per 2 secondi del tasto MENU si accede al Menu.

Attraverso il tasto di accensione/spegnimento si passa dallo stato OFF allo stato

di funzionamento ON. Nel display si visualizza la modalità di funzionamento e la

velocità impostata.

Modalità MANUALE.

In MODALITA’ MANUALE visualizzando sul display la scritta “FUNZIONE MANUALE”

abbiamo l’attivazione del motore alla velocità impostata. La velocità si imposta con i

tasti UP e DOWN, che visualizzano sul display nella barra di progressione un minimo

e un massimo; il rilascio del tasto imposta in modo automatico quanto desiderato.

Modalità AUTOMATICA.

In MODALITA’ AUTOMATICA visualizzando sul display “FUNZIONE AUTO”; l’attivazione del motore avviene quando il TM (Termostato di

minimo avvio) si chiude, quindi al raggiungimento della temperatura di avvio. Il suo spegnimento avviene quando ritorniamo al di sotto

di tale temperatura. A display la barra lampeggiante indica che il TM non ha raggiunto la temperatura di avvio (ventilazione ferma); a

temperatura raggiunta la barra diventa ssa (ventialzione attiva). La velocità desiderata anche in questa modalità è regolabile con i tasti UP

e DOWN sia in modalità lampeggiante che ssa (ventilazione ferma o attiva).

Modalità COMFORT.

In MODALITA’ COMFORT il regolatore segue le stesse dinamiche del modo AUTOMATICO, ma si ha la possibilità di scalare una velocità

quando raggiunta la temperatura desiderata, che visualizziamo ed impostiamo a display con il tasto UP premuto per 2 sec accedendo ad

un sottomenu che visualizza a display “SET COMFORT” e questo si imposta con i tasti UP e DOWN una temperatura desiderata con un range

variabile da 10 a 40°C. La temperatura viene rilevata dal sensore che si trova sul fronte del dispositivo (temperatura ambiente).

Modalità VELOCITA’ RIDOTTA.

In MODALITA VELOCITA’ RIDOTTA con la pressione dei tasti UP e DOWN per 2 secondi abbiamo la riduzione della velocità impostata in

qualunque condizione di funzionamento (MANUALE/AUTOMATICO/COMFORT) pre impostata di fabbrica. Questa condizione viene

visualizzata a display con un icona che rappresenta una ventola. Per ritornare nella condizione di normale ventilazione premere ancora i

tasti UP e DOWN per 2 secondi; la ventola a display scompare e si ritorna a piena potenza della ventilazione nella velocità impostata.

MENÙ.

Tramite la pressione per 2 secondi del tasto MENU si accede al Menu, dove è possibile modicare, mediante le freccette:

• la LINGUA tra ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPANOLA

• la LUMINOSITA’ del display dal 10% al 100%

• UNITA’ TEMP: dove è possibile selezionare l’unità di misura della temperatura CELSIUS o FAHRENHEIT

• ADJ TEMP: per la taratura della temperatura ambiente. E’ possibile selezionare un valore tra -10,0 a +10,0

FUNZIONAMENTO TELECOMANDO

Il regolatore elettronico per ventilatore può essere gestito da un telecomando IR.

Quando il regolatore è spento, solamente il tasto di accensione è operativo.

L’accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo avviene tramite pressione del tasto ON-OFF.

Per accedere al menu di regolazione del tipo di funzionamento, premere il tasto MENU’.

Premere nuovamente il tasto MENU’ per selezionare il funzionamento AUTOMATICO, MANUALE

o COMFORT attendendere 2 secondi per la conferma.

In modalità MANUALE sono attivi solamente i tasti del gruppo IMPOSTAZIONE VELOCITA’ per

selezionare una delle cinque velocità.

In modalità AUTOMATICA sono attivi i tasti del gruppo IMPOSTAZIONE VELOCITA’ per selezionare

una delle cinque velocità e i tasti del gruppo IMPOSTAZIONE TEMPERATURA CONFORT per

regolare il set COMFORT.

CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF VENTILATION OPTIONAL

The control unit and the plant must be installed and connected by authorized personnel according to the standards in

force. (see chapter GENERAL REMARKS).

ATTENTION: the control unit and the feeding cable must not be in contact with hot parts.

On our products, it is possible to install OPTIONAL ventilation kits suitable to improve the distribution of heat by ventilation only either of the

installation room or of the adjacent local.

The Kit is made up of a centrifugal fan, a lighting and adjustment control unit, and a (TM) thermostat that lets the fan start when the device is

properly heated and lets it stop when the fan is partially cold.

The lighting and the adjustment is carried out through the proper standard supplied control unit that has to be installed far from any direct

heat source.

CONNECTION (see Picture 1):

Connect the feeding cable of the switchboard with an electronic bipolar switch respecting at least a 3 mm distance between the contacts

(power supply 230V~ 50 Hz, it is necessary to provide for the correct connection to the grounding plan).

IMPORTANT: the FAN ELECTRIC CONTROLLER must be powered with a main di erential switch upstream in accordance with

current regulations. The correct operation of the control is guaranteed only for the dedicated motor for which it was built. Improper

use relieves the manufacturer from any liability.

FAN ELECTRIC CONTROLLER  0020800  A

The fan electric controller allows for the simple and intuitive selection of the speed of the convection air dissipated into the environment of

our solid combustion wood product. The controller must be placed away from nozzles or from the main heat source; if placed in the counter

hood, it must be positioned in a low heat point. Simple installation is guaranteed by the the fact that it can be tted in classic recessed

electrical boxes commonly found in buildings, or it can be wall-mounted.

The controller activates ventilation in MANUAL/AUTOMATIC/COMFORT mode, which can be selected on the controller display by pressing/

touching the keys.

Control OPERATION.

This electronic controller for packaged units manages ventilation air ows. The

controller is switched on or o by pressing and holding the 1 button. During

operation the display shows the set speed alternating with unit status, led 9.

When the unit is o , the display also remains o .

The unit can be controlled MANUALLY or AUTOMATICALLY.

MANUAL mode.

To access MANUAL mode, press the 2 button; when the 3 light comes on the

function is active. The 4-5 buttons are used to select one of the ve fan speeds, also

active when the ue is cold.

The motor is started in automatic mode by a mechanical thermostat (the display

shows WAIT), which is activated when the temperature is at least 45°C (xed value,

not modiable). The 6 led indicates that the thermostat contact is closed.

AUTOMATIC mode.

To access AUTOMATIC mode, press the 2 button; when the 7 light comes on the function is active. Use the 5 button to set the speed.

The 4-5 buttons are used to select one of the ve fan speeds.

In automatic mode the COMFORT temperature can also be selected.

Press the 4 button to access the COMFORT temperature setting and then set the value using 4-5. This setting allows the user to reduce

fan noise when the room temperature measured by the probe inside the controller exceeds the comfort set point; the motor operates one

speed lower (this mode has no e ect in rst speed) and is signalled by the 8 led.

LANGUAGE menu.

Pressing and holding the 2 button accesses the LANGUAGE menu, where the display language can be changed using the 4-5 buttons (IT,

EN, DE, FR). Pressing the 2 button briey again accesses the DISPLAY menu, where the brightness can be adjusted (between 10 and 150).

Pressing the 2 button briey another time accesses the DEGREES menu, where the temperature display can be set as °C or °F.

BUZZER menu

Pressing the 2 button briey a nal time accesses the buzzer menu, where audible buzzer can be enabled or disabled.

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION:

The electronic controller for fan can be managed by an IR remote control.

The controller is switched on or o by pressing and holding the 11-12 buttons.

To switch from MANUAL to AUTOMATIC on the IR remote control press the 13-14 buttons. The LED corresponding

to the operating mode comes on, manual 3 or automatic 7.

In MANUAL mode only the buttons in the 11-13 group are enabled for selecting one of the ve speeds.

In AUTOMATIC mode, the buttons in the 12-14 group are enabled for selecting one of the ve speeds, as well as

the buttons in the 11-13 group for changing the COMFORT set point.

The 10 LED comes on whenever a button is pressed on the remote control; if this does not happen, check the

batteries.

The fan electric controller allows for the simple and intuitive selection of the speed of the convection air dissipated into the environment of

our solid combustion wood product. The controller must be placed away from nozzles or from the main heat source; if placed in the counter

hood, it must be positioned in a low heat point. Simple installation is guaranteed by the the fact that it can be tted in classic recessed

electrical boxes commonly found in buildings, or it can be wall-mounted.

The controller activates ventilation in MANUAL/AUTOMATIC/COMFORT mode, which can be selected on the controller display by pressing/

touching the keys.

Control OPERATION.

The device is switched on and o by pressing/touching the ON/OFF key. When o ,

OFF is displayed and the light of the ON/OFF key is on.

Press the MENU key to access the Menu.

Use the on/o key to go from the OFF status to the ON status. The operating mode

and the set speed will be displayed.

MANUAL mode.

In MANUAL MODE, when the words “MANUAL OPERATION” are displayed,

the motor is activated at the set speed. The speed can be set by means of

the UP and DOWN keys, which will show a minimum and maximum on the

progression bar on the display; when the key is released, the value is set

automatically.

AUTOMATIC mode.

In AUTOMATIC MODE, when the words “AUTO FUNCTION” are displayed; the motor is activated when the TM (Minimum start thermostat)

closes, thus when the starting temperature has been reached. It turns o when the temperature drops below this value. The ashing bar on

the display indicates that the TM has not reached the starting temperature (ventilation stopped); when the temperature has been reached,

the bar will become xed (ventilation active). The desired speed, also in this mode, can be set using the UP and DOWN keys both in ashing

mode and in xed mode (ventilation stopped or active).

COMFORT mode.

In COMFORT MODE, the controller follows the same dynamics of AUTOMATIC mode, but it is possible to shift a speed when the desired

temperature has been reached, which is shown and can be set on the display by using the UP key pressed for 2 seconds accessing a sub-

menu which displays “SET COMFORT” and this can be set using the UP and DOWN key, selecting the desired temperature between and°C.

The temperature is detected by the sensor on the front of the device (ambient temperature).

REDUCED SPEED mode.

In REDUCED SPEED MODE, when the UP and DOWN keys are pressed for 2 seconds, the set speed is reduced in any pre-set factory operating

condition (MANUAL/AUTOMATIC/COMFORT). This condition is displayed with an icon representing a fan. To go back to the normal ventilation

condition, press the UP and DOWN keys again for 2 seconds; the fan on the display will disappear and ventilation will go back to full power

at the set speed.

MENU.

Press the MENU key for 2 seconds to access the Menu, where it is possible to change, using the arrows:

• the LANGUAGE between ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPANOLA

• the BRIGHTNESS of the display from % to 100%

• TEMP UNIT: where it is possible to select the unit of measurement of the temperature CELSIUS or FAHRENHEIT

• ADJ TEMP: to calibrate the ambient temperature. It is possible to select a value between -10.0 and +10

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION

The electronic controller for fan can be managed by means of an IR remote control.

When the controller is o , only the ON key is operational.

The device is turned on and o by pressing the ON-OFF key.

To access the operating mode selection menu, press the MENU key.

Press the MENU key again to select AUTOMATIC, MANUAL or COMFORT mode and wait 2

seconds to conrm.

In MANUAL mode only the keys of the SPEED SETTINGS group are active, to select one of the ve

speeds.

In AUTOMATIC mode the keys of the SPEED SETTINGS group to select one of the ve speeds and

the keys of the COMFORT TEMPERATURE SETTINGS group to adjust the COMFORT set are active.

LÜFTUNGSVERBINDUNG UND  WARTUNG OPTIONAL

Die Steuereinheit und die Anlage müssen von nach den geltenden Vorschriften zugelassenem Personal aufgestellt und

verbunden werden. (Siehe KAP. ALLGEMEINE ANWEISUNGEN)

ACHTUNG: die Steuereinheit und die Stromzuführung darf nicht in Kontakt mit warmen Teilen werden sein.

Unsere Produkts können mit OPTIONAL Gebläse Sätze versehen werden, die dafür geeignet sind, die Wärmeverteilung durch die Lüftung des

einzelnen Aufstellungsraumes oder des naheliegenden Raumes zu verbessern.

Lüfter, eine Zündvorrichtung, eine Steuereinheit und aus einem Thermostat. Der Thermostat (TM) schaltet den Lüfter an, wenn die

Ausrüstungen angemessen geheizt ist und er schaltet den Lüfter aus, wenn die Ausrüstung teilweise kalt ist.

Die Anfeuerung und die Einstellung werden durch eine standardgelieferte zweckmäßige Steuereinheit ausgeführt, die weit von direkten

Wärmequellen aufzustellen ist.

VERBINDUNG (siehe Abbildung 1):

Verbinden Sie den Zuführungskabel des Steuergehäuses mit einem bipolaren Schalter beim Beachten einen 3 mm Mindestabstand zwischen

den Kontakten (Stromversorgung 230V WS 50 Hz - Die richtige Verbindung zur Beerdigungsanlage ist unentbehrlich).

WICHTIG: Der ELEKTRISCHE VENTILATORREGLER muss an das Stromnetz mit einem vorgeschalteten Leitungsschutzschalter gemäß

den geltenden Richtlinien angeschlossen werden. Der korrekte Betrieb der Steuerung ist nur für den Motor garantiert, für den er

gebaut worden ist. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch des Geräts enthebt den Hersteller von jeder Haftung.

Der elektrische Ventilatorregler erlaubt einfach und intuitiv die Geschwindigkeit der Konvektionsluft, die im Raum von unsere Produkts

abgeleitet wird zu verteilen. Der Regler muss entfernt von den Ö nungen oder der Hauptwärmequelle eingebaut werden. Wenn er im

Kaminabzug eingebaut wird, muss er an einem Punkt mit geringer Wärme positioniert werden. Die einfache Installation wird durch die

mitgelieferten klassischen Verteilerdosen in Einbaugehäusen in Wohngebäuden oder außen an der Wand befestigt garantiert.

Der Regler steuert die Belüftung in den drei Modalitäten MANUELL/AUTOMATIK/COMFORT, die man durch Antippen der Tasten auf dem

Display des Reglers auswählen kann.

FUNKTIONSWEISE des Reglers.

Der elektronische Regler für kgeräte steuert und regelt den Gebläse-Luftstrom.

Die Vorrichtung wird durch anhaltendes Drücken der Taste 1 - und ausgeschaltet,

led 9.

Während des Betriebs werden am Display abwechselnd die eingestellte Drehzahl

und der Betriebszustand der Vorrichtung angezeigt.

Wenn die Vorrichtung ausgeschaltet ist, bleibt auch das Display ausgeschaltet. Die

Regelung der Vorrichtung erfolgt von HAND oder AUTOMATISCH.

HANDBETRIEB.

Um den Handbetrieb einzustellen, die Taste 2 drücken. Wenn die Kontrolllampe

3 aueuchtet, ist die Funktion aktiv. Mit den Tasten 4-5 wird eine der fünf

Drehzahlstufen des Gebläses gewählt, die auch bei kaltem Kamin funktionieren.

Im Automatikbetrieb ist der Motorstart an das Auslösen eines mechanischen

Thermostats gebunden (auf dem Display wird WARTEN angezeigt), der anspricht, sobald eine Temperatur von mindestens 45 °C (feste,

nicht veränderbare Einstellung) gemessen wird. Die LED 6 zeigt das Schließen des Thermostats an.

AUTOMATIKBETRIEB.

Um den Automatikbetrieb einzustellen, die Taste 2 drücken. Wenn die Kontrolllampe 7 aueuchtet, ist die Funktion aktiv und mit der Taste

5 wird die Einstellung der Drehzahlstufe geö net.

Mit den Tasten 4-5 kann eine der fünf Drehzahlstufen gewählt werden. Im Automatikbetrieb kann außerdem die KOMFORT-Temperatur

gewählt werden. Mit Tastendruck auf 4 kann der Sollwert der KOMFORT-Temperatur aufgerufen und mit 4-5 eingestellt werden. Mit dieser

Einstellung kann der Bediener das Geräusch des Lüfters reduzieren, wenn die vom Innentemperaturfühler der Vorrichtung gemessene

Temperatur den eingestellten Komfort-Sollwert übersteigt: der Motor schaltet einen Gang herunter (diese Betriebsart hat keine

Auswirkungen auf die erste Drehzahlstufe), was mit der LED 8 angezeigt wird.

Menü „SPRACHE“.

Durch anhaltendes Drücken der Taste 2 wird das Menü „Sprache“ geö net, in dem mit den Tasten 4-5, die Anzeigesprache (IT, EN, DE, FR)

gewählt werden kann.

Durch erneutes kurzes Drücken der Taste 2 wird das Menü „DISPLAY“ geö net, in dem die Helligkeit geregelt werden kann (zwischen 10

und 150). Mit einem weiteren kurzen Tastendruck auf 2 wird das Menü „GRAD“ geö net, in dem zwischen Temperaturanzeige in °C oder °F

gewechselt werden kann.

Menü „BUZZER“

Mit dem letzten Tastendruck auf 2 wird das Menü „Buzzer“ geö net, in dem der akustische Signalgeber aktiviert

bzw. deaktiviert werden kann.

BETRIEB MIT FERNBEDIENUNG:

Der elektronische Regler kann mit einer IR-Fernbedienung gesteuert werden.

Das Ein- und Ausschalten der Vorrichtung erfolgt durch anhaltendes Drücken der zwei Tasten 11-12.

Um mit der IR-Fernbedienung zwischen Hand- und Automatikbetrieb zu wechseln, die Tasten 13-14 drücken.

Die LED des Handbetriebs 3 bzw. des Automatikbetriebs 7 leuchtet auf.

Im HANDBETRIEB sind nur die Tasten des Gebläses 11-13 aktiv, um eine der fünf Drehzahlstufen zu wählen.

Im AUTOMATIKBETRIEB sind die Tasten des Gebläses 12-14 für die Wahl einer der fünf Drehzahlstufen aktiv,

sowie die Tasten des Thermostats 11-13 für die Einstellung des KOMFORT-Sollwerts.

Jeder Tastendruck an der Fernbedienung wird mit der entsprechenden 10, LED angezeigt. Andernfalls muss die

Batterie kontrolliert werden.

Wenn man die MENÜ-TASTE für 2 Sekunden drückt, ö net sich das Menüfenster.

Wenn man auf die ON/OFF-Taste drückt , wechselt man vom OFF-Status zum

Betriebsstatus ON. Auf dem Display wird der Betriebsmodus und die eingestellte

Geschwindigkeit angezeigt.

Modalität MANUELL.

Im MANUELLEN MODUS erscheint auf dem Display die Schrift „MANUELLE

FUNKTION“ und der Motor schaltet sich in der eingegebenen Geschwindigkeit ein.

Die Geschwindigkeit wird mit den Tasten UP und DOWN, die auf dem Display in der

Fortschrittsanzeige eine Mindest- und eine Höchstzahl anzeigen, eingestellt. Sobald

die Taste losgelassen wird, wird automatisch der gewünschte Wert eingestellt

Modalität AUTOMATIK.

Im AUTOMATIKMODUS erscheint auf dem Display „AUTOFUNKTION“. Der Motor wird eingeschaltet, wenn der TM (Thermostat für

Mindestwert zum Starten), sich schließt, das heißt, wenn dieStarttemperatur erreicht worden ist. Er schaltet sich wieder ab, wenn der Wert

wieder unter diese Temperatur fällt. Auf dem Display zeigt die blinkende Anzeige an, dass der TM nicht die Starttemperatur erreicht hat

(keine Ventilation). Sobald die Temperatur erreicht ist, leuchtet die Anzeige dauerhaft (Ventilation eingeschaltet). Die Geschwindigkeit

kann auch in diesem Modus mit den Tasten UP und DOWN bei blinkender oder dauerhaft leuchtender Anzeige (bei abgeschalteter oder

eingeschalteter Ventilation), eingestellt werden.

Modalität COMFORT.

Im COMFORT-MODUS funktioniert der Regler mit denselben Dynamiken des AUTOMATIKMODUS, man kann aber, wenn die gewünschte

Temperatur erreicht worden ist, eine Geschwindigkeit skalieren. Die Geschwindigkeitsstufe wird am Display im Untermenü „SET COMFORT“

, das sich ö net, wenn man die UP-Taste für 2 Sek. drückt, eingestellt. Die gewünschte Temperatur wird mit den Tasten UP und DOWN

innerhalb eines Bereichs von 10 bis 40°C eingegeben. Die Temperatur wird vom Messfühler, an der Vorderseite des Geräts angezeigt

(Raumtemperatur).

Modalität REDUZIERTE GESCHWINDIGKEIT.

Im MODUS REDUZIERTE GESCHWINDIGKEIT kann durch Drücken der Tasten UP und DOWN für 2 Sekunden die eingestellte Geschwindigkeit

bei jeder Betriebsbedingung kleiner gestellt werden. Diese Bedingung wird auf dem Display mit einem Lüfterrad (Ikone) angezeigt. Um zur

normalen Ventilation zurückzukehren, die Tasten UP und DOWN erneut für 2 Sekunden drücken. Das Lüfterrad auf dem Display verschwindet

und die Ventilation kehrt auf die volle Leistung in der eingestellten Geschwindigkeit zurück.

MENÜ.

• Wenn man für 2 Sekunden die MENÜ-Taste drückt, ö net sich das Menü, in dem man mit den Pfeilen ändern kann:

• DIE SPRACHE zwischen ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPANOLA

• die HELLIGKEIT des Displays von 10% bis 100%

• TEMP. MESSEINHEIT, in der man zwischen den Temperaturmesseinheiten CELSIUS und FAHRENHEIT wählen kann.

• ADJ TEMP: für die Eichung der Raumtemperatur. Man kann einen Wert zwischen -10,0 bis

+10,0 wählen

FUNKTIONSWEISE DER FERNSTEUERUNG

Der elektronische Ventilatorregler kann mit einer IR-Fernbedienung gesteuert werden.

Wenn der Regler ausgeschaltet ist, ist nur die Einschalttaste im Betrieb.

Einschaltung und Abschaltung des Geräts erfolgt über die ON-OFF-Taste.

Um das Menü für die Einstellungen des Betriebsmodus zu önen muss die Taste MENÜ

gedrückt werden.

Die MENÜ-Taste ein zweites Mal drücken, um den Betriebsmodus auszuwählen - AUTOMATIK,

MANUELL oder COMFORT - und zum Bestätigen 2 Sekunden warten.

Im Modus MANUELL sind nur die Tasten für die GESCHWINDIGKEITSEINSTELLUNG freigegeben

und man kann einer der fünf Geschwindigkeiten auswählen.

Im Modus AUTOMATIK sind die Tasten für die GESCHWINDIGKEITSEINSTELLUNG freigegeben und

man kann einer der fünf Geschwindigkeiten auswählen, und es sind die Tasten für die EINSTELLUNG

DER TEMPERATUR COMFORT freigegeben und man kann das COMFORT-Set regulieren.

CONNEXION ET ENTRETIEN OPTIONNEL

La centrale et l’installation devront être installées et connectées par personnel habilité selon les normes en vigueur (voir

chapitre AVERTISSEMENT GÉNÉRAL).

ATTENTION: la centrale et le câble d’alimentation ne doit pas entrer en contact avec des parts chaudes.

Nos produits sont préparés pour un kit de ventilation OPTIONNEL, approprié pour améliorer la distribution de la chaleur à travers la ventilation

du seul environnement d’installation.

Le kit se compose d’un ventilateur centrifuge, une centrale d’allumage et réglage et par un thermostat (TM) qui fait démarrer le ventilateur

lorsque l’appareil est bien chau é et l’arrête quand il est partiellement froid.

L’allumage et le réglage est e ectué à travers la centrale appropriée en dotation qui doit être installée loin de sources de chaleur directes.

CONNEXION (voir chapitre Figure 1):

Connecter le câble d’alimentation du tableau de distribution à une interrupteur bipolaire et respecter une distance minimale de 3 mm

(Alimentation 230V~ 50 Hz, indispensable la correcte connexion à l’installation de mise à terre).

IMPORTANT : le RÉGULATEUR ÉLECTRIQUE VENTILATEUR doit être alimenté en réseau avec en amont, un interrupteur général

di érentiel de ligne comme l’exigent les réglementations en vigueur. Le bon fonctionnement de la commande est garanti

uniquement pour le moteur spécique pour lequel il a été construit. Une utilisation non conforme dégage le constructeur de toute

responsabilité

Le régulateur électrique ventilateur permet de manière simple et intuitive de sélectionner la vitesse de l’air de convection dissipé dans

l’environnement de nos produits à combustion solide. Le régulateur doit être placé à l’écart de bouches ou de la source principale de chaleur;

s’il est placé dans la contre-chape, il doit être logé dans un point de faible chaleur. La simplicité d’installation est garantie par le logement dans

les boîtiers électriques classiques encastrables, installés dans les bâtiments normaux, ou bien directement à l’extérieur du mur.

Le régulateur active la ventilation de manière MANUELLE/AUTOMATIQUE/CONFORT sélectionnable sur l’écran du régulateur en appuyant/

eeurant les touches.

FONCTIONNEMENT du régulateur.

Le régulateur électronique commande et régule le débit d’air.

Pour mettre en marche ou arrêter le dispositif appuyer de façon prolongée sur la

touche 1.

Pendant le fonctionnement l’écran ache en alternance la vitesse programmée et

l’état du dispositif, led 9.

L’écran n’est pas allumé quand le dispositif est éteint.

Le réglage du dispositif peut être Manuel ou Automatique.

Mode MANUEL.

Pour accéder au mode MANUEL appuyer sur la touche 2 quand le voyant 3 s’allume

la fonction est activée. Les touches 4-5 permettent de sélectionner une des cinq

vitesses de ventilation qui fonctionnent également lorsque la cheminée est froide.

Le démarrage du moteur en mode automatique est lié à l’action d’un thermostat

mécanique (l’écran ache ATTENTE) qui se déclenche dès qu’il relève une température de 45°C au moins (réglage xe et non modiable. La

LED 6 indique la fermeture du thermostat.

Mode AUTOMATIQUE.

Pour accéder au mode AUTOMATIQUE appuyer sur la touche 2 quand le voyant 7 est allumé la fonction est activée, la touche 5 permet de

régler la vitesse.

Choisir une des cinq vitesses à l’aide des touches 4-5. En mode automatique il est en outre possible de sélectionner la température

CONFORT. La touche 4 permet d’accéder au réglage de la consigne CONFORT, qu’il est possible de programmer à l’aide des touches 4-5

Cette programmation permet de réduire le bruit de la ventilation quand la température ambiante relevée par la sonde du dispositif est

supérieure à la consigne de température confort programmée; le moteur tourne moins vite (ce mode n’a pas d’e et sur la première vitesse)

et est signalé par la led 8.

MENU LANGUE.

Une pression prolongée sur la touche 2 permet d’entrer dans le menu langue où il est possible de choisir, à l’aide des touches 4-5, la langue

d’achage (IT, EN, DE, FR).

Une pression brève sur la touche 2 permet d’entrer dans le menu AFFICHAGE où il est possible de régler la luminosité (entre 10 et 150). Une

nouvelle pression sur la touche 2 permet d’entrer dans le menu DEGRÉS qui permet de choisir °C ou °F.

Menu BUZZER

Une dernière pression sur la touche 2 permet d’accéder au menu BUZZER où il est possible d’activer ou de désactiver le BUZZER sonore.

FONCTIONNEMENT TÉLÉCOMMANDE:

Le régulateur électronique peut être piloté à l’aide d’une télécommande IR.

Pour mettre en marche ou arrêter le dispositif appuyer de façon prolongée sur les touches 11-12.

Les touches 13-14 de la télécommande IR permettent de basculer de MANUEL à AUTOMATIQUE. La led

correspondant au fonctionnement MANUEL 3 ou AUTOMATIQUE 7 s’allume.

En mode MANUEL seules les touches du groupe 11-13 permettent de sélectionner une des cinq vitesses.

En mode AUTOMATIQUE les touches du groupe 12-14 permettent de sélectionner une des cinq vitesses et les

touches du groupe 11-13 de régler la consigne CONFORT.

Chaque pression sur la télécommande est signalée par la led 10, si ce n’est pas le cas contrôler les piles.

Avec la touche d’allumage/extinction, on passe de l’état OFF à l’état de fonctionnement

ON. L’écran ache la modalité de fonctionnement et la vitesse congurée.

Modalité MANUELLE.

En MODALITÉ MANUELLE, lorsque l’inscription «FONCTION MANUELLE» s’ache

à l’écran, le moteur est activé à la vitesse congurée. On congure la vitesse avec

les touches UP et DOWN, qui achent dans la barre de progression de l’écran un

minimum et un maximum; la libération de la touche congure automatiquement la

valeur souhaitée

Modalité AUTOMATIQUE.

En MODALITÉ AUTOMATIQUE, lorsque «FONCTION AUTO» s’ache à l’écran, l’activation du moteur a lieu quand le TM (Thermostat de

démarrage minimum) se ferme, c’est-à-dire quand la température de démarrage est atteinte. Le moteur s’éteint quand on redescend

en dessous de cette température. La barre clignotante achée à l’écran indique que le TM n’a pas atteint la température de démarrage

(ventilation arrêtée); lorsque la température est atteinte, la barre cesse de clignoter (ventilation active). La vitesse souhaitée est également

réglable dans cette modalité avec les touches UP et DOWN, aussi bien en modalité clignotante que xe (ventilation arrêtée ou active).

Modalité CONFORT.

En MODALITÉ CONFORT, le régulateur suit les mêmes dynamiques qu’en mode AUTOMATIQUE, mais on a la possibilité de diminuer d’une

vitesse quand on atteint la température souhaitée, que l’on peut acher et congurer en appuyant sur la touche UP pendant 2 secondes

an d’accéder au sous-menu «RÉGLAGE CONFORT» qui s’ache à l’écran: pour cela il sut d’agir sur les touches UP et DOWN pour régler

la température à une valeur comprise entre 10 et 40°C. La température est mesurée par le capteur qui se trouve sur la façade du dispositif

(température ambiante).

Modalité VITESSE RÉDUITE.

En MODALITÉ VITESSE RÉDUITE, lorsqu’on appuie sur les touches UP et DOWN pendant 2 secondes, on réduit la vitesse congurée quelle

que soit la condition de fonctionnement (MANUEL/AUTOMATIQUE/CONFORT) dénie en usine. Cette condition s’ache à l’écran avec une

icône qui représente un ventilateur. Pour revenir à la condition de ventilation normale, appuyer de nouveau sur les touches UP et DOWN

pendant 2 secondes; le ventilateur disparaît de l’écran et on revient à la pleine puissance de la ventilation à la vitesse congurée.

MENU.

• En appuyant pendant 2 secondes sur la touche MENU on accède au Menu, on accède au Menu où il est possible, au moyen des èches,

de modier:

• la LANGUE avec au choix ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPAÑOL

• la LUMINOSITÉ de l’écran de 10% à 100%

• UNITÉ TEMP: où il est possible de sélectionner l’unité de mesure de la température CELSIUS ou FAHRENHEIT.

• ADJ TEMP: pour l’étalonnage de la température ambiante. Il est possible de sélectionner une valeur entre -10,0 et +10,0

FONCTIONNEMENT DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE

Le régulateur électronique pour ventilateur peut être géré par une télécommande IR.

Quand le régulateur est éteint, seul la touche d’allumage est opérationnelle.

L’allumage et l’extinction du dispositif se fait en appuyant sur la touche ON-OFF.

Pour accéder au menu de réglage du type de fonctionnement, appuyer sur la touche MENU.

Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche MENU pour sélectionner le fonctionnement AUTOMATIQUE,

MANUEL ou CONFORT attendre 2 secondes pour la conrmation.

En modalité MANUELLE, seules les touches du groupe CONFIGURATION VITESSE sont actives

pour sélectionner l’une des cinq vitesses.

En modalité AUTOMATIQUE, les touches du groupe CONFIGURATION VITESSE sont actives pour

sélectionner l’une des cinq vitesses, tout comme les touches du groupe CONFIGURATION

TEMPÉRATURE CONFORT sont actives pour paramétrer le réglage CONFORT

CONEXIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO VENTILACIÓN OPCIONAL

La centralita y la instalación deben ser instaladas y conectadas por personal cualicado según las normas vigentes ( Ver

Capítulo ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES).

ATENCIÓN la centralita y el cable de alimentación NO debe entrar en contacto con partes calientes.

En nuestros productos se pueden ser instalar kits de ventilación OPCIONAL adecuados para mejorar la distribución del calor ventilando

solamente el ambiente de instalación o el local adyacente.

El kit incluye un ventilador centrífugo, una centralita de encendido y regulación, y un termostato (TM) que activa el ventilador cuando el

aparato se encuentra calentado oportunamente y lo detiene cuando está parcialmente frío.

El encendido y la regulación se efectúan a través de la centralita que viene con el producto, que deberá instalarse lejos de fuentes de calor

directas.

CONEXIÓN (Ver Figura 1).

Conecte el cable de alimentación de la centralita a un interruptor bipolar con distancia entre los contactos de al menos 3 mm (Alimentación

230 V~ 50 Hz, es indispensable la correcta conexión a tierra de la instalación).

IMPORTANTE: el REGULADOR ELÉCTRICO PARA VENTILADOR debe ser alimentado por red instalando aguas arriba un interruptor

general diferencial de línea de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes. El correcto funcionamiento del mando está garantizado

únicamente para el motor especíco para el que ha sido fabricado. El uso inadecuado exime al fabricante de toda responsabilidad.

REGULADOR ELÉCTRICO PARA VENTILADOR  0020800  A

El regulador eléctrico para ventilador permite seleccionar, de manera sencilla e intuitiva, la velocidad del aire de convección que su nuestros

productos de combustión sólida disipa en el ambiente. El regulador debe ser colocado en un lugar apartado de bocas y de la fuente principal de

calor; si se coloca debajo de la campana interior debe montarse en un punto con poco calor. La instalación sencilla está asegurada por el alojamiento

en las tradicionales cajas eléctricas empotrables incluidas en los normales edicios, o bien en pared, externamente a la misma.

El regulador activa la ventilación de modo MANUAL/AUTOMÁTICO/CONFORT, el modo se puede seleccionar desde la pantalla del regulador

pulsando/rozando las teclas

FUNCIONAMIENTO del regulador.

El regulador electrónico controla y maneja el ujo de aire de ventilación.

El encendido y el apagado del dispositivo se produce mediante una pulsación

prolongada de la tecla 1.

Durante el funcionamiento, el visualizador muestra alternativamente la velocidad

programada y el estado del dispositivo, led 9.

Cuando el dispositivo está apagado el visualizador permanece apagado.

La regulación del dispositivo puede ser Manual o Automática.

Modo MANUAL.

Para acceder al modo MANUAL pulsar la tecla 2 cuando el piloto 3 se enciende la

función está activa. Mediante las teclas 4-5 se selecciona una de las cinco velocidades

de ventilación que funcionan también con la chimenea fría. La puesta en marcha

del motor en función automática está subordinada a la acción de un termostato

mecánico (en le visualizador aparece la inscripción ESPERA) que interviene después

de haber registrado una temperatura de como mínimo 45 ºC (regulación ja y no modicable. El led 6 indica el cierre del termostato.

Modo AUTOMÁTICO.

Para acceder al modo AUTOMÁTICO pulsar la tecla 2 cuando el piloto 7 se enciende la función está activa, mediante el botón 5 se entra en

la conguración de la velocidad.

Mediante los botones 4-5 se puede elegir una de las cinco velocidades.

En modo automático se puede además seleccionar la temperatura COMFORT. Pulsando el botón 4 se puede entrar y regular, mediante

4 - 5 el ajuste de la temperatura COMFORT. Esta programación permite al usuario reducir el ruido de la turbina cuando la temperatura

ambiente detectada por la sonda interna del dispositivo supera el ajuste COMFORT programado, el motor sube una marcha (este modo no

tiene efecto en la primera velocidad) y viene indicada por el led 8.

Menú IDIOMA.

Al pulsar un rato la tecla 2 se entra en el menú idioma, desde donde se puede modicar, mediante los botones 4-5, el idioma visualizado

(IT, EN, DE, FR). Con una pulsación posterior breve de la tecla 2 se entra en el menú VISUALIZADOR desde donde se puede regular la

luminosidad (entre 10 y 150). Con una pulsación breve posterior de la tecla 2 se entra en el menú GRADOS, donde se puede cambiar la

visualización de la temperatura en ºC o ºF.

Menú TIMBRE

Con la última pulsación breve de la tecla 2 se enciende el menú TIMBRE, donde se puede activar o desactivar el timbre.

FUNCIONAMIENTO MANDO A DISTANCIA:

El regulador electrónico puede ser manejado por un mando a distancia IR.

El encendido y el apagado le dispositif appuyer de façon prolongée sur les touches 11-12.

El paso de regulación MANUAL a AUTOMÁTICA con mando a distancia ir se obtiene pulsando los botones 13-

14. El led correspondiente al funcionamiento manual 3 o automático 7 se enciende.

En modo MANUAL sólo están activas las teclas del grupo 11-13 para seleccionar una de las cinco velocidades.

En modo AUTOMÁTICO están activas las teclas del grupo 12-14 para seleccionar una de las cinco velocidades y las

teclas del grupo 11-13 para regular el ajuste COMFORT.

Cada pulsación en el mando a distancia viene señalada por el led 10, correspondiente, en caso de que no se

encienda compruebe las pilas

FUNCIONAMIENTO del regulador.

El encendido y el apagado del dispositivo se realiza pulsando/rozando la tecla ON/

OFF. En la posición de apagado, en la pantalla se visualiza OFF y se enciende la luz de

la tecla ON/OFF.

Pulsando durante 2 segundos la tecla MENÚ, se accede al Menú.

Usando la tecla de encendido/apagado se pasa del estado OFF al estado de

funcionamiento ON. En la pantalla se visualiza el modo de funcionamiento y la

velocidad congurada.

Modo MANUAL.

En el MODO MANUAL cuando en la pantalla se visualiza el mensaje “FUNCIÓN

MANUAL”, se produce la activación del motor según la velocidad congurada.

La velocidad se programa usando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO, que muestran en la

pantalla, en la barra de progresión un valor mínimo y uno máximo; cuando se suelta

la tecla, queda programado de modo automático lo que se ha congurado.

Modo AUTOMÁTICO.

En el MODO AUTOMÁTICO, cuando se visualiza en la pantalla “FUNCIÓN AUTO”; la activación del motor se produce cuando el TM (Termostato

de arranque mínimo) se cierra, es decir cuando se alcanza la temperatura de puesta en marcha. Su apagado se produce cuando se desciende

por debajo de esta temperatura. En la pantalla, la barra intermitente indica que el TM no ha alcanzado la temperatura de puesta en marcha

(ventilación apagada); cuando se alcanza la temperatura la barra es ja (ventilación activada). La velocidad que se quiere programar, también

en este modo se puede regular usando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO tanto en modo intermitente o jo (ventilación apagada o activada).

Modo CONFORT.

En el MODO CONFORT, el regulador ejecuta las mismas dinámicas del modo AUTOMÁTICO, pero es posible reducir una velocidad cuando se

alcanza la temperatura deseada, que se visualiza y se congura desde la pantalla pulsando la tecla ARRIBA durante 2 seg. tras acceder a un

submenú que muestra en la pantalla “AJUSTE CONFORT” y esto se programa usando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO una temperatura deseada

con un rango variable entre 10 y 40°C. La temperatura la mide el sensor que se encuentra en la parte frontal del dispositivo (temperatura

ambiente).

Modo VELOCIDAD REDUCIDA.

En el MODO VELOCIDAD REDUCIDA pulsando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO durante 2 segundos se reduce la velocidad programada en

cualquier condición de funcionamiento (MANUAL/AUTOMÁTICO/CONFORT) precongurada de fábrica. Esta condición se visualiza en la

pantalla mediante un icono que representa un ventilador. Para volver a la condición de ventilación normal, vuelva a pulsar las teclas ARRIBA

y ABAJO durante 2 segundos; el ventilador en la pantalla desaparece y se reactiva el funcionamiento de la ventilación a potencia plena

según la velocidad programada.

MENÚ.

Pulsando durante 2 segundos la tecla MENÚ, se accede al Menú donde se puede modicar, usando las echas:

• LA LENGUA, seleccionando entre ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPAÑOLA

• la LUMINOSIDAD de la pantalla entre 10% y 100%

• UNIDAD TEMP: donde se puede seleccionar la unidad de medida de la temperatura CELSIUS o FAHRENHEIT

• ADJ (AJUSTE) TEMP: para calibrar la temperatura ambiente. Es posible seleccionar un valor

entre -10,0 y +10,0

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL MANDO A DISTANCIA

El regulador electrónico se puede gestionar desde un mando a distancia IR.

Cuando el regulador está apagado, está operativa únicamente la tecla de encendido.

El encendido y el apagado del dispositivo se realiza pulsando/rozando la tecla ON/OFF.

Para acceder al menú de selección del tipo de funcionamiento, pulse la tecla MENÚ.

Pulse de nuevo la tecla MENÚ para seleccionar el funcionamiento AUTOMÁTICO, MANUAL o

CONFORT espere 2 segundos para que se conrme la operación.

En el modo MANUAL solo están activas las teclas del grupo AJUSTE VELOCIDAD para seleccionar

uno de los cinco valores de velocidad disponibles.

En el modo AUTOMÁTICO están activas las teclas del grupo AJUSTE VELOCIDAD para seleccionar

uno de los cinco valores de velocidad disponibles y las teclas del grupo AJUSTE TEMPERATURA

CONFORT para regular el ajuste de CONFORT.

1. Guardando il generatore di calore da sotto e facendo riferimento al disegno, accostare la scatola del termostato

TM al fondo del generatore di calore e ssarla con 2 viti in dotazione;

ATTENZIONE: per motivi di sicurezza è obbligatorio montare il lato aperto della scatola rivolto verso la

lamiera, in modo da impedire qualsiasi contatto con le parti in tensione.

2. Quindi posizionare la scatola del ventilatore in corrispondenza dei 4 fori già esistenti e ssarla con le restanti viti

in dotazione.

1. Looking at the heat generator from underneath and referring to the drawing, lean the thermostat (TM) box

against the bottom of the heat generator and x it with 2 supplied screws;

ATTENTION: for safety reasons it is compulsory to x the open side of the box turned towards the steel, in

order to prevent from any contact with the parts under tension.

2. Consequently place the fan box in correspondence with the 4 existing holes and x it with the remaining

supplied screws.

jeden Kontakt mit gespannten Teilen zu verhindern.

2. Danach die Ventilatorschachtel anlehnen, wo sich die 4 Bohrungen nden, und diese mit den restlichen

mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigen.

COLLEGAMENTO E MANUTENZIONE VENTILAZIONE (OPZIONALE) La centralina e l’impianto dovranno essere installate e collegate da personale abilitato secondo le norme vigenti (vedi capitolo AVVERTENZE GENERALI). ATTENZIONE: La centralina e il cavo di alimentazione NON deve essere a contatto con parti calde. Sui nostri prodotti possono essere installati dei kit di ventilazione OPZIONALI adatti a migliorare la distribuzione del calore attraverso la ventilazione del solo ambiente di installazione oppure del locale adiacente. Il Kit è composto da un ventilatore centrifugo, una centralina di accensione e regolazione e da un termostato (TM) che fa avviare il ventilatore quando l’apparecchio è adeguatamente riscaldato e lo arresta quando è parzialmente freddo. L’accensione e la regolazione viene effettuata tramite l’apposita centralina in dotazione la quale dovrà essere installata lontana da fonti di calore dirette. COLLEGAMENTO (vedi Figura 1): Collegare il cavo di alimentazione della centralina ad un interruttore bipolare con distanza tra i contatti di almeno 3 mm (Alimentazione 230V~ 50 Hz, indispensabile il corretto collegamento all’impianto di messa a terra). AVVERTENZA: Il REGOLATORE ELETTRICO VENTILATORE deve essere alimentato in rete con a monte un interruttore generale differenziale di linea come dalle vigenti normative. Il corretto funzionamento del comando è garantito solamente per l’apposito motore per il quale è stato costruito. L’uso improprio solleva il costruttore da ogni responsabilità. ITALIANO 5 REGOLATORE ELETTRICO VENTILATORE - 0020800 - A Il regolatore elettrico ventilatore permette in modo semplice e intuitivo la selezione della velocità dell’aria di convezione dissipata nell’ambiente dai nostri prodotti. Il regolatore deve essere posizionato in posizione lontana da bocchette o dalla fonte principale di calore; se posizionato nella contro cappa deve essere alloggiato in un punto di basso calore. La semplice installazione è garantita dall’alloggiamento nelle classiche scatole elettriche ad incasso in dotazione nei comuni edifici, oppure a muro in modo esterno alla parete. Il regolatore attiva la ventilazione in modo MANUALE/AUTOMATICO/COMFORT selezionabile a display nel regolatore premendo/sfiorando i tasti. FUNZIONAMENTO del regolatore. Il regolatore elettronico per ventilatore, controlla e gestisce il flusso di aria di ventilazione, led 9. L’accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo avviene tramite pressione prolungata del tasto 1 . Durante il funzionamento il display visualizza alternativamente la velocità impostata e lo stato del dispositivo. A dispositivo spento il display rimane spento. La regolazione del dispositivo può essere Manuale o Automatica. 3 7 9 8 A 2 4 6 OK 5 1 Modalità MANUALE. Per accedere alla modalità MANUALE premere il tasto 2 quando la spia 3 si accende A la funzione è attiva. Per mezzo dei tasti 4 - 5 si seleziona una delle cinque velocità di ventilazione, che funzionano anche a camino freddo. L’avvio del motore in funzione automatico è subordinato all’azione di un termostato meccanico (nel display viene visualizzata la scritta ATTESA) che interviene dopo avere rilevato una temperatura di almeno 45°C (taratura fissa e non modificabile). Il led 6 indica la chiusura del contatto del termostato. Modalità AUTOMATICA. TM Per accedere alla modalità AUTOMATICA premere il tasto 2 quando la spia 7 si accende la funzione è attiva, per mezzo del pulsante 5 si entra nel settaggio velocità. 5 Per mezzo dei tasti 4 - 5 si seleziona una delle cinque velocità di ventilazione. In modalità automatica è inoltre possibile selezionare la 6 temperatura CONFORT. Premendo il pulsante 4 è possibile entrare e regolare tramite i tasti 4 - 5 il set della temperatura CONFORT. Questa impostazione permette all’utente di ridurre la rumorosità della ventola una volta che la temperatura ambiente rilevata dalla sonda interna del dispositivo supera il set confort impostato; il motore scala una marcia (questa modalità non ha effetto sulla prima velocità) ed è segnalata 7 dal led 8. 8 Menù LINGUA. Con la pressione prolungata del tasto 2 si entra nel menu LINGUA dove è possibile, modificare mediante i tasti 1 42- 5,3la lingua 4 visualizzata (IT, EN, DE, FR). Con la successiva pressione breve del tasto 2 si entra nel menu DISPLAY dove è possibile regolare la luminosità (tra 10 e 150). Con un‘ulteriore pressione breve del tasto 2 si entra nel menu GRADI dove è possibile cambiare la visualizzazione della temperatura O1 in °C o °F. Menu BUZZER Con l’ultima pressione breve del tasto 2 si accede al menu BUZZER dove è possibile attivare o disattivare il buzzer sonoro. 10 FUNZIONAMENTO TELECOMANDO: Il regolatore elettronico può essere gestito da un telecomando ir. L’accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo avviene tramite pressione prolungata dei due tasti 11 - 12. Il passaggio da regolazione MANUALE ad AUTOMATICA con il telecomando ir si ottiene mediante la pressione dei tasti 13 - 14. II led relativo al funzionamento manuale 3 o automatico 7 si accende. 11 12 13 14 In modalità MANUALE sono attivi solamente i tasti del gruppo 11-13 per selezionare una delle cinque velocità. In modalità AUTOMATICA sono attivi i tasti del gruppo 12-14 per selezionare una delle cinque velocità e i tasti del gruppo 11-13 per regolare il set COMFORT. Attraverso il tasto di accensione/spegnimento si passa dallo stato OFF allo stato di funzionamento ON. Nel display si visualizza la modalità di funzionamento e la velocità impostata. Modalità MANUALE. In MODALITA’ MANUALE visualizzando sul display la scritta “FUNZIONE MANUALE” abbiamo l’attivazione del motore alla velocità impostata. La velocità si imposta con i tasti UP e DOWN, che visualizzano sul display nella barra di progressione un minimo e un massimo; il rilascio del tasto imposta in modo automatico quanto desiderato. Modalità AUTOMATICA. In MODALITA’ AUTOMATICA visualizzando sul display “FUNZIONE AUTO”; l’attivazione del motore avviene quando il TM (Termostato di minimo avvio) si chiude, quindi al raggiungimento della temperatura di avvio. Il suo spegnimento avviene quando ritorniamo al di sotto di tale temperatura. A display la barra lampeggiante indica che il TM non ha raggiunto la temperatura di avvio (ventilazione ferma); a temperatura raggiunta la barra diventa fissa (ventialzione attiva). La velocità desiderata anche in questa modalità è regolabile con i tasti UP e DOWN sia in modalità lampeggiante che fissa (ventilazione ferma o attiva). Modalità COMFORT. In MODALITA’ COMFORT il regolatore segue le stesse dinamiche del modo AUTOMATICO, ma si ha la possibilità di scalare una velocità quando raggiunta la temperatura desiderata, che visualizziamo ed impostiamo a display con il tasto UP premuto per 2 sec accedendo ad un sottomenu che visualizza a display “SET COMFORT” e questo si imposta con i tasti UP e DOWN una temperatura desiderata con un range variabile da 10 a 40°C. La temperatura viene rilevata dal sensore che si trova sul fronte del dispositivo (temperatura ambiente). Modalità VELOCITA’ RIDOTTA. In MODALITA VELOCITA’ RIDOTTA con la pressione dei tasti UP e DOWN per 2 secondi abbiamo la riduzione della velocità impostata in qualunque condizione di funzionamento (MANUALE/AUTOMATICO/COMFORT) pre impostata di fabbrica. Questa condizione viene visualizzata a display con un icona che rappresenta una ventola. Per ritornare nella condizione di normale ventilazione premere ancora i tasti UP e DOWN per 2 secondi; la ventola a display scompare e si ritorna a piena potenza della ventilazione nella velocità impostata. MENÙ. Tramite la pressione per 2 secondi del tasto MENU si accede al Menu, dove è possibile modificare, mediante le freccette: • la LINGUA tra ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPANOLA • la LUMINOSITA’ del display dal 10% al 100% • UNITA’ TEMP: dove è possibile selezionare l’unità di misura della temperatura CELSIUS o FAHRENHEIT • ADJ TEMP: per la taratura della temperatura ambiente. E’ possibile selezionare un valore tra -10,0 a +10,0. FUNZIONAMENTO TELECOMANDO : Il regolatore elettronico per ventilatore può essere gestito da un telecomando IR. Quando il regolatore è spento, solamente il tasto di accensione è operativo. L’accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo avviene tramite pressione del tasto ON-OFF. Per accedere al menu di regolazione del tipo di funzionamento, premere il tasto MENU’. Premere nuovamente il tasto MENU’ per selezionare il funzionamento AUTOMATICO, MANUALE o COMFORT attendendere 2 secondi per la conferma. In modalità MANUALE sono attivi solamente i tasti del gruppo IMPOSTAZIONE VELOCITA’ per selezionare una delle cinque velocità. In modalità AUTOMATICA sono attivi i tasti del gruppo IMPOSTAZIONE VELOCITA’ per selezionare una delle cinque velocità e i tasti del gruppo IMPOSTAZIONE TEMPERATURA CONFORT per regolare il set COMFORT. CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF VENTILATION (OPTIONAL) The control unit and the plant must be installed and connected by authorized personnel according to the standards in force. (see chapter GENERAL REMARKS). ATTENTION: the control unit and the feeding cable must not be in contact with hot parts. On our products, it is possible to install OPTIONAL ventilation kits suitable to improve the distribution of heat by ventilation only either of the installation room or of the adjacent local. The Kit is made up of a centrifugal fan, a lighting and adjustment control unit, and a (TM) thermostat that lets the fan start when the device is properly heated and lets it stop when the fan is partially cold. The lighting and the adjustment is carried out through the proper standard supplied control unit that has to be installed far from any direct heat source. CONNECTION (see Picture 1): Connect the feeding cable of the switchboard with an electronic bipolar switch respecting at least a 3 mm distance between the contacts (power supply 230V~ 50 Hz, it is necessary to provide for the correct connection to the grounding plan). IMPORTANT: the FAN ELECTRIC CONTROLLER must be powered with a main differential switch upstream in accordance with current regulations. The correct operation of the control is guaranteed only for the dedicated motor for which it was built. Improper use relieves the manufacturer from any liability. ENGLISH 11 FAN ELECTRIC CONTROLLER - 0020800 - A The fan electric controller allows for the simple and intuitive selection of the speed of the convection air dissipated into the environment of our solid combustion wood product. The controller must be placed away from nozzles or from the main heat source; if placed in the counter hood, it must be positioned in a low heat point. Simple installation is guaranteed by the the fact that it can be fitted in classic recessed electrical boxes commonly found in buildings, or it can be wall-mounted. The controller activates ventilation in MANUAL/AUTOMATIC/COMFORT mode, which can be selected on the controller display by pressing/ touching the keys. Control OPERATION. This electronic controller for packaged units manages ventilation air flows. The controller is switched on or off by pressing and holding the 1 button. During operation the display shows the set speed alternating with unit status, led 9. When the unit is off, the display also remains off. The unit can be controlled MANUALLY or AUTOMATICALLY. MANUAL mode. To access MANUAL mode, press the 2 button; when the 3 light comes on the function is active. The 4-5 buttons are used to select one of the five fan speeds, also active when the flue is cold. The motor is started in automatic mode by a mechanical thermostat (the display shows WAIT), which is activated when the temperature is at least 45°C (fixed value, not modifiable). Use the 5 button to set the speed. The 4-5 buttons are used to select one of the five fan speeds. In automatic mode the COMFORT temperature can also be selected. Press the 4 button to access the COMFORT temperature setting and then set the value 5 using 4-5. This setting allows the user to reduce fan noise when the room temperature measured by the probe inside the controller exceeds the comfort set point; the motor operates one 6 speed lower (this mode has no effect in first speed) and is signalled by the 8 led. LANGUAGE menu. Pressing and holding the 2 button accesses the LANGUAGE menu, where the display language can be changed using the 4-5 buttons (IT, EN, DE, FR). Pressing the 2 button briefly again accesses the DISPLAY menu, where the7brightness can be adjusted (between 10 and 150). 8 Pressing the 2 button briefly another time accesses the DEGREES menu, where the temperature display can be set as °C or °F. BUZZER menu 1 2 3 4 Pressing the 2 button briefly a final time accesses the buzzer menu, where audible buzzer can be enabled or disabled. O1 REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION: The electronic controller for fan can be managed by an IR remote control. The controller is switched on or off by pressing and holding the 11-12 buttons. To switch from MANUAL to AUTOMATIC on the IR remote control press the 13-14 buttons. The LED corresponding to the operating mode comes on, manual 3 or automatic 7. In MANUAL mode only the buttons in the 11-13 group are enabled for selecting one of the five speeds. In AUTOMATIC mode, the buttons in the 12-14 group are enabled for selecting one of the five speeds, as well as the buttons in the 11-13 group for changing the COMFORT set point. The speed can be set by means of the UP and DOWN keys, which will show a minimum and maximum on the progression bar on the display; when the key is released, the value is set automatically. AUTOMATIC mode. In AUTOMATIC MODE, when the words “AUTO FUNCTION” are displayed; the motor is activated when the TM (Minimum start thermostat) closes, thus when the starting temperature has been reached. It turns off when the temperature drops below this value. The flashing bar on the display indicates that the TM has not reached the starting temperature (ventilation stopped); when the temperature has been reached, the bar will become fixed (ventilation active). The desired speed, also in this mode, can be set using the UP and DOWN keys both in flashing mode and in fixed mode (ventilation stopped or active). COMFORT mode. In COMFORT MODE, the controller follows the same dynamics of AUTOMATIC mode, but it is possible to shift a speed when the desired temperature has been reached, which is shown and can be set on the display by using the UP key pressed for 2 seconds accessing a submenu which displays “SET COMFORT” and this can be set using the UP and DOWN key, selecting the desired temperature between and°C. The temperature is detected by the sensor on the front of the device (ambient temperature). REDUCED SPEED mode. In REDUCED SPEED MODE, when the UP and DOWN keys are pressed for 2 seconds, the set speed is reduced in any pre-set factory operating condition (MANUAL/AUTOMATIC/COMFORT). This condition is displayed with an icon representing a fan. To go back to the normal ventilation condition, press the UP and DOWN keys again for 2 seconds; the fan on the display will disappear and ventilation will go back to full power at the set speed. MENU. Press the MENU key for 2 seconds to access the Menu, where it is possible to change, using the arrows: • the LANGUAGE between ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPANOLA • the BRIGHTNESS of the display from % to 100% • TEMP UNIT: where it is possible to select the unit of measurement of the temperature CELSIUS or FAHRENHEIT • ADJ TEMP: to calibrate the ambient temperature. It is possible to select a value between -10.0 and +10. REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION : The electronic controller for fan can be managed by means of an IR remote control. When the controller is off, only the ON key is operational. COMFORT TEMPERATURE SETTINGS The device is turned on and off by pressing the ON-OFF key. To access the operating mode selection menu, press the MENU key. Press the MENU key again to select AUTOMATIC, MANUAL or COMFORT mode and wait 2 seconds to confirm. In MANUAL mode only the keys of the SPEED SETTINGS group are active, to select one of the five speeds. LÜFTUNGSVERBINDUNG UND – WARTUNG (OPTIONAL) Die Steuereinheit und die Anlage müssen von nach den geltenden Vorschriften zugelassenem Personal aufgestellt und verbunden werden. (Siehe KAP. ALLGEMEINE ANWEISUNGEN) ACHTUNG: die Steuereinheit und die Stromzuführung darf nicht in Kontakt mit warmen Teilen werden sein. Unsere Produkts können mit OPTIONAL Gebläse Sätze versehen werden, die dafür geeignet sind, die Wärmeverteilung durch die Lüftung des einzelnen Aufstellungsraumes oder des naheliegenden Raumes zu verbessern. Lüfter, eine Zündvorrichtung, eine Steuereinheit und aus einem Thermostat. Der Thermostat (TM) schaltet den Lüfter an, wenn die Ausrüstungen angemessen geheizt ist und er schaltet den Lüfter aus, wenn die Ausrüstung teilweise kalt ist. Die Anfeuerung und die Einstellung werden durch eine standardgelieferte zweckmäßige Steuereinheit ausgeführt, die weit von direkten Wärmequellen aufzustellen ist. VERBINDUNG (siehe Abbildung 1): Verbinden Sie den Zuführungskabel des Steuergehäuses mit einem bipolaren Schalter beim Beachten einen 3 mm Mindestabstand zwischen den Kontakten (Stromversorgung 230V WS 50 Hz - Die richtige Verbindung zur Beerdigungsanlage ist unentbehrlich). WICHTIG: Der ELEKTRISCHE VENTILATORREGLER muss an das Stromnetz mit einem vorgeschalteten Leitungsschutzschalter gemäß den geltenden Richtlinien angeschlossen werden. Der korrekte Betrieb der Steuerung ist nur für den Motor garantiert, für den er gebaut worden ist. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch des Geräts enthebt den Hersteller von jeder Haftung. DEUTSCH 17 ELEKTRISCHER VENTILATORREGLER - 0020800 - A Der elektrische Ventilatorregler erlaubt einfach und intuitiv die Geschwindigkeit der Konvektionsluft, die im Raum von unsere Produkts abgeleitet wird zu verteilen. Der Regler muss entfernt von den Öffnungen oder der Hauptwärmequelle eingebaut werden. Wenn er im Kaminabzug eingebaut wird, muss er an einem Punkt mit geringer Wärme positioniert werden. Die einfache Installation wird durch die mitgelieferten klassischen Verteilerdosen in Einbaugehäusen in Wohngebäuden oder außen an der Wand befestigt garantiert. Der Regler steuert die Belüftung in den drei Modalitäten MANUELL/AUTOMATIK/COMFORT, die man durch Antippen der Tasten auf dem Display des Reglers auswählen kann. FUNKTIONSWEISE des Reglers. Der elektronische Regler für kgeräte steuert und regelt den Gebläse-Luftstrom. Die Vorrichtung wird durch anhaltendes Drücken der Taste 1 - und ausgeschaltet, led 9. Während des Betriebs werden am Display abwechselnd die eingestellte Drehzahl und der Betriebszustand der Vorrichtung angezeigt. Wenn die Vorrichtung ausgeschaltet ist, bleibt auch das Display ausgeschaltet. Die Regelung der Vorrichtung erfolgt von HAND oder AUTOMATISCH. 3 7 9 8 A 2 HANDBETRIEB. 4 6 OK 5 1 Um den Handbetrieb einzustellen, die Taste 2 drücken. Wenn die Kontrolllampe A 3 aufleuchtet, ist die Funktion aktiv. Mit den Tasten 4-5 wird eine der fünf Drehzahlstufen des Gebläses gewählt, die auch bei kaltem Kamin funktionieren. Im Automatikbetrieb ist der Motorstart an das Auslösen eines mechanischen Thermostats gebunden (auf dem Display wird WARTEN angezeigt), der anspricht, sobald eine Temperatur von mindestens 45 °C (feste, nicht veränderbare Einstellung) gemessen wird. Die LED 6 zeigt das Schließen des Thermostats an. AUTOMATIKBETRIEB. TM Um den Automatikbetrieb einzustellen, die Taste 2 drücken. Wenn die Kontrolllampe 7 aufleuchtet, ist die Funktion aktiv und mit der Taste 5 wird die Einstellung der Drehzahlstufe geöffnet. 5 Mit den Tasten 4-5 kann eine der fünf Drehzahlstufen gewählt werden. Im Automatikbetrieb kann außerdem die KOMFORT-Temperatur 6 gewählt werden. Mit Tastendruck auf 4 kann der Sollwert der KOMFORT-Temperatur aufgerufen und mit 4-5 eingestellt werden. Mit dieser Einstellung kann der Bediener das Geräusch des Lüfters reduzieren, wenn die vom Innentemperaturfühler der Vorrichtung gemessene Temperatur den eingestellten Komfort-Sollwert übersteigt: der Motor schaltet einen Gang herunter (diese Betriebsart hat keine 7 Auswirkungen auf die erste Drehzahlstufe), was mit der LED 8 angezeigt wird. 8 Menü „SPRACHE“. Durch anhaltendes Drücken der Taste 2 wird das Menü „Sprache“ geöffnet, in dem mit den Tasten 4-5, die Anzeigesprache (IT, EN, DE, FR) 1 2 3 4 gewählt werden kann. Menü „BUZZER“ Mit dem letzten Tastendruck auf 2 wird das Menü „Buzzer“ geöffnet, in dem der akustische Signalgeber aktiviert bzw. deaktiviert werden kann. 10 BETRIEB MIT FERNBEDIENUNG: Der elektronische Regler kann mit einer IR-Fernbedienung gesteuert werden. Das Ein- und Ausschalten der Vorrichtung erfolgt durch anhaltendes Drücken der zwei Tasten 11-12. DEUTSCH 19 ELEKTRISCHER VENTILATORREGLER - 0020800 - B Der elektrische Ventilatorregler erlaubt einfach und intuitiv die Geschwindigkeit der Konvektionsluft, die im Raum von unsere Produkts abgeleitet wird zu verteilen. Der Regler muss entfernt von den Öffnungen oder der Hauptwärmequelle eingebaut werden. Wenn er im Kaminabzug eingebaut wird, muss er an einem Punkt mit geringer Wärme positioniert werden. Die einfache Installation wird durch die mitgelieferten klassischen Verteilerdosen in Einbaugehäusen in Wohngebäuden oder außen an der Wand befestigt garantiert. Der Regler steuert die Belüftung in den drei Modalitäten MANUELL/AUTOMATIK/COMFORT, die man durch Antippen der Tasten auf dem Display des Reglers auswählen kann. FUNKTIONSWEISE des Reglers. Das Gerät wird durch Drücken/Antippen der ON/OFF-Taste ein- und ausgeschaltet. Wenn das Gerät abgeschaltet ist, wird auf dem Display OFF angezeigt und der Kontrollleuchtpunkt der ON/OFF-Taste leuchtet. Wenn man die MENÜ-TASTE für 2 Sekunden drückt, öffnet sich das Menüfenster. Im MANUELLEN MODUS erscheint auf dem Display die Schrift „MANUELLE FUNKTION“ und der Motor schaltet sich in der eingegebenen Geschwindigkeit ein. Die Geschwindigkeit wird mit den Tasten UP und DOWN, die auf dem Display in der Fortschrittsanzeige eine Mindest- und eine Höchstzahl anzeigen, eingestellt. Sobald die Taste losgelassen wird, wird automatisch der gewünschte Wert eingestellt. Modalität AUTOMATIK. Im AUTOMATIKMODUS erscheint auf dem Display „AUTOFUNKTION“. Der Motor wird eingeschaltet, wenn der TM (Thermostat für Mindestwert zum Starten), sich schließt, das heißt, wenn dieStarttemperatur erreicht worden ist. Er schaltet sich wieder ab, wenn der Wert wieder unter diese Temperatur fällt. Auf dem Display zeigt die blinkende Anzeige an, dass der TM nicht die Starttemperatur erreicht hat (keine Ventilation). Sobald die Temperatur erreicht ist, leuchtet die Anzeige dauerhaft (Ventilation eingeschaltet). Die Geschwindigkeit kann auch in diesem Modus mit den Tasten UP und DOWN bei blinkender oder dauerhaft leuchtender Anzeige (bei abgeschalteter oder eingeschalteter Ventilation), eingestellt werden. Modalität COMFORT. Im COMFORT-MODUS funktioniert der Regler mit denselben Dynamiken des AUTOMATIKMODUS, man kann aber, wenn die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht worden ist, eine Geschwindigkeit skalieren. Die Geschwindigkeitsstufe wird am Display im Untermenü „SET COMFORT“ , das sich öffnet, wenn man die UP-Taste für 2 Sek. drückt, eingestellt. Die gewünschte Temperatur wird mit den Tasten UP und DOWN innerhalb eines Bereichs von 10 bis 40°C eingegeben. Die Temperatur wird vom Messfühler, an der Vorderseite des Geräts angezeigt (Raumtemperatur). Modalität REDUZIERTE GESCHWINDIGKEIT. Im MODUS REDUZIERTE GESCHWINDIGKEIT kann durch Drücken der Tasten UP und DOWN für 2 Sekunden die eingestellte Geschwindigkeit bei jeder Betriebsbedingung kleiner gestellt werden. Diese Bedingung wird auf dem Display mit einem Lüfterrad (Ikone) angezeigt. Um zur normalen Ventilation zurückzukehren, die Tasten UP und DOWN erneut für 2 Sekunden drücken. Das Lüfterrad auf dem Display verschwindet und die Ventilation kehrt auf die volle Leistung in der eingestellten Geschwindigkeit zurück. Le kit se compose d’un ventilateur centrifuge, une centrale d’allumage et réglage et par un thermostat (TM) qui fait démarrer le ventilateur lorsque l’appareil est bien chauffé et l’arrête quand il est partiellement froid. L’allumage et le réglage est effectué à travers la centrale appropriée en dotation qui doit être installée loin de sources de chaleur directes. CONNEXION (voir chapitre Figure 1): Connecter le câble d’alimentation du tableau de distribution à une interrupteur bipolaire et respecter une distance minimale de 3 mm (Alimentation 230V~ 50 Hz, indispensable la correcte connexion à l’installation de mise à terre). Une pression prolongée sur la touche 2 permet d’entrer dans le menu langue où il est possible de choisir, à l’aide des touches 4-5, la langue 1 2 3 4 d’affichage (IT, EN, DE, FR). Une pression brève sur la touche 2 permet d’entrer dans le menu AFFICHAGE où il est possible de régler la luminosité (entre 10 et 150). En MODALITÉ AUTOMATIQUE, lorsque «FONCTION AUTO» s’affiche à l’écran, l’activation du moteur a lieu quand le TM (Thermostat de démarrage minimum) se ferme, c’est-à-dire quand la température de démarrage est atteinte. Le moteur s’éteint quand on redescend en dessous de cette température. La barre clignotante affichée à l’écran indique que le TM n’a pas atteint la température de démarrage (ventilation arrêtée) ; lorsque la température est atteinte, la barre cesse de clignoter (ventilation active). La vitesse souhaitée est également réglable dans cette modalité avec les touches UP et DOWN, aussi bien en modalité clignotante que fixe (ventilation arrêtée ou active). Modalité CONFORT. En MODALITÉ CONFORT, le régulateur suit les mêmes dynamiques qu’en mode AUTOMATIQUE, mais on a la possibilité de diminuer d’une vitesse quand on atteint la température souhaitée, que l’on peut afficher et configurer en appuyant sur la touche UP pendant 2 secondes afin d’accéder au sous-menu «RÉGLAGE CONFORT» qui s’affiche à l’écran : pour cela il suffit d’agir sur les touches UP et DOWN pour régler la température à une valeur comprise entre 10 et 40°C. La température est mesurée par le capteur qui se trouve sur la façade du dispositif (température ambiante). Modalité VITESSE RÉDUITE. En MODALITÉ VITESSE RÉDUITE, lorsqu’on appuie sur les touches UP et DOWN pendant 2 secondes, on réduit la vitesse configurée quelle que soit la condition de fonctionnement (MANUEL/AUTOMATIQUE/CONFORT) définie en usine. Cette condition s’affiche à l’écran avec une icône qui représente un ventilateur. Pour revenir à la condition de ventilation normale, appuyer de nouveau sur les touches UP et DOWN pendant 2 secondes ; le ventilateur disparaît de l’écran et on revient à la pleine puissance de la ventilation à la vitesse configurée. MENU. • En appuyant pendant 2 secondes sur la touche MENU on accède au Menu, on accède au Menu où il est possible, au moyen des flèches, de modifier: • la LANGUE avec au choix ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPAÑOL • la LUMINOSITÉ de l’écran de 10% à 100% • UNITÉ TEMP : où il est possible de sélectionner l’unité de mesure de la température CELSIUS ou FAHRENHEIT. • ADJ TEMP : pour l’étalonnage de la température ambiante. Quand le régulateur est éteint, seul la touche d’allumage est opérationnelle. L’allumage et l’extinction du dispositif se fait en appuyant sur la touche ON-OFF. Pour accéder au menu de réglage du type de fonctionnement, appuyer sur la touche MENU. Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche MENU pour sélectionner le fonctionnement AUTOMATIQUE, MANUEL ou CONFORT attendre 2 secondes pour la confirmation. CONEXIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO VENTILACIÓN (OPCIONAL) La centralita y la instalación deben ser instaladas y conectadas por personal cualificado según las normas vigentes ( Ver Capítulo ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES). ATENCIÓN la centralita y el cable de alimentación NO debe entrar en contacto con partes calientes. En nuestros productos se pueden ser instalar kits de ventilación OPCIONAL adecuados para mejorar la distribución del calor ventilando solamente el ambiente de instalación o el local adyacente. El kit incluye un ventilador centrífugo, una centralita de encendido y regulación, y un termostato (TM) que activa el ventilador cuando el aparato se encuentra calentado oportunamente y lo detiene cuando está parcialmente frío. El encendido y la regulación se efectúan a través de la centralita que viene con el producto, que deberá instalarse lejos de fuentes de calor directas. CONEXIÓN (Ver Figura 1). Conecte el cable de alimentación de la centralita a un interruptor bipolar con distancia entre los contactos de al menos 3 mm (Alimentación 230 V~ 50 Hz, es indispensable la correcta conexión a tierra de la instalación). IMPORTANTE: el REGULADOR ELÉCTRICO PARA VENTILADOR debe ser alimentado por red instalando aguas arriba un interruptor general diferencial de línea de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes. El correcto funcionamiento del mando está garantizado únicamente para el motor específico para el que ha sido fabricado. El uso inadecuado exime al fabricante de toda responsabilidad. ESPAÑOL 29 REGULADOR ELÉCTRICO PARA VENTILADOR - 0020800 - A El regulador eléctrico para ventilador permite seleccionar, de manera sencilla e intuitiva, la velocidad del aire de convección que su nuestros productos de combustión sólida disipa en el ambiente. El regulador debe ser colocado en un lugar apartado de bocas y de la fuente principal de calor; si se coloca debajo de la campana interior debe montarse en un punto con poco calor. La instalación sencilla está asegurada por el alojamiento en las tradicionales cajas eléctricas empotrables incluidas en los normales edificios, o bien en pared, externamente a la misma. El regulador activa la ventilación de modo MANUAL/AUTOMÁTICO/CONFORT, el modo se puede seleccionar desde la pantalla del regulador pulsando/rozando las teclas FUNCIONAMIENTO del regulador. El regulador electrónico controla y maneja el flujo de aire de ventilación. El encendido y el apagado del dispositivo se produce mediante una pulsación prolongada de la tecla 1. Durante el funcionamiento, el visualizador muestra alternativamente la velocidad programada y el estado del dispositivo, led 9. Cuando el dispositivo está apagado el visualizador permanece apagado. La regulación del dispositivo puede ser Manual o Automática. 3 7 9 8 A 2 Modo MANUAL. 4 6 OK 5 1 Para acceder al modo MANUAL pulsar la tecla 2 cuando el piloto 3 se enciende la A función está activa. O1 Menú TIMBRE Con la última pulsación breve de la tecla 2 se enciende el menú TIMBRE, donde se puede activar o desactivar el timbre. En el MODO MANUAL cuando en la pantalla se visualiza el mensaje “FUNCIÓN MANUAL”, se produce la activación del motor según la velocidad configurada. La velocidad se programa usando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO, que muestran en la pantalla, en la barra de progresión un valor mínimo y uno máximo; cuando se suelta la tecla, queda programado de modo automático lo que se ha configurado. Modo AUTOMÁTICO. En el MODO AUTOMÁTICO, cuando se visualiza en la pantalla “FUNCIÓN AUTO”; la activación del motor se produce cuando el TM (Termostato de arranque mínimo) se cierra, es decir cuando se alcanza la temperatura de puesta en marcha. Su apagado se produce cuando se desciende por debajo de esta temperatura. En la pantalla, la barra intermitente indica que el TM no ha alcanzado la temperatura de puesta en marcha (ventilación apagada); cuando se alcanza la temperatura la barra es fija (ventilación activada). La velocidad que se quiere programar, también en este modo se puede regular usando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO tanto en modo intermitente o fijo (ventilación apagada o activada). Modo CONFORT. En el MODO CONFORT, el regulador ejecuta las mismas dinámicas del modo AUTOMÁTICO, pero es posible reducir una velocidad cuando se alcanza la temperatura deseada, que se visualiza y se configura desde la pantalla pulsando la tecla ARRIBA durante 2 seg. tras acceder a un submenú que muestra en la pantalla “AJUSTE CONFORT” y esto se programa usando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO una temperatura deseada con un rango variable entre 10 y 40°C. La temperatura la mide el sensor que se encuentra en la parte frontal del dispositivo (temperatura ambiente). Modo VELOCIDAD REDUCIDA. En el MODO VELOCIDAD REDUCIDA pulsando las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO durante 2 segundos se reduce la velocidad programada en cualquier condición de funcionamiento (MANUAL/AUTOMÁTICO/CONFORT) preconfigurada de fábrica. Esta condición se visualiza en la pantalla mediante un icono que representa un ventilador. Para volver a la condición de ventilación normal, vuelva a pulsar las teclas ARRIBA y ABAJO durante 2 segundos; el ventilador en la pantalla desaparece y se reactiva el funcionamiento de la ventilación a potencia plena según la velocidad programada. MENÚ. Pulsando durante 2 segundos la tecla MENÚ, se accede al Menú donde se puede modificar, usando las flechas: • LA LENGUA, seleccionando entre ITALIANO, ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, ESPAÑOLA • la LUMINOSIDAD de la pantalla entre 10% y 100% • UNIDAD TEMP: donde se puede seleccionar la unidad de medida de la temperatura CELSIUS o FAHRENHEIT • ADJ (AJUSTE) TEMP: para calibrar la temperatura ambiente. Es posible seleccionar un valor entre -10,0 y +10,0. FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL MANDO A DISTANCIA : El regulador electrónico se puede gestionar desde un mando a distancia IR. Guardando il generatore di calore da sotto e facendo riferimento al disegno, accostare la scatola del termostato TM al fondo del generatore di calore e fissarla con 2 viti in dotazione; ATTENZIONE: per motivi di sicurezza è obbligatorio montare il lato aperto della scatola rivolto verso la lamiera, in modo da impedire qualsiasi contatto con le parti in tensione. 2. Quindi posizionare la scatola del ventilatore in corrispondenza dei 4 fori già esistenti e fissarla con le restanti viti in dotazione. 1. Looking at the heat generator from underneath and referring to the drawing, lean the thermostat (TM) box against the bottom of the heat generator and fix it with 2 supplied screws; ATTENTION: for safety reasons it is compulsory to fix the open side of the box turned towards the steel, in order to prevent from any contact with the parts under tension. 2. Consequently place the fan box in correspondence with the 4 existing holes and fix it with the remaining supplied screws. 1.
